Chapter 2 Business Deal

Miles away from where the diner where Dante had battled and killed Helter-Skelter there was a large skyscraper that severed as the main headquarters and office of Pizza Bat. On the top floor there was the office of Jasper Batt Sr, it was a large lavish office with fancy furniture, a wall with a large bookshelf on, a private bar used for private parties, a big oak desk, and some chairs. Sitting behind the desk was no other then Jasper Batt Sr himself.
Jasper Batt Sr was a tall man, with pale skin, a bald head with a tattoo that resembled a pizza in the center of his forehead, and green tuxedo, a pink shirt, and black shoes.
Sitting across from Jasper Batt Sr was Damon Riccitiello the CEO of the Utopinia corporation.
Damon was a youthful looking man with shaggy brown hair and wore white a polo shirt with a blue coat, blue pants, and black shoes.
"Thank you so much for inviting me to your office." Said Damon.
"I should be the one thanking you for agreeing to help me and build my theme park." Said Jasper Batt Sr.
"Well I thought it was a good business opportunity for the both of us. You've made quite a name for yourself Jasper." Said Damon.
"Thank. Would you care if I indulge you with my life story?" Said Jasper.
"Go right ahead." Said Damon.
"I came here to this country with my sons with nothing to my name. I took many odd jobs of mowing lawns, coconut collecting, and being a janitor to make ends meet. Then one day I took a job of being a waiter at a pizza parlor and that's where's I figured out my destiny. I spent hours watching people order and devour pizza and I thought people really loved pizza and that there was good money to be made. I saved up my money and I took a mix of culinary classes and business classes at the local university. I worked tirelessly, until I crafted the perfect pizza that people would love and I got a loan and opened my first restaurant and it became a popular place and booming success. Soon I opened one restaurant after another, made good investments, until I created the powerhouse restaurant chain you see today." Said Jasper.
"You're really a self made man living the American Dream." Said Damon.
"Yes, soon Pizza Bat World Theme Park will be a reality people can enjoy and no one will ever forget it." Said Jasper with a grin.
"Because you intend to bring your fellow demons from the Demon World to this world by creating a Hell Gate you plan to have constructed under your theme park." Said Damon.
A look of surprise appeared on Jasper's face.
"How do you know I'm a demon and how do you know what I plan to do?" Asked Jasper.
"I have my sources and I've done thorough background check on you. Most of what you told me about your past was true, though there were a few things you left out. I know you and your sons came from the Demon World many years ago and managed to get fake IDs. I've also done checks on certain unique materials you've bought and looked at where you plan to build your theme park. You plan to build it on some ley lines. I know ley are invisible pathways or conduits of energy, potentially connecting ancient sites and landmarks. I'm assuming you're harnessing that power for your Hell Gate." Said Damon.
"I am. So do you intend to stop me?" Asked Jasper tensing up and ready to try and kill the human if he presented a threat to him and his plans.
"Not at all. I want to help you accomplish your plans and bring forth a new age to this world." Said Damon.
"You would help me? I'm a demon that plans to unleash a legion of demons from the Demon World onto this world. My people will slaughter and conquer your kind." Said Jasper.
"I'm aware of that, but I don't plan to be ruled by you or your kind. I plan to rule alongside you." Said Damon.
"Come again?" Said Jasper.
"Humanity is weak and the current world leaders are fools. Despite my own great influence and power, it would take me years to get into a position of political power and I'm not a fan of waiting. But if I had a army of great and powerful beings to assist me and deal with the current rulers, I would be in charge of the world in less then a year and I could shape humanity into my own vision. You and I can rule together side-by-side." Said Damon.
"And why would I side with a lowly human?" Asked Jasper.
"Because you need me and I need you. My resources are funding your project and making sure everything runs smoothly. I'm a highly respected public figure and no one would bat an eye or suspect a thing if I'm aiding you to create your theme park." Said Damon.
"What to prevent me from killing you at any point?" Asked Jasper.
"Well if I die before or during the construction of the park your funding it's taken away and certain information gets leaked to both the media, several law enforcement agencies, and the military. If you were to kill me after your park and Hell Gate are up and running, then your sons will be killed." Said Damon.
Jasper stared at Damon and could see he wasn't bluffing.
"I must admit you have taken me by surprise Damon. You're a very ruthless man. As both a demon and a CEO, I can respect that. Fine I agree to share the world with you and shape it." Said Jasper.
"A wise choice. I think this will be the start of a beautiful and beneficial business relationship." Said Damon.
The human and the demon shook hands sealing the deal.
Damon then turned and left the office as Jasper's two oldest twin sons, James and Jessie entered the office. The twins looked like younger versions of their father and dressed in outfits like his. James and Jessie looked like one another with the only difference being their pizza tattoos. James had a pizza tattoo on his right cheek and Jessie had a pizza tattoo on his left cheek.
"How did the meeting go father?" Asked James.
"Everything went smoothly, though Damon will be our partner once the demons we unleashed help conquer the world." Said Jasper.
"Why is that?" Asked James.
"Damon is very well aware of what we are and what we are planning. He has agreed to help us, though only if we agree to share the world with him." Said Jasper.
"Why didn't you just kill him now or later?" Asked Jessie.
"Because he has contingencies and plans that would harm and ruin us and I refuse to let everything we have built get destroyed or our family be destroyed. Sharing the world with a human is a small price to pay for conquering the world." Said Jasper.
"Very well father." Said Jessie.
"Now tell me, did Helter-Skelter and the hit team kill that human that was snooping around?" Said Jasper.
The twins exchanged looks and James spoke.
"No Helter-Skelter and the hit team failed to kill the human, Kamui Uehara."
"What?! How is that possible?! Helter-Skelter is a top ranked demon assassin!" Yelled Jasper.
"Apparently Kamui met with someone powerful and capable and he was the one who killed Helter-Skelter and most of the hit team." Said James.
"There was also a powerful female bodyguard with Kamui." Said Jessie.
Jasper pulled out an electric tablet and pulled up a video of Dante and Helter-Skelter's fight and then handed it to his father. Jasper watched the fight play out and his blood went cold as he saw Dante. He had never met Dante in person, but he had heard about the demon hunter from other demons.
"Do you know who that is father?" Asked Jessie.
"That is Dante, the son of the great Devil Knight Sparda. He is a famous and deadly demon hunter." Said Jasper.
"So is he a threat to our plan?" Asked James.
"He is a serious threat, especially if that human told him what we're up to." Said Jasper.
"What should we do then?" Asked Jessie.
"We have to double security, speed up construction of the park and the Hell Gate, and get in touch with our agents and allies within the United Assassins Association, I'm sure they already heard about Helter-Skelter's death and are curious about it. We can use that to our advantage and have a large bounty placed on Dante's head to get both human and demon assassins to go after him and keep him off our backs." Said Jasper.
"Alright you can count on us father." Said James.
"Good boys. Now hope to it." Said Jasper.
The twins nodded and left the office. Jasper got onto his computer and sent out a few emails to agents within the United Assassins Association. He had come too far to have his dreams be ruined by a half blooded demon hunter and he was going to throw everything he had at Dante.
