Madeline said girls That Pudding was easy but i want real food "?
Fifi said yeah but when can we run and play i 'm bored of being inside" now"
Bell said yeah i don't see why we can take a little walk down the hallway won't hurt"
Anna said um guys I think our wishes are about to be Granted." here comes our Parents and Doctor"
The parents came in and gave the girls big hugs and kisses.
Dr Rayon examined the girls in beds . "So Madeline , how are you feeling today?"
Madeline said "Tres bien"
Dr Ray said, "Good now I think today we will try walking. Now let's try standing alright.- Mrs. Fogg, you hold Madeline's hands, and we can try taking a few steps down the hallway."
Amy said "Sure we can try it. You ready Maddie?" She asked, turning to Madeline.
Madeline looked a little nervous, but said, "Yes I am ready!"
"Good- I'll get Madeline's IV pole." Paul decided.
Madeline stood with some assistance from Dr. Rayon and Amy as they walked along the hallway, and Madeline even had the courage to let go of her mom's hand and walk around for a bit, with Fifi". Paul, Amy, David, Margaret. And all the parents were so proud of how their daughters did.
Fifi said uh Madeline i never noticed it before but our Hospital Grown in the Back are open not closed'?
Belle said yes they will see the whip Marks" and that is the last thing we need or we won't be heading Home today" after all"
. After a few more steps down the hall, Roxy said, "Okay, I'm ready to go back now -my leg feels wobbly.

All the girls turned to the doctors and their parents and said can we head back to bed for a bit please"
Dr Ray nodded and said "Okay Girls great job , let's head back.
They led the 10 girls back to bed and once the girls were back in bed, they drifted off to sleep immediately. As the parents watched their children sleep, the doctor did a quick exam of each girl. Then both doctors turned to the parents.
After the exam, the doctors said, " I'm very happy the girls are making great progress.
"But Madeline is so tired so quicky. Is this normal?" Paul asked, stroking Madeline's hair out of her face and giving his daughter a kiss to her forehead. no fever
Dr. Ray reassured Paul that Madeline's lethargy was normal, and she'd recover with plenty of rest. come into the waiting room i need to talk to you all. once in the Waiting room
Dr Rayon said the girls are scheduled for outpatient therapy To help them get Stronger. It will start tomorrow Morning As for the girls Haircuts they have now, you need to wash their hair carefully and don't let them look into a Mirror yet until they are Ready" but their hands dose look Sore so just put Cream on them to keep their hands from Creaking Just give the girls fresh air and play Time as that will help them get stronger as well. When they are ready to head back to Paris it can be by Trains but the Girls will be Need psychologies care as well down the road not Now PTSD can cause Trouble they may not share with you all remember no raise Voices it will push them back to untrust you all once more but for right now, like tonight don't be surprised if they awake scared" or have Little Accidents it is normal all you have do just change them into dry nightgown.
"How will it take for the girls to fully recover?" Kimberley asked.
"It depends how well the girls do themselves. Also don't be surprised if the girls are fine one day but then upset the next day. "They will have good and bad days. Dr Ray said. If you have any questions, feel free to call us anytime. Now after the girls wake up from their nap, They will be able to leave. The adults nodded
Nurse Tilly said after we take off the Ivy they will need a charger of Clothes and Shoes
Amy said don't worry we bought a few things with us" I saw Madeline's back as she was walking down the hall. how on earth did she get Whip Marks on her back"?
Dr Daniel looked at the parents and said, According to the police reports Not only were the girls whipped on their legs, they were also whipped on their backs if they went too slow or just stopped to take a breath."
The parents looked at each other with sadness. "We'll be providing some ointment for those marks as well. The parents nodded once again. "Now I'm sure you're all eager to get back to your children so we won't keep you any longer. "We will see you all tomorrow for physical therapy. The doctors then left to check on other patients.
(Back in the girls hospital room)
When the parents got back into the girl's room, the girls were starting to wake up. Madeline Awoke to find her parents sitting next to her bed.
"Ahh" Madeline yelled , a little startled.
"Oh sorry sweetie Amy said, we didn't mean to scare you."
"It's alright,'' Madeline said, stretching and yawning.
After all the girls were awake, the nurses came in with a bunch of wheelchairs. After removing the Iv's, the girls with the help of their parents changed out of their hospital gowns and into regular clothes for the first time in a while. Madeline looked at her new outfit which was a pair of blue jeans and a peach colored shirt. Once all the girls were dressed, the girls were all settled in their wheelchairs, the parents pushed the girls out of the room and into the hallway. Everyone was surprised to see the doctors and nurses standing in two lines across from one another cheering and clapping as the girls were pushed down the hallway.
Once the girls were in the lobby, nurse Amber and Tilly helped the girls into the awaiting taxi. As soon as all the girls were inside the car, the taxi left for the hotel. After about a 15 minute drive, the taxi reached the hotel. The parents helped the girls out of the car, and carefully the group walked into the hotel.
"You're doing alright Maddie?" Paul asked as he and Amy led Madeline to the elevator.
Madeline nodded. "This is sure a nice place." bigger than the plaza Hotel we been too Last Spring"
"Yes, This is a nice hotel'' Amy agreed. "However, just wait until you see our room."
After a short ride in the elevator, the group all said goodnight to each other. When Madeline and her parents reached their room, Paul was about to open the door, when it was opened by Riley.
"Riley!" Madeline exclaimed happily as she threw her arms around her sister. Riley hugged Madeline back.
"Welcome back Sis." Riley said as she moved to the side of the door so Madeline could enter.
Madeline was shocked when she walked into the room and saw Alice and Maxwell standing under a big banner that said Welcome Back.
"You did all this for me?" Madeline asked, tears filling her eyes.
The three siblings nodded. "Are you alright Madeline?" Maxwell asked, coming over and giving his little sister a hug.
Madeline wiped the tears away. "Yes I'm fine, these are happy tears."
