Author's Note:

Hello there, beautiful people.

I know I was supposed to write this on the 4th and upload it on the 5th, but things got unexpectedly hectic, so now on the 11th, I'm writing this story and will try to upload it by the end of the day or the end of the week at least. So yeah, sorry.

That's all for now. Before we start, here are the trigger warnings for the following:

• Cursing and graphic language.

• Graphically detailed depictions of violence and death.

• Implied human/sex trafficking and enslavement.

• Implied attempted sexual violence and harassment against minors and adults alike.

• Consumption of psychoactive substances as well as forced substance consumption (AKA someone trying to drug someone else).

• Possible explicit content in the future. (AKA Lemons)

That's all (good thing I put all of that up above). More might follow as the story continues, but now, boys and girls, enjoy the story.

Chapter 01 - Prologue - A Wolf on the Prowl

Date: Jun 11th, 2397

Location: Yokohama Port, Japan

Time: 23:08

"In this world of heroes, villains, and super-powered individuals, one would think that military and police forces would become useless." The camera shows the back of a man in a shadowy room, wearing a black bodysuit, his green and black hair cut short but still somewhat curly, as he puts on a balaclava.

"But with the rise of these super-powered individuals, even the lowest of the low can become godlike." The camera shifts to a dock house, where Yakuza member beat a girl. "You little bitch, you will obey what i tell you," a man snarls at the girl, who can't be older than 11. He slaps her, and she cries out in pain as she hits the wall, nearly naked.

"Villains are not the only enemy the law faces. There are petty thefts, murderers, criminal organizations, terrorists, corrupt heroes, and corrupt government officials—just some of the enemies this era's law confronts." The man from before is shown again, now putting on heavily armored gear and equipping various weapons.

"That is why people like me still exist." The scene shows the outside of the warehouse, guarded by more Yakuza members armed with submachine guns and assault rifles, patrolling the grounds. One of them is pulled into the shadows, a gloved hand over his mouth.

"Those who are loyal only to their country and their fellow soldiers, those who will arrest, torture, and kill for their country." The camera shows the man checking his weapons, loading them with ammunition, and equipping ropes and handcuffs.

"Those who will perform their missions at the cost of their lives, perishing in the shadows so that others may live in the light." The camera shows how, one by one, the guards outside end up in the shadows, either killed or knocked unconscious and tied up.

"But also..." The camera shows the Yakuza man still beating the girl, striking her body but leaving her face untouched. Pulling her by the hair, he growls in her ear, "You know what, little bitch? I might just teach you a real lesson you won't ever forget. After all, even though you're used goods, somebody will still buy you. Some buyers like it when the goods are already broken and not as tight." The look in the girl's eyes is pure terror as she tries to escape, but the man, holding her firmly, slams her into a crate and is about to rip off her remaining clothes.

"Those who won't let any more suffering of children and the innocent people of this world go unpunished." Just as the man is about to rip the girl's clothes off and try to take her innocence, someone drops down behind him and strikes him square in the head with a roundhouse kick, sending him stumbling across the room. "What!?" Before he can say anything, the figure jumps on him and starts beating him, then places him in a chokehold and whispers in his ear in a grave and heavily modulated voice, "You are lucky that we need some of you bastards alive for interrogation." He chokes him unconscious, then ties him up with paracord rope and quirk-cancellation handcuffs.

He turned and looked at the child cowering in the corner, her raccoon-like eyes filled with terror. He slowly approached and knelt in front of her, not too close as to frighten her, but near enough to offer comfort if needed. "Are you alright, dear?" he asked, his grave and modulated voice sounding surprisingly soft as he examined her.

She nodded, even though she was saved by this gray and black giant before her, she was still terrified he might harm her too. "P-please d-don't hurt m-me," she stammered, tears streaming down her cheeks. He moved slightly, and she thought he was going to hit her, so she squeezed her eyes shut and covered her face and head with her hands.

But the blow never came. When she lowered her arms and opened her eyes, she saw he was showing her what looked like a darkened police badge on his chest plate. "Don't worry, dear. I won't hurt you. I'm one of the good guys," he said, gently patting her head, which felt soothing to the little girl. She nodded slowly as the man asked, "What is your name?" She took a deep breath and spoke in a still-stuttering voice, but less frantic than before. "M-Mina As-Ashido." The man nodded."

