Sasuke kept telling himself that he understood Itachi's reasoning. It all made sense. What Hinata was doing made sense. However, the image of her lifeless body alone in the woods because of a crazed irregular looking Akatsuki would not stop popping in his head. Which in return wouldn't stop the crazed irregular look from leaving his face.

Itachi looked at Sasuke and the manic look he had at the moment. Sasuke the rouge-nin was out full surface and he knew it was only a matter of time before his little brother listened to no reasoning.

Their original plan had to change. Itachi and Sasuke instead found themselves in the caves with a no longer living Kabuto. Sakura was needed with Kakashi and for a swift take down and to stop from the Reincarnation from happening Kabuto had to be taken down immediately. It had to be this way. They couldn't move at a stealth pace anymore. It was an all-out assault mode.

Plan B, the messy plan. Basically Itachi and Sasuke were to quickly do whatever they had to do to take out Kabuto. Then they were to meet with Kakashi and Sakura as fast as possible to confront Obito. Naruto was to immediately go to Hinata and move as her backup. Zetsu was to be taken down and they immediately needed Naruto back for the sealing and to aid with Obito.

Sasuke did not hesitate to tell Naruto now was not the time to understand and save an enemy. Just like stated in private, Zetsu was to die. At this point Sasuke didn't care who killed Zetsu, Kabuto or Obito. They all had to go.

"It was her idea wasn't it. For you to leave her alone."

Sasuke and Itachi were beelining to Kakashi and Sakura and the question was bothering Sasuke for a long time. Itachi was silent for a moment as they moved. Not wanting to trigger his brother any further and make him unfocused.

"Just be honest with me Itachi. The mission comes first, but I just want to know."

Itachi gave Sasuke a quick glance before looking back straight ahead, "Yes. It was her idea. Like you said the mission comes first. Avoiding a war comes first and Lady Hinata understood that more than anything. It had nothing to do with pride."

Sasuke didn't say anything after that but gave a slight nod of understanding.

When they made it to Kakashi and Sakura the two were already engaging Obito. His mask was crack off by the hands of Sakura and the two Uchiha brothers were able to see the damage to Obito's face. Sasuke face had no sign of caring as he pulled out his sword. Itachi looked over at him with a raised brow.

Sasuke just kept his eyes on Obito, "I have never been a patient, nice person Itachi. You know this. I have begun to learn that it is fine to only have sensitivity for a select few. I am not Naruto. I cannot be caring for everyone. I am out of patience and 'feelings' to feel sorry for Obito because he is a Uchiha. Especially after finding out he is just as responsible for the massacre."

Itachi couldn't argue with the notion. It was completely understandable to just have a select few into your heart. Sasuke wasn't a walking Hokage candidate, but he was a noble man for caring about the people he viewed as his family. Sasuke wanted to get back to Naruto and Hinata. Itachi could understand this.

"Understood. Let's get moving with this then. I am sure Obito will not be an easy opponent. However thanks to Lady Hinata we do have the element of surprise on him. He is nowhere near as prepared for war. Maybe if he had another two weeks, but I believe now we have the better upper hand."

Sasuke's jaw clenched, electricity surrounded his sword and his eyes flicked red before looking back at Itachi. "Yeah. What was the cost of it though?"

Hinata and Zetsu faced one another in total silence. Her mask graced her face and she stood strong against the fake man. Both of their breathing were relaxed and controlled, and they just stood evaluating themselves.

Zetsu was the first to speak, "You have been a real nuisance to me Hyuga."

Hinata said nothing to this.

Zetsu laughed at her muteness. She couldn't possibly think this was intimidating it did she? "Are you even a Hyuga anymore? Or are you just Wire? What are you even Lady Hinata? You're just as confused about who you are as you are confused as to what I am."

Ouch.

Hinata absolutely despised when her opponents aimed below the belt. She looked at the Zetsu with her head tilted to the side. "Zetsu. Who is your mother?"

Zetsu immediately stopped laughing and gave her a sharp look, "So you were listening. Those were private conversations! How dare you."