Everyone smiled. After a nice dinner in the room, (Madeline was more hungry than she thought.) Amy took Madeline into the bathroom and gave her a nice bath carefully washing Madeline's hair. Once she was all clean Madeline brushed her teeth and got into her nightgown While Amy applied the ointment to Madeline's hand, legs, and back. Paul then helped his daughter climb into the huge bed and gave his daughter a big strong hug. Amy inserted the IV into Madeline's hand. Madeline looked at the IV and sighed
she asked her mom "Mom why do I need to use the IV again."
"The doctor only wants all you girls to have it just at night for the week just in case you have a nightmare or feel sick during the night." Amy explained gently. Madeline nodded as her eyes started to close.
Giving his daughter another kiss on the forehead, Paul said "Goodnight Maddie we'll be right next to you if you need anything."
"We love you so much and don't worry you're completely safe." Amy said as she gave Madeline a kiss as well." Madeline fell asleep with a smile on her face.
The next day was Monday. After the family of six woke up and after getting ready, they all went downstairs to join everyone else for breakfast. Luckily, the lobby where breakfast was served wasn't crowded. Amy helped Madeline get her plate of food and Madeline sat down at the table with her three siblings and her friends. Madeline looked at the food on her plate. It wasn't much but it looked like a lot to Madeline.
"Riley Maxwell and Alice noticed their sister's uneasiness.
"Come on Madeline, remember just small bites." Alice said. just like you paction last night at dinner' Madeline nodded and started to eat slowly.
Meanwhile the adults were sitting at the other end of the table talking with each other.
"So how was Fifi during the night?" Amy asked Margaret who was Fifi's mother. "
Well she didn't have any nightmares, but she coughs much harsher when she's asleep." Margaret said.
"Anne had a nightmare last night". Kimberley said but it wasn't bad enough to have to give her the medicine to relax her.
Everyone finished eating. the big group made their way to the taxi and it drove them to the hospital.
Inside the hospital the girls met their physical therapists. The two ladies smiled at the girls.
"Hello everyone, my name is Taylor and my name is Julie.'' The ladies introduced themselves.
The girls looked at each other and then back at the therapists with uneasiness.
We're going to do some activities to help you girls get stronger." Taylor said.
(The girls slowly nodded.)
"Okay so the first thing we want you girls to do, is to make a circle." Julie told the group of girls who looked nervous. Juile noticed this and asked "Parents and siblings, why don't you join in as well? It will help the girls relax more." The parents and siblings then joined the circle.
"Alright now I want everyone to lay on their backs and pedal your legs like you're riding a bike." Julie said.
Julie and Taylor walked around helping each girl move their arms and legs. The rest of the session had many more activities to help the girls become stronger. By the end of the session, the girls were sweaty and tired.
"Alright girls" Julie said with a huge smile. "Great job today now if you practice what we did daily, you'll be back to your normal selves before you know it." "Well see you all this Friday.
After bidding the ladies' goodbye, the girls and their parents left to go back to the hotel.
Back in Paris, Lord Cucuface was relaxing with a cup of tea at home and looking over some papers, when a knock was heard at his door.
"I'll get it dad." Michael called as he answered the door.
: At the door was George. who was in charge of all the boarding school around Paris."
"Bonjour George, please come in." Michael said.
"Merci Michael is your father around?" George asked.
"Oui he's in the parlor working on some papers. Michel said
"Good Good I need to have a word with him if you don't mind. George asked
Michael said "No sir, I'll lead you to him."
George followed Michael to the parlor.
Michael said "Excuse me father but George is here to talk to you.
" Lord Cucuface looked surprised seeing his boss. "Bonjour George, please have a seat. Would you like a cup of tea?" Lord Cucuface asked.
"No Thank you,'' George said. "I'm here because I heard what happened to a little girl named Madeline. Lord Cucuface nodded. I also heard that you may have also let a little bit of private information about the little girl be told to this kidnapper?
Lord Cucuface turned pale. "Oui I made a small mistake telling him about Madeline and Riley's money, But he's in jail now.
George said "Oui while he is in jail, and while everyone makes mistakes however this is the second time you've made a huge mistake. I want to let you know that if something like this happens again, you'll be fired." and I'll have Timothy take over your job so this is your final warning Cucuface do I make myself clear?"
Lord Cucuface nodded shocked.
"Very well I'll take my leave now." George left.
Leaving Lord Cucuface to think about what his boss had just told him.
Michael "who had heard the whole conversation from the kitchen, said to himself Dad still needs this Job, and without it I can kiss the all Boys school goodbye as it's the Only school dad could find that allows me to still Live at Home" with him.
Meanwhile Miss Clavel and the girls were taking their morning walk. While walking the teacher and the girls saw Emily and her parents walking down the park path as well.
Well Hello girls, Miss Clavel. Helen said, smiling at the group.
Miss Clavel smiled and said Bonjour Helen, Mathew and Emily how are you all doing?
Emily said Were great. Emily then looked at the girls and her smile turned to a frown as she asked Where are the twins?
Helen saw as well that Madeline and Riley weren't with the girls and instantly became concerned and asked. Please tell that Kathy didn't take the twins. Because if she did. I can get Child Welfare down here in a few minutes.
Miss Clavel said Don't worry both Madeline and Riley are completely safe. In fact they have recently just been reunited with their parents.
Helen, Mathew and Emily looked confused.
Mathew said What do you mean reunited with their parents Madeline and Riley told us that They're orphans and that they lived with Kathy because their parents died in a fire when they were three.
Miss Clavel shook her head and said No Kathy lied about that and kidnapped the twins. The Teacher then explained the whole story about what had happened the last few weeks.
Helen and Mathew were shocked. After Miss Clavel finished telling the story,
Helen sighed and said I always knew that Kathy was a horrible person. However I'm glad that the twins are safe and back with their parents.."
"We hope to see them soon. Mathew said.
"I'm sure you will. Miss Clavel said.
