Chapter 4 - The Big Sister Overlord

It's breakfast time, and the Prinnies are seen cooking food in the kitchen. Laharl, Etna, Flonne, and Sicily sit down, waiting for their food to be ready. Their breakfast is done at last, but with bad results. The food is burned as if it were reduced into ashes.

"WHAT DID YOU DO TO OUR BREAKFAST?!" Etna roared

The Prinnies are feeling anxious and are at a loss for words. One of them nervously exclaimed, "Uh, my bad, dood! We forgot to turn off the oven," addressing Etna. "Ugh. Every morning is bad when incompetent fools surround you!" Laharl huffed, arms crossed. Flonne chimed in, suggesting they shouldn't be too hard on them for their mistakes. However, Etna and Laharl were too hungry to argue back, and Etna ordered the Prinnies to return to work or face dire consequences. An hour later, they finally got the breakfast they had been waiting for. Laharl announces that he's off to handle some evil ruler business. He instructed Etna to ensure that the Prinnies complete a thousand push-ups as punishment for messing up breakfast this morning. Laharl also directs Flonne and Sicily to verify that no zombies have attempted to scavenge from the garbage cans outside. Etna asks what type of overlord business is, and Laharl tells her it is unimportant. Sicily knows what Laharl is up to but has to ensure that no one knows their real identity yet.

In Laharl's secret training underground lair, they drinks a sip of the potion and transforms into a woman. Armed with her sword, she starts slicing through a horde of demons, chopping them into tiny pieces. Then, with a swift motion, she unleashes a fiery slash from her sword, turning the remaining demons to dust and ashes. Girl Laharl bursts into laughter, "Hmhmhmhm... Hmhmhmhmhmhm!... Haaaaaaaahahahahahaha!

Girl Laharl exclaimed, "I feel so powerful! I can't believe I ever disliked this sexy body. Big boobs and butts don't diminish my strength at all. I'm here to show everyone that I, Overlord Laharl, am even more formidable and wicked than ever. Anyone who thinks that me being a woman makes me weaker will die a painful death!"

Laharl feels they are ready to take on the world, but she is not prepared to let anyone know. She knows that Etna will make a fool out of her if she finds out now. Laharl decides to head out to the Frozen River to fight more monsters. Meanwhile, Etna eats candy in the Throne Room while watching the Prinnies doing push-ups. Sicily is doing her best to keep things a secret. Flonne is too busy watching the newest Prism Ranger episode on TV. Sicily looks around the Castle for Laharl but knows where they are headed.

Laharl encounters a horde of ice demons and dragons at the Frozen River. She effortlessly cleaves through the creatures as though they were made of butter. "Feel the wrath of Laharl!" she exclaimed. More monsters show up, and Laharl launches a massive fireball at them. The blast turns them to ash and forms a considerable crater nearby. "Who's next?" said Girl Laharl. She is ready to take on the world and show everyone who is boss. All of a sudden, Sicily appears.

"Hey, what are you doing here? Did you come looking for me?" asked Girl Laharl

"I had a feeling that you would be here. I got you some food, big sis," said Sicily.

Girl Laharl grabs the leg ham and eats it in an instant. After battling numerous foes and enhancing her skills, she felt pretty hungry. She makes a loud burp and thanks Sicily for the food. Sicily also brought some zombie juice, and Laharl sipped the entire thing.

"Someone must been hungry and thirsty," said Sicily

Just after Girl Laharl finished her meal, a massive white a Yeti appeared. Teaming up, Girl Laharl and Sicily launched a combined attack that took down the Yeti instantly. "Great job, sis!" exclaimed Girl Laharl. Sicily asks how long this secret will take, but Laharl is unsure. They have the antidote to change back for now, but they can't do this forever. Laharl reverted to his boy form as they returned to the Castle. Sicily and Laharl arrived, and Etna inquired about their whereabouts. "Can't I have some alone time with my big bro?" Sicily replied. Flonne thought it was sweet to see the siblings bonding. Laharl warned Flonne not to get too caught up in her feelings. Etna just shrugged and said, "Whatever. Just don't start getting all moody on us again, Prince." Laharl is impressed with how Etna gave the Prinnies a good workout. Etna was mad about them messing up her breakfast this morning and wanted to ensure they got punished.

