As Natsumi ran from her students she thought, 'Damn! I figured that I'd be good for at least another hour or so! How'd they figure it out so quickly? I'll have to go and see what that grouchy old man told them when I'm done. Wait…this route I'm taking, it's…' She closed her eyes and smiled sadly, thinking, 'Well, I suppose that it makes sense. After all, Training Ground 12 was where it all started. I suppose that it's only fitting that I test those three there too. It's kind of ironic really. After all of this time trying to run away from my past mistakes, here I am, heading right to where they all started. I suppose it's fitting, finishing this off where it all began.' She then passed through the door in the wire fence and used the Shunshin no jutsu to appear in the centre of the clearing ten metres down the path through the trees. It didn't take long for the three to join her, but she frowned when they just stood there, doing nothing. In an irritated tone, she demanded, "You do remember what the aim of this test is, right?"

Kotarō said, "The 'test' needs to either be voided, and you take us on without it, or it be changed."

Natsumi's eyes narrowed as her lips tightened. She said, "Excuse me?" in a more clearly annoyed tone.

"This 'test', is unfair."

"How so?"

"If we go all out, you'll die and then we will be executed as traitors for killing the daughter of the Hokage!"

"Okay then, fine. I will change the rules of this test." The three students sighed in relief, thinking that Natsumi was going to remove herself from the test. They were wrong. Natsumi tapped the back of her wrist, causing black markings to extend out from where she'd touched it. He student's stomachs dropped as she said, "I'll only use one arm," and pressed the seal against her lower back, attaching it to the back of her cloak.

Shikawai exclaimed, "What? But that…how will that change anything?!"

"You're right, Shikawai," Natsumi agreed.

"Then…"

Natsumi said, "It won't," before disappearing from where she was standing, reappearing in front of where Kotarō had been, her right leg extended and Kotarō crashing through a third tree. She disappeared again, reappearing to backhand Hōshuko, sending her rolling into the woods in the opposite direction to Kotarō. She glared balefully at Shikawai, who was shaking in fear, and said, "Now, run!" using a weak optical genjutsu to make it seem as if her eyes were emitting red beams of light. Shikawai bolted when Natsumi took a threatening step towards her.

As Shikawai ran, she thought, 'Monster! She's a monster! What the hell were we thinking? We were too arrogant, thinking that we were going to be able to kill her! They were right. We'll need to approach this as if we're going to kill her if we even hope to get a bell, although I might need to start to approach this as an individual if she's only letting those that wrest a bell from her through.' She let out a calming breath and climbed up a nearby tree before sitting down and leaning back against the trunk and closing her eyes. She thought, 'Okay, now, we're in training ground 12 right now. According to the map of the training grounds that we were shown during training, that means that there's a pretty wide river bordering the back of it, a huge damn wall on the right and…wait! There's no border between training ground 12 and training ground 11! Maybe if I can lead her there, there might just be some jōnin that actually stands a chance against her! after all, the regs don't know who the shinobi of ROOT are, so if there is, I might just be able to capitalise on a fight that breaks out and retrieve a bell with my Meiton: Kage Karasu no jutsu. But, how can I lead her there in the first pla…? Wait!' She bit her lip as she thought, 'I suppose that I should be happy for small miracles that she's going after the others first, since it'll give me time to set something up. But what?'

At the same time, Natsumi walked into the clearing that Hōshuko had landed in and saw her stand up to face her. She said, "I hope that you've abandoned any thoughts like there being a need for restraint."

Hōshuko sighed and said, "You might be right," and sped through hand signs and thrust her left hand towards Natsumi as she kept on forming seals with her right, throwing three crystalline shuriken at her, announcing, "Shōton: Suishō Shuriken no jutsu.

Natsumi said, "Raiton: Raishuriken no Jutsu!" and threw three lightning style shuriken at the ones created by her student. She thought, 'Oh? That's interesting, apparently shuriken crafted with multiple natures surpass those crafted with one,' as the crystal shuriken tore straight through hers. She stamped the ground and said, "Doton: Gansetsukon," causing a jō staff to rise out of the earth. "Fūton: Hien." Wind surrounded the jō as Natsumi said, "Jiton: Sōshūjin no jutsu!" and the jō started to spin in place. When they collided with Natsumi's spinning staff, the shuriken shattered. Hōshuko wasn't concerned though as she swung down on Natsumi with the sword that she'd generated as she ran at her. Natsumi merely took one step backwards to avoid it and then stepped forward, and pushed lightly on Hōshuko's back as she put her other foot in front of her leg, causing her to fall to the ground. She tapped her coat and put another attachment seal on it, and placed her jō on it before saying, "ROOT Skill #1: Kenjutsu!" as she drew her chakra blade from her coat, streaming her chakra through it, two forward leaning spikes generating just above her hand.

