The midday sun hung high over Lowee's snowy peaks, but Blanc felt no warmth. It had been too long since Rom and Ram departed on their Guild Quest— longer than they should've taken, even for them. Blanc's wings shimmered into existence as she soared off into the horizon, dread coiling in her chest. She had a bad feeling. A very bad one. Her instincts were proven right when she reached the northern glacier ridge. The landscape was scorched— blackened, not by fire, but by raw energy. A huge crater split the ice, and in the center lay two small, broken figures.

"R-ROM! RAM!" Blanc screamed, diving down. They were battered— clothes torn, their usual twin spark replaced with barely flickering breaths. Blood matted Rom's bangs. Ram's arm bent at a sickening angle. Then came the roar. Blanc turned. Above the cliff stood an Ancient Dragon, far larger and more twisted than any she'd seen before. Its scales shimmered like obsidian, eyes glowing with mindless malice. It looked at her not with hunger— but with challenge. She snapped. Whit-hot rage surged through her. Her eyes flared crimson. "You... YOU HURT MY SISTERS!" Her HDD form erupted in a blinding burst of light. The Ancient Dragon lunged— but Blanc was faster. She met it mid-air with a furious scream, her hammer crashing into its side with explosive force. The beast reeled, but she was relentless. Blow after blow rained down like meteors, each one punctuated by a scream of fury, grief, and fear. "YOU DON'T GET TO EXIST AFTER TOUCHING THEM!" The dragon screeched, trying to counter with a blast of energy— but Blanc shattered the attack mid-charge, pummeling it straight into the ice with a crack that split the glacier for miles. And then— it vanished. Not defeated, but… retreated. Escaped, barely clinging to whatever cursed life it had. As the snow settled, Blanc dropped her weapon and rushed to her sisters. "Rom! Ram! Please— say something!"

Rom groaned softly, her eyes fluttering open. "B-Blanc…?"

Ram stirred beside her, whispering, "It... hurt..."

Tears spilled down Blanc's cheeks. "I've got you. I've got you both." Without another word, she lifted them into her arms and took off, flying at full speed toward Planeptune. "Compa… please be home," she whispered, her voice cracking. "I need you… I need you to save them…
