Tristan's POV

After Mia leaves with her dad and brother, I decide to go out front and help my twin with raking the yard after he'd mowed the front yard earlier.

Once we've finished raking up and put up the tools we used in the shed that's in our backyard , we head inside to wash up.

My brother actually decides to go ahead and take a shower since he's kinda sweaty while I head into the living room to find something to watch on the TV in there.

I decide on CSI Miami and I end up watching at least four or five episodes before Mom comes into the room, telling me that Ty is here.

"Thanks, Mom."

Heading to the entryway of our house, I find Ty standing by the front door waiting for me.

"Hey there, handsome."

Ty smiles down at me before pulling me close and kissing me softly which I instantly reciprocate.

"Having a good Saturday so far, beautiful?"

I feel my cheeks heat slightly at him calling me that and nod, explaining that I'd helped Sean with cleaning up our front yard after he'd finished mowing it earlier and that I was just watching a show right before he'd showed up.

"Sounds like a busy day so far. Which show were you watching?"

I tell him that I was watching the CSI show that is set in Miami and he nods in approval, stating that he thinks it's a good show.

"Yeah, it's pretty good. So, do you wanna go to the movies like we were talking about last night or would you rather we just hang out here instead?"

He thinks for a few seconds before stating that he would honestly just prefer we hang out here, if that's okay with me too.

"Of course it's okay with me, Ty. We can actually go to the backyard and hang out there, maybe even swim some too."

He tells me that he thinks my plan is a good one but he does point out that he doesn't have any trunks with him to change into.

"I can run back to my aunt and uncle's house for the ones I brought with me when I came to stay with them for this week though. It shouldn't take long, probably ten to fifteen minutes at the most."

I tell him to go ahead and do that.

"It'll give me time to change into my own bathing suit anyway. Just don't take too long, okay?"

Ty chuckles and gives me a quick kiss before heading back outside to his truck, promising that he'll be right back.

After he drives away, I head upstairs to my room where I quickly change into one of the bathing suits Mom helped me pick out last month when she took me shopping for clothes and other stuff I'd needed after first being reunited with my family.

Once I'm finished changing, I poke my head in my brother's room to see if he wants me and Ty in the pool out back.

"Nah, I'm just gonna chill out up here for a while. Thanks for asking though, sis."

I nod before heading back downstairs where I find my mom in our laundry room, folding some clothes and towels she washed earlier after Mia had left.

"Hey, Mom. I just wanted to let you know that me and Ty are gonna hang out back and swim for a bit once he gets back."

"Sounds good, honey. Here's a couple of towels you and Tyler can use while you're out there. Also, do you know where your brother's at?"

I tell her that Sean is up in his room at the moment. I also mention that I had asked him if he wanted to join me and Ty too but he'd declined, saying that he was just gonna hang out in his room for a while.

"Okay. I'm gonna try and get some reading done after I finish folding and putting away this load. Your dad had to go help your uncle Mike out with a few things at his house so he'll probably be gone for at least a few hours."

"Got it. Ty just texted me to let me know that he's back so I gotta go let him in so we can go out back."

Mom chuckles, telling me to go ahead but also warns me to make sure that me and Ty behave ourselves while we're in the pool.

I chuckle and roll my eyes fondly as I head for the front door where my boyfriend and I greet each other with a short but sweet kiss.

"You look really hot in that bathing suit, angel."

I press my face into Ty's chest as my cheeks heat slightly at his words. I feel his chest vibrating as he chuckles before kissing the top of my head sweetly.

Lifting my head, I chuckle as I finally notice the swim trunks that my boyfriend is wearing. He's a pretty huge fan of Captain America so it makes sense that he has trunks with the character's symbol on them.

I also notice that the t-shirt that he's wearing has the sane symbol on it as well.

"I see you're repping Captain America today, huh?"

Ty chuckles and just shrugs, leaning down slightly to press a sweet kiss to my lips.

Grabbing his hand in mine, we head out back to the pool where we end up hanging out for a little over an hour and a half before we're driven back inside due to a sudden rain shower.

I offer to let Ty rinse the chlorine from the pool off in my shower but he insists that I do so first.

I shower quickly and exit my bathroom where I find my boyfriend waiting for his turn.

Once he's in the bathroom, I pull on a matching sports bra and panty set followed by a pair of grey sweatpants and an old Marvel t shirt that once belonged to Ty.

Just then, Ty exits the bathroom, his chest bare and a towel wrapped around his waist.

Without realizing it, I bite my bottom lip at the water drops from his damp hair falling onto his toned shoulders and chest.

I'm jerked from my thoughts by the sound of Ty's voice.

"Like what you're seeing, angel?"

I roll my eyes fondly at his cockiness before telling him that I'll meet him downstairs once he's done getting dressed.

Heading out of my room and downstairs, I find my mother and twin in the kitchen making lunch together.

Ty comes down to join us after a few minutes, kissing me on the forehead tenderly before taking a seat beside me at the table.

After the four of us finish our meal, Ty and I head to the living room where we mutually decide to watch the first Tobey Maguire Spider-Man movie together, Sean joining us after having helped our mother with the clean up from lunch.

I end up falling asleep part way into the movie, Ty's arms wrapped securely around me as sleep gradually overtakes me.

A new chapter of this story is done!

I know that there hasn't really been too much focus on Olivia or Elliot in the story since the chapter where Liv brings Tristan to the family home for the first time since she (Tristan) was barely two years old.

That being said, the next chapter will be a bit more EO focused in order to remedy that.
