Hello and welcome to another experimental fanfic of Boku no Hero Academia, in which a new inspiration popped into my head in an unexpected way, as this will be the first MHA which Izuku Midoriya will star, but in a different way.

In the manga and anime, he was born Quirkless and aspired to become a hero like All Might, but was turned down before being given the OFA Quirk. Here an experimental idea popped in to my head, in which what would happen if All Might turns him down, and Midoriya remained Quirkless.

Then Midoriya gained something in place of OFA, which a sudden idea came to my head. This happened when, out of curiosity I downloaded a bilibili app, and there I accidentally came across a Tokusatsu show, titled Genseishin Justirisers.

Out of curiosity I downloaded the first half of that show and find myself interested and watched that Episodes and that gave me the inspiration to come up with a fanfic based on that show.

As stated in the summary and disclaimer, I'll be using certain elements from the 2004-2005 TV drama Genseishin Justirisers, while mixing the elements of My Hero Academia, and here I will see if this fic would attract readers.

Since this fic is semi-AU, there will be some difference here but it would still contain elements of the MHA lore, such as Quirks and pro heroes.

The scene shifts at an apartment, where a five-year old boy, sporting green, curly hair and having a freckled face, is watching a live footage on his computer, where several pro heroes are seen doing heroic deeds like stopping crime and saving people. The little boy is so fixated that he aspires to become a hero himself when he grows up.

The boy is identified as Izuku Midoriya, and he appeared to be an avid fan of the number one pro hero All-Might. As the little boy is watching in awe and admiration, his mother, Inko, smiled as she felt that her son has found inspiration, and there the little boy told his mom that he wants to become a hero like All-Might, which his mom smiled and said he would one day become one.

"Mom! Look!"

"Yes?"

"All-Might is amazing, right?"

"Yes, izuku."

"Can I become like him?"

"I'm sure you would."

"I'm going to become a hero when I grow up!"

"Yes, Izuku."

However, as fate would make itself apparent, the Midoriya family learned from a doctor that Izuku is Quirkless, and told Inko that they should just give it up, and accept the fact that Izuku is just an ordinary boy and can never become a pro hero, which Inko was in disbelief, asking the doctor how is this possible as she and her husband possess Quirks.

However, the doctor said that Izuku is one of the rare cases where he is born Quirkless and tells her that Izuku should just become an ordinary citizen, attend an ordinary school and live an ordinary life, and tells her that this is how life is, nothing more.

At their apartment, Inko went to her son's room to check on him and saw that Izuku is facing the computer watching All Might's exploits, but saw that her son is heart-broken at the fact that he is Quirkless, as he feels that his dreams will never be achieved and Inko consoled her son, seeing that he is depressed at this and apologized to her son, though all he could do is cry silently at this as he is forced to face the harsh truth and reality.

"M-mom…"

"Izuku…?"

"C-can…I…still be…a hero…?"

"Izuku…"

"…"

"Oh, Izuku! I'm sorry!"

"…"

"I'm sorry!"

In the years that passed, Midoriya's status as a Quirkless became known to his neighborhood, and neighborhood bullies uses their Quirk to torment him, mentally, and physically, to the point of badly injuring him, and as a battered and bleeding Midoriya lay on the ground, the bullies are ready to inflict more harm on the hapless boy, seeing that he could not fight back due to lacking a Quirk.

"Hah!"

"Look at that!"

"He really is Quirkless!"

"He couldn't even retaliate!"

"You're a loser!"

"You should commit suicide!"

"Yeah, you're a failure!"

"A trash!"

This made Izuku's childhood life unmemorable and Inko tried hard to make her son realize that all is not lost and that she is sure that something good is bound to happen and that a bright tomorrow awaits him and he shouldn't give up on life.

Inko's love for her son proved to be the factor that made Izuku hold on and persevere the challenges that came and he fought the misfortunes that tried to pull him down, and so far he is slightly able to move past the fact that he is born Quirkless, thanks to his mother's emotional support and the kindness of his neighbors within the apartment complex.

"Hang in there, Izuku…"

"You'll be fine…"

"All is not lost…"

"You can still make a difference…"

"Quirk or no Quirk…you're still the kind-hearted boy we know…"

"Just live life to the fullest…"

"Ignore what others say about you…"

"And you'll be fine…"

However, there are others who appeared to be indifferent towards Izuku, and believe that one day he would turn to villainy because of the discrimination he experienced and the envy that everyone possess a Quirk while he has none and that they predicted that Izuku would become a villain and lash out against society.

"I'm betting that kid would become a villain…"

"Me too…"

"I think he might do something illegal or something…"

"Maybe take drugs that gives him a Quirk…"

"Probably…"

"Can't wait for that brat to become a villain…"

"Me too…"

"The kid is sure to fall into hard times…"

Ch. 1: Yokisenudekigoto part 1

Ten years later…

The scene shifts at a town, which is bustling with people, as many are walking and loitering around, shops filled with shoppers whilst restaurants are catering hungry patrons, some are dining in and others ordering take-outs.