Hōshuko glared angrily at Natsumi as she pushed up and said, "Hagoromo-ryū: Hitokiri no jutsu!" causing steam to exude from her sword and the air around it start to shimmer.

Natsumi thought, 'Hitokiri? Isn't that the name of…' as she brought her sword up to deflect Hōshuko's sword away from her. As she did, she winced as the hand holding her sword started to heat up. She jumped away as Hōshuko started to exert force against her deflection. And glanced down at her hand. she said, "Well I'll be. It's not as fierce as your family's Hitokiri no Tsurugi, but I'm not above giving credit where it's due."

Hōshuko blinked and said, "You know about that?"

Natsumi grinned and said, "Of course I do. I am on your uncle's team after all."

"Wait. Then why are you…"

"Why am I what?"

"Shouldn't somebody else that doesn't have any relation to us be the sensei?"

"Heh, do you really think that anybody but the erstwhile daughter of the Hokage that faked her death would be able to get through Kotarō's thick head that being the grandson of one of Konoha's leaders doesn't mean squat? But that doesn't really matter right now, does it?"

"You're right, it doesn't," Hōshuko agreed.

Natsumi said, "What does, is if you think that that rip off of yours, is hot enough to crack through my Namikaze-ryū: Kazangan Hasaki," holding her sword up by her face as lava coated her hand and forearm, steam starting to emit from her own sword as the chakra coating it took on an orange glow.

Hōshuko's eyes widened as she gasped, "That is…" and her eyes narrowed. She thought, 'It's a rank imitation! There's no way that it's superior to mine!' and ran at her. Her eyes shot open again when, to her horror, Natsumi's sword didn't even show a sign of being damaged when they clashed.

Natsumi grinned and said, "This won't help you any, but just know that this isn't an imitation of your jutsu."

"What do you mean?"

"Namikaze-ryū: Kazangan Hasaki. It's a jutsu that I created a long time ago, at the same time as…" a pained look flashed onto Natsumi's face. She said, "But that doesn't matter either."

Hōshuko thought, 'What was that look just now? Hmm…maybe…' Hōshuko said, "So, who was that blonde hottie in that photo next to you?"

"The photo?" Natsumi said with a curious inflection in her voice. "What phot…! You mean that Asami kept it?!"

Hōshuko took the opportunity to say, "Ansatsu no jutsu!" and quickly rushed though a shunshin jutsu, to cross the distance before she could react. when she was close enough, she used a second shunshin to launch herself into a spin to increase the striking power of her blow.

It didn't matter. Natsuki said, "Kyoujin Kujiku and, rather than trying to block the strike, stepped back to avoid the attempted decapitation and brought her blade up to strike the flat of Hōshuko's and stepped forward, kicking the back of Hōshuko's forward knee before moving her foot forward, expelling her chakra at the point of contact with Hōshuko's ankle, causing her feet to lose contact with the ground. Natsuki then pushed her on her back and kicked her legs out from under her, forcing her body to be parallel to the ground before gathering chakra into the palm of her hand and forcing it down on Hōshuko's back, causing her to groan as she felt chakra explode into her, launching her into the ground, knocking her out cold. Natsumi formed handseals with one hand and said, "Doton: Ashikase no jutsu," and stamped on the ground, causing bands of earth to wrap around her wrists and ankles. Natsumi said, "Now, I think I'll give Shikawai a bit of time to see what she can come up with, so Kotarō is next," as she let her Namikaze-ryū: Kazangan Hasaki fade away, revealing a bright green glow surrounding her hand, which she applied to Hōshuko's back before leaving to track down her next student.

When she found Kotarō, he was in a clearing with his root-style tanto drawn. He said, "You got lucky before. This time you won't!"

Natsuki raised an eyebrow and thought, 'He's got it drawn already? Then he doesn't realise the reason for the design.' She sighed and said, "Danzo-sama's teachings must not have taken root with you if you're standing there, challenging me like that." Then she heard the sound of leaves crunching behind her and looked around, just as Kotarō rushed from a bush. She thought, 'A clone then?' she disappeared like she had before and threw a kunai at the Kotarō in front of her as she executed a perfect spinning back-kick, saying, "Konoha-ryū: Geki Senpū!" Simultaneously the two Kotarō's burst into bright light that caused Natsuki to have to close her eyes, but, as she did, she made a single hand seal and veins around her left eye bulged and she saw Kotarō trying to sneak towards her to take a bell while she couldn't see and said, "I'll give you some credit, Kotarō. But, that's not going to be enough to get you a bell from me."