"That's a nice name. You can call me Wolf," he said. She looked around and asked, "Do you know where they are holding the others?" She shook her head, as she knew there were others, but she was blindfolded almost all the time except for now. Wolf nodded and stood up. Now that he was fully standing in front of her, she could see him a bit better.

He was very tall and broad, and his armor was unlike anything she had ever seen on TV or the internet.

It was a mix of dark gunmetal gray and black, and it looked very heavy, but the way he moved as if it weighed nothing suggested otherwise. The helmet was rounded and had two round, eye-shaped lenses instead of a regular visor. It also had what looked like an antenna on its right side, glowing a soft, soothing blue, like the small triangle shape on his forehead. He seemed to have tubes coming from where his mouth would be, going into his back.

He had a very large, rounded collar that almost reached the middle of his mouth. His shoulder and knee pauldrons were rounded and somewhat large. He had a metal backpack with two antennas and what looked like a rifle attached to its side. On his hip, he had a holstered pistol and several magazines for his rifle, as well as some cylindrical objects and what looked like a handle on his backside. Finally, he had what appeared to be a long knife on his calf.

He brought down the antenna on his helmet over his eye, and it glowed blue, emitting a blue laser-like beam that scanned the area. He stopped, focusing on one particular spot, and said, "There." He knelt in front of Mina, placing a cylinder with a stand and three leg-like protrusions at its base, and an antenna on its top. "Listen, Mina, you stay here and stay inside the barrier this emitter forms, okay? I will come back for you once I clear everything out, I promise," he said to the girl, who nodded, deciding to trust him.

Wolf smiled under his helmet and ruffled her hair a bit before pressing a button on the emitter. A blue bubble-like barrier formed around Mina, protecting her. He nodded and said, "Okay, I'll be back in a bit." He quickly took his bullpup-like rifle off his backpack, brought it to his shoulder, aimed it down the doorway, and walked through.

As Wolf moved through the shadows once more, walking silently and quickly, aiming down his sight, he thought about his scan. '15 hostiles and 29 hostages,' he thought as he saw two of the hostiles walk by his position. He quickly had shot both of them in the chest with the hot plasma from his rifle and continued to his destination.

He arrived at a locked metal door with a security panel. He placed a splicing link into it and slowly hacked the door open. After a few moments, the door opened, revealing another person. Before the Yakuza could react, Wolf quickly bodychecked him, slamming him into a wall, and then plunged a dagger into his throat. "Almost got caught there," he whispered as he pulled the blade out of the throat and cleaned it on the Yakuza's suit. He placed it back into its sheath, hid the body, and continued to the location where the others were held.

He was at a crossroads corridor and used his rangefinder scanner to check for incoming hostiles. He detected four approaching from his left and right. He quickly moved onto the ceiling using the magnets in his boots and gloves, hiding in the shadows, his rifle back on his backpack. The four met in the middle and joked around, and Wolf considered how to take them down non-lethally for interrogation. Then, he heard something that made him so angry that he decided they deserved death. "I heard Kazumo took one of the girls to 'discipline' her. The pretty pink one. Hope if he decides to have some fun with her, he leaves some for us." The four burst into laughter, sealing their fates.

Wolf jumped down between them, grabbed one by the head, and twisted it, killing him. Pulling his blade from his back, he quickly stabbed another as a third rushed him. He grabbed the third by the face and slammed him against the wall. Before he could kill him, the fourth one opened fire, using his quirk to release a giant stream of flames.

Wolf raised his open palm and seemed to absorb the flames. Then, as the two remaining Yakuza watched in fear, the one held by the face let out a muffled scream as his face was enveloped by the flames from Wolf's hand. After a moment, only the skull remained. Before the sole remaining Yakuza could run or do anything, Wolf rushed him, grabbed him by the throat, and crushed his windpipe, choking him to death.

He took his rifle off his back, used his rangefinder scanner, and noticed that the remaining eight hostiles were all at the same location, in front of where they held the hostages. "I will have to capture these ones," he murmured to himself. He turned his rifle to stun mode and moved to the location even quicker than before, but still as quiet as a shadow.