Some shops are selling clothes and there are banks accommodating customers who wish to deposit their money while others are transacting, such as opening new accounts and withdrawing money from their ATM cards.

The scene shifts to other areas where shops are open and the merchants are selling their merchandise and are enticing people to buy them in hopes of earning money. It was a typical day and it seems that people today are lively and felt that their lives are full of blessings and couldn't ask for anything more, as some are happy with stable jobs, students studying in the best schools, and more, and some even chatted with one another feeling that today is a good day.

"Hey!"

"Nice day, isn't it?"

"Today is a good day..."

"I love my job..."

"Life is so good..."

"I wish I have a good day..."

"Lots of money..."

"Lots of girls..."

The scene later shifts to a certain area, where business is thriving the area is frequently being besieged by customers which are a mix of adults and teenagers, and they appeared to be avid collectors, as they are looking and buying second-hand items which are technological in nature, and their reasons for patronizing the said shops are purely economical in nature - cheaper prices and practicality.

You can see several shops selling HOT items for cheaper prices, such as smartphones, android tablets and even laptops, and despite being second-hand items, they appeared to be in good working conditions, and some of the customers are willing to buy them as long as their desired items are working fine as well as to save money for budgetary reasons, and the merchants are using subtle means in enticing passing customers.

"Hello...please by our items..."

"They are cheaper..."

"...they are in good working condition..."

"You can try them if you like..."

"I promise you will like them..."

"I promise you will get your money's worth..."

"Here are the items on our display..."

"Pick the one you like..."

The area is thriving and many merchants set up shops to attract passing customers and entice them to buy their products by showing the items and offered cheaper prices while assuring them that the items are in good working condition, and their marketing strategy worked as some passing customers were intrigued after hearing that so e gadgets are being sold in cheaper prices, and they began asking the merchants what items do they sell, and the merchants showed to the customers the items they are selling, ranging from smartphones to android tablets and even laptops.

Then the scene shifts to another nearby shop, where a merchant is also selling second-hand items, but unlike the other shops, this merchant is selling something else and is catering avid collectors, and the scene shifts inside the shop where you can see the items being sold, which turn out to be classic console units and games, all being displayed on the shelves, and one by one you can see the following consoles being on display, which are:

- Nintendo Famicom

- Super Famicom

- Sega Mega Drive

- Game Boy Color

- Game Boy Advance

- Neo Geo

- Sony Playstation

- Sega Saturn

- Nintendo 64

In a matter of minutes customers passed by the shop, and most of them are avid collectors and fans of video games, and they were immediately intrigued by the items on display and they looked at the items, as some appeared to be unaware that such classical consoles actually existed, and they began asking the merchants if those consoles and its games are really something to be owned, which the merchant nodded and assured to them that the classic games are RARE, and are fun to play with, saying that even with popular games today that are released on current consoles, the consoles on display are even COOLER due to its nostalgia factor.

"Are they really cool compared to today's consoles?"

"Yes...they are cool..."

"Seriously?"

"Yes, sir...they are the very first games...and they are the popular ones in its heydays...and they are RARE to find..."

"Hmm..."

"Would you like to try them...?"

"..."

"I promise you will not regret it..."

By then a passing customer passed by the shop, and he appeared to be a businessman in his mid-20's, and saw the items on display and became intrigued by it and went inside the shop, looking at the consoles on display, and began inquiring about which console is the best to purchase, as he is wondering which one he should choose, and the merchant obliges as he patiently explained each of the consoles' abilities and specialties, and soon he recommended to the customer to buy the Super Famicom, saying that aside from having a lot of RARE games, which are in cartridge form, it was the most popular and well-sold consoles in its heydays, and even said that several games are colorful in terms of graphics and that there a lot of popular games to choose from.

The customer appeared to be enticed yet he wanted to be sure, so he asked the merchant to give him a demonstration, and the merchant obliges, and brought out the Super Famicom and attached it to a flat-screen TV and inserted a cartridge and activated it, and the customer watched in awe seeing that the merchant was not lying, and after testing out several games, the customer is pleased and agreed to purchase the console, and the merchant happily obliges as he prepared a box to put the Super Famicom in and said that as his way of showing thanks, he will give 50 Super Famicom games for 70% discount, which the customer is pleased with this.

"Really? You will sell the games at 70% discount?"

"Yes, sir..."

"Thanks!"

"Please choose the games that you like..."

"I'll take these..."

"Here you go..."

"Thanks!"

"Have a good day, sir..."

