9. App mostly fixed plus announcement

So the Fanfiction app seems to have the server problems fixed now. Yay!

But the bots still plague the DMs and reviews. Less yay...

...anyway, now that that's done, I'm here to announce that I have officially commissioned cover art for this thing to replace my fifteen-minute rush job. Not one of the bots, an actual artist is doing this. Expect it to appear at the end of May or early June.