Natsuki stamped the ground, causing the ground to shift slightly in that direction, causing Kotarō to stumble, exclaiming, "Whoah!" as he dropped to the ground. He glared at Natsuki as he asked, "How do you have that?! You're no Hyūga."

Natsuki said, "You're right. I'm not. But, that doesn't mean that my byakugan is any less real than theirs," and opened her eyes as Kotarō stood up.

"Then in that case," Kotarō raised his hand.

Natsuki saw a smoke bomb in it and her lips turned downwards as she thought, 'I just told him that my byakugan negates any impact that that can have on this battle.' Then the cloud burst from the bomb that Kotarō threw at the ground and quickly covered the clearing that they were in. He said, "The weakness of dōjutsu users, is that they think that their dōjutsu makes them invulnerable. But it quickly becomes their biggest weakness when you take away their sight." Trying to make his voice sound like it had a double tone to make it more intimidating.

Natsuki thought, 'So then it wasn't a standard smoke bomb, but a dōjutsu-inhibiting chaff bomb. Interesting. I'll have to ask him for his recipe. I wonder why he has it with him now though? It's not like dōjutsu-bearing shinobi are a common occurrence. I'll guess I'll have to ask him later.' She rolled her eyes as she heard him launch into a spiel about her supposed weaknesses. 'Jumping to conclusions far too quickly there, Kotarō.' She formed seals, not saying a word as she sunk into the ground. Almost as soon as she'd submerged herself into the ground, she reappeared, sinking Kotarō into it as she said, "Doton: Shinjū Zanshu no Jutsu," appearing in front and looking down at a disoriented Kotarō.

Kotarō frowned and demanded, "What the heck is this?!"

Natsuki merely raised her hand above her head and said, "Fūton: Toppa!" before she clicked her fingers, a burst of wind clearing the chaff-smoke from the area. She asked, "Kotarō. What exactly gave you the idea that I rely on my byakugan? It's a powerful tool, to be sure. But that's all it is."

"Well…My grandfather said that a shinobi's most powerful abilities always come with a risk to them, and one of the main risks with dōjutsu, is overreliance and the tendency of dōjutsu wielders to develop entire fighting styles based solely on their possession and that the easiest way, by far, to defeat them, is by inhibiting their dōjutsu."

"There is certainly some truth to that. But that only really applies to weaker shinobi. Even average dōjutsu-wielding jōnin will have other abilities to rely on if their dōjutsu is sealed, of course, even then a lot of the time they'll keep on trying to use their dōjutsu-based techniques for about ten to twenty seconds. Do you think you can capitalise on that small a time as you are?" Seeing a look on Kotarō's face that told her that she'd made her point, she said, "Beyond that, did you think that Danzō-sama would entrust his only grandson to a jōnin with only average strength?"

She then walked past Kotarō and jumped away as he yelled, "Hey! What the heck am I supposed to do now? Are you just going to leave me stuck here?!" Natsuki didn't answer.

It didn't take long for her to find Shikawai, who, unlike Kotarō, wasn't standing in a clearing to challenge her, she was standing on the branch of a tree and started running as soon as she got in sight of her. Natsuki raised an eyebrow and thought, 'Oh, so, she's trying something different, even if if she still hasn't figured out the meaning behind this test.' She settled for letting her prospective student setting the pace and called out, 'You know, this pace isn't going to be anywhere near fast enough to escape me, right, Nara?"

Shikawai angrily said, "Don't call me that!" and flipped as she jumped from one branch, throwing a kunai that she'd weakly streamed her chakra through, having seen Natsuki do it during her fight against Hoshuko, thanks to her summoned raven, and gotten some quick practice in.

Natsuki predicted the trajectory of the kunai and thought, 'It's going for my hitai-ate, so that's pointless to dodge, I wonder why she'd throw it at that, well, at least she did it whilst I was jumping from one branch to the other so that I supposedly wouldn't be able to avoid it.' She let the kunai hit her hitai-ate, unaware that it sliced through the Konoha symbol on it.

