There was something about kissing Hinata that was just so special to Naruto and Sasuke. She was so…lost and innocent. He wouldn't exactly say she was pure or anything angelic like that. More like she was green. She was green about everything going on in life. He was green himself. Both of them having been deprived of a loving life. Of a normal, affectionate family upbringing.

Hinata was just so extra green, if that made sense. She wasn't okay with expressing herself. She wasn't okay being somebody. She was green at living life. Do not get that twisted with saying she couldn't survive in this life without someone. She could survive just fine. She just didn't know how to look at something and just see the beauty in it. Hinata still looked at things like it needed to have a purpose.

Naruto knew how to live life. He knew what he wanted and while accepting Sasuke in his life romantically was a little complicated. Once he had Hinata and Sasuke he knew what he wanted and the life he wanted to live. Hinata still was lost. Like she was scared to show them who she really was.

Yeah Hinata might here and there slip and let them know of something running through her mind at the moment. They usually had to catch her in the act or drag it out of her. Naruto just wished she was comfortable in her own skin. He didn't feel like she was as free as she wanted to be.

In his opinion the way Hinata acted and lived she might as well had been sealed within the Hyuga clan. They still had some things to work on when it came to the three of their mental stability, but he was hoping one day Hinata wouldn't be scared anymore and would tell them all her troubles going through her mind.

All of these thoughts ran through Naruto's mind as his lips ran across Hinata's. It was easy to get lost with her. She was intoxicating and every thought that ran across his mind when he kissed her was always about her.

Hinata followed Naruto when he pulled away from the kiss and he gave her a husky chuckle at how eager she seemed. "Hinata…let me ask you something."

Naruto now was sitting beside her leaning against the bed. Sasuke still laying on the burnt orange fuzzy carpet staring lazily at the two. Hinata could still poke him with her toe if she wanted to and she teased him with her toe, which Sasuke just grinned at her silliness. She looked at Naruto with almost a disappointed look that he did not further his advancements from the kiss but got over it soon when he shot her a handsome grin.

"Yes Naruto."

"Where do you see yourself in two years?"

Sasuke looked at Naruto and then his eyes dragged over to Hinata, also curious of her answer. It was a rather serious question. Naruto only asked the question because drunk people give sober honest answers.

Hinata looked off to her fuzzy rug and tilted her head cutely in thought. She made a humming sound before answering, "I see myself…with Naruto and Sasuke in a house. With a garden to grow lots of tomatoes."

Sasuke smiled at the answer and figured Hinata was nearing the line of being drunk, "I also see Naruto being Hokage and-and Sasuke being head of the Uchiha police force again! OR he could be a captain in ANBU. Something along those line. I see me…I see me…"

Hinata squinted her eyes like she could really see the future, "I see me being a ninja still."

Her eyes slid to Naruto in a manner like she caught him trying to trick her, "Yes. I still want to be a ninja Naruto-kun."

Naruto closed his eyes and let out a heavy breath through his nose, "I didn't say you didn't want to be Hinata." He opened his eyes and was met with a guarded look from Hinata, "You do not think it is a good idea though. Do you Naruto-kun?"

Naruto shrugged his shoulders as a reply. Sasuke plucked Hinata's foot and the young Hyuga pouted at this and looked at him, "Hey. Even my brother is taking a long hiatus after the last mission. Him and Kakashi are burnt the hell out after finding out shit from Obito. It's okay to take a break. Back there even Naruto could see you reached a burn out. Hell, he's the one that told me about it. Maybe I have too. I have also taken an extended time off. Only person that is an energized bunny here is Naruto."

The three grew quiet for a moment, Hinata again looking like she was in thought. "I still…I still want to do things. I want to explore. I want to be out the village and see other villages outside the shadows for once. I want to be able to take my children to see other villages and to educate them and let them be amazed. I want to help my brother Neji. I want to go back with my head held high to the Hyuga clan and help him rebuild the clan. I want to train my children in my family heritage, I don't want to lose that. I want the name Uzumaki, Uchiha and Hyuga to go on for generations."

Naruto looked at Hinata with a slightly stunned face, "Wow…Well, you can do all of those things still Hinata."

Hinata gave him a confused look, "How?"

Sasuke rolled his eyes at the both of them and plucked her foot again, "Be a diplomat. Put the paperwork in and request to be a diplomat. I've seen diplomats, especially ones that were former ninja's, take their family with them while on diplomacy assignments. I think it'll be a good fit for you. I saw the way you spoke to your father about your clans curse seal and you were very knowledgeable. Politics is your thing."

Naruto nodded his head in agreement, a big grin coming across his face, "Now that I think about it, you would be perfect as a diplomat. You're a walking lie detector. Your clan does have extended connections outside of the village that would be helpful too. You have great ideas on reformation. Plus your beautiful. People love to listen to quiet, beautiful people."

Well he knew he did.

Hinata's face started to heat up from all the attention, "You think I would be a good fit? That Lady Tsunade would accept me into that program?"

Naruto and Sasuke both looked at each other before looking back at Hinata and spoke at the same time, "Yes."