Arriving at the entrance to the holding facilities, he saw the eight were all close together, standing in a circle like some cliché movie trope. He listened and heard the one who was most likely the leader of the group. "The buyer will be here soon, so those seven better hurry with that little pink girl. We promised 30, so we will give them 30," he said. Wolf sneaked past them and hid behind a wooden crate. He sent a short EMP charge into the light controls, and the room went dark.

"What the hell is going on?" one of the Yakuza asked as Wolf turned on his night vision. He quickly rushed them, stunning three of them with a quick burst from his rifle, leaving them unconscious on the floor. He used the butt of his rifle to take down another one, then crushed two members' heads together. The final two received a stun round each. He quickly cuffed, tied up, and gagged all of them, searching their bodies. He then sent a reverse EMP charge, and the lights turned back on.

He walked to where the hostages were being held, a giant metal shipping crate with a lock similar to the ones on the doors he encountered earlier. He used a keycard he found on one of the Yakuza and quickly opened the crate's doors. As the lights inside turned on, he saw all 29 hostages: women ranging from their 30s, perhaps their 40s, to children as young as 11, like Mina. There were also three missing female pro-heroes, who had been gone for the same three weeks as the other hostages. They were all bound, blindfolded, and gagged.

He pulled out his knife, walked to the nearest one, knelt in front of her, and removed her gag and blindfold. The woman had to adjust her eyes to the light before looking at the man with a knife in his hand. She looked frightened and was about to beg for her life before he used the blade to cut her bindings. He handed her another knife he had and said, "Help me free the others." The woman could only nod and do as she was told. In less than three minutes, they had freed everyone. He received both scared and grateful looks as the woman handed him the knife back. He nodded and stated, "All of you stay here. You will be safe here until the operation is done." They decided to follow his instructions, as he was both heavily armed and their rescuer. But one woman asked, "There was another girl with us. Is she okay?" He nodded and said, "Yes, she is. I'm going to get her from where I left her and bring her to you." He turned and exited, moving so fast and silently that it surprised the women who watched him.

Quickly arriving where Mina was, he saw that the man who tried to rape her was still unconscious and that Mina was still safe behind the barrier. She looked up and spoke, "You're back." She sounded relieved and a bit happy. Wolf nodded as he deactivated the barrier remotely, went to her, picked up the emitter, and placed it back on his belt. "You okay?" he asked, and she nodded.

He smiled under his helmet as he told her, "I'm going to take you to the others. Are you okay with me picking you up?" He asked her, understanding that, after what she'd been through, she might not want physical contact with a man.

Mina thought for a moment and nodded, trusting him. He picked her up carefully and gently, like a father would, and told her to hold on tight as he ran back to where the others were. He placed her down and told them to stay together, then set the emitter down again, creating an even larger protective barrier around all 30 women.

Wolf brought his hand up to his ear and spoke, "Wolf to Tiger, hostages secured and safe. Hostiles neutralized or in custody." The radio crackled as a voice from the other side said, ["Copy that, Wolf. Take position for assistance outside if needed."] "Copy that," Wolf said, then shot a grappling hook up to the ceiling and positioned himself on a wall with his magnetic boots, looking out the window. He saw that the area seemed empty, but he knew others were positioned all around, ready to ambush the buyers.

He saw a small convoy of six Mercedes G-Class jeeps driving towards the dock house. As they stopped in front, people began to exit, only to be blinded by several giant reflectors shining on them. They heard shouts all around, "GET ON THE GROUND NOW!" and similar phrases, as policemen in SWAT gear and people wearing similar but less advanced gear to Wolf's, with the S.A.Q.T.D. logo plastered on their equipment, emerged. Several heroes also dropped down around them.

Most of the people surrendered, but one car tried to escape. The key word being "tried."

Wolf quickly jumped from the window, shattering it, and dropped down in front of the car. He grabbed its grill and dug his heels into the ground, stopping the car slowly. He then released an EMP charge through his gauntlets, disabling the car's accumulator and the car itself. Quickly, several men in S.A.Q.T.D. uniforms approached the doors, rifles aimed at the passengers, and pulled them out of the car, getting them on the ground and cuffing them.

