Sorry, I was really tired, and I needed a new chapter. So I just copied from the doc, I tired to fix it but it probably sucks. Lets crash and burn!
The morning of the ball was extremely busy and chaotic. None of the royal family were present in the dining room for breakfast, all being too busy getting ready to meet the guests. Persephone had gathered everyone, and they walked outside of the palace as one. A perfect family.
The kingdom of Ocean (in Greek), was first. With king Poseidon, his wife Amphitrite, and his son, Percy. They all wore blue and white, with greenish-blue eyes, lightly suntanned skin, and black hair. Both Poseidon and his son both wore easy smiles, Amphitrite looked more controlled. Neptune, and Salacia both wore white and pearls, with dark hair, blue eyes, lightly suntanned skin, and happy smiles. Neptune clearly loved his wife, and the feeling was mutual, due to the fact that Salacia had a bump, the beginnings of a child. The kings greeted Hades and Pluto with smiles, shaking their hands, Poseidon and Neptune pulled Hades and Pluto into a one-armed hug. Amphitrite and Salacia greeted Persephone and Proserpina with a hug and talked about the baby excitedly. Percy brought Hazel into a hug, and nodded to Nico.
When the Poseidon and Neptune passed the kingdom of Clouds (in Greek) walked up the steps. Jupiter's son, Jason, was the younger version of his father, blond hair, blueish-grey eyes, fair skin, and sharp features. Both of them were smiling widely. Juno, Jupiter's wife, had no similarities to their son. Juno had dark brown hair, brown eyes, lightly tanned skin, and soft features, her face was schooled into a small smile. Zues, Hera, and Thalia looked nothing like each other. Zeus had blond hair, and sky-blue eyes. Hera looked like her sister, Juno with brown hair, brown eyes, and soft features. Thalia had black hair with blue added in it, she had stormy grey eyes, and a smirk. Everyone was dressed in grey, gold, and blue. Hera and Juno greeted Persephone and Proserpina with a polite smile. Zeus, and Jupiter greeted Hades and Pluto with a nod. Jason hugged Hazel, Thalia bumped her softly, and they both nodded at Nico.
The kingdom of Wisdom (in Greek) was next, Athena and Minerva arrived with Athena's adopted child, Annabeth. Athena had calculating grey eyes, sharp features, fair skin, and brown hair. Her daughter also had grey eyes, a little less cold, she had softer features, tan skin, and blonde hair. Minerva had red hair, brown eyes, and soft features. They both greeted Pluto, Hades, Proserpina, and Persephone with a nod and a smile. Annabeth smiled at Hazel, pulling her into a hug and placed a hand on Nico's shoulder before going into the castle.
The kingdom of Sun (in Greek) came up the stairs, shining. Phoebus, his wife, (I'm making this up) Aelia, and his son, Octavian, came up. Octavian looked nothing like his family, he was skinny and pale, making him seem sickly. Phoebus was tanned, and fit, with freckles, and bright blue eyes. Aelia had tanned skin, freckles, brown eyes, and brown hair. Apollo and his wife for the year, Cyrene, came up with their son, William. Nico's heart stuttered, and skeletal butterflies resurrected in his stomach. William looked like a more handsome and young version of his father, tanned skin, fit body, bright sky blue eyes, and happy demeanor. While his father looked stern and disciplined, his son looked happy. Cyrene had dark brown hair, dark skin, and kind green eyes. Apollo and Phoebus greeted Hades and Pluto with big smiles, and a handshake turned into a hug. Octavian sniffed at Hazel and Nico, looking at them with a sneer. Nico responded with a glare. William pushed his cousin into the doorway with an eye roll, and took my hand.
"Hi, my name is William, you can call me Will," He smiled, the butterflies in Nico's stomach went nuts.
"I-I'm Nicolo, everyone calls me Nico," Nico stuttered and blushed, akwardly shaking Will's hand.
"I'm Hazel," Hazel smiles, taking his other hand with both of hers.
"I hope to see you inside," Will smiles and nods, as he and his family walk inside the castle.
Hazel smirks, a mischievous look crossing her face. She bumps her brother, and lightly chuckles.
"Don't," Nico warns.
"I didn't do anything!" Hazel defends, but her smile gave everything away.
The rest of the families came through, but Nico's mind was focused on the cheery boy from the kingdom of the Sun.
So, Nico met Will. I kinda know this sucks, it'll never happen again I promise. Thx for reading my crap tho!