Hinata's fingers twitched in annoyance. Was this thing being serious? Oh the irony.

Earlier, Zetsu was getting a little close to comfort when Hinata was in hiding so she made the move to reveal herself. Hinata figured Zetsu knew where she was and was taunting her, she wasn't going to play these games. She still wanted to buy time for someone from their group to come as her aid. It would appear Zetsu did not want her to have such a lucky chance.

"You look like my mother. All Hyuga's have her eyes. You though. You have her eyes, body and fierceness."

Hinata watched as Zetsu aligned itself as if it was going to strike. She activated her Byakugan and followed every one of Zetsu's movements to a 'T' in silence. She was never one to interact and conversate with her opponents, but this game with Zetsu was getting too personal to her.

Zetsu's body wasn't human. Hinata determined that a long time ago. There was no heart for her to connect her wires to and there was no way to damage a system that just wasn't present. Zetsu was created by someone. The black form of Zetsu's body seemed to be the dominating form.

She could make that out and she quickly came to the conclusion that she couldn't let Zetsu touch her. The little time she had to study Zetsu before she was compromised, Hinata learned that Zetsu's darker half was deadly when it made contact to another life form.

Zetsu continued to smile at her, "You study me with those beautiful eyes."

Hinata's eyes widened as she watched Zetsu split into two. Her theories of this thing not being human was spot on. She immediately slid into her combative position and while Zetsu was in the motion of separating itself she created a clone to attack Zetsu in close range.

Zetsu moved fast like she predicted, and it was like a predator surprising its prey and Zetsu bent its deformed body and Zetsu's black form swallowed Hinata's clone whole. Again, proving Hinata's theory right that she couldn't let Zetsu touch her. Close combat options were little to none.

"Do you really think you can defeat me Hyuga? I have taken down beings way above your skill level!"

Hinata could obviously see that. Zetsu's chakra through his bodies were something like she's never seen before, "When Obito and Kabuto are defeated. What will you do than Zetsu? You'll never see your mother."

She watched as black Zetsu snarled at her in anger and she felt white Zetsu creep up behind her to attempt to get her into a bear hug and probably attempt to crush her. She bent backwards and opened palmed the tall creature between Zetsu's chin and neck. She then took all her strength and cupped the bottom of his chin, digging her fingers through the skin into his jaw getting a solid grip and swung him to her front. Swinging him to the front stopped black Zetsu who was bulleting straight for her.

Both beings were on the ground and Hinata took that time to use her chakra wires to attracted the water from the ground and molded the liquid into an extended water sphere from it. She quickly gripped the sphere and penetrated through the white Zetsu's head.

Hinata pushed as hard as possible to make it through to black Zetsu but it's body morphed and separated to miss the sphere and latched on to the sphere instead to try and grab Hinata's hands.

She quickly let go of the sphere and made a giant gap between the two. Zetsu was doing exactly what she figured it would do. Zetsu abilities were unhuman like and it was able to twist and turn its body in ways that were not attributed to chakra, science, rituals or tricks.

From the research and observations she has done, Zetsu's skills were beyond what it was doing right now. Zetsu was fishing out what she could do right now, because at the moment the only thing Zetsu knew was Hinata's bloodline.

Zetsu was not expecting the barbaric way Hinata attacked it's white counterpart or the swift takedown she did by using a water element. Zetsu figured she would stick to her families typical elements.

The ground around them shook violently. Zetsu and Hinata knew that was the direction of the Akatsuki primary hideout and that must have meant Obito was fighting someone. Probably also meant that Kabuto was dead.

The black mass looked at Hinata with crazed, hollow eyes, "You will NOT ruin what I have worked centuries for!"

Hinata still had to be cautious. While she calculated that this black Zetsu's main strength relied on its white counterpart or it's attachment to another life form. She knew that like herself Zetsu did not have to be the strongest to win. It just had to be the cleverer one.

"Wire."

She froze for only a moment. She saw a dark figure coming from the wood line beside Zetsu and it was someone she knew of being dead. Coming from the trees with a gaping hole in his chest and with his skin partially covered in black, Hinata saw Danzo.