Shikawai flipped during her next jump, to see if the first step of her impromptu plan had accomplished what she'd wanted it to. She thought, 'Yes! It worked!' and sped up slightly as she kept jumping from branch to branch, heading to the next training field. Thirty seconds later, she reached a trap that she'd set up and cut a rope that caused two logs covered in fūma shuriken sticking out of them to swing between branches as Natsuki jumped between them.

Natsuki though, straightened out, slipping between them and reached out to tap the blade of one of them to pull her down to the lower one, spin around the bottom and launched herself to a lower branch before jumping back up to the level that Shikawai was still on and thought, 'She seems to be the bright one of the bunch, so maybe I should…' She commented, "That was a pretty good tactic Shikawai, but you're going to need to do better than that to get a bell by yourself."

Shikawai thought, 'Did she just say 'get a bell by myself? What does she mean by that!? There are only two bells to be gotten. That means that one of us gets sent back so she can focus on the other two, right? That's what she said. But Kotarō was right before when he cited regs regarding team makeup and there's been no other team in the history of Konoha, at least that I'm aware of, that hasn't had three team members. So if that is the case, then what's the point of this test? Wait! She just said that I'd need to do better to get a bell by myself, didn't she? If that's the case, then…then I'm definitely going to have to use this plan as more of a distraction than an attempt to get the bell after all.' Then, they jumped across the river demarking the boundary of field 12, into field 11.

Seeing the river pass below them, Natsuki thought, 'Okay, seriously now, what's she thinking, going into the next training field? Unless…!' Her eyes widened as she saw her reflection in the water, specifically her damaged hitai-ate and thought, 'Oh shit! That's not goo-!'

As she realised what Shikawai's plan was, she heard Shikawai's voice cry out, "Please! Help me! A missing-nin has invaded the village and is after me!"

The jōnin that Shikawai came across, said, "Right, go and tell whatever jōnin you find next to come here to back me, Shirakumo Hayama up."

Shikawai nodded and said, "Right," and fled in the direction of the gate to the training area until she was out of sight, then headed back to Training Area 12 to find her teammates.

Shirakumo looked at the incoming missing-nin and frowned. He said, "You've chosen a foolish disguise." As he drew his tanto and streamed wind chakra into it, saying, "Fūton: Shinkūken!" and swung it up, causing a gust of wind to blow directly at Natsuki.

Natsuki drew her sword, saying, "Fūton: Kazekiri no Jutsu!" and a gust of wind equal to Shirakumo's shot forth, completely countering his. Natsuki then used the shunshin jutsu to try to go after Shikawai, but Shirakumo was in front of her, cutting at her neck.

Natsuki grunted as her lips twitched downwards and said, "So. You're saying that I'm going to have to go through you, is that it, Shira?"

Wind rushed down Shirakumo's tanto, forming a blade as he said, "You've done your research. I'll give you that. But you really shouldn't try to disguise yourself as a dead woman."

Natsuki sighed and said, "Alright then, Shira. If that's the way it's going to have to be, then… Yōton: Shakuga Kōgake!" Lava coating her hand and wrist as a chakra blade extended past the tip of her tanto.

When Shikawai reached Kotarō she looked down at him and grinned. She said, "Hey, looks like you've been brought like a peg or two, Kotarō."

Kotarō exclaimed, "Tsch! Are you going to get me out, or not?"

"If you ask me nicely I might."

Hōshuko came through the trees and said, "Just do it, Shika. You've figured something out, and you need him. That's why you came back, isn't it?"

"So, you knew?"

"You know I'm a sensor. It's not like it was difficult for me to track your path."

Shikawai said, "Fair enough," and made handseals before saying, "Meiton: Kage Usagi no Yari." A shadow tentacle that ended in a point appeared from her shadow and immediately rushed into the ground around Kotarō, loosening the earth around him, letting him climb out of the ground as Shikawai said, "You were right, Hōshuko. I did figure something out."

"What's that?" Kotarō asked.

Shikawai smirked as she said, "That you were right before. Teams are made up of three shinobi. Including this one when we've passed the test."

"What?! But that crazy bi-!"

Hōshuko almost angrily said, "Kotarō!" cutting him off before he could finish. "Shikawai said you were right."

Shikawai continued, "In any case, this test is meant to see if we can work together to get even one bell from her."

"But there were two bells, so…"

"That was just to get us focusing on getting one bell individually."

"That's a pretty twisted way of going about it."

Kotarō said, "Maybe, but it certainly worked." He turned back to Shikawai and asked, "How did you figure it out?"