(Back in Vienna)
After returning to the hotel, the girls had a little lunch. Everyone headed back upstairs to their rooms for a nap. After the girls woke up, They met each other back in the lobby.
"What should we do this afternoon?" Kate asked
"How about we head to the playground across the street? The doctor did say playing in the fresh air will help the girls become stronger." Mavis (Who was Roxy's mother) said.
"Great idea" Amy agreed as well." Come along girls."
"I need to get some work done so you all have fun." Paul said, giving his wife a kiss on the cheek.
The group of parents and girls walked across the street to the playground.
"So what do you girls want to do?" Alice asked.
"We can make a pyramid." Madeline said.
"Madeline you have to be a gymnast to do one of those." Alice said
"No you don't watch this. Anne said.
(They then formed the pyramid that they did when they had tried to escape the factory.)
"Wow, I'm very impressed." Riley said. "Just then Margaret came rushing over with the other parents.
"Girls stop climbing on each other like that." Lucy (who was Susan's mom)
"You'll get hurt if you do that.'' Randy (Who was Susan's father. said with a scared tone in his voice.
"But mom, we did this like three times before when we were trying to escape the factory. Madeline told the parents.
Margaret turned pale and hugged Fifi close to her.
hey uh "Mom You're squishing me,'' Fifi exclaimed.
"You did that stunt three times?" Amy asked as she pulled Madeline into a tight hug as well."
"Yeah mom." Madeline said as she tried to get out of her mother's tight grip.
(Amy put her daughter down.)
"Wow" Madeline that must've taken some courage to talk about the factory like that. Roxy said.
"Alright, no more pyramids." Mavis said.
"Okay" the girls said before going off to play.
After about an hour of playing and climbing , the girls started getting tired.
Amy saw this and said "Alright I think we should head back to the hotel now it's starting to get dark." as she picked up a tired Madeline. Madeline leaned her head on her mom's shoulder and yawned. The other parents did the same thing. Once inside the hotel, the girls said goodnight to each other and went upstairs to their rooms. After dinner and another warm bath, Madeline and Riley instantly fell asleep.
So how did it go at the playground Paul asked as Amy climbed into bed next to him.
Madeline is making such great progress so quickly." Amy told her husband.
"I know" I'm so proud of her. Paul said
(Madeline even though she was asleep, heard that and smiled.)
"Dad, Mom where are you?" Riley? Shouted the girl as she ran through a deep and dark forest full of fog. "Can anyone hear me? ANYONE?"
"Madeline" said a voice from afar
"Wh-who's there?" said Madeline, terrified by the somehow unfamiliar voice calling her name.
"Wandering in the woods?" The voice chuckled. "What a terrible choice you've made, child."
The fog grew thicker by the minute.
"Whoever you are, I'm not afraid of you!" Madeline shouted, trying to conceal the fact that she was truly is afraid of the voice that knew her name.
The voice laughed.
"You say you're not afraid of me, yet your trembling body says the opposite…" The voice declared. "Do not be afraid, child. I am your friend."
"If you are my friend, then show yourself." Madeline gasped. "Please help me... please I beg you"
"My, my, what happened, dear?" The voice asked. "For such a young girl like you to be lost at such a place like this, I bet your father and Mother left you here to die."
"That's not true, that's not true!" Madeline yelled. "My father and Mother would never do that!"
"Then tell me, child, why did both Parents leave the forest just when you fell asleep?" The voice laughed mockingly. "I bet they doesn't need you, nor does he or Mom love you."
"You take that back!" Madeline yelled hoarsely.
"Such a feisty little girl you are, and yet very vulnerable." The voice laughed.
As the fog grew thicker, the voice seemed to be getting closer.
"No that's not true," Madeline whispered, clutching her small frame from the cold that filled the air as she tried to keep herself together, repeating to herself all over again that the voice was wrong and she was right… Yet she was beginning to believe it.
"Then where are they, child?" The voice asked, getting even closer. "Tell me, where's the loving father and Mother that left you here in the woods, where are your friends, where are they?"
"No, stay away from me, STAY AWAY!" Madeline yelled frantically, running away from the voice.
"You can't run away from my child, I will find you, hahahhhahhaha!" said the voice as it disappeared into the shadows.
In the middle of the night, Paul, Amy, Maxwell, Alice and Riley awoke to the sound of whimpering and small screams.
"No NO NO! Madeline whimpered in her sleep.
"Uh oh She's having a nightmare." Alice said.
Paul went to his daughter's side. "Shhh Shhh Maddie it's alright you're safe.
Madeline would not wake up though as her whimpers and screams started getting louder.
Amy sighed, bringing over the small bottle of relaxer and inserted it into the IV tube. Madeline relaxed instantly. Amy then threw the small bottle into the trash.
"That's the second bad nightmare she's had." Riley said with a sigh.
"What do you mean Ry? Maxwell asked. With a yawn
"Well the first night after the girls were moved into their hospital room, Madeline had a nightmare just like this one." Riley told them.
"My poor little girl." Paul said, giving Madeline a kiss on her forehead.
Amy checked the sheets under her daughter. "Well at least she's dry Amy said as she tucked the sheets back around her daughter. "Alright everyone back to bed.
'' Mom Madeline's seven years old and isn't seven a little too old to be wetting the bed?" Maxwell asked as Amy re-tucked him back into his bed.
well "Typically it is Maxwell however, if and when people are abused, they sometimes can't control what happens to their body." Amy told her son.
"Okay then." Maxwell said with a yawn.
and With Madeline taken care of, everyone fell back asleep. Tuesday was another beautiful day. So after breakfast the parents took their girls back across the street to the playground. "This time there were no more attempts at pyramids. However while Madeline was playing, a boy saw Madeline's hair
The boy asked with a mean tone, "Hey Baldy what happened to your hair?"
Madeline knew her hair had been cut but she never had the chance to look at it. Madeline climbed down and ran to the restroom.
"Maddie, where are you going?" Riley called running to catch up with her sister.
