When Sasuke woke up, he gasped a giant breath of air, and took in his surroundings.

He was lying in a bed with vital monitors hooked up to him, and the sound of the traditional medical beeping sound was going off in the background. He was in the hospital, but the last thing he remembered was watching that crazy Hyuga gouge that Betas eyes out.

Then he was shot.

That's right. By that silver bullet. Sasuke felt it immediately enter his body and passing out from the intense pain. With wide eyes and more alert, he sat up in the bed and started to check his shoulder where he was shot. "Doctors found no entry or exit wound. No bullet in your body at all. They did a full body x-ray and found nothing. You're still one healthy Alpha, little brother."

Sasuke looked in the corner of his room and saw no one other than his older brother, Itachi. The older Uchiha sat with his police detective uniform on, which was similar to Sasuke's except unmarked, with one leg folded over the other. His elbow leaning on his thigh and his face resting in his palm. Itachi had his hair in a mid length ponytail, in the middle of his head, and his bangs framed his face. He was currently looking at his nails, they were painted black. His little girl loved to paint his nails, and he'd never tell his daughter no. "We found the silver bullet beside you. Ran tests and confirmed it was your blood. Yet, no sign that it penetrated you. You were healed by someone. Who else was there? Alphas cannot heal, and Betas can't heal on that level."

Only Omegas. They were the only real gentle and pure thing left in the world. The only being worth being handled with love and care.

Sasuke furrowed his eyebrows at Itachi and shook his head in thought. He got what Itachi was hinting at, but Hinata was a Beta. She was a damn strong Beta female, but none the less, she was a Beta. "I was with a Hyuga. Hiashi's daughter, Hinata. She was stuck in the storm last night. Being a nuisance, so I had took her to my house. She left when it was getting dark, even though I told her not to. I went after her, and that's when I saw her being attacked by another Alpha and a Beta."

Itachi arched his brow at Sasuke. His brother did a lot for some woman he's only seen and heard of on occasion. Sasuke was a, 'to himself' type of guy. He didn't like to be bothered with other people problems, which is why Itachi had no clue why Sasuke participated in their family's profession. Law enforcement wasn't really Sasuke's passion.

Either way, for Sasuke to go through great lengths to save this woman from her own irresponsible decisions, it was very odd. A little concerning.

It was almost protective like. Like he was drawn to be there for this woman. Like he was protecting a mate.

Itachi knew the feeling because he had an Omega wife. He would do anything to make sure she was safe, and he protected her with every fiber in his body. At first sight for any superior Alpha, like the Hyuga's and Uchiha's, it's almost immediate that they know when an Omega is around. When that Omega is the one for them. Their life long partner.

Alpha's on their level weren't drawn to any and everything. Of course Alpha's and Omega's frolicked with one another. Just because an Alpha and Omega engage in sex, doesn't mean they're mating. Casual sex happens between Alpha's, Beta's and Omega's, but mating is on a deeper level.

Alpha's are drawn to the Omega's that drive them mad, just as much as they drive that Alpha mad. Timelines didn't matter. They could know each other for two hours or a decade.

When an Alpha and Omega were drawn to each other, they were drawn for life.

Yet, just like Sasuke, Itachi heard that both Hiashi's daughters were Beta's. This wasn't making sense though. His brother wouldn't be acting so reckless over a Beta. Going out his way to fight low grade Alpha's. Something wasn't adding up. Something was up with this Hyuga.

That Beta's fingerprints were on the firearm. That meant the Beta shot Sasuke, which meant the Hyuga woman killed the Beta and fled the scene. Itachi bet his life savings that she also hit the distress signal in Sasuke's police car. If Sasuke took her to his house while on duty, she probably investigated his vehicle and saw the button in a subtle manner.

So, this woman could take a life. She was dangerous and she had a secret. If she was willing to kill that Beta, what else would she do to stay hidden in the shadows? There is a reason she was uncooperative with Sasuke, and Itachi KNEW his brother was smarter than this. Sasuke should be able to connect the dots that this woman was dangerous, but for some reason Sasuke was ignoring the bells and whistles.

This woman was somehow messing with his brother. It was odd to see Sasuke look so…emotionally drained and confused. Even at this exact moment talking, Itachi could see Sasuke was more so thinking of the Hyuga woman than the dead Beta and arrested Alpha.

Well, Hiashi was always a sneak. It must be hereditary.