Lord Danzo.

"You failed me Wire. After ALL I did for you. I took you in. I made you what you are right now. Just for you to BETRAY me."

The urge to scream out she didn't betray him was on the tip of Hinata's tongue. Her breathing only picked up slightly, but it was enough for her to know that she was losing her advantage against Zetsu. She was losing the mental fight.

This was a mental game between the two and while Hinata was able to poke Zetsu about its mother. Zetsu must have known her weakness a long time ago.

"You all left this old man on the bridge after you killed him. Remember Wire? The way you behaved leading up to his murder, how emotional you were. So, I believed his body was worth taking. Even if only to taunt you."

Hinata balled her fist up at Zetsu's words. She tried to not really acknowledge Zetsu's attempts to throw her off. The dead Danzo made no attempt to attack her. He just stood beside Zetsu with a hole in his chest that was leaking out what looked like black ooze. This image would forever be engraved in her mind. This had to be the most maddening thing that could have happened to her.

She'd rather see her biological father die a thousand times in front of her instead of seeing Lord Danzo, a man she viewed as a real father to her, dead staring at her at this moment. Dead, because of her.

Danzo's voice though, his voice sounded like he was alive and well.

"They will betray you Wire. Your father betrayed you. Left you to me to do what I wanted with you. You dedicated your allegiance to ME."

Yes. She knew what she had done.

"299 completed missions Wire. You were my pride because you reminded me of myself. Me and you are just a like. Youareme."

Hinata eyes focused on Zetsu but immediately replied back to Danzo, just like always, "I am nothing like you."

She was met with a laugh, from Zetsu and Danzo.

"Wire. How could you think like that? How could you really look yourself in the mirror every single day and think that EVERY last one of those 299 lives were justified."

She said nothing as a reply. She did nothing when Danzo stepped closer to her. Still she focused on Zetsu and how it just stared at her with joy.

Danzo bore his dead eyes on Hinata, "When you killed criminals and corrupted people. It made all the sense in the world."

Another step closer to her. Another moment she didn't react. Even though her body was screaming to do SOMETHING.

"However Wire. Those innocent children. Those CHILDREN. Those women bearing children. Those innocent men. The ones that pleaded. The ones that you, with your all seeing eyes observed and saw were innocent. Yet, you still took each and every one of their lives Wire."

Danzo was now within arm's reach of Hinata. He pulled a kunai from his gaping hole and made it visible to Hinata as it dripped the black ooze, "We are one in the same Hinata. Because we didn't CARE to know about the innocent. Isn't that right?"

Again she did nothing. Her eyes stayed on Zetsu and watched as it seemed to be giving her a piercing look now. Like it finally had her.

"It is time Wire. For you to meet your end. For you to join me, burning where you belong."

Danzo went to jab the kunai into Hinata's stomach but was stopped by a strong grip. The dead Danzo and Zetsu growled when the strong grip of Uzumaki Naruto ruined what they had planned.

"I've been waiting a long time to break every bone in your body. Dead or not."

As if knowing his time was finally done on this planet Danzo leaned over and whispered in Hinata's ear. "He will never love someone as tainted and vile as you Wire. He's going to find out every disgusting thing you've done and leave you behind like ever-."

Before he could say anything else Naruto knocked Danzo's head back so hard with his fist that the recreated man's head broke off and flew back to Zetsu. In her daze Hinata noticed last minute that Zetsu took this time to flee.

Naruto looked at Hinata's cold, angered posture. "Hinata."

She didn't respond to the name. "Did you hear everything he said?"

Naruto frowned at her and ignored her questions. This wasn't what they were going to do. They weren't going to go back to that life. "Hinata."

She again didn't respond to him. She squared her shoulders and looked straight ahead. "We have to catch Zetsu. That thing can't get to Obito. It's a set up. Something Obito has Zetsu is going to use to bring back this so called mother. We have to hurry!"

Naruto grabbed Hinata's shoulder and reached for her mask to take it off, "Hinata. Stop for a minute."