Madeline gasped as she looked at herself in the mirror and saw the bald spot from where her hair had been cut. and was shocked as her eyes filled with tears and she started crying loudly.
"Maddie, Maddie, where are you?" Riley called as she and Fifi came into the restroom.
"I..I'm so ugly" Madeline sobbed that boy was right I am bald."
"Oh Madeline it doesn't look that bad." Riley said.
"Easy for you to say Riley you didn't have a chunk of your hair cut off." Fifi said as her eyes filled with tears of concerned sadness as she wrapped her arms around her friend.
As Riley and Fifi tried to calm Madeline down, Madeline couldn't stop crying.
"Do you want me to get mom?" Riley asked her sister.
(Through her tears Madeline nodded. Riley walked out of the restroom to look for their mom but she didn't have to walk very far because her mom was right there.
"There You are, '' Amy said with a relieved sigh. I couldn't find you or Madeline." looking at Riley. "Where is your sister?"
Madeline's really upset mom, a boy called her baldly and asked what happened to her hair. Madeline then ran into the restroom and she saw the spot on the side of her head where most of her hair was cut." Riley explained.
Amy sighed "Oh no" I was hoping this wouldn't happen as she ran into the restroom with Fifi's mom Margaret. She came out a few seconds later with Madeline in her arms. Fifi was right behind her. In her mother's arms as well.
The moms took their upset daughters back to the bench. "Shhh it's alright Maddie." Amy said as she rocked her little girl in her arms.
"Amy what happened?'' Kimberley asked.
Amy sighed, yet again Madeline was teased while she was playing and she saw her haircut. Amy explained.
"Oh the poor girl." Kimberley said.
"I'm going to take her back to the room so she can relax." Amy told the other parents.
The other parents nodded.
"I'm going to do that as well,'' Margaret said. We will see the rest of you at dinner."
. Amy and Margaret along with Riley walked back across the street to the hotel. When the two mothers got inside, They quickly went upstairs and went to their rooms.
"Hi Mom, you're back already?" Alice asked. did Something happend at the park?
Yeah Something made your sister very upset at the playground." Amy said laying Madeline down on her bed. not wanting to repeat what happened. "How's your Homework coming?" (Alice and Maxwell still had to do schoolwork.)
"I'm all finished." Alice said
Same with me." Can we go to the playground now, mom please Maxwell asked?"
"Alright, just stay close to the other parents and girls." Amy said from the bedroom
"Thanks mom Alice and Maxwell said as they ran out of the room.
Amy chuckled and shook her head. "Riley, do you mind getting me a cup of water for Madeline?"
"Sure mom" Riley said as she went to the bathroom and came out a few moments later with a cup of water and handed it to her mom."
"Thanks sweetie." Amy said as Riley sat on the other side of her mom. "Here Maddie have some water."
Madeline slowly started drinking the water
Amy said. Would you like me to read to you two?" "Madeline sniffed and nodded, giving a small smile.
Okay Amy said as she went to her bag and pulled out a book with a princess on it. came back and gathered the twins in her arms.
"This book was one of your favorites when you were both little. Your father and I read it over and over to both of you." Amy said, giving each girl a kiss on the cheek.
Opening the book Amy began reading. "Once upon a Time"
She didn't read for very long because Both Madeline and Riley fell asleep." "Works every time." Amy said, covering up the two girls.
A couple of hours later Madeline and Riley had woken up from their nap both feeling refreshed and Paul had also come back from the business center in the hotel. The family was getting ready to go to the nice restaurant in the hotel. All the parents had decided that this would help the girls with their recovery. Amy was helping Madeline put on a Denim button up jumper over a red short sleeve shirt. With a pair of jeans. She then put on some cream colored socks along with some red sneakers. Riley was almost wearing the same thing except her jumper was green. When everyone was ready the family headed downstairs for dinner. On the way to the restaurant, the family passed a few stores that were in the hotel. As they walked past the windows, Madeline saw a pair of clip on pearl earrings. Amy looked behind her and saw that Madeline wasn't there.
"Maddie?" Amy asked, seeing her daughter staring into the window.
"Look mom, aren't they pretty?" Madeline said
"Yes they are," Amy agreed.
"Can I get them please, please, please?" Dad gave me and Riley five dollars." Madeline asked
"Very well,'' Amy said as she and Madeline headed into the store. They walked out a few minutes later and Madeline was now wearing her new clip on pearl earrings.
"Now remember Maddie you have to share those with your sister as well." Amy said
as she caught up with the rest of her family.
" I know mom." Madeline said.
"Wow Maddie where did you get those earrings?" Riley asked as she looked at her sister's ears.
"I bought them with the five dollars dad gave us." Madeline said.
"Can I try them on?" Riley asked?
Madeline nodded and let Riley try on the earrings.
"Mom, Dad I'll be right back." Riley said. a few minutes later wearing a pair of blue clip on earrings.
The group of girls and parents entered the restaurant.
"May I help you?" the hostess at the front stand asked.
"Yes we have a reservation for this group." David told the man.
"Yes, right this way please. The girls looked around and were shocked at how big and crowded the restaurant was. As the group was following the hostess to their table, Madeline started to get a little scared. A bunch of people were looking at the large group as they passed. Even Though a lot of other diners smiled as the girls walked passed, there were some who were scowling.
"Riley none of these men or women are going to take me with them are they?" Madeline asked, scared. When they got to their table, Riley sat down next to her sister
"No of course not Maddie we are with mom and dad and the other parents they wouldn't let anything happen to us." Riley said, giving her sister a small hug.
Madeline smiled as she looked at her children's menu.
"Hello,'' a smiling waiter said, coming over with a tray of water. "My name is Greg and I'll be taking care of you this evening."
Greg came to each person and asked them if they wanted anything else to drink. After the orders were taken,
Paul leaned over and asked "Maddie have you decided what you want to eat?"
Madeline nodded and told her dad that she wanted the buttered noodles.