It had been two weeks since the incident with the Uchiha officer, and Hinata was back at peace. That night, she had gone home and locked herself away until she could properly regulate her body. It was hard. She had sprinted home and immediately stuck the syringe in her thigh. Her body was shaking so bad. She was so hot. Scorching.

Hinata remembered sitting in front of her air conditioner, and having two fans on her small naked body for almost two solid days. The light sweat on her body didn't go away for two days. It was like she had the flu, but the only way to fix it was to just release. For an Omega, a simple sexual release wouldn't be enough. It had to be from the care of an Alpha. The power of an Alpha. Her whole identity was affiliated to that of afreaking Alpha, and it made Hinata so upset.

The whole time she was locked in her home, she cursed herself. Who she was. How her body worked. She just wanted to be free. What about being an Omega was freeing? When it revolved around those Alpha's. Like they really cared about Omega's. Was she the only one to see this?!

Dose after dose. Ointment after ointment. Hinata's house smelled so strongly of vanilla sugar, it almost became a permanent smell on her. The fact she had to immediately throw this on her body as soon as she exited the shower was sickening to her. The lack of freedom that came with her life was just…maddening.

Yet, the most calm Hinata has felt since she came to Mercury, was looking into those blood-ruby eyes. She had never had such a blanket of tranquility wash over her, while at the same time setting her body on fire. Just the look Sasuke gave her that night had mentally set her back for weeks. The worst part, she still craved his presence.

It was just the typical attraction everyone felt for an Alpha. Especially when they entered their true form. That's what Hinata told herself.

So, now that weeks have gone by. Hinata was out and about again, and was currently coming back from the farmers market. "Do you not own a hover?"

Hinata just kept looking straight as she walked. Ignoring Sasuke as he hovered his vehicle slowly beside her. She was in her typical heavy clothing to escape the weather, and wore her goggles. "I do have one Uchiha-san. There is no reason to use it during short travels."

Hinata noticed her goggles become foggy and a drop of rain hit them. There was no way this was happening. This man has to be controlling the weather. Why is it, every time she encounters him, the weather becomes horrible? This man was the devil.

Sasuke watched as Hinata picked up her pace and could see the steam coming off her in frustration. He fought off the urge to smirk. She still didn't keep up with the weather he could see. "Get in. It's going to come down hard soon. This time I'll really take you home."

Hinata let out a heavy breath and actually didn't argue with him about this. She had on clothing to protect her from dirt and the heat. Not the rain. Meaning her ointment could get washed off in some spots by the rain. Plus, she didn't want a repeat of last time. She didn't need to spend more time with this man than needed.

Sasuke watched Hinata walk over to the passenger side. He unlocked his doors and watched her put her groceries in the back before sitting beside him. "Tell me where you live."

The two traveled in almost silence. Hinata giving Sasuke directions on where her house was. Upon entering her neighborhood, Sasuke looked around and finally let out the smirk he was holding in. "Nice area you live in. I expect nothing less from a Hyuga."

When he pulled up to Hinata's home, it was full on raining and Hinata looked at Sasuke like it was obvious what she wanted. She wanted him to help her bring the groceries inside so she didn't get soaked. Sasuke arched his brow as he looked at her. This woman had a lot of nerve after the hell she put him through from their last encounter.

She was interesting.

He wordlessly got out his hover and Hinata did at the same time. Sasuke grabbed her groceries and rushed to the front door with Hinata. Her in front to let the two inside. Once in, Hinata directed Sasuke down her large hallway and into the kitchen. Sasuke could hear the echoing as they walked in Hinata's home. This place was large and pricey. "I pay for everything myself Uchiha-san. My father pays for nothing."

That was hard to believe.

Sasuke placed the groceries on the kitchen marble counter and scuffed at her. "Doing what?"

Hinata opened her refrigerator and quickly shut it, after taking out two lemon sparkling waters. Quick to make sure Sasuke didn't see the serums inside the refrigerator. "Real estate. I manage all the property I purchase."

Unlike Hinata, Sasuke accepted the drink and opened the glass bottle. Laughing in sync with the bottle fizzing open. "I get it now. You came on this planet because you saw the economic growth happening. You came here early before the other money sniffed the real estate gold mine here. You got your hands on all this land for cheap and built nice homes that attracts people to come here and rent it out from you. Or you sell it for triple the price you paid for. You own majority of these new developments that are up. Don't you?"

Hinata had already started drinking her beverage as she proceeded to put her groceries up. She nodded her head as an answer, and pulled out a small crate of grape tomatoes. He watched her place the tomatoes in her sink and start to wash them. "I do own all of them. This planet is growing and in a few years, my investment will go from two times the profit to 40 times."