Hinata shrugged his grip off and slid from his reach so he couldn't touch her. "ThemissionUzumaki! We have to avoid a war right now. We do not have time. I have Zetsu in my line of vision. Zetsu can't escape."

Naruto growled at this and bared his teeth at her. She was acting like a loose cannon. Like she was zeroed in on the target again and didn't care about herself or anyone else. "Stop it. Don't talk to me like that."

He watched as her fingers twitched. She didn't turn around to face him and he imagined she was shutting herself down to stay focus, "Do not pretend like you didn't hear what Lord Danzo said. Do not pretend you arefinewith all of this. Like this can all just go away Uzumaki."

Now was definitely not the time to be having a couples quarrel. Still, Naruto felt like if they didn't address this right here and right now. Everything. Everything they had would die right here in the fucking woods because of some inhumane parasite named Zetsu.

Hinata went to pursue Zetsu and Naruto quickly walked up behind her and grabbed her arm and turned her towards him. "Look. You're right. Now is not the time for the sentimental bullshit. I get that. I get this mission is of dire need of us to be 100% focused and committed to it. So I'll let this flip of a switch mood your having slide. For now. When this is all over with. You're still going to be mine Hinata. It's me, you and Sasuke. Don't you forget it. Wewillbe talking about this later."

Hinata yanked her arm away from Naruto and looked at him through her mask with balled fists. He could tell she was breathing hard by the rise and fall of her chest. He dared her to say something. To do something to oppose what he said. The two faced off with anger that could rival their past hatred for one another.

Instead of clawing his face off this time, Naruto just heard Hinata huff and turn around to quickly pursue Zetsu.

Sasuke could sense Naruto and Hinata approaching lighting fast. He didn't understand the actual dire need for them to be moving to such speeds. Like they were in a panic or after something.

It finally made sense when he saw this black figure burst through the windows of the underground dwelling and Hinata hot on it's trail. Naruto came immediately afterwards and instead of coming with an army of shadow clones or a big ass Rasengan to fucking obliterate Obito. He tackles Obito and it looks like he did it to get him away from Zetsu.

Wait. What?

It looked like Zetsu was trying to attack Obito. What in the entire fuck was going on?

The scene for the most part was controlled. Itachi was right, having the surprise on Obito greatly gave them the upper hand. He was sure the older Uchiha could have done massive damage if he had the time and wasn't pushed into a corner to fight so soon.

That is not saying that Obito did not give them all the works. One man. One man was able to do so much damage. Due to the information that Hinata was able to gather on Obito, Itachi and Kakashi were able to make a battle plan against the angered Uchiha.

That's why they all moved so fast. The plan was based on quick execution. Hinata was able to gather that Obito possessed the Rinnegan from the deceased Nagato. So now he was able to use six of the deceased jinchūriki in his Six Paths of Pain.Ifhe were able to use this than it would have been an ultimate game changer and just the small team they had would probably have been no match.

Hinata was able to gather paperwork, scrolls and whatever she could find and determined that Obito was mentored by Madara somehow and gained a large amount of skills, knowledge and experience from the older Uchiha before his death. So basically Obito was not to be taken lightly.

Obito wasn't stupid either, he had his own spy network and he studied the Konoha ninjas the same way they studied him. That being said upon seeing who would be the most beneficial in case someone was injured Obito attacked Sakura and broke her arm and leg after she got the hit in that broke his mask. It happened so fast when Sasuke arrived with Itachi that Sasuke honestly was shocked for a moment before he went to engage Obito.

Seeing his older brother engage in an opponent Itachi actually wanted to take down was interesting to Sasuke. Itachi was similar to himself and he must have over time forgot this. Itachi was intelligent and could be described as a gentle, forgiving man.

When in reality Itachi was also ruthless and let's not forget a murderer. Matching the speed of Obito, Itachi delivered the first blow and cracked some of the man's facial bones. He attempted to hit Obito so hard that it impaired his vision, but instead it knocked Obito off balance only momentarily. However, Obito's face now was even more deformed.