Paul smiled and gave Madeline a kiss on the cheek and turned back to his own menu.
(The restaurant started to become a little louder by then. However the waiter had just come back to the table asked loudly, "Are you ready to order?"
His loud voice made Madeline jump, making her knock over her water glass. The glass fell to the floor and shattered and some of the water landed on the two adults at the table next to the group, by accident.
Madeline gasped and was about to say sorry to the diners next to her.
However The diners at the other table who accidentally got splashed turned around and looked at Madeline angrily and said "You Little Brat, look what you did you ruined our dinner."
Madeline's eyes filled with tears and she started shaking and crying and without realizing it, she accidentally wet herself as well. Looking down at the wet spot on her pants made her cry even harder.
"SHUT UP Ugh can't you control your little brat?" The man asked.
Riley jumped up from her chair and said with an angered voice "My sister is not a brat!"
"Ronny sit down," Alice said.
of Course Riley huffed and sat back down in her chair. Paul and Amy looked over at Madeline and then at the two other diners.
"Excuse me" my wife and I would appreciate it if you didn't talk about our daughter like that. Paul said
"Well you should teach your daughter some manners." the lady spat back.
By now Madeline was crying and her body shaking so hard that it shook the table. " Come on Maddie let's go sit out in the lobby Riley said as she helped her sister out of her chair.
"I'll come also,'' Anne said. "Can I mom?"
Mavis nodded "I think that would help Madeline a lot."
The other girls got up as well. Maxwell, tell Mom and dad we're in the lobby." Riley told her brother.
"Okay Ry" Maxwell said.
The group of girls then walked out of the restaurant. Once the girls got to the lobby. Madeline sat down in a chair.
"It's Alright Madeline. Anne said it was an accident you didn't mean to spill your water.
Madeline nodded, still too upset to say anything.
"Don't worry Maddie, it's going to be alright. Riley said, hugging her sister.
Inside the restaurant Paul and Amy along with the other parents, were telling the angry diners a shortened version of what had happened to the girls. The diners just didn't understand and kept telling the parents that they just needed to control their children. But what finally made Paul go off
is when the lady said. "Your daughter looks so ugly with her hair like that anyway."
My kids would never have cut their own hair like that." Paul said
Paul wanted to choke the women for saying that, but held back as the Manager of the restaurant came over.
"Excuse me may I be of any service." the Manager asked
"Yes Finally." The daughter of these parents, took her water cup and spilled it all over our dinners." the Man said
"Now hold on a second that's not true." Amy said "Madeline accidentally knocked over her water because she got frightened."
The manager looked over at the two diners and looked over at Paul and Amy and the other parents and said, "Sir and Madam These adults are right, and after reviewing the tapes, My staff and I agree that your story is fake. The little girl did knock over her water but it was completely by accident." "I have now called security to come and escort you out.
"What?!" The two diners screamed. Security then arrived and escorted the two diners out.
"Thank you so much sir." David said.
"You're welcome and we have a wider and bigger table for all of you. Usually we use this table for parties, but I think this would fit your group as well." the Manager said
The group of parents got up and followed the manager to the back of the restaurant where it was quieter and there was a bigger table. Once everyone was settled once more, Paul and Amy looked around for their daughters.
Maxwell said Mom and dad, Madeline and Riley went out to the lobby Madeline was very scared.
"Thanks Maxwell, you and Alice stay here until we and the other parents go get our children." Amy said
Alice and Maxwell nodded.
The parents walked into the lobby and found their children sitting trying to console Madeline. "
Is everyone alright?" Mavis asked? The girls nodded.
Alright, well we can all go back now as I'm sure all of you are very hungry." David asked;
the girls nodded and got up. Madeline didn't get up though.
"Maddie, don't you want to go and eat dinner with your friends?" Paul asked"
Madeline shook her head. "Mom and dad, I think Madeline doesn't want to go back in because she wet herself and she's really embarrassed." Riley told her parents.
Paul and Amy looked at their youngest daughter and noticed the wet spot on her pants.
Madeline looked down at the spot and her face was beat red. "I'll take Maddie back to the room and give her a bath and help her change into dry clothes." Amy said as she picked Madeline up.
Madeline buried her face in her mother's shoulder and began to cry once more. "It's alright Maddie Paul said, we will see you soon." "Come on Riley let's go rejoin the others.
Paul and Riley made their way back into the restaurant. Amy took Madeline back to the hotel room.
After Paul and Riley sat back down, Fifi asked "Is Madeline going to be alright?"
"Yeah she'll be fine. "She accidentally wet herself." Riley said.
"Well the doctor, it may happen if the girls get scared or worried Derrick said. Who was Kelly's father)
"Yeah." Paul agreed.
"Dad, it wasn't Madeline's fault." Maxwell said
"Paul sighed "I know son, just next time please go with your sisters as they can't be alone. We just got them back after 7 years and I never want to lose them again."

Back upstairs in the hotel room, Madeline got out of her wet clothes as her mother ran a warm bath. Amy helped her daughter into the tub.
Madeline then said "I'm sorry I'm sorry please don't be mad at me."
Amy leaned over and gave her trembling daughter a hug. "Aw sweetheart I'm not mad at all you couldn't help it, you were scared.
"So you and dad aren't going to whip me?" Madeline asked.
"No, we would never hurt you, your dad and I love you so much." Amy smile
"Are you sure you're not mad?" Madeline decided to ask once more.
"Not at all." Amy said as she finished washing the soap off Madeline's body. helped Madeline out of the tub and dried her off.
"Here's some clean clothes for you sweetie." Amy said.
Madeline got dressed once more in a blue shirt with puffy sleeves, White tights, and red Mary Jane shoes. Amy then tied a pink ribbon onto Madeline's head.
"Ready to rejoin the others?" Amy asked .
For the first time in awhile Madeline smiled and said yeah.