"You advocate to preserve land, thatyouwantto preserve and while the blinders are on the locals, you tear down areas you want to tear down. To build what you want. This whole time I thought you were a tree hugging, free spirit Beta. Just to learn you're a blood thirsty shark."

This woman had surprised Sasuke. He felt like she was hiding in a heard of sheep. A wolf in sheep clothing. She wasn't a typical Beta. She wasn't anything that he thought she was. Sasuke continued to watch as Hinata didn't reply to him, but she pulled down her face covering to take a bite of the grape tomato.

This was the first time he's seen her lips. They had a natural pink tint to them and looked rather…hydrated. Full, soft and now juicy from the tomato juice. Why did she bite into a grape tomato? They were already small. He guessed too big for her small mouth.

If those little tomatoes were too big for her mouth. Then Sasuke imagined this woman struggled a lot in the bedroom.

Wait. What? What was he thinking?

When Hinata bit down. He saw straight, bright white teeth. He imagined how she looked just talking regular without the face coverings on. Hinata picked up three more grape tomatoes and offered Sasuke some, which he took and immediately plopped one in his mouth. "While you are on patrol Uchiha-san. I do not want to keep you from work."

She was politely kicking him out.

Sasuke couldn't help but grin at her cleverness and stood up from the bar stool chair he had made himself comfortable in. "I wanted to tell you thank you by the way. For getting me to the hospital. Even though you helped me, don't do that again. Civilians shouldn't get into altercations once law enforcement steps in. You took someone's life, you should be lucky you're not being investigated."

Hinata slowly nodded her head as she looked at him. She couldn't rebuttal with the fact that he got shot and needed her assistance. She put him in that situation because she was so stubborn. The whole ordeal from the start of the dust storm to the fight against the Beta and Alpha. It was all her fault, so she'd listen to him for this situation.

She's starting to listen to him a lot. "You're right. My apologies."

Sasuke had eaten his tomatoes and reached over in Hinata's kitchen sink and plucked four more from the crate. "My brother tells me that they were able to locate where the Alpha and Beta got their weapons from. The dealers were in the black market, and we were able to take the whole operation down. Got the firearm left at the scene too."

Hinata watched as Sasuke ate the tomatoes. He was finally getting to the point of why he sought her out. He as aiming to interrogate her. "That's good. I'm glad you all were able to handle that situation and keep us safe."

"Hn. Do you go to the black market?"

"Sometimes."

Sasuke looked up from the tomatoes in his hands and eyed Hinata. He wanted to ask what she bought there. What type of crazy healing shit is out there on the black market. However, he knew he probed her enough. He wasn't dealing with a regular civilian, this woman was way more savvy. "Fair enough. You have a nice evening Hinata."

"Why do you call me that? In such formality?" It almost bothered Hinata. That this Alpha spoke to her like they were…friends or something. Like he would even give her a time of day if they were back on Saturn.

Sasuke arched his brow and frowned as he looked at her. "I know of you. I know your family. You know my family. You helped me, and I helped you two weeks ago. I believe calling you by your first name won't kill you. I could care less if you call me Sasuke. Whatever issue you personally have with Alphas. It's annoying. Reevaluate yourself."

Hinata's face was covered for the most part, but her mouth, and Sasuke saw her mouth drop open. "I-I-I…"

Oh that's right. He remembers her growing up now. She had an insane stutter when they were younger.

"I BEG YOUR PARTON?! Sasuke Uchiha?!" Hinata's face shown looked completely flabbergasted. Her cheeks were rosy red. Sasuke was fully amused now. "You talk like I'm some knuckle dragging neanderthal. Like I just walk around and have my way with Betas, Omegas and whoever is walking around. You act so much better than Alphas and Omegas. Yet, you were created from an Alpha and Omega."

Hinata watched Sasuke walk around the kitchen counter and walk into her space. Face to face. "Humble yourself…Hinata."

She was taking deep breaths as she looked up at his tall, six foot three figure, through her goggles. "I-I-"

"Youwhat?" The two eyed one another and the heat that Hinata had felt two weeks ago was creeping back in. It made no sense. She had taken her serums. She was coated in her vanilla sugar ointment. Hinata had been meditating and mentally preparing herself incase this situation happened again. Why was she so weak right now? So inflamed.

Sasuke squared his jaw as he looked down at her. It wasn't often he let people make the Alpha in him come out. He was sometimes even more composed than Itachi when it came to controlling his Alpha instincts. The need to dominate. Protect their territory and their Omega.