"Sensei told me that I'd need a better plan to get a bell by myself. Now, I think it's pretty clear to you two that you have always been stronger than me."

Hōshuko said, "That's not…"

Kotarō said, "Yeah well…"

Shikawai continued, "That said, you have to admit that I am smarter than you both." Her two teammates 'humphed' and looked away. Shikawai smiled and said, "You know it's true. And I think sensei at least agrees with me anyway. When she said that, it crystallized in my mind that there was no way that I was getting a bell from her by myself at this time, so I would need the help of the two of you. Now, here's my idea…" When Shikawai was finished, they all left the training field together.

Natsuki frowned at Shirakumo. She exclaimed, "Damn it!" as she slid to a stop across from Shirakumo. "This is even more annoying that I'd thought it would be, testing those three!" She drew a three-pronged kunai and said, "I didn't think that I'd need to use this today, but I suppose it is you that I'm fighting." She streamed wind chakra into her kunai and threw it, saying, "You'd better dodge that, Shira," as the kunai flew straight at him. Shirakumo channeled wind chakra into his blade and swung down on the kunai, but Natsuki took the chance to use the shunshin no jutsu to get behind Shirakumo and touched his back, saying, "Juinjutsu: Jigō Jubaku no In." Black marks rushed from her hand, spreading around Shirakumo's back and down his limbs, holding him motionless as Natsuki's wind chakra coated kunai lost its coating and dropped to the ground.

Shirakumo said, "Jigō Jubak-! That's a ROOT jutsu!"

"Yes. It is. That's where I've been since I faked my death all those years ago."

Shirakumo relaxed and sighed. He smiled and said, "Hell of a way to meet. So that kid was…"

"Shikawai Nara, a prospective genin subordinate of mine."

"Danzo has you training a team of brats? What was he thinking."

"Probably that only the daughter of a hokage would have the respect of his grandson to enough of an extent that he would take on what a sensei said."

Shirakumo said, "Mm. Makes sense," then saw Natsuki start to walk away and said, "Hey! Are you going to let me out, or what?"

"Nah. I linked a timeseal to it, it'll be released in about thirty minutes or so anyway." She jumped back the way she'd come, heading to the training field. When she got there she found footsteps going back to the main gate and leaving through it. She sighed and said, "Where the heck do they think they're going now? Well, whatever. I suppose if they don't want to be a team, this is one way to go about it. For now I might as well go there. This has been one hell of a morning." She then disappeared in a yellow flash and appeared on top the her father's head on Hokage Mountain and sat back against one of the spikes of hair. She hugged her knees to her chest and sighed. She rested her head against her knee as she closed her eyes and said, "Aniki."

About half an hour later, Natsuki heard footsteps approaching her and she looked up and smiled as she recognised the owner and said, "Aniki! I…I…" and tears started to well up in her eyes as the guilt that she'd been suppressing finally started to overwhelm her.

The person in front of her thought, 'She called this guy Aniki? So he's her elder brother? I guess that explains the similar smiles that they had in that photo. And it looks like I got this approximation of his form about right, at least from her perspective. In that case, then…" he smiled the same way that her brother had in the photo and said, "Imouto. It's been too long."

Natsuki thought, 'Im…mouto? What the heck?! He's never called me that before! Even after all this time after I…after I…' then she realised that her innate Naruto-sense wasn't detecting her brother. Her eyes turned white and her hair started to roil about as her killing intent flared wildly about with no particular target. She growled, "Imposter!" and rushed at the one that had dared try to toy with her emotions.

As Natsuki was sitting down, waiting for her prospective genin to find her, Hinata, Sakura and Isamu were sitting in the waiting room of the Hokage's office, getting increasingly bored, waiting for someone else to show up. Eventually, Hana Inuzuka entered the waiting room and the secretary said, "Ah. Hana-chan. Minato-sama will see you now."

Hana smiled and said, "Thanks, Hisana." She turned to the genin that had been waiting and said, "Come on. The three of you need to come in as well."

Isamu said, "Sure thing, Sensei."

Hinata said, "Yes, Inuzuka-Sensei."

Hana smiled and said, "Hinata, you of all people do not need to stand on ceremony with me."

Sakura frowned and almost demanded, "Why does she get an exemption?!"

Hana frowned and said, "Apparently Naruto's lesson didn't take as well as he'd hoped, Haruno."

