So... it's been a month since our fight against Vegeta and Nappa, huh?
I stare off into the distance, feeling a slight pain in my chest that quickly fades away as images of Tien, Piccolo, Chiaotzu, and Yamcha dying race through my mind.

"Graahhh!" I yell, my aura flaring up as tears escape from my eyes before the black aura with red lightning fades away.
I need to train.
With everything that's happened, my power level is in the 400k range, but that's not going to be enough to defeat Frieza and his entire force.
I've been playing for the group but no more!
I will lead them to victory!
I will train to become the Super Saiyan of legend and destroy that dwarf-sized lizard where he stands.

I press [Y] as I let out a sinister smirk while imagining Frieza dying by my hands with Vegeta on his crying like a little bitch.
I need to acquire as many techniques, spells, and [Skills] as possible and then level them to the maximum so I can move on to something better.

I open up my menu and after a bit of searching, I find what I'm looking for as there's something called [Transformations] in the status window.

Alas, it'll fix itself when I get a few [Skills] under the belt so now's the time to level up.
Selecting the Demon [Dungeon, I reappear in a place that's similar to the Demon Castle in Solo Leveling.
I use [Observe] to see their stats.

Good, most of them are experts in long-range attacks so fighting close range will allow me a swift victory.
I charge in at inhuman speeds, courtesy of my high AGI stat, and cut one of them in half as the others begin shooting at me.
Using my, I manage to deflect all of the arrows and fire off a very powerful [Fire Spear] at those demons, hurting them severely.
As they do their best to stand up, I slice them in half as they then die, making me sigh a breath of relief.
I then hear a shrill scream as other demons make their way into the gym, making me smile like a lunatic as I start channeling a bit of mana into my sword.
"Well, I guess you couldn't resist the fact that you are about to become EXP. That's fine with me since I could use the workout." I say to them, taunting them with my hand as they all run at me, which is just stupid, to say the least.
Oh well, they were the ones who started it so it's only right that I finish it.
"Time to grind!" I shout as I run towards them with a deranged smile on my face.

Okay, I'm now level 65 while my [Wind Magic, and [Martial Arts] are both level 40.
Both my [Fire Magic] and [Ki Manipulation] are level 95 and [Dominator's Hands] is level 9.
As for the Oozaru [Skill, it's now level max, allowing me to do more than what Vegeta could in canon
Alright, let's do this.
I open the door and find myself face to face with the boss, who kinda looks like

"Alright, you discord mod, time to introduce you to my favorite activity, GOING OUTSIDE!" I say, ending the last part in a shout as I call forth my army of undead and have them go fight the boss while I sprout my Fallen Angel wings and fly upwards with two Light Spears in my hand.
"You will... make a nice meal, mortal." The Prince growls as he spews out a few fireballs at me though I swiftly evade some but get hit by two of them, causing me to fall into the ground.
Okay, big bastard is not gonna be easy to kill.
That's fine with me 'cause I'm not gonna make it easy either.
"Let's dance!" I roar out as I power up with my aura reaching into the sky as I'm covered by the familiar black flames and red lightning.
When it disappears, I look at the reflection of his staff and see that my eyes are now yellow, causing me to let out a sinister smile as I decrease the size of my aura.
Regardless, I can tell that I'm oozing with power.
Pure, unlimited power.
"Round 2, you fucker!" I yell as I fly upwards once more and dodge the oncoming fireballs with far better ease.
I then create a magic circle and from it hundreds of [Wind Slash] and [Fire Balls] are spat out and hit the Demon Prince head-on, causing him to scream in agony while I continue the onslaught of attacks.
"You insolent worm! I will hang you by your intestines!" The Prince roars out, swinging his fist forward as most of my army is destroyed upon contact and those that remain are too low on energy to keep fighting.
Geez, getting a bit pissy there, aren't we?
"Ya missed jackass!" I say, giving him the bird before quickly evading a few of his punches as I fly around him while hitting him with a barrage of [Wind Spears] and [Fire Spears].
I start channeling wind magic alongside fire magic and then focus most of my Ki into this one attack since I'm sure that will either hurt him to kill him or outright finish him off.
"Firestorm Kamehameha!" I yell out before firing the massive greenish beam of energy at the boss, who begins crying in pain as the flames consume him while his HP continues to decrease.
He struggles to put out the flames and eventually, he turns into dust as a chest appears where he was a few moments ago.
I win!