The goal here was to attack all at once and over power Obito. Give him no time to make an insane retaliation. Naruto, who had been working on the technique for quite some time, was to administer an Uzumaki clan, Eight Sign Seal. This idea…was one of those, 'wing it' type things.

Again, they had no clue if it would work because sad to say, Naruto didn't know much about his family techniques and he was almost self-teaching himself based off hand me down information and discoveries. Lady Tsunade tried to help him as much as possible while he was in the leaf village along with Kakashi and anyone else that could aid him of his family heritage.

Still, in all honesty it was complicated and not fair to lay such a burden on Naruto, but they needed him to make this work. Reason why Naruto was training so hard over the last couple of weeks. Now it was about time for him to show his worth.

During their rotation of charging at Obito the Uchiha had an intense fight with Kakashi. When Kakashi and Obito clashed, it was like just seeing Kakashi and just knowing Kakashi was alive was a trigger to Obito.

After finally understanding Obito and why he did what he was doing, by Obito basically telling it all while he was trying to take Kakashi's head off, Sasuke…was still less understanding, but at least he could say that he heard Obito out. A story of a broken heart and betrayal. A broken heart started a terrorist organization that killed people by the dozens and killed Naruto's father and mother.

No. Sasuke couldn't say he quite liked Obito.

Obito reminded Sasuke a little of Naruto. A ball of energy, light and love. The world got to Obito though. The world got to him and the rest of Kakashi's generation and ruined them all. It left a bad taste in Sasuke's mouth. Sometimes being a ninja in this world in general left a bad taste in his mouth.

Then at the end of the day now that Sasuke had Hinata and Naruto, if it was a bad day in the ninja world, Sasuke went back to the people he cared about. They made it all worth wild.

Obito didn't have that. Then again. He felt that Obito to some degree let the darkness consume him. It must be hereditary within the Uchiha family. So while Obito was blinded by his rage against Kakashi, Sasuke felt no remorse or hesitance when he snuck up behind Obito and pierced the older Uchiha in his shoulder blade with his sword.

Unfortunately, Sasuke couldn't deliver the killer blow like he wanted because Obito, even when in a fit of rage, was able to sense Sasuke to some degree and move out of the way just enough to survive the hit. In return Sasuke was barely able to get out of Obito's blast wave fire release. The blast was able to touch Sasuke's right ear and right arm, surely to leave permanent burn marks in some places.

This did nothing from stopping the three men and Sakura from coming at Obito with a full on assault. So when the four were able to control the scene from a tiring Obito, which Sasuke would like to add they BARELY were able to do, Naruto along with Zetsu and Hinata come barging in like a bat out of hell was an unpleasant surprise.

Right now Sakura and Sasuke were watching Hinata act as a mad woman as she attempted to slash and attack Zetsu with her kunai without Zetsu making a successful rebuttal and landing a hit on her. Sasuke could see something was off because Hinata was yelling. Screaming like she was insane. Plus she was resorting to something as close range as a kunai, she wasn't thinking clearly.

Sasuke stood to aid Hinata but gave a quick over look at Obito to see him in Kakashi and Itachi's hold. The duo were clearly tired out, the fight while quick to explain, took a time frame of over an hour of straight fighting.

Naruto looked to be out of breath from so much running, he was sweating and slightly trembling from a mixture of so much running and nervousness. It was rare for Sasuke to see Naruto in a nerve racking state, so that added to his suspicion that something was not right.

From Naruto's position of trying to get the seal signs just right on a fighting Obito, he looked up at Sasuke with eyes that could kill. Sasuke had never seen Naruto's eyes so dark blue.

Something was obviously wrong. This mission was leading to be a success if Naruto could complete the seal. Naruto shouldn't be looking so feral. So angry.

Sasuke's eyes snapped back to Hinata. She had to be having a rough time. Her entire form of fighting was pretty much close range. He remembered her saying that it was imperative to not make physical contact with Zetsu because she felt that he would more so benefit from it since he had the ability to control one's body if he did get a hold of them.

Hinata gave a cry in frustration before creating a crater in the ground with bright blue lion colored fist. Forcing a closing in Zetsu away from her. Her hands came to her face and she snatched her mask off and gave Zetsu a look similar to a wild animal as she was gasping for air.