After that, the customer got what he wanted, paid the merchant and left, and the other customers were awed in seeing that the merchant had sold a popular classic console to an adult, and they began asking the merchant for opinion on which console is the best besides the Super Famicom, and merchant began to show out the other consoles and offered to show its power and the number of games that are available, and after seeing them, the customers lined up and brought out their money and ordered their desired consoles and its games.

"I want the Sega Mega Drive!"

"The Neo Geo!"

"Give me the Nintendo 64!"

"I want the Game Boy Advance!"

"I want the Nintendo Famicom!"

"I want all of it!"

"Everyone...calm down...form a line and I will accommodate you all..."

"Hurry up, then!"

As the citizens are doing their usual thing, they have no idea about what is about to happen from this point on, yet the other citizens are either slow to getting the gist or simply do not care, as all they think about is the current, and that they believe that there is no imminent danger given that everything is peaceful at this very moment.

One day, classes at Aldera Middle School ended, though not in the usual way as something coincidentally took place which was beyond the school's control.

The scene shows that several students came out as coincidentally the school had an emergency meeting and classes are cancelled, thus the streets are now filled with students who are leaving the school and they are rather pleased as they now have a reason to go to various places and hang out with their friends and do various activities.

In fact, you can hear some of the students are excited after getting word about a new area and that it is accessible to all, and thus some of the students got excited and are now looking forward to head towards the said venue, which turns out to be a newly-opened public swimming pool gymnasium.

"WOW! JUST GOT WORD! THE NEARBY PUBLIC SWIMMING POOL HAS AN ADDITIONAL, EXTENDED SWIMMING POOL! AND A SEPARATE ONE! NOW WE WON'T HAVE TO HOG THE SPACE!"

"WOOHOO!"

"I'M GOING SWIMMING!"

"YEE-HAH! NOW I'M LOKING FORWARD TO HAVE SWIMMING AFTER CLASSES!"

"COME ON, LET'S GO!"

"YIIPEE!"

"YAHOO!"

"OUT OF MY WAY!"

As the students left and went to various places, such as the public swimming pool, the mall, the movie theatres and the such, the streets are now emptied, which became quiet now compared to moments ago where it was lively as students were vocally excited about the early dismissal of classes today and that they are excited to head towards their preferred destinations

Then one more student came out as he is the last one who remained before leaving the school, which turns out to be Izuku Midoriya, as he sighed as today would be the usual day, as he decided to head home as there's not much for him to do, as he has little to no friends to hang out with because he was Quirkless, and he felt that there's nothing in store for him.

A brief flashback scene revealed that two days ago he accidentally came across All Might, the current number one pro hero, and though excited to meet his idol, he asked if there is a chance to be a hero like him, but upon revealing that Midoriya is Quirkless, All Might grimly told the younger boy that he should give it up and live a normal life, as it is impossible for Midoriya to become a hero.

Those words emotionally crushed him and he quietly left, feeling dejected that instead of words of encouragement he got words of rejection and he is forced to accept reality as it is.

A few minutes later Midoriya was at downtown and he is pondering on what to do, as next week is graduation for the 3rd year students of Aldera Middle School, and Midoriya hasn't thought about which high school he should go, as nearly 95% of the high school institutions cater students with Quirks, and Midoriya is facing a possibility that he might skip the first year of high school because he is Quirkless.

He then accidentally saw what appeared to be a hand-sized item that vaguely resembled a metallic power bank, and he picked it up, wondering what this item can do and wondered who dropped it, seeing that it might still function as he assume that it is a technological device developed by a support item company.

"I wonder who dropped this…looks like a power bank…maybe it might work on my PC…"

After picking up the unidentified item he wandered aimlessly until Midoriya accidentally stumbled into an alley where he encountered a group of men, who are wearing armored battle suits which they stole from a support items company, and there Midoriya accidentally overheard the men's plot of performing acts of terrorism, where the terrorists are identified as the Paradisers, a group of men led by the criminal identified as Hammerhead.

There it is revealed that the Paradisers strived to create a communist utopia in which work is voluntary, and the unemployed receive full financial support. It is also revealed that the Paradisers used stolen battle suits created by a popular support item company to wield superhuman strength, inciting riots, causing chaos, and that each member are distinguishable by being bald, and that every member was outfitted with black full-body battle suits, which protect their bodies and enhance their strength to superhuman levels.

Midoriya was shocked that he accidentally discovered that the Paradisers are planning to attack a popular daycare center so as to gain attention and get the public to support their propaganda, but then one of the Paradisers saw Midoriya and told Hammerhead about it, and overzealous to the cause, Hammerhead told his comrades that anyone who spies on the Paradisers are DISPOSABLE enemies, be it an adult or child, hence he ordered the Paradisers to kill Midoriya on the spot, which they roared in acknowledgement.

"Yes, boss!"

Horrified upon realizing what is about to happen, a terrified Midoriya ran off and tried to hide and figure out a way to get help, as he knew that he is Quirkless and that he has no chance of fighting off the Paradisers who possess battle suits that gives the terrorists strength and weapons that can kill a target.

