Chapter 3:
The gang's first stop is an old spooky house. "Like, it had to be spooky," says Shaggy.
"This is where we'll find the Funky Phantom Crew," says Velma.
They then see Skip Gilroy running out. The Gang follow him. "Hey, is that a piece of a disk you got there," asks Fred.
"Yes and it's mine," says Skip, "it was my invention that caught the Raven!"
Then Skip gets grabbed by Augie. "Hey, Nerd, give me my treasure," says Augie.
"It's mine," says Skip.
"Both of you give it to me now," says April as she tackles them both to the ground.
"Jeepers," says Daphne.
"It's just like what Mr. Socrates said," says Velma, "and now they're turning against each other!"
All three of them get attacked by Elmo. Scooby then grabs Elmo. "Rock rit roff!"
Then they all heard a laugh and Mudsy appears. "I believe the treasure should go to the real hero who stopped the Raven's plan," says Mudsy, "now, give it to me!" Shaggy and Scooby grab the disk piece and run and Mudsy chases after them…
...
"Where are you…" Mudsy finds them.
"Are you the Funky Phantom," asks Shaggy.
"Um…"
"Well, you have an overdue library book," says Shaggy.
"You have to understand, I've been dead for all these years and…"
"Re're rot rinterested rin rour rexcuses," says Scooby.
"Go find that book and return it to the library," says Shaggy.
Mudsy then walks away, only to realize he's been tricked. "Wait a minute!" He then sees the gang and the Mystery Machine's already gone. "Hey!"
...
Fangface arrives on Mystery Island, but finds the temple destroyed. "What happened here," asks Fangface. He then sees Jaguaro. "Excuse me, I'm here for the Heart of the Jaguar!" Jaguaro roars. "What? Someone already took it?" Jaguaro roars again. "Well, where do I find Josie and the Pussycats?" Jaguaro roars again. "Riverdale? Great!" Fangface walks away. "Things are never easy!"