An Omega wasn't even around though. Sasuke shouldn't be this feral right now. "When you figure out why you're so full of yourself. Let me know. Have a good evening,Hinata."

Not letting her control the situation like he could tell she wanted. Sasuke had left Hinata in her kitchen, still completely flabbergasted that he confronted her and called her out the way he did. When he shut her front door and walked to his hover, Sasuke could hear the harsh scream from inside the large home and smirked as he got inside.

Sitting on his couch in his living room, Sasuke cradled some gin on the rocks. He wasn't an avid drinker, but when he was in a thinking mood, a nice glass of alcohol helped relax his mind and body a little. He had showered from his shift at work and was in a pair of silk black pajama pants and it was warm enough outside that he went shirtless and just kept the fan on.

His hair was a bit dampened, so the back of his trimmed jet black hair wasn't as frizzled as it usually was. His front bangs hung a bit heavy at the sides and on his forehead. Sasuke was leaning back on his recliner that was faced towards his large glass door, leading to his balcony. He watched the rain storm pick up and leaned his head back on the recliner. Watching the storm.

Feeling an internal storm within. He just couldn't find his balance since meeting this Hyuga girl. He just wasn't acting himself, and it was bothering him to no end.

Sasuke took another sip of his gin as he picked up his cell phone when he saw Itachi was calling him. "It's storming out. I don't want to be over for dinner. Next week, I'll be there."

'You've been acting strange. Are you okay?'

Sasuke closed his eyes as he felt a, 'big brother', moment coming along. "Yes. It's raining Itachi."

'Have you made contact with Hiashi's daughter again? Hinata, right?'

Sasuke took another sip and let the relaxing heat from the liquor combat with the aggression he was starting to feel. That Alpha dominating urge was crawling up his spine and consuming him, just from hearing her name. His eyes flickered from their charcoal black color, to that bloody ruby color ever since he's gotten in the house. The shower didn't help. He was trying to calm down and stay stationary, because all Sasuke wanted to do right now was justtouch her.

Why? With a Beta? Why was he feeling these urges?

Sasuke took his cold glass and placed it on his forehead. His eyes still closed and his eyebrows furrowed together. "Did you know she owns all these new developments that's been built the last few years? She's a walking millionaire blending in with the locals."

'…Okay. You got that out of her. Did she tell you anything about the black market?'

"Yeah. She said she goes out there. That was all she said about that. She didn't go in depth."

'You didn't push her to go in depth about it either. Why are you so soft with this woman?'

"Itachi…stop. I don't know. I don't feel like talking about it."

'Stop being dramatic. You skip our weekly family dinner with my wife and your nieces and nephews, because you're hoarded in your house fighting off your natural Alpha urges. Something that you think you can hide from me.'

Sasuke knew Itachi was going to drill into him. He knew Itachi was going to pick up on everything. "Just give me a few days. I have three days off anyways. That's all I need."

'What is that going to do? You are downplaying the reality here Sasuke. You cansmell her. You'll always track her down. You'll always know where she is and what she is doing. You have her locked in.'

"WHY THOUGH?" Sasuke chugged the rest of his alcohol in his cup. He opened his raging red eyes and leaned over to his glass table. He picked up the gin bottle and took another ball of ice from his ice bin. He fixed himself his third gin on the rocks and leaned back on the recliner. "Why is my body going into a psycho mode over a damn Beta? I've had Beta's before. This isn't the same Itachi. I'm in a mind frame to nest and protect her. This…damnBeta. WHY?"

Aww Itachi could tell Sasuke was in a mode similar to when teenage Alpha's go through presenting. Presenting was something that is a, 'coming of age' for all Alpha's, Beta's and Omega's. Alpha's and Omega's being a bit more intense and meaningful. Alpha's being a lot more aggressive and dangerous. Thank goodness that didn't last long, about two days.

However, now Sasuke was going through a rut. Omega's go through heat, and Alpha's go through ruts. End goal is basically the same, however while an Omega is weakened and in sexual pain from their heat, an Alpha is down right evil. They turn aggressive and territorial. Which explains Sasuke pursuing Hinata the night he was shot.

Itachi could see this wasn't a natural rut that occurs periodically on it's on. That would be a sexual desire Sasuke could ignore, because he was use to the feeling. No, this rut was induced, which meant an Omega was triggering it by being in heat. A mate or potential mate was sending Sasuke into an emotional turbulence and making him unstable. Not using his head at all.