Naruto scratched the back of his head and continued, "I mean at this point in time I believe we all need some type of change and switch up. A lot has happened ya know. Sasuke with his family. You with ROOT."

Hinata frowned at this, "Please do not forget about yourself Naruto-kun. You are the fourth Hokage's son. Your mother was the honorable and highly respected Lady Kushina. She was strong and beautiful, and your father is legendary. Everything they have ever done was out of respect and pure love."

Naruto gave her a big smile. She was speaking from her heart. Her drunk heart, but it was honest and pure. "Thanks Nata."

Sasuke seemed to be in thought. His eyes narrowed and he looked to be taking on a darker perspective of things. "Why do we have to forgive so easily and move on? History has been fucked up to our generation. Time has not been good to us at all. Me and Itachi lost everything. I don't know if it is fair to really point blame, but I want to. I want to blame Obito for being a love sick fucking moron. I whole heartedly blame that monster Danzo. The ninja's back then fucked up people like Itachi and Kakashi."

Sasuke finally sat up and sat crisscross while looking at the space between Naruto and Hinata, "Naruto. You lost a family and never even got to enjoy it. Obito took that away from you. He didn't…what he did was sofucked up. His own sensei that cared about him he betrayed. I see what Kakashi means now when he calls people like me scum. This village put you in a fucking orphanage and basically decided to let you rot there. Never telling you about your past. It was your right to know. What in the entire fuck were they thinking? The councilmen, Hokage, ninja's, they all just let you ROT. They let people beat you and fuck with you. Then when they see you actually have potential and you are a force to be reckon with they fake praise you because they FEAR you. You don't think you have the right to be unforgiving?"

Sasuke then looked at Hinata. He looked a little confused and spoke more out of curiosity, "Have you forgiven your family? I know at the restaurant your father apologized, but I see the real you. Me and Naruto do. I don't feel like you will ever forgive them. You don't have to either. I would curse my father to hell and back if he did that shit. I sometimes curse my father now for even agreeing for a coup…what the hell was he THINKING. You said you would have been a great leader and I honestly think you will never get over them fucking you over like that. And that fucking bastard Danzo. Tell me Hinata…will you ever acknowledge that Danzo really did fuck you up? That he ruined your fucking life like he ruined Itachi's. For me? Will you just fucking say it."

Naruto closed his eyes and leaned his head against the bed. He figured this conversation would happen sooner or later. The chemistry was just too strong. Hinata worked under Danzo and was at the top of Danzo's, 'go-to' ninja's list for a successful mission. She never failed him until the Sasuke mission assignment. Hinata probably would never really share all her mission details, but she had already expressed that she knew that some of her missions were wrong and she was haunted by all the damage she had done to innocent people.

Danzo did in all actuality contribute to ruining Sasuke's life. He took Sasuke's brother and ruined his mind. Sasuke could acknowledge his family was wrong, but was a massacre really the answer? A whole clan massacre and then to see his family eyes littered all over Danzo's arm. It had to mentally be too much for one person to bare.

Now Sasuke was in a relationship with someone that worked heavily under Danzo. That still to this day pays homage and respect to the man. Naruto was pretty sure it hurt for Sasuke to hear from the person he loves that she loved Danzo. Plus they were all drinking heavily, it all promised for some type of altercation.

Hinata crossed her legs similar to Sasuke and looked at him. She looked upset a little. Being called out like that and just the thought of Danzo set triggers in her. Sasuke didn't break the eye connection with her. She needed to be triggered because she needed to move on and heal.

They all did.

This did nothing to stop Hinata from balling her fist in frustration, "Lady Tsunade told me my father had a moment of weakness when he approached…Danzo. She said that there was something Danzo…saw in me that made him want to accept my father's offer for me to join ROOT."

Naruto still had his eyes closed but he was listening intently, "You were angry. Of course you didn't show it in front of your dad, but you were pissed. You felt betrayed, angry and hateful. That's what Danzo saw."

Hinata slowly nodded her head, her brows coming together in frustration. "I suppose he found something that he could work with. Well that is at least what Lady Tsunade told me. Danzo…told me otherwise. Remember on the bridge Sasuke."

Naruto finally opened his eyes and looked at Sasuke. Having not been close to the two he didn't hear what Danzo said, "What did Danzo say?"

Sasuke's lips thinned and he looked as if he didn't want to say. He looked off to the side for a moment before he forced the words out, "You failed me for the last time Wire. I will do as I had planned and kill you and the Uchiha. You people and your eyes. Thinking you are superior than everyone else when in reality you all cause wars. You people are the definition of greed and you cause people to lose their loved ones. You were corrupted way before I took you in Hyuga, I want you to remember that. You were a born killer."

Sasuke recited the statement word by word and grimaced, "That's the words of a murderer Hinata. You cannot believe what he says."

Hinata hummed at this, "I believe he was the dictator and I was the murderer. Yes?"

Her hands slipped in between the folds of her mattress and box spring. She pulled out a familiar mask that Naruto was pretty sure he had thrown out in the trash when she was sleeping. His eyes widened at the mask and looked at Hinata in disbelief.