"What?! But that was…"

Hana sighed and said, "When Naruto met up with you on that mission in the Land of Vegetables he told the pair of you that he was on a genin team taught by Hinata's mother, correct?"

"That's irgh.t what about it?"

"I was also on that team."

"Oh. Uhhh…sorry then."

"You're forgiven…this time."

Sakura gulped and said, "Yes Ma'am. It won't happen again!"

Hana smiled and said, "See that it doesn't. or you'll quickly find out that I'm not as 'lenient' as Naruto is." Sakura stepped back and nodded meekly.

Isamu just said, "Sensei."

Hana smiled and said, "Isamu. It'll be good working with you after my break."

"How are the puppies going now? All good I hope."

"They're fine." Hana turned to Minato and asked, "So, Minato, what's the mission this time?"

Minato said, "It's a simple search and retrieval."

"I see. That explains you giving this mission to Hinata and I, but why are…"

Minato sighed and said, "You know that teams are made of three and…!" Minato's eyes widened as he felt a familiar killing intent, and said, "Natsu, what are you…"

Hana though, also recognised it and growled angrily as her brow furrowed as she said, "That bitch!" remembering how Naruto had felt and acted after his twin's disappearing act. She ran in the direction of the killing intent, bursting through the wall of the Hokage's office, the Haimaru triplets following through the hole after her.

Sakura looked at the wall, unable to comprehend what had just happened and turned to Minato and asked, "Uhhh…Ho-Hokage-sama…what just…"

Minato sighed and said, "Hana and my daughter have always had a rather…volatile relationship we'll' say.

A/N

Attacks

Natsuki

Konoha-ryū: Geki Senpū (Leaf-style: Violent Whirlwind): A spinning back kick, augmented by chakra being emitted at the point of contact.

Namikaze-ryū: Shakuga Kōgake (): A chakra blade augmentation technique that superheats the chakra making up the blade, letting it cut/melt through anything it touches. If the blade isn't made of a specific material, then it will render the blade useless after the technique has been stopped.

Raiton: Raishuriken (Lightning Release: Lightning Shuriken): Shuriken created from lightning chakra using shape manipulation.

Doton: Gansetsukon (Rock Section Cane): This technique allows the user to take a small chunk of rock and turn it into the shape of a staff. The user can then use it as a melee weapon or throwing weapon.

Jiton: Sōshūjin no jutsu (Manipulating Attack Blades): This technique allows the user to control multiple kunai - or a similar weapon - at once. By releasing chakra from the hand over an area, the user can freely manipulate any kunai within that area. This allows the user to either attack opponents from their blindside or surround them with kunai, preventing them from escaping

Kyoujin Kujiku (): A counter technique to the Ansatsu taught in ROOT. The user brings their blade up to strike the flat of the opponent's and steps forward, kicking the back of their forward knee out before moving their foot forwards, expelling chakra at the point of contact with the opponent's ankle, causing their feet to lose contact with the ground. The user then pushes their opponent on their back and kick their legs out from under them, forcing their body to be parallel to the ground.

Tenkai Taikyokuken (Revolution Grand Ultimate Fist): The user gathers chakra into the palm of their hand and forces it down on to their opponents' back, causing chakra to explode into their opponent, launching them into the ground.

Namikaze-ryū: Kazangan Hasaki (Namikaze Style: Lava Blade Edge): The user holds their sword up by their face as lava coats their hand and forearm, steam starting to emit from their sword as the chakra coating it takes on an orange glow. The user needs to be able to use healing chakra to a sufficiently high level and stream it through their arm while using this jutsu if they want to keep it. As such this jutsu uses significantly more chakra than most streaming techniques, making it a kinjutsu.

Konoha-ryū: Geki Senpū (Leaf-Style: Violent Whirlwind): A spinning back kick.

Hōshuko

Hagoromo-ryū: Hitokiri no jutsu (Hagoromo Style: Man Slayer) An elemental streaming technique that heats the blade to the point that steam emanating from it, granting the user's sword similar abilities to the Hitokiri no Tsurugi.

Shōton: Suishō Shuriken no Jutsu (Crystal Shuriken Technique): The user creates crystal shuriken in their hand to throw at the enemy.

Shikawai

Meiton: Kage Usagi no Yari (Dark Release: Shadow Rabbit Spear): A spiked shadow tentacle that can be used for attacking a foe or burrowing underground to extend the user's shadow

Kotarō

Awai Bunshin (Light Clone): A clone made of light. When one is destroyed or released, they burst into light that can temporarily blind an opponent
