Many would believe this story is a fairy tale. There was no way it was true. But all of this story is true, every word of it.

The start of it was at a chance meeting. Nineteen-year-old Hana was working, taking notes from her college professor, but she was looking elsewhere.

Others weren't taking this seriously, most of which were couples that were giggling. She continued to take her notes with little motion.

A college degree, any at all, would give her a place in this world. The thought caused her to stop writing. She oughta be proud of how far she's gotten so far.

However, she never seemed to like the idea, thinking of what a degree would bring her. She didn't know why she didn't like it.

Her eyes gazed over to the right, seeing two individuals. One, the girl, that looked to be fourteen, dark blonde, wavy hair that reached to her shoulders. Bangs hung over her light green eyes. The guy was tall, a bit thin, had black hair with a white shirt with the collar open. Both had caucasion skin.

The girl was wearing a long, beige shirt with a dark brown jacket. The other was a guy. He was tall, and thin. His hair was black and shaggy, looking like he was an emo. He wore a white shirt that was unbuttoned. They looked like they were related.

'I don't think I've ever seen them before. They look… out of place here,' Hana thought. When the lesson was over, everyone in the class turned in their slips, except for the two individuals that Hana saw. She saw them walk to the back and out of the room.

Hana ran to the back and out of the room, catching them on the stairs. "Hey, excuse me?" she said, panting from the run over there.

They stopped walking and they looked at her. The girl had both hands shoved in her jacket pockets. The guy had one hand in his pocket and the other holding a notebook.

Hana was shook when she saw the guys gaze and his mouth set. "Oh… you two didn't fill out a slip. They're gonna mark you down as absent if you don't. I grabbed you guys one for you-" Hana gasped, blinking in surprise.

"Don't bother," the guy said, has voice deep. "We're not students here," the girl added, her voice ws slightly deep too.

The guy wrapped his free arm around her, sensing how tense she was. "We sholdn't have come here," he said.

They walked down the flight of stairs, leaving a confused Hana on the top of the stairs. She

moved on slowly after a few seconds. She wondered if she should've followed them. She saw them outside of the school, little kids running passed them. She saw them standing by the entrance.

She saw a little boy get knocked over, causing him to cry. The guy went over to him and helped him to his feet. The girl picked up the boy's school books and gave them back to him.

She couldn't stop looking at them. It must've been about 30 seconds before she came back into focus. Hana stopped them at the gates, panting a bit heavy from the effort.

"Please, wait!" she said. The guy barely glanced at her, the girl still looking forward. "The class you guys were in, it's tough even with a textbook *Pulls book out from her bag* So maybe we could share mine for the lext lecture?" Hana asked.

The girl was secretly surprised that Hana wasn't asking why she was going to a college. She was only fourteen after all.

Neither reacted to what she said. Awkwardly, Hana dropped her arm that held the textbook.

Both individuals looked at her; Hana saw their faces for the first time. The guy had a rugged look on his face with some stubble.

The girl had lonliness hidden in her almond-shaped eyes. Her right eye was partly covered thanks to her hair. She had dimples and some freckles too on her face.

As for the guy, his hair was longer in the back, it seemed to sharpen at the back. His eyes were a deep blue color, looking at her intently.

What could she say? What could Hana do?

The guy let out a slow exhale, closing both eyes. "We don't know. We're not sure if we'll be back," he said, his voice carrying the same tone.

"Don't waste your breath on us," the girl said. Hana blinked in surprise but smiled shortly after. "Oh… well, if you two do come back, my seat will be open for you guys," she said gently.

The duo turn away and walk away, not without shooting her a smile before leaving. Hana jolted back, but stopped her mid-step. She didn't want to ruin the only chance she had with them.

'Who are these people? I've only known them for five minutes and… I have this feeling… But I don't even know their names. The girl… she looks just him…' she thought to herself.
