Marty and Ally spent the entire afternoon searching for George and finally spotted him on his way home. "George!" Marty shouted.
George turned around, annoyed to see them approaching. "Why do you two keep following me!?" he yelled, trying to speed away. They quickly caught up to him, blocking his path.
"George, you need to ask Lorraine to the dance! If you don't, we'll regret it forever," Marty urged, sounding more desperate.
"But I can't go! I'll miss my favorite show, Science Fiction Theater," George protested. Ally stepped in front of him, grabbing his jacket. "George, Lorraine wants to go with you! Can't you just give it a shot?" she pleaded.
"I'm not ready to ask her out," George replied, sidestepping Ally. "No one can change my mind," he declared before heading into his house, leaving Marty and Ally shocked by his stubbornness.
"What now?" Ally asked, exasperated. Marty pulled out a photo of them with David and Linda, noting that only David's legs were visible. "Science Fiction Theater, huh?" he said, catching Ally's attention. She noticed the spark in his eyes. "We're going to get Dad to ask Mom out, right?" she asked with a mischievous smile. "Yeah, let's head back to Doc," he replied.
They managed to convince George by dressing up as Darth Vader with that radiation suit. Star Wars wouldn't come out until 1973 so it would make sense to do that. It seemed to be effective because Marty used chloroform to knock George back out.
(November 7, 1955/3:45 PM)
Marty and Ally were hanging out at the Texaco gas station, waiting for George to show up. Marty was struggling to pop open his Pepsi bottle, and Ally couldn't help since it was glass.
After a bit, George finally showed up, looking a bit disheveled. "Marty! Ally!" he shouted while dashing across the street, almost getting hit by a car. The twins brightened up at the sight of their dad rushing toward them. "Hey, George! We've been searching for you," Marty greeted. "Yeah, where have you been?" Ally chimed in, leaning against the gas pump.
"I overslept," George admitted, his face flushed. "I need your help; I want to ask Lorraine to the dance, but I'm clueless on how to do it." "Just chill. She's at the café. Can you help him with that bottle?" Ally suggested, noticing Marty still struggling with his drink.
George took the bottle and used a bottle opener on the gas tank before handing it back to Marty. Ally held back her teasing about Marty's bottle troubles, and the three of them headed toward the café to set their plan in motion.
"What made you decide to ask her, George?" Marty asked as they walked. "Last night, Darth Vader from planet Vulcan told me he'd melt my brain if I didn't ask Lorraine," George explained, sharing his motivation.
They were relieved their Star Wars strategy worked, and now they could focus on getting their parents together. "Let's keep the brain-melting stuff to ourselves, okay?" Ally said as they reached the café, spotting Lorraine with her friends, enjoying shakes—classic 1950s vibes.
"Hey, she's right there, George. Just ask her to the dance. What pops into your head?" Marty said, sipping his Pepsi. George was blanking on what to say. "I can't think of anything!" he shouted.
Marty sighed at George's response. "Man, it's a miracle we even exist," he muttered, barely audible. Ally rolled her eyes and ran her fingers through her hair.
"Forget him. Just tell her she's the most beautiful girl you've ever seen and that destiny brought you two together," Ally advised, recalling how Michael had charmed her. "Yeah, girls dig that," Marty chimed in.
George thought it was solid advice and started jotting it down in his little notebook. "What are you up to?" Marty asked, curious. "Writing this down; it's gold," George replied. "Come on, let's move before she bails," Ally urged, nudging George toward the cafe entrance.
(Inside the Cafe)
When they walked into the café, it was packed with teens, and a pop song blared from the jukebox, getting some people up to dance. Marty and Ally nudged George toward Lorraine before settling down at the bar, ready to watch George make his move from a distance.
George took a sip of his chocolate milk, then approached Lorraine with his notepad in hand. As he neared, Lorraine and her friends looked up at him, and he awkwardly said, "Lorraine... my density... has brought me to you." Ally nearly facepalmed at his line.
'You've got to be kidding me, Dad,' she thought. Lorraine, confused, asked, "What?" George glanced at his notebook and stammered, "What I meant was..." but Lorraine smiled and said, "Wait, don't I know you from somewhere?"