Sasuke knew he was in a rut, but he believed it was a natural rut, because an Omega wasn't AROUND. Itachi knew Sasuke was trying to control his rut by isolation. Reason why he made that terrible excuse of the weather being the reason he missed their weekly family dinner. Sasuke was becoming aggressive and his little brother hasn't been this way since he first hit adulthood at 17. Sasuke's 23 now. So to get these strong urges at this time, with adult Alpha strength. It could be dangerous. Reason why Itachi was trying to calm Sasuke down.

The last thing Itachi needed was Sasuke to become fixated on this Hyuga and bring his burning urges to her. If she rejected him, then Itachi would have to intervene to stop his brother from doing something he'd regret.

This was becoming so troublesome for Itachi.

Sasuke took a chug of the liquid and repeated to make another drink. He was in a more relaxed state now, so he was able to get his heavy thoughts off his chest.

'Look. I know everything you're going through.'

"You don't. My sister in law is an Omega-"

'Hold on Sasuke. I get the urges, I'm not saying I get the attraction to this Hyuga woman. Look…tell me more about her. Did she have a smell when you met her? When you brought her to your house?'

Sasuke slouched in his couch again. He placed the phone on speaker, and started to fiddle with his apps. Taking a look at social media. His recent search history had found the page of said Hinata Hyuga.

Fuck this wasn't like him at all.

"She smelled like sweets. I hate sweets, but it was a sweet, sugary vanilla smell."

'Okay. What about her house? What did that smell like?'

Sasuke's thumb was glazing over the friend request button on her page. Hinata's page was private and he didn't like the disconnect.

He didn't like the disconnect? What the hell was he thinking?

"Her house smelled exactly the same. There was no different smell between her and her house." He clicked the friend request button, and turned his screen off as he rested his phone on his chest now. His ruby eyes focusing on his glass cup.

'You don't think that's odd? That her and her house smell exactly alike? That she goes to the black market-'

"A lot of people go to the black market Itachi. Even you go there." Sasuke held his glass to the moonlight view he had. The glass made a unique prism and the full moon looked so much like Hyuga eyes. He's never seen her eyes, and her page was fucking private. He wanted to see her eyes.

He was becoming obsessed.

'You don't find it odd you're making excuses for someone you barely know? You're sitting in your house, in the dark, drinking alcohol. I hear you Sasuke. Your fucking jaw is clenching, extremely loud, on the phone because you want to bite like you're mating. Look, you've never been through any of this, and clearly never mated. So, I need you to pull yourself together and use your head.'

Sasuke rolled his neck and loud cracking could be heard as he audibly growled and hunched over. He placed the glass cup on the table and ran his hands through his hair. He placed the phone on the table as well and let out a heavy breath. "I'mtrying. I'm going to be fine. I just need to wait it out for a few days inside the house."

'That's not going to work. You'll calm down and the moment you leave out the house again. It'll start all over for you. Somehow you'll find her again. Think about this Hinata woman. Think about every little thing about her Sasuke. What were some of the red flags? THINK.'

Itachi didn't like seeing his brother so confused like this. Itachi had his suspicions, but he needed to get more information from Sasuke. He needed to validate this.

Sasuke's knee was bouncing up and down in frustration and his fingernails started digging in his scalp. He was wracking his scrambled brain right now to think rationally. This was torture. This was absolutely the worst feeling that he's ever welcomed in his life.

"She wears a lot of clothing. Face coverings too. Goggles that reflect and hide her eyes. Heavy, and baggy clothing on her small body. When she came in my house, she wouldn't take anything off. She…she kept asking to use my bathroom. When I told her no, she basically booked it out my house. Is she on drugs? Is it a drug she has that is getting on me?"

At this point Sasuke could feel his heart thumping in his ears. He's never felt insanity before, and he honestly thought he'd hate the feeling. Not love it like this.

'Hiashi's daughter isn't on drugs. Trust me, you're a drug dog Sasuke. You'd know if she was on drugs. You just made that up.'

Sasuke grunted and bit his bottom lip in complete frustration. "She's a fighter. She fought those two Alpha and Beta until I got there. She killed that Beta. Omega's don't do that, Itachi. Beta's do that."

'Okay. Let's ignore that night. It's just going to frustrate and confuse you even more. Let's not even talk about how you weremagically healed. When you met up with her today, to ask about the black market. It was starting to rain. Right? So, when you came into contact with her then. What happened?'

"I told her to get in my hover, so she wouldn't get stuck in the rain storm. She accepted it."