Hinata did not say anything about the two of them staring. She continued to look at her ROOT mask and touch it in admiration. Her voice took on an icy, out of touch tone, "I earned this mask. I worked so hard to besomething. I never thought I was better than anyone. I never thought my eyes made me better than anyone, but I was corrupted before he took me in. I was already filled with such hate. It took me some time to realize this. That I will never forget what my clan did to me. To Neji. I will never forget how my father raised me. How if I stayed and they had the nerve to seal me…how I would have probably snapped."

A light smile came on Hinata's face as she looked up from her mask and at Sasuke and then Naruto, "Everything happens for a reason right? Maybe me joining ROOT prevented the fall of the Hyuga clan because I wouldn't have stopped until I made everyone pay if they tried to seal me. However, I joined ROOT. I was assigned Naruto and Sasuke. You two made me not go through with it. You two help me every day learn how to live life."

Naruto held his hand out for Hinata's mask. She didn't hesitate before giving it to him much to his surprise. He looked at the mask and noticed in the bottom corner in the smallest of writing it said 'Wire' and the initials even smaller were 'HH'. In ROOT you were supposed to forget yourself. Forget your name. Hinata even though committed, refused to let go of her name. She was always a Hyuga, even if she acted like she wasn't.

Naruto smiled to himself, "This mask is important to you because of the hard work you did to earn it. Not because of Danzo."

Hinata leaned over to Sasuke and took his hand. She tugged on him to lay his head on her lap while she leaned against the bed. He still looked a little upset about certain things, but he followed her movements.

She ran her hands through his hair and smiled at how much turmoil rested on one man's soul, "Sasuke. I hate Danzo. I hate everything he stood for and how corrupt he was. I hate that I was filled with so much hate that I didn't open my eyes to see. Even when I connected the dots about the Uchiha clan. However, Danzo did not make me who I was, I did. I had a choice and I ruined myself because I wasangry. That being said Danzodidruin many lives. Your brother being one of them. I'm sorry…I'm sorry you hurt. I'm sorry Naruto-kun hurts. I'm sorry that I messed with your emotions in the past. I'm so sorry."

Sasuke rubbed her knee while his head was in her lap. He was looking at Naruto, who was still looking at Hinata's mask. "Put more blame on Danzo. You carry too much weight on yourself."

Naruto chuckled at Sasuke's words. For once Sasuke was sounding like the immature one. Naruto held up the mask to Hinata's face and tilted his head intrigued, "It was a choice of yours Hinata. You left your home on your own. You stayed in ROOT on your own. For four years you let him brainwash you. Right? Because that's what people do. They let people brainwash them."

Hinata looked at Naruto a little confused and Sasuke smirked at Naruto's sarcastic approach as the blonde continued.

"Danzo saw you and saw a broken person. A strong, broken person. That with the right training and enough brainwashing you would be the perfect weapon. A 'silent killer' is the nickname I hear now a days in the ninja gossip mill. I hear that more than the name Wire."

Hinata looked at Naruto and the image of her mask and her face fit perfectly now. Naruto put the mask on the bed and gave her a comforting smile. Hinata smiled back at him and closed her eyes to stop any tears from falling. "I…I-I guess he did ruin my 'fucking' life as you put it Sasuke. He did mess me up a bit."

Naruto leaned over and kissed her temple while Sasuke leaned up to kiss her lips. The young Uchiha looking at her with equal wild and passionate eyes, "A bit huh?"

Hinata laughed at Sasuke and reached over to pull him into a big hug, "I think it is fine for us to be a little unforgiving Sasuke."

Sasuke returned the hug with equal force and buried his head in her neck, "Good. I don't forgive them. I don't forgive a lot of people, but I forgive you. Do I have your forgiveness?"

Hinata gave a light reply of, 'Yes' and ran her fingers through his hair.

Naruto watched as Sasuke and Hinata turned and looked at him. Hinata looking more apprehensive than Sasuke, "Does Naruto-kun forgive me and Sasuke?"

Naruto looked at her confused, "Huh? Me?"

Hinata looked at Sasuke and then back at Naruto, "Me and Sasuke umm, we hurt you. Sasuke left the village and said some very mean things to you. He tried to kill you and even went along with a terrorist organization."

Sasuke gave Hinata a sharp look, "Yes, we get it."

Hinata had a faint amused smile on her face before looking back at Naruto, "I even hurt you. I said very mean things to you. I threatened you and tried to take away Sasuke from you. Do you forgive me?"

Naruto smiled at Hinata before reaching over to touch her cheek, "Hinata. I highly doubt I would be here right now with you, drunk, talking about our feelings and emotional triggers if I didn't forgive you and Sasuke. Plus the healthier you get, the more I forgive you. So don't give up. Okay?"

Hinata leaned into Naruto's touch and gave him a calm smile. Naruto's smile than turned devious and he looked at her with a dark grin, "Now then. Are you feeling at all better? Both of you?"

His hand on her cheek went to her chin and he gently pulled her towards him. His lips traced the outline of hers and he showed her his canines and a mischievous smile, "Because I have always wanted to have drunk sex with you guys and tonight I am not feeling as tired. I want to show you and Sasuke a good time all night Nata."