~Several minuts latter.~

Now, reporters recorded and broadcasted a successful rescue of human trafficking victims and the arrests of a large number of human traffickers and several buyers.

As Wolf led several agents to help the hostages who couldn't walk on their own, little Mina clutched at his pant leg. Then, she and all the other younger girls heard their names being called out in relief as they saw their parents and ran into their arms.

Wolf smiled under his helmet as he helped one of the women to an EMT to see if she was okay. He saw the policemen alongside his fellow S.A.Q.T.D. operatives were escorting the captured Yakuza to the armored transports. He walked to one and said, "Give me a minute with this one." He grabbed the man who tried to rape Mina by the arm from one of his fellow operatives. The operative nodded, and Wolf led the man behind the building.

Everyone heard pained screams from there as some heroes and policemen tried to go there to see what was going on, only to be stopped by the operatives. After a minute, the screams subsided before returning at an even higher volume. The cameras recorded something fleshy being thrown on the ground a bit away from the corner before a jet of flames burned it to ash.

The cameras now showed Wolf walking from there, placing his shorter knife back on his hip, saying, "He's all yours now." Two operatives came and pulled the Yakuza out, revealing that he now had the word "PEDO" carved into his forehead and his groin removed.

One reporter approached Wolf, asking him, "Sir, why did you do that? What did that man do to deserve to have his privates removed by you?" Wolf just looked at her and said, "Look at his forehead, and you will have your answer." He walked off to the armored transports and pressed a button on his wrist as a big armored motorcycle arrived, with a door opening for him. "MOVE OUT!" he ordered as he got into the motorcycle and escorted the transports.

As he left, the gurneys with 21 bodies were rolled out. A gust of wind blew, removing the blankets, and the cameras showed the bodies of 21 Yakuza, all dead in different ways, but the most disturbing being the one whose skull was all that remained of his head.

~At the S.A.Q.T.D. Command Center.~

Wolf arrived at the wing specifically for the first seven squads of the S.A.Q.T.D., going to the Squad 1 barracks specifically. As he entered, they seemed pretty empty but still clean. After all, Wolf is the only Squad 1 member left alive since six years ago.

Sighing, he slowly walked to the weapons and equipment rack as he started taking his equipment and weapons off, leaving them all in their specific places. He did the same with his armor, only placing his sidearm and shorter knife back on his belt. In his black bodysuit and balaclava, he sat down and sighed, taking it off his face, revealing a 25-year-old young man with green and black hair cut in a short but still somewhat curly fashion, green sharp-looking eyes, several freckles on his cheeks, and a sharp jawline with a scar on his left cheek.

This was Izuku Midoriya, the current commanding officer of Squad 1 of the Special Anti-Quirk Terrorist Division and the current holder of the title of Wolf.

He heard his phone ring. He picked it up, looked at the contact name, smiled, and spoke. "Hello, Mom, how are you doing?"

To be continued….

A/N: And Cut!

Wow, that was hard to write at some points. Well, guys, I hope you like this and that it came out by the end of the week.

So, the following things are what are different between this story and Hero's Heart:

* Izuku is 18 years older than everyone else who was his age in canon.

* After his father's death, he followed in his father's and uncle's footsteps and became a soldier and a member of the S.A.Q.T.D.

* Katsuki Bakugo has an older sister named Tsume Bakugo, who was the one to torment Izuku as a kid (possible Pairing in the future, but not sure yet), and Katsuki himself sees Izuku as a dorky, lovable older brother.

* Nobody except Izuku, his squad, his mother, and his uncle knows that he is Wolf.

* Izuku will have a quirk of his own; more on it in the story itself.

* And finally, Izuku doesn't like All Might as much and will end up almost hating him when it's revealed that AFO is alive.

Okay, guys, I hope you like this. More things will be answered in the next chapter of this, so there you have something to look forward to, lol.

This, like the other story, is just the old one—but revised and with some additional spell checks. I hope you like it! Until I finish rewriting the other stories, I'll most likely be updating this and the other Heros Heart.

BTW for you who are wandering Izuku's armour is the one in the pfp for the story

So that is it. As usual, stay safe, stay healthy, and bye-bye. =P