Itachi was silent for a few seconds on the phone. Typically, with Itachi, that meant he made a connection or conclusion with a case. His brother was the best detective Sasuke has ever seen in their family timeline of law enforcement. So, Sasuke knew Itachi knew something.

'I think you should make contact with her again. Reach out to Hinata one last time. After you've settled down in three days, reach out to her. Don't chase this woman Sasuke, and don't do anything until you've calmed down in three days.'

Sasuke was about to question this, because that was the most vague and unhelpful advice his brother has ever given him. When he was about to voice his annoyance, his phone turned bright and he saw on the screen that Hinata Hyuga accepted his friend request.

The two have been awful to each other, yet, they kept reaching out and finding one another.

"Alright. I'll do that. I'm going to get ready for bed. I'll talk to you later." Sasuke ignored Itachi's sarcastic reply of,'Sure you are'. He hung up the phone and went back to explore Hinata's social media page. She didn't post pictures of herself. Just of scenery portraits. The area. The waterfalls here on Mercury, which even Sasuke had to admit were beautiful.

She did have a hover vehicle. Sasuke finally saw the hover in a picture Hinata took of her hover parked in front of a canyon a few hours from their town. She was a traveler, and her hover was a smooth black looking antique color. The antique look suited her old soul personality.

How the hell did he know her personality? He didn't even really know her.

It felt like he could sense her personality. What made her comfortable and what made her panic. He picked up on her not wanting to talk about the black market, so he dropped it, because he sensed it made her feel calmer. At peace. What the hell was wrong with him?

Sasuke left her pictures and went straight to message her.

S: 'Surprised you accepted.'

H: 'I wanted to apologize. My behavior has not been appropriate at all. I wanted to really say I am sorry.'

Sasuke scuffed at the apology. He didn't want that from her.

S: 'What's your phone number? Send it.'

A smug grin actually covered his face when she immediately sent it to him. Which, in return he immediately called.

'Umm. Hello Uchi…umm…Sasuke. Again, I really want to apologize for my behavior. I'm not the judgmental person you've been seeing. That really isn't like me.'

So she was acting out of character too? That makes the two of them.

Sasuke actually smiled at the cheesy statement and his tongue glazed over his sharp fangs. "Oh, cut the shit. Where is the woman that's been giving me hell? You know, if I didn't already know. I would have thought you were an Alpha."

'R-Really?'He could hear her giggle over the phone, and that made the tension of the conversation with Itachi earlier fade away. Since reaching out to her, he's felt this calm aura wash over him. Compared to the internal storm he felt earlier. "Yeah. I want to see you off duty. I have the next three days off. Based off your pictures you post. We have the same hobbies."

It was quiet on Hinata's end, but Sasuke was patient with her.'I-I don't understand. Nothing can come between us Sasuke. You are you, and I am who I am.'

He was an Alpha and she was a 'Beta'. He couldn't have children with her. Majority of Alpha's wanted children. Alpha's and Omega's kept the world turning.

"You're thinking too hard into this. I don't even know what your face fully looks like for you to assume I want to have relations with you." He heard her gasp and knew she was probably red from blushing. Growing flustered again. "Still. If we're being honest, there is an attraction here. I seek you out, and you always accept. So accept."

The pause wasn't long this time.'Tomorrow? I like hiking up this trail. Would you like to join me?'

Outdoors. Where she can wear her heavy clothing and not have to remove it. She was a clever woman. "Fine by me. Text me the time and I'll pick you up from your house."

The two talked a little more before they got off the phone. A date and time set for tomorrows hang out. Sasuke knew what Itachi told him to do, but Sasuke always moved at the beat of his own drum.

He didn't feel aggressive anymore. He felt content and didn't feel the need to isolate anymore. Mentally telling himself it was his own willpower doing this. Not perhaps, it was the calming energy coming from an Omega.

Besides. What's the worst that could happen?

Notes:

End of chapter.

I love writing SasuHina moments. I could totally see them frustrating each other lol. So, more of Sasuke and Itachi this chapter. Mainly because I love the Uchiha brothers. I don't know why, but a ItaHina fic has always been crawling up my spine lol. One day, one day.

Anyways. There were Omegaverse lingo here, and I hope I was able to explain it in the story. Like Sasuke being in a 'rut' mode with Hinata. For MY story line, Hinata was in heat when she was held up in her home. When she left her home, her scent, while very faint, still attracted Sasuke. Next chapter you will see how.

So, next Friday for sure lol. Also, I hope you all enjoyed this chapter!
