Rainbow Friends vs. Parasite Eve:
This is based on certain Youtube videos.
Red was attempting to shut down the portal. "This was a bad idea," says Red.
Yellow and Cyan enter. "What's up, Red," asks Yellow.
"I'm trying to shut this thing down for good," says Red.
"Let me give it a try," says Cyan.
"Wait, careful…" Cyan rams it and a portal opens and it sucks them in…

The three find themselves in New York, on Christmas Eve, in 2012. "We better be careful," says Red.
That was when Babels and the Twisted attack.

It's been a year. "Red, how has it been a year that quickly," asks Yellow.
"Well, it is a fanfiction," says Red.
"Hey, no fourth-wall-breaking," says Cyan.
The Counter Twisted Intelligence has been formed. One of the CTI members is Aya Brea, who was found outside St. Thomson's Cathedral in 2010, just before the Babels and Twisted began appearing. "Aya is suffering from amnesia," says Dr. Hyde Bohr, Chief of the CTI, "it seems to have changed her personality!"

Dr. Bohr makes a discovery, after studying the Rainbow Friends and putting them through intense pain in the process. "I'm coming, Grandmother," says Red.
"Aya can transfer her soul from body to body independent of time," says Dr. Bohr, "oh and these three are monsters from another dimension! Now, back to Aya!"

"Aya shall now use this ability to travel back in time," says Dr. Bohr.
"Why are we wearing these helmets again," asks Yellow.
"So you can follow her soul," says Dr. Bohr.
"Wait, that doesn't make any…" Red begins saying.
"And go!"
The project begins…

As Aya embarks on each mission, she is confronted by powerful, sentient Twisted born from corrupted humans, later dubbed High Ones. One such High One is Kyle Madigan, a man she met and fell in love with during Parasite Eve II. As she defeats each High One, she regains pieces of her memory, most prominently her memories of being engaged to Kyle, and the existence of Eve Brea, her adopted sister.
"I remember," says Aya, "I remember Neil and Bubba Bubbaphant… I remember Lexie, Nabnaleena, and Jumbo Josh!"
"I remember hating Dr. Bohr for putting us through this," says Cyan.
After an incident that saw the CTI HQ and the Overdive device destroyed by the Kyle High One, Aya reunites with Kunihiko Maeda, a man who aided her in Parasite Eve to resolve the entire mystery behind the appearance of the Babel, Twisted and High Ones.

"I made a discovery," says Aya, "Dr. Bohr, himself, is a High One!"
"I knew I didn't like him," says Cyan.
"Bohr masterminded the death of other High Ones in order to form the Grand Babel, which functions like a giant Overdive system," says Aya, "Bohr seeks to dive back in the past to Time Zero, the point where events were set in motion, to fulfill his plan for the survival of his own species from a time war cycle between humans, the Twisted, and the High Ones!"
"Then let's get him," says Yellow.

Aya battles Bohr while Red, Yellow, and Cyan try to help. They then all go to Time Zero…

In 2010 at St. Thomson's Cathedral, Aya and Kyle were going to be married. The Cathedral was attacked by a SWAT team and Aya was killed. Eve attempted to save Aya by sending her consciousness into Aya's body, creating the Overdive ability. The event caused Aya's consciousness to separate from her body and fragment through time to create the Twisted, Eve's consciousness became trapped in Aya's body while parts of Eve's body were transplanted into the people close to them creating the High Ones. "I'm not Aya, I'm Eve in Aya's body!"
"Now that's a twist," says Red.
Eve then returns to her body. "Eve, assimilate me," says Bohr, "please!"
"No," says Eve.
Bohr tries to force the process, but Aya comes back to life and kills him! "Eve, in order to avert the birth of the Twisted and High Ones, you have to shoot me," says Aya.
Eve switches bodies with Aya before shooting her, creating a new timeline where Eve's body and Aya's consciousness do not exist, erasing the events that happened…

Red, Yellow, and Cyan return to their world. "That… was heavy," says Yellow.