Amy and Madeline then left After returning to the group, the girls finally had their dinner. For Desert, the girls had a bowl of ice cream which they ate with delight. After Desert was over,
David asked for the check.
Greg the waiter shook his head. "Nope, your food is on the house tonight."
"Thank you so much." David Said

(After leaving a tip for the staff, everyone made their way back to their rooms for the night.)
The next Morning was Thursday. The girls were getting ready to go downstairs for breakfast,
Betsy (Who was Fifi's sister) asked her mom, "Mom, can I stay in the room, there's a teen dream movie marathon that I don't want to miss."
"Sorry sweetie, we're going shopping with the other moms and girls today. Margaret said
"Really mom do I have to? Betsy asked
David nodded. "It will be a great way to help bond with your sister."
"Great shopping with my little sister and her new friends. Betsy said annoyed. "I also still can't believe that Madeline made that big scene last night."
" Elizabeth Betsy MacArthur that will be quite enough young lady. David looked at the bathroom door which was closed because Fifi was getting ready. "You know what the doctor said "It could happen if the girls get scared or upset.
Betsy said but "You have to admit though, it was sort of Funny. at the same time
"That's enough young lady, change your attitude around right now or you're grounded." David said "
Betsy sighed. Fifi then came out of the bathroom.
"Ready to go sweetie?" Margaret asked?
"I sure am." Betsy said as she, her mom and sister headed out the door.
Mewhile "Downstairs Paul was checking with the restaurant to see if it was less loud and less crowded. Thankfully it was. Everyone headed inside for breakfast.
After breakfast, the moms decided to take their daughters shopping. (They had decided about it last night.")
"Have fun everyone, Paul said. The other dads and I have some paperwork statements to sign from the police. "Maxwell you can stay if you want."
"No sorry dad, I would rather be with mom. Maxwell said
"Okay have fun son." Paul said he knew that his son wouldn't want to stay with him.
The girls and their moms then walked out of the hotel to begin a day of shopping. After taking a quick taxi ride to downtown, the group got out of the taxi and began walking towards the stores. The girls were amazed at all the things in the windows.
"I'm so glad the girls are getting along with each other so well. Tosha (who was Claire's mom) said.
Heather's mom Grace said yeah to think a bad thing can turn into a good thing by just being around friends." as The other moms agreed.
So what's the plan?" Betsy asked, still a little annoyed that she couldn't stay back in the hotel room to watch her movie.
"Madeline and Riley need some new clothes before they head back to Paris. So I think that's where I would like to start. "Come-on girls, let's go into this store. Amy said as she led the group of girls into the clothing store.
"May I help you?" a clerk asked.
"Yes, where's your children's selection please?" Hannah (who was Tanya's mother) asked
"Head straight to back and that's where you'll find our children's section." The clerk said
"Thank you." Hannah told the clerk.
When they reached the children's section, Riley and Madeline were shocked at all the clothes that were on tables and shelves.
"Do you see anything you like girls?" Amy asked?
"I like this shirt." Madeline said as she held out a yellow shirt with a bear on it.
"Perfect and what about you Riley?" Amy asked her other daughter.
"I like this shirt Riley said as she held a blue shirt with a smiling sun on it.
"That's great." Amy said as she put both of her daughter's shirts into the cart.
After about an hour in the clothing store, Riley and Madeline each had a set of new clothes. After paying for them, the group of mothers and daughter's left the store. The girls and moms stopped at a small cafe for lunch, and after that continued with their shopping. As they continued walking and looking in the store windows, the group came to an outdoor shopping mall.
"Can we look inside the mall mom?" Alice asked.
"Sure that would be fun." Amy said
As the group entered the mall, they were surprised to see how big it really was on the inside.
"Woah this place is huge." Maxwell said, looking around.
"Oh look there's a merry go round Violet said her eyes lighting up.
"Oh mom, may we take a ride please?" Heather asked.
"Of course we can," said Grace.
"Yay" all the girls cheered as they rushed to get in the line. "Fifi looked over at her sister. "Betsy, do you want to ride as well, mom's buying two tickets.
"Oh alright." Betsy said and she got into the line behind her sister.
The girls had so much fun going up and down that when the ride was over, they didn't want to get off. But of course they had to. Once all the girls were no longer dizzy, Margaret and Fifi noticed that Betsy had tears in her eyes.
"Betsy what's wrong?" Fifi asked her sister.
"Is everything alright sweetheart?" Margaret asked.
Betsy nodded, wiping her eyes. "Yeah I'm just remembering how much fun it was riding a merry go round at the carnival. as Betsy put her arm around her little sister. "This was your favorite ride, Fifi. You probably don't remember it because you were only two year old but I held you in my lap while the ride was going. It was so much fun seeing you laugh and clap.
Betsy then hugged her sister close to her. Margaret wiped a few tears from her eyes and joined the hug as well.
"I remember that day well." Margaret said as she gave each of her daughters a kiss.
"Can we go again then?" Madeline asked.
"Sorry girls, we still have some more shopping to do." Pam (who was Patricia's mom) said
"We'll see if there's time before we leave." Alist (She is Violet's mom) said.
"Ok" the girls said
as they walked farther into the mall.
They walked to a dress shop.
"Mom, can I get a new dress?" Alice asked?
"Yes you do need a new one." Amy said as she and everyone else walked into the store.
"May I help you?" The clerk asked.
"Yes I'm looking for a dress for my daughter." Amy said
The clerk looked At Alice and took her measurements. "Ah yes I have one she might like.
The clerk then went into the back and came out with a lace cream colored dress. "Here we go, isn't it pretty with lace?"
"Lace?!" The other girls said and tried to hide behind their mother's.
"We.. We aren't going to have to make it again here will we?" Susan asked.
"No, of course not,'' Lucy said.
"Uh mom can I use your phone, I need to call Miss Clavel.' Riley asked"
' Amy nodded and gave Riley her phone. as Maxwell try to Keep Madeline from Running off" Riley dialed the number to the old house.