Sasuke thought she looked absolutely beautiful.

He turned his head to Naruto when he saw his other half slowly get up to look at Hinata with wide eyes before Kakashi yanked him back down and Itachi yelled at him to focus on the seal. Naruto couldn't help looking just as mesmerized at Hinata. "Hinata."

Said person ignored her name from Naruto and looked at Zetsu with determination in her eyes, "Youthinkyou got the best of me. You arepathetic. Just like the rest of them."

Sasuke froze at hearing her. The rest of them? Her targets? Why was she referring to them in such a manner. It wasn't like Hinata to be disrespectful to the deceased. "Hinata."

Again. It fell on deaf ears.

"You were created yes. Right Zetsu? You aren'treal. It took me some time to figure out the details. Forgive me for I am not that quick witted. However, I was able to put together that you were in fact created. Off hate I am assuming. Is that why you believe I remind you of your mother? Because you think I hate? Well you are wrong Zetsu. I don't hate. I feelnothing. All 299 I felt nothing!"

Hinata's eyes widened when she saw that creepy, evil smile of Zetsu turn towards a busy Naruto and weakened Sasuke. Naruto was busy perfecting the seal, he only needed a few more seconds. It was working! He was doing it right and all of Obito's strength was being confined correctly.

Zetsu was going to attack them. She was once again in a position where everyone was not in the condition to care for themselves.

She told herself she wouldn't be in this situation again. Memories flooded her mind back when Hinata was so cold to Naruto and blamed him for her not killing Sasuke. How she would never be in a position where everyone was too weak to defend themselves and she would have to help them. How she told herself that next time she would let everyone die so she could succeed in her mission.

How all those beliefs of hers has changed now.

With that in mind Zetsu's body looked like elastic as it stretched over to Naruto, who was counting on her to handle Zetsu so he could do the seal, she couldn't fail Naruto!

Hinata jumped on Zetsu's form and wrestled the artificial human to the ground, allowing Naruto the couple of seconds he needed and the seal on Obito was complete, knocking the older Uchiha out cold in the process. When Naruto finally looked up he saw the frozen, horrified look on Sasuke's face and followed his line of vision.

Oh no.

Hinata was on the ground almost convulsing. She kicked and wracked her nails all over her face to free herself from the black mass. She was able to roll over several times to create a distance from Zetsu's partial body, but unfortunately she wasn't able to separate herself fully from Zetsu.

Zetsu had her. Zetsu caught Wire.

She was partially covered in the black mass of Zetsu and could see half it's body was connected to her and the other half was standing in front of her like it was split in half. Still sporting the evil smile.

She struggled to move her arms and found that she really wasn't in control of any of her body parts that were covered. She could feel Zetsu crawling up her neck to consume her face. She felt like it was applying pressure to her chest forcing air out of her and making it down right impossible to breathe.

It was like Zetsu was forcing her to stand now. Zetsu had got her and now it had control of her. Hinata could see the horrified look on Naruto and Sasuke's face and to her own horror her arms expanded to Naruto and she watched as her wires connected to him. Her eyes widened at this and by the look on Naruto's face Hinata knew he wouldn't hurt her to stop her wires.

She mouthed the words to Naruto, 'Do it' and he shook his head in protest. He'd rather die with her than be the one to kill her. Her eyes drifted over to Sasuke urgently to see if he would do her the honors before Zetsu made her make a grave mistake. Sasuke griped his swords and looked at her, but he shook violently and looked as if he was frozen in place.

Sadly Hinata watched as tears rolled down his cheeks in defeat because she was too important to him for him to do the deed. No. Sasuke wasn't like Kakashi, he wasn't like his brother. He couldn't take the life of a loved one.

She shouldn't put such a burden on Naruto and Sasuke. How selfish was she. Hinata was supposed to be free now. She could do this herself, and she would.

Naruto looked at Hinata as her fingers twitched and her eyes started to bleed. The slight pain of Zetsu trying to pull at the wires connected between him and Hinata went away and Naruto realized Hinata had gained some control over herself again.

