Chapter 8:
The group continues, but then they stop to rest.
"I think I should get back to my game," says Valerie.
"Can you take anything seriously for once," asks Josie.
"Oh, right, because we don't do enough," asks Valerie.
"What do you mean," asks Josie.
"You act like we're holding you back," says Valerie.
"Well, maybe if you weren't busy playing your games or messing with machines and Melody wasn't so easily distracted…"
"I guess Josie's the only good thing about 'Josie and the Pussycats'," says Valerie, "I'm out!"
"Me too," says Melody, still under the Evil Eye's control.
They both walk away. "Well, that was entertaining," says Alexandra.
"What just happened," asks Josie.
"Josie and the Pussycats broke up," says Alexandra.
Sebastian still notices the look in Melody's eyes.