Back in Paris, Miss Clavel answered the phone.
"allo?" Miss Clavel said.
" Riley smiled hearing her teacher's voice.
"Hi Miss Clavel it's me Riley"
"Riley dear how are you we all miss you." How's Madeline doing?" Asked Miss. Clavel.
"She's making great progress though I'm wondering if we have anything in the school that has lace?" Riley asked
Miss Clavel said "Don't worry Riley everything with lace around here has been thrown out."
"Whew that's good to know." "See you soon miss Clavel." Riley said.
She then hung up and gave the phone back to her mom. "Thanks Sweetheart" Amy said. Then looking at the shaking girls
Amy told the clerk. "Yes it's very nice however, do you have something without lace?"
"Yes we do." The clerk said as she once again went into the back this time coming out with a pale green dress.
"That's perfect, I'll take it. Can you leave it up front for me?" Amy asked.
"Of course mam" The clerk then went back to the front.
After looking around and picking up some more hair bows and ribbon, The group of girls and moms walked up to the front. While walking down the aisles of the big store, Madeline stopped as she saw a cute tan teddy bear on one of the shelves.
"It was too high for Madeline to reach so she turned around to ask her mom for help and saw she was alone.
"Mmm.. Mom"? Madeline called as she started to get scared. There was no answer.
Mom?" Madeline called again even louder.
"MOM, where are you?" Madeline called loudly. Getting no answer Madeline sat down on the floor and started to cry.
Meanwhile Amy had just finished paying for everything and the group had left the store. Outside the store,
Tosha asked, "Is everyone here?"
The girls nodded. Riley then realized that Madeline was missing.
"Uh Where's Madeline?" Riley asked,
"I thought she was with you." Fifi said.
"No, I thought she was behind you." Riley told her back.
"Girls what's going on?" Amy asked.
"Mom, where's Madeline?" Alice asked
"She's with." Amy realized that her youngest daughter wasn't next to her anymore.
"Madeline?" Amy called. There was no answer.
"Madeline?" Amy called louder hoping her daughter was at the fountain right across from them.
Madeline wasn't there. only Water" "No No this can't be happening." Amy said, starting to worry.
"Amy what's wrong Kimberley asked."
"I..I can't find Madeline." Amy told the other moms.
"Don't worry Amy, we didn't see her go pass us out here. so that good " Perhaps she's still in the store. Tosha said.
"Oh I hope so." Amy said worriedly
as she and everyone else hurried back into the store and started looking for Madeline. After looking for some time the group still couldn't find Madeline. "Oh I hope she wasn't taken again. Amy said as she looked around.
Meanwhile Madeline had stopped crying and wiped away her tears. A thought suddenly came into Madeline's head. My friends say I'm one of the bravest in Paris. Madeline thought to herself. Madeline gathered her Courage and looked down to the end of the aisle where she saw a worker restocking a shelf.
Madeline walked up to the lady with her voice shaking she asked, "Excuse.. Me." "Can.. you help me?"
The worker looked down at the frightened girl and smiled. "Oh sweetie of course what's wrong?"
Madeline took a deep breath and trying not to start crying again said, "I… Can't find my Mom. " A few tears escaped down Madeline's face.
"Aww don't cry I'll take you to the customer service desk where we will make an announcement over the speaker to have your mom come for you.
Madeline Nodded and took the worker's hand and followed her to the service desk. Another Clerk was working the desk and looked up when Jan, (The worker who helped Madeline brought her to the desk.) "Hi Carol Can you make an announcement to help this little girl's mother?"
"Of course Carol said."
Jan then left to finish her work.
"Hello sweetie My name is Carol, can you tell me your name?"
"Madeline," Madeline said softly.
"Well Madeline you did the right thing , finding another worker to help you." Carol said
Madeline just nodded as a few more tears escaped her eyes.
"Carol gave Madeline a smile and held out a tissue. Madeline wiped her tears.
"Now Madeline do you know your mother's name?" Carol asked.
"I call her mom but the other moms call her Amy. " Madeline said
"Alright thank you Madeline, would you like a lollipop?" Carol asked"
Madeline gave a small smile "Thank you'' she said quietly as she unwrapped her lollypop and put it into her mouth. yummy
"Carol reached for the store phone and called "Will A lady named Amy please come to the customer service desk? We have your little girl."
Amy was still looking high and low for her daughter when she heard the announcement. "Oh thank goodness They found her." Amy said Mavis take Riley, Alice and Maxwell up front. I'll meet you guys in front of the store."

as Amy hurried quickly down the aisles to the back of the store. Madeline just finished her lollypop when her mom came quickly around the corner.
"MOM!" Madeline Cried out in delight.
"Oh Madeline, thank Goodness. Amy said as she gathered her daughter in her arms, hugging her tightly and pressing kisses into her hair. "Oh I'm so glad you're safe." She mumbled as she rocked Madeline in her arms. "Thank you so much.
" Carol smiled, "You're welcome and I must say that you have one brave little girl as she knew exactly when she was lost.
"Oh Madeline I'm so proud of you,'' Amy told her little girl quietly.
"Thanks mom." Madeline said with a smile.
Amy then took Madeline back to the front where everyone else was waiting.
"Oh I hope Mom finds Maddie soon." Riley said.
"Look who I found." Amy said as she walked to the group.
"Maddie!" Riley said joyfully as she saw her mom with Madeline in her arms.
"Where was she?'' Amy Mavis asked.
"She must've fallen behind in another aisle and since she's so small, she couldn't see over them." Amy told the group. "The clerk at the back desk also said she was very brave as she knew what to do when she was lost.
"You mean Find someone who works in a store and tell them your name and the person who's looking for you?" Tina asked.
"Yes, how did you know?" Amy asked
Tina smiled, because I got lost on a camping trip "Luckily, my friends and sister found me quickly."
Amy nodded and just held a sleeping Madeline in her arms. right the camping trip you dad takes us on."
"You went camping when you were a little girl Mom?" Kelly asked?
