Chapter 9:
"I can't believe that happened," says Josie, "this is terrible!"
"It's okay, Josie," says Alan, "I'm sure things will work out!"
"I lost my clients already," says Alex, "but at least we'll get the money from that spear!"
"I was just enjoying the show," says Alexandra, "also, Sebastian keeps trying to tell us something!"
Sebastian's pointing to the Evil Eye.
"Never mind that, we still gotta take down Captain Nemo and the Evil Eye," says Alan, "come on!"
...
"I can't believe we got into that fight," says Valerie, "and… Melody… was making sense? Wait, something's not right…" She then falls down a trapdoor…
...
Valerie finds herself faced with Jaguaro himself. "You're real," says Valerie. Jaguaro's about to attack, but he takes a look at her face. "What?" Jaguaro points to a wall and Valerie looks. "She must've been the princess and… she looks… just like me!"

Alan and Alexander were following the Evil Eye. They then bag him. "What is this…" They knocked him out.
This snapped Melody out of it. "What happened," asks Melody.
"Don't you remember," asks Alan.
"Remember what," asks Melody.
"The Evil Eye," says Alex, "he must've had Melody under his control!"
"Melody, you, Josie, and Valerie got into a fight and broke up," says Alan.
"What," asks Melody, "that's terrible!"
"But now that the Evil Eye's out of the way, we only have Captain Nemo," says Alex.
But the three get hit with a tree branch. They forgot about the invisible Mr. X, who laughs.
...
"Where are the others," asks Josie.
"Beats me," says Alexandra. A cage falls on them.
"Well done, Mr. X," says Captain Nemo.
"We forgot about the invisible guy," says Alexandra.
"Yes," says Captain Nemo, "and I knew you weren't the real Secret Six! Because I doubt any of them are teenagers! And you have a cat, too! By the way, good plan turning us against each other, I hope you don't mind I did the same to you!"
"Valerie and Melody," says Josie, "you…"
"I can't take all the credit," says Captain Nemo, "the Evil Eye had your friend, Melody under his control, but he didn't control you or that Valerie! Come, Mr. X, our fortune awaits!" Captain Nemo and Mr. X walk away.