Later in the night, with everyone in bed, Laharl wanted to drink the potion again because it made them feel powerful and wonderful. A feeling of euphoria that they truly crave, but they are not ready to come out. They drank the small glass vial in the dim light in his bathroom. Laharl couldn't bear the thought of waiting until the next day to be her true self. She needed to ensure everyone except Sicily would find out about it in the morning. So, Laharl quietly moved around the Castle, leaving a note on each door instructing everyone to keep the Castle as it was for the day. Finally, she crouched down to slip a note under Sicily's door, asking her to meet at the Sea of Gehenna to level up together. While going to her room, Laharl accidentally hits Flonne's door, waking her up. Laharl runs back to her room and locks her door shut. Flonne must have sensed something and knocked on Laharl's door. "Are you okay?" she asked. Laharl deepened her voice slightly to mimic her male tone and said, "Head back to bed, Flonne. I just needed a late-night snack. An overlord requires an extra meal, after all." Flonne found this wholly reasonable and replied, "Alright. Goodnight, Laharl." Meanwhile, Laharl's heart raced, relieved she had narrowly avoided being discovered. They lie down in their coffin, resting as they anticipate morning arrival.

It's morning. Etna and Flonne wake up to a note on their door. They also notice Sicily is gone. Flonne feels they are enjoying more time together, which she finds delightful. However, Etna senses that something isn't quite right. She instructs the Prinnies to conduct some sleuthing to uncover any details. Etna assures them that a generous reward awaits if they can return useful information.

"We won't let you down, Master Enta, dood." said a Prinny.

A bunch of Prinnies burst through the door in a hurry. In the Sea of Gehenna, Girl Laharl and Sicily battle various monsters, including Cyclops and a few Faeries. Sicily cherishes the shared moments as sisters and observes how much kinder Laharl has become. Laharl, however, reminds her that she is still an overlord and won't show mercy on her enemies. She is determined not to let anyone perceive her as weak simply because she is a woman. Sicily prepared a picnic for them to savor some food after their fight with enemies. Girl Laharl commented, hoping that someone like Mid Boss wouldn't appear to snatch their picnic basket, just like he did many years ago. A group of Prinnies hide behind a rock and see Laharl as a girl with Sicily.

"Dood! Are you seeing this?" said a Prinny

"Overlord Laharl is a total babe, dood! We need to share this with Etna; she's going to be shocked!' said the other Prinny

One Prinny grabs a camera and takes a picture. They run back to the Castle to return the news to Etna. "Master Etna. We got something big for you, dood!" said a Prinny. The Prinny gives Etna the photo of Girl Laharl and Sicily together. Etna has a smug look on her face when receiving the photo from the Prinnies.

"Well, well, well! What do we have here? Laharl is a girl?" Etna remarked. She understands that Laharl despises being a girl and is betting someone is behind this transformation. However, they appear different—almost happier—which is surprising, especially for someone like Laharl to embrace such a change. "Hey, what's our bonus? We completed what you asked for, right? Give us something good, dood," a Prinny exclaimed. Etna offers them a little paycheck bonus and tells them to do something before she changes her mind. She warns them that this is the only moment she'll feel this generous. One Prinny suggests to the others that they head to the Arcade, and all agree to go. Once the Prinnies dashed out the door to the Arcade, Etna began to question whether this was indeed Laharl or just an imposter. After all, Laharl has complained about being a girl several times, so why would he suddenly enjoy it? Something feels off, and she's determined to find out the truth.

Later that night, Laharl (as a boy) and Sicily returned to the Castle. They arrive in the throne room. Flonne says that they are back and asks how they have been. Laharl said nothing vital for them to know. Etna inquires whether they went on a picnic, but Laharl responds that he wouldn't waste his time on such trivial activities. Flonne expresses her excitement about going on a picnic after Etna brings it up, which irritates Laharl. "Can everyone just be quiet? What I do when you're not here is none of your business!" Laharl shouted, clearly frustrated. As Laharl's anger grew, Sicily urged them to calm down. Meanwhile, Etna chuckled and said, "Geez, you don't have to be so dramatic. Fine, be weird by yourself. Later, Prince." before walking off. Flonne says she is sorry for upsetting them, and Laharl pushes her aside as they return to their room.

Flonne remarked, "Laharl seems stressed out again. Could it be that he's not receiving enough love and attention?" Sicily explains to Flonne that being an Overlord comes with a lot of pressure, and Laharl is working hard to become even stronger in case another enemy like Baal shows up. Flonne now gets it and plans to hug Laharl the next time they meet. As Laharl slips into their pajamas and settles down for the night, Etna remains awake, anxiously anticipating the morning and hoping to avoid detection. "I wonder what's happening?" she muses to herself. She hides in a corner for the rest of the night until Laharl wakes up out of their coffin. In the late night hours, Laharl gets up to leave notes on everyone's doors outlining their tasks for the next day. He also slips a note under Sicily's door, asking her to meet him outside in the morning. "So that's what Laharl has been up to?" Etna murmurs to herself.

In the morning, Laharl gets up and crawls out a window. Etna sneaks up from behind and sees Laharl with Sicily outside. The moment has arrived for Etna to see what Laharl has been up to.