"Yep your dad was on that same trip as well and he found a cave."
"Wow, that sounds awesome. Can we go camping soon." Kelly asked.
Tina chuckled. "Well I'll have to talk to your father about that but, maybe one day."
Tina said. "However, Kelly, I want to teach you one thing my dad, your grandfather Jason, taught me.
What's that mom?" Kelly asked.
Tina smiled "It's that if you're ever lost in the woods or anywhere outside, stay where you are, hug a tree and blow a whistle loudly three times so people know where to find you."

The others nodded as they walked out of the store. Alice and Maxwell took both of Riley's hands and Betsy took hold of Fifi's hand. "The other siblings didn't want them getting lost as well. "It was windy and starting to rain as the group got into the taxi.
Tina said to Amy we have to be at Good afternoon America. right now they want to interview the Girls"
"Amy said that is today. right excuse me Driver can you to Good afternoon America." on East Downtown.
The Taxi driver nodded and drove the group downtown.
an Hour later after the girls had gotten their hair and makeup done, they were all sitting on a long couch on the stage.

After the girls finished singing, The audience cheered loudly.

Amy sighed and shook her head in disbelief. saying. "Well then I think it's time that you got your hair back to its proper color.
Riley was confused as she asked. "You mean my hair is not black? Because Kathy said that the dye was permanent.
Amy shook her head and said nope you had light brownish hair when you were younger.
Riley nodded taking all the information in. Amy then had an idea.
Amy then told the other parents. "We'll meet up with you all later. I'm going to take Riley to a hair salon to wash out this hair dye.
The other moms nodded.
Susan said, We can take Alice and Maxwell to the park with us.
That would be great. Amy said we will see you soon then.
After bidding their friends goodbye, Amy asked the clerk at the front of the studio "excuse me but where is the closest salon?
The clerk said it's just right up the road.
Amy thanked her and then she, Riley and Madeline walked out of the studio and to the salon.
Inside the hair salon, Amy asked are you able to remove hair dye?
The hair stylist nodded.
Amy said good. If you have time can you remove this black hair dye from my daughter?
The stylist nodded and said I can do it right now.
Great Ry you go with her and we'll be waiting right here for you. Amy said.
Alright mom. Riley said as she walked around the corner with the hair stylist.
While they were waiting for Riley to be done. Amy sat down in a chair and pulled Madeline into her lap. Madeline, who was very tired from her long day yawned and laid her head down on her mom's shoulder and quickly was asleep.
Amy smiled and gave her sleeping daughter a kiss on her head.
An hour later Riley (whose hair was now back to its original color), ran around the corner and said. Mom look at my hair.
Amy smiled and said now that's the Riley I remember.
Riley chuckled.
After Amy paid she walked out of the salon. A few moments later they met back up with their friends. Alice and Maxwell were shocked to find out that their sister's hair had been dyed.
Fifi then yawned. Margret then said I think it's best if we head back to the hotel.
The rest of the group nodded.
Yeah it has been a long day. Alice said. With that the group started walking back to the hotel.
However as the group was walking back, thousands of paparazzi jumped out from behind trees and bushes and started taking pictures and asking the girls many questions.
The parents took hold of their children tightly as they tried to get away from the paparazzi. Just then a loud voice yelled "Get away from them as I've already called the police. The paparazzi, then ran away as they didn't want to get caught by the police.
Thank you so much they came out of nowhere Susan said.
It's no problem and my name is Esmeralda, but you can call me Esme and I was assigned to be the girls bodyguard while they are here in Vienna.
Amy said Well that's great to know.
Esmeralda nodded and then she took out her phone and dialed a number. A few moments later, a large car stopped in front of the group. The group was shocked as Esme said this will be your car that will take you anywhere day or night.
After the whole group was in the car the driver drove them to their hotel.
Back at the hotel the group of parents decided that it was best to turn in early for the night. "After bidding each other good night everyone went to their rooms for the night.
Amy opened the door to their room and to her surprise, found dinner waiting on the table in the room.
"Paul what is all this?" Amy asked
"I wanted to surprise everyone." Paul said, giving his family a hug. "
Well you certainly did." Amy said as she laid Madeline down on the bed.
"Should I wake her?" Paul asked as Amy and the rest of the family sat down.
" But before Paul had a chance to wake his daughter Madeline sat up and yawned.
"Huh When did we get back here?" Madeline asked, rubbing her eyes.
"Just a few minutes ago sweetheart." Amy said."
Madeline climbed off the bed and came over to the table taking her seat next to Riley.
" So how was the shopping?" Paul asked.
"It went uh very well." Amy said not wanting to explain to her husband what happened to Madeline. The interview went very well. And as you can see I got Riley's hair dyed back to her original color that she had when she was young. Amy told her husband as well
"Good I'm glad everything went well, and Ry I'm glad you got that black dye out of your hair. Paul said.
Thanks dad. Riley said hugging him.
"Dad there all these man with camera asked questions and this lady i don't where she come from she save us "Maxwell said
"We don't need a bodyguard Dad. "Madeline said
"I know but she will keep you Girls safe Paul said
"But Dad that makes us look like littles know it all kids which we are not " Madeline said
"Dad we aren't famous like Sugar and Holly, we are just regular kids and regular Kids don't need bodyguards." Riley said
"So call off this bodyguard ." Madeline said.
"Alice said to Riley and Madeline that's just the thing, we are rich."
"Yeah right ." Riley said not believing her older sister.
After dinner Amy gave both Riley and Madeline a bath. After reading all four children a couple of bedtime stories, Alice, Riley, and Maxwell got into their beds and fell asleep after Paul tucked them in. Madeline climbed into bed and had gotten a kiss from her father. Amy then came over and tucked Madeline in.
"I'm very proud of you Maddie, you were very brave today." Amy said
"Thanks mom Madeline yawned.
(Madeline fell asleep thinking of how brave she was and what would happen the next day.)
