Daya pleadingly following him trying to convince him while Rey ignoring him straightly. "Yeah! Finally, I got the job, chal Daya beta tayaar hoja kyunki teri lanka lag chuki hai" Daya huffed. "Wo dusht daanav khadoos tere saath kya kya karega, only God knows so be prepared for the worse" he remembered those loving stare of Abhijeet, "jo maine feel kiya, kya wo sach hai, kya sach mein tum mere liye feel karte ho Abhijeet? kya sirf meri feelings hurt hone se bachane ke liye tumne sach nhi bataya mujhe? kyun uss din tumne mujhe tumhe insult karne se nhi roka?" Daya wondered being lost trying to figuring out the answers of all these queries.
In a huge conference room, Rey, Danil and other casino dealers were attending the meeting oriented for inspecting and reviewing the performance by the investors and auditors. Rey and Danil were sitting opposite to each other exchanging rival and attitude looks. When the head auditor initiated, "So, gentlemen, we have achieved the tremendous figures this quarter for that congrats" everybody claps slightly. He then began checking everyone's financial report thoroughly one by one building the tense and serious aroma. After an hour, he piled the last file and began discussing the reports and figures with each of them individually.
"Hmmm, everyone's performance was quite impressive" Auditor formally stated, "But Mr. Reyaansh, what happened to your performance, it's exactly 20% downfall" he pointed out Rey making Danil surprise, "profit just cover the investor's return, it's a complete shocking result from you, what happened?" Rey remained silent while Danil gazing him in utter shock, receiving no response Auditor proclaimed, "We consider your silence as intentionally neglect towards the performance, well in that case, agar the royal Casino ne next quarter tak 20% hike plus 10% extra profit nhi kiya, then I'm sorry Mr. Reyaansh, considering the investor's return we have to withdrawal your presidency and two huge investments"
Rey silently agreed on terms blankly lost in thoughts and going to sign the decision when Danil instantly interrupt worriedly, "Sir, please I think Reyaansh is not in right mental state to make constructive decision, please considering the previous performances, 'The Royal Casino' maintained his top position all over these years, hume uss base pe at least three months ka time dena chahiye, we can't rush things like this" he tried to convince Auditors and investors.
They all began discussing and reviewing the penalty imposed on The Royal Casino, then the head auditor concluded, "Fine, we are cancelling this penalty but Mr. Rey should get 5% hike till next quarter otherwise we have to impose this penalty without any recommendation and consideration."
"Thank you, sir, thank you so much" Danil sighed in relief thanking them and glanced at Rey who was just sitting there blankly being totally hopeless and expressionless unaware of the happening, when glanced Danil in extreme pain and left excusing himself. Danil anxiously and worriedly too excused himself following Rey. He looked around only to find Rey wandering in corridor blankly and weakly stepping heavy steps being completely lost and shattered. When his emotions and mental state totally overpowered his physical strength, he stomped on knees. Danil anxiously rushed towards him and worriedly patted his face.
"Reyansh, what happened haan? Tum yun…." Danil anxiously grabbed Rey's face seeing him this broken and devasted internally shaking him. "Reyaansh, tum aao mere saath hmmm, kuch nhi hua hai, your position is still safe, you didn't loose anything" he grabbed his forearm then his mind stroked Rey's warning to stay away from him and let him be. So, he pulled back his hand distancing himself. He just silently sat beside Rey letting him initiate when he would feel to share his pain. Rey remained in same trance carrying a storm in mind that affecting him to this severe that not in the sense to realise to lose his business in one go.