As Midoriya ran off, he came across a corner where a group of teachers parents and several toddlers are assembled, and realizing that if he goes there the Paradisers would target them given that they intend to eliminate any witnesses, and realizing that he may end up dead anyway, Midoriya gritted his teeth and clenching his fists before grabbed a discarded steel pipe and armed himself, just as the Paradisers arrived and surrounded the younger boy.

Hammerhead sarcastically apologized to Midoriya for the situation but said that it is nothing personal but STRICTLY BUSINESS, as they have a QUOTA to fulfill and there he ordered the Paradisers to kill Midoriya, which they nodded in acknowledgement.

"Yes, boss!"

As Midoriya is forced to defend himself, he soon finds himself in a pinch as the Paradisers' battle suit weapons are so strong that it melted the steel pipe and he is now weaponless, yet he managed to avoid being hit and instinctively led the Paradisers away towards a park, which was empty, and now he is surrounded and there Hammerhead asked Midoriya if he has any last words before MEETING DEATH.

"So, kid…"

"…"

"Any last request…?"

"Do you really have to do this…? Attack a daycare center that only has toddlers and babies?"

"Any would do that would further our cause…be it adults or infants…"

"You…won't get away with murdering innocent children!"

"Then all the better to eliminate you…"

"!"

As Hammerhead made his move and punched Midoriya on his cheek the impact sent the younger boy to the ground, and dropped the power bank-looking item to the ground as well, and as Midoriya was sporting a busted, bleeding lip and his left cheek swelling, he unknowingly picked up the item and accidentally pressed the top portion of the item, which triggered an unexpected chain of events.

There Midoriya's body glowed and is covered in a red spendex-like suit with black linings, and there you can see that an item slot is fastened onto the left breast area of the suit, and the Paradisers were taken by surprise at what they are seeing, while Midoriya himself was surprised at what just happened as he had no idea what he just did, yet Hammerhead urged his men that it is just SPECIAL EFFECTS and kill Midoriya, which they nodded in acknowledgement.

"Yes, boss!"

As the Paradisers began to gang up on Midoriya, the younger boy instinctively evaded them but he is still surrounded and one of the Paradisers fired a weapon from his battle suit, which nearly hit Midoriya's head but it narrowly grazed his left cheek and he fell to the ground, and in the midst of the confusion he accidentally slots the power bank-like item onto the item slot of the suit (located at his left breast area), where another chain of events took place, where his body glowed again.

This time, however, he is fitted with a red metallic suit of armor that covered his upper body in addition to the red spendex-like suit, his hands covered in metallic red gloves, and there he sports a metallic helmet. The helmet is red colored with a fire shaped crown-like golden colored crest on his forehead.

The helmet's lens (the EYES) are zig-zag shaped like fire or lightning. His mouth is silver colored and his neck is black. His chest is red with an orange circle in the upper right corner.

Finally he is adorned with a cloak which is colored red with silver chains and black inner coloring.

The Paradisers stopped while bewildered at what they just saw, and are baffled at what just happened, wondering if their target possess a Quirk as they believe that Midoriya is Quirkless and easy to take out, and there they wondered if Midoriya do posses a Quirk or has a support item like the Paradisers.

However, Hammerhead told his men not to get shaken and urged them to kill Midoriya as he assured to them that what Midoriya is wearing is just for show and that he doesn't pose a threat and that they must show to everyone that the Paradisers are a force to be taken seriously, which the Paradisers nodded in acknowledgement.

"Yes, boss!"

Midoriya himself was also bewildered as he finds himself wearing a red spandex-like suit, a red upper armor and helmet and a red cloak, and he wondered what just happened, unaware that he accidentally triggered the power bank-like item that resulted in him wearing his current armored attire.

"What the heck is going on here? I'm sure this isn't a Quirk since I'm Quirk less…! Would this really going to help me?"

Hope you liked this chapter, as I borrowed elements from the first episode of the My Hero Academia anime where Midoriya painfully discovered that he is Quirkless and had to endure a decade of emotional pain of being discriminated and all, while meeting All Might as he is set to graduate middle school.

Then it diverges significantly as he didn't meet All Might again and remained Quirkless, and there he accidentally stumbled onto a terrorist plot which makes him a target of being murdered.

And this is where the Justirisers part come in, though in a different situation as how it was depicted on how he gained them.

The villains of this chapter, the Paradisers, is borrowed from another manga-turned-anime, One-Punch Man, and there the Paradisers are about to encounter an AWAKENED Justiriser. And yup, Midoriya has become RISER GLEN, but he won't take the name yet as I am making a SLOW BUILD to build up the story, and in the upcoming chapters two more My Hero Academia characters would be introduced and become Justiriser as well…