Sasuke saw her eyes roaming frantically and made the conclusion she was looking for a way to gain some type of advantage and was over straining her eyes. Last time Naruto remembered her doing such a thing she lost her eye sight.

Both Naruto and Sasuke stood to do something, anything and immediately noticed Zetsu look at them flashing them a grin. Hinata looked at them with a sharp look, "Please do not try to save me. Zetsu will surely use that moment to try to control your body. It doesn't want me. It wants you two. You two were always special."

Hinata's eyes started to roam again and her fingers continued to twitch until finally her wires disconnected from Naruto and were connected all over Zetsu and her own body. She balled her hands into fist and held her wires tight. She looked like a puppet master holding her strings tight for the finishing act.

"You really are horrible Zetsu. You think that I care about losing? You really thought this was about me coming out as the better manipulator? I can't feel the disappointment you want me to feel because I feel nothing. Almost all the time really. However, right now. I feel…angry. Angry that I let a non-emotional, ball of chakra get the best of me."

Zetsu frowned at this. It looked down at the wires and then back at Hinata. What was she doing? Clearly she knows there is no heart in its empty body. Why did it look like she was steadying herself for an impact.

"Before I do anything else. Please. Tell me. Tell me your mother's name."

Zetsu snarled at her, but it soon started to smile. Slowly but surely it's black skin started to mold with the chakra wires connecting them. Consuming the wires and soon Zetsu would consume her whole body and use it against her lovers. Hinata ignored Zetsu's advancements. "Please tell me her name Zetsu."

Zetsu's smile got bigger as it looked at her, "Kaguya. Ōtsutsuki Kaguya. Is her name. Now I got you where I want you…Wire."

Sasuke had to grab ahold of Naruto as the blonde cared nothing about the logic of what he was doing and still tried to dash towards Hinata.

"Dobe! Stop! If you get close to Zetsu he'll trap you and use you against Hinata and all of us! I know you heard her. This thing is aiming for us. Don't screw this mission up!"

Sasuke felt sick just saying those last words.

Naruto snapped his enraged tear stained face to Sasuke, who was trying desperately to not break down like Naruto was. He had to be strong for Naruto. The two looked at Hinata, who at the moment spared the two a glance and the words, 'I love you' were mouthed, before looking at her balled crackling fist with a void face. "Thank you Zetsu. You were a worthy opponent."

All eyes widened when whitish electricity started to flow from Hinata's body to her charka wires. Going through herself and straight to Zetsu, the half connected to her and the other half standing in front of her trying to connect to her fully through her wires.

She gritted her teeth at the pain and squeezed her eyes shut. She kept her fist tight and refused to lose her connection with her wires until Zetsu was nothing more. Zetsu immediately tried to recoil back to itself and escape, but Hinata had him in her grasps, refusing to let him leave her body. Watching as she was now in control of Zetsu and watched as Zetsu's body started to disintegrate.

"You cannot do this! You! You areNOTHING. You are weak. A parasite. A user. You are no better than me!" Zetsu cried out in a high pitch tone of anger and pain. It has failed its mission, it has failed its mother.

It looked as if Hinata's whole body was being consumed by electricity. The horrible image of the electrical currents coming out her mouth, ears, nostrils and every inch of her body, along with the sizzling sound will forever be engraved in Naruto and Sasuke's memory. Her eyes looked as if they were even leaking bluish-white electrical lava.

She lit up the whole area.

Hinata almost found it humorous how she ignored her fire and lightening elements and glorified her master skills of water. Now in this very moment she was living with regrets of not having the skill and strength like the rest of the Hyuga's to use her natural elements correctly. Maybe then she wouldn't be lit up like a supernova.

Her eyes snapped open from feeling her life fade from her and all she could see was white. "I may be like you, Zetsu. But I do it better…and I win."

She couldn't hear Naruto and Sasuke, but she imagined they were yelling her name as everything between her and Zetsu went numb. However, Hinata did oddly feel the presence of Naruto and Sasuke right on top of her seconds before she passed out.