"Yes! Yes, I'm George! George McFly! I'm your density," he grinned, quickly correcting himself, "I-I mean... I'm your destiny." Lorraine seemed flattered, and things were going well until Biff Tannen's voice cut through the music. "Hey, McFly!" he shouted, silencing the jukebox.
Marty and Ally turned to see Biff and his crew, and Ally muttered, "Oh, come on," slapping the bar table in frustration. They were annoyed that Biff had ruined their plan, and he glared at George, saying, "I thought I told you never to come in here."
Ally rolled her eyes, thinking, "I don't see your name here, jerk." Biff approached George, extending his hand and asking, "How much cash you got?" while shoving someone aside. George replied, "How much do you need, Biff?"
Suddenly, Marty stuck his foot out, causing Biff to trip and land hard on his chest, leaving the cafe patrons in shock. "Marty, I might need to write my will, but you can't have my CDs," Ally whispered to her brother. Biff got up, trying to appear more intimidating than he was.
"Alright, you little punk," Biff sneered, glaring at Marty. They needed to get rid of Biff, and fast. "Hey Biff, look behind you!" Ally shouted, pointing to distract him. As Biff turned, Ally took her chance and punched him right in the nose, sending him crashing onto the table behind him.
As soon as they had him down, Marty and Ally bolted out the doors, fully aware that Biff and his crew would be hot on their heels. They needed a way to escape, and then Marty spotted two kids on makeshift scooters that resembled skateboards. Since skateboards didn't exist in 1955, this was their chance. "Check it out!" he shouted, and Ally urged him on as they dashed toward the kids.
"Hey, kids, hold up!" they yelled, reaching the kids just in time to yank them off their scooters. "Hey!" protested the dark-haired kid as Marty pulled him away. Ally glanced back and saw Biff and his gang storming out of the café. "We need these!" she said, quickly disassembling the scooter. Marty did the same and handed the top part back to the kid he had grabbed.
"We promise to return them!" Marty assured the kid as they hopped on the makeshift skateboards. "You guys broke them!" the other kid yelled as they sped off. Ally jumped onto a sidewalk, grinding along the edge, while Marty took a sharp turn. "Look at them go!" the kid Marty had taken exclaimed, clearly impressed.
They glanced back to see Biff and his friends jumping into his car, and they quickly grabbed onto the back of a truck for a lift. Biff drove through the grass, trying to catch up to them, and attempted to ram the truck they were holding onto, but they dodged him. However, they got separated when Marty had to leap over a hedge to avoid an open car door, letting out a scream as he did.
"Marty!" Ally yelled as he veered off in a different direction. Biff, now focused solely on Marty, completely forgot about Ally, even though she was the one who had thrown the punch.
Ally let the truck pass and quickly stopped to see where Biff was taking Marty. She knew she had to step in and help her brother. Biff had Marty pinned against the front of his car, driving straight toward a manure truck.
"Not my brother, you prick!" Ally yelled as she pushed off on her skateboard to catch up. She grabbed a brick as she zoomed by and, once she was close enough, hurled it while shouting, "Hey, assholes!"
The brick flew through the windshield, giving Marty the perfect moment to make his escape. He quickly hopped onto the car, dashed across it, and leaped back onto the makeshift skateboard. Ally rolled up beside him on her board.
Biff and his crew watched in shock as they approached a manure truck. "SHIIIIITTT!" Biff yelled, slamming on the brakes and swerving, only to crash right into the truck, spilling its contents all over him and his friends.
Marty and Ally grimaced at the sight of Biff's disaster. Everyone in the diner rushed outside to witness the chaos. The twins exchanged glances at the mess before Ally remarked, "Whoo, that was close, huh?"
"Yeah, way too damn close. Appreciate the help," Marty replied, giving her a friendly pat. "No worries, I'll always be here to save your ass," she said, catching her skateboard with a kick.
They both mirrored the move and strolled back to the kids. "Thanks, everyone," Marty grinned. Biff shot them a furious look, drenched in manure. "I'm gonna get them for this," he growled.