Looks like I'm done here so I use [ID: Escape] to reappear inside my room, which isn't too bad and thanks to the levels I just gained, I can finally ascend into the realm of legend.
Dumping all of the points into each of my individual [Stats, I'm left amazed as a singular screen appears before me.

"Goten!" Chichi's voice echoes through the house as I power down to my base form and go to where she's been sleeping the past few weeks, the living room.
"Hello, mother..." I say with caution in my voice 'cause this is the same woman that will determine whether or not I go on Namek to bring back everyone.
"I've noticed that you've become distant from us, from Gohan, from me..." She starts, sitting up straight on the couch that she's been using as a bed.
"I... I need to do this! Dad, he almost died because I was too arrogant, too weak..." I say, clenching my fists tightly as memories of the fight reappear.
"Your father's friends will be brought back but I don't want you to shut us out."
"I have to become strong... I'm the only one that can do what needs to be done."
"Look at me Goten. Son Goten, look at me." My mom tells me so I stare at her as [Gamer's Mind] suppresses most of the sadness I've just felt.
"It's not your fault."

She then grabs me and hugs while softly repeating the same phrase like it's a mantra.
Eventually, she lets go of me to go see Grandpa Ox alongside Gohan, who I've been avoiding since the day that the others died.
Not willingly mind you.
He just decided to start studying and training at the same time so I don't find in the house as he's always with Master Roshi, Krillin and Goku training dillengently for the day they get to go to Namek.

Leveling these up alongside my other elements will make me more versatile but I still want to develop my Ki techniques and fortunately for me, I know where to go for that.
King Kai's planet but the problem with that is that I have to die to get there and I'm not sure how the [Gamer] system will function on me being dead so the next course of action would be going to Yardrat.
Wonder if Goku's space pod is here...
I step out of the house and begin looking around for the attack pod that my father used to get to Earth.
I eventually find the crash site and see an Attack Ball that look similiar to the one the Saiyans used to get here, except it's a bit smaller than theirs.
Getting inside, I feel a small sense of peace but also worry 'cause I never did like cramped spaces and this is reaching it.
"User Kakarot has been found." A female robotic voice declares as my eyes widen in shock.
"W-wait! I'm not Kakarot-!" I try to explain before some tinted lens flashes a crimson light at me.
"Mission, survival and conquer has been reinitiated." The voice says again as rapid images enter my mind and I have to resist to transform into either my Oozaru or my newly acquired Super Saiyan forms though I still feel a pull from my Wrathful state kicking in.
Skill Gamer's Mind has forcefully resisted mission of the Saiyan known as Bardock
Bardock...
"Why would Bardock tell Goku to conquer when he told him to survive?" I ask to no one in particular, confused as to what the system meant.
Guess I'll have to find that out, won't I?
"Attack Ball, play Bardock's recorded message." I order simply.
A video with Bardock and Gine in front of the Attack Pod begins to play out as other Saiyans are flying out in the distance.
"Kakarot, survive. You hear me!? SURVIVE!" Bardock yells before the transmission cuts off.
Even in this message he's telling his son, his own flesh and blood to live and thrive as a person so why did the system twist his words?
Better yet, how can I know for sure that it didn't do that to manipulate me?
After a long moment of consideration, I use [Multi-Form] to create a doppelganger and have the clone both write and deliver a letter to my family explaining the decision I'm about to make.
The clone comes back and fuses with me as I then get the memories of what it just did.
He left the note in the living room, telling everyone not to worry about where I would be and to trust I would come back if they needed on Namek or when I felt like I could come back.
Satisfied with my decision, I give a simple order the Attack Ball.
"Take me to Planet Yardrat."
After a few seconds of waiting, the space pod leaves the Earth's atmosphere and is flying in search of the aforementioned planet.
I've considered this for a while but I shouldn't go to Namek because I don't deserve to alongside the others.
I need some space... from them and from Frieza.
I will show up to help them if that's what they need but I won't be part of the team that goes get the Namekian Dragon Balls.
Even if I do go on Namek, it'll only be to unlock my hidden potential and maybe learn how to do it as well.
Besides, they should be able to handle whatever comes their way, be it Vegeta, the Ginyu force or even Frieza himself.
With that, I fall asleep like a light.

Chapter done and while I initially wanted Goten/OC to get SSJ on Namek, I felt like it should happen here.
Also, give me some suggestions via reviews or PM's on other planets or realms he could go to since I'm not planning on having him go to Namek simply due to the fact that I don't want him to deal with Frieza or his forces.
