Jacoba's mad at Church; what's new?

The legalities: I do not own any of the Expendables franchise (characters, places, and objects especially) and this is mostly au.Rated M just to be on the safe side.

Also, please don't be afraid to write reviews. I would love to hear from you all!

Hope you enjoy!

Prompt: "Whatever possessed you to do that should possess you more often."

Church was on her shit list. Actually, Church was the only person currently on her shit list (a feat in and of itself), which made Jacoba all the more mad. Which made her even more growly (and no matter what Caesar said, that was a word and she wasn't going to use another descriptor, thank you very much).

Barney, Church, and Jacoba were all currently at Tool's Tattoo Shop, the former two being holed up in the backroom holding a meeting about some new mission that the team may or may not take. Now, Jacoba was brooding out in front of the shop, replaying the latest interaction she had had with the spy in her head. All she had said was hello and he had jumped down her throat, telling her that she needed to mind her own business and things along those lines.

Sighing, Jacoba looked up to see Church's SUV, devoid of any other agents. Struck with a bit of inspiration, she made her way over to is, checking to see if it was locked or not when she got there. Finding it unlocked (a major oversight by the spy, in her opinion), Jacoba smirked and ran over to her car to grab her tool kit. She was about to have quite a bit of fun.

Barney sighed as he and Church made their way to the front door of the Tattoo Shop. "I don't know what to tell you, Church. This mission just doesn't sound like one that would work for the team; it's more standing around and waiting than anything else."

"Oh, come on, Barney."

Barney held the door open for the spy. "No, Church, we don't owe you any more missions, especially after the last one. Remember, when the Amazon had to go back to detonate the compound for us? This one is not worth any amount of payment, period."

Church sighed. "Fine, I get it. I wish that you would reconsider, but I guess that this may be beyond your team's – "

When Church didn't continue his thought (or walking, since he had stopped in his tracks), Barney turned towards him again. "Church?"

"What the hell, Amazon?!"

Barney turned towards the street and had to quickly cover a laugh with a cough at the sight that greeted him. Jacoba was currently leaning up against the driver's door of Church's SUV. Well, what was left of it. It would seem as though the Amazon had decided to dismantle the entire vehicle, the parts of which now being scattered all over the sidewalk church had apparently decided that it was not worthwhile for him to yell at her and was already phoning someone (more than likely the agent who was supposed to be watching the vehicle).

Jacoba was smiling as she carried her tool kit back over to Barney, who shook his head. "Amazon?"

"Yeah, Barn?"

"Whatever possessed you to do that should possess you more often."

Jacoba let out a bark of laughter. "I don't think the CIA has enough vehicles in their fleet to keep replacing Agent Smart's vehicle every time he comes to see us."

"Too true."
