Example Chapter 5
Lincoln, Clyde, Ronnie Anne, and Sid find themselves in the hallway. This time, they would normally be in class, but most of the teachers were either late or had called in sick, prompting the school to grant them free time for the remainder of the day. Consequently, they headed to a secluded area, far from the presence of other students or the watchful eyes of security cameras. Once they reached the deep part of the locker, they began their conversation.
Ronnie Anne stated, "It is evident that we were in the cave last night when that light struck us."
"Yes, I do not recall waking up back in bed", Sid said.
"Not just that, something strange seems to have happened to us. It feels as though something did occur," Clyde said, causing them to nod their head in agreement.
"Yes, something did happen, but who would like to go first?" Lincoln asked, prompting all his friends to glance up at him. "I believe it would be most effective if you demonstrated what happened so we can ensure we are all aligned," Clyde suggested. "Yes, it would be best if you showed us," Ronnie Anne added. "That would indeed be the best approach," Sid concurred.
With that, Lincoln nodded, cautiously glancing around to ensure no one was present. Closing his eyes, he took a deep breath and envisioned a falcon in his mind. Within moments, Lincoln felt the familiar transformation taking place and heard his friend gasp in astonishment. When he opened his eyes, his friend stood in shock, witnessing Lincoln's metamorphosis into a falcon. After reverting back to his normal form, Lincoln left his friend utterly stunned.
After a moment of stunned silence, he began to speak. "Alright, who wants to go next?" Lincoln asked. After a few minutes, Clyde responded, "I'll go next." Clyde swiftly moved his hand and directed his gaze toward the large, rusting locker. He placed his hand on it, and within seconds, the locker began to emit yellow and blue technological lines. Moments later, the locker transformed, assembling itself onto Clyde and forming a high-tech armor suit on his hand. Everyone stood in astonishment, shocked and amazed at what they had just witnessed.
With a few more looks, amazing Ronnie got up. I think it's my turn to show what I can do, Ronnie Anne says.
Ronnie Anne held her hand out and took a deep breath. A ball of energy formed out of her hand. Lincoln, Clyde, and Sid eyes were wide open after seeing this in amazement at seeing Ronnie Anne create a ball of energy. After a few more seconds, Ronnie Anne made the ball of energy disappear, leaving her tired. Ok, who's next? Ronnie Anne say sitting down.
Sid took a deep breath, knowing it was her turn. It seemed as though she was the last one to present, Sid remarked while standing up.
Sid mimicked her friend's actions. She took a deep breath, closed her eyes, and in the blink of an eye, she became invisible. This astonished her friend, who was taken aback by what she had just witnessed. Within a few seconds, Sid reappeared, but she was far from finished. She turned her gaze towards the locker, clearly intending to pass through it. This caused Lincoln, Ronnie, and Clyde jaws to drop in disbelief.
With that, she returned, and everyone glanced at one another before bursting into laughter. After a few minutes of shared amusement, they finally composed themselves and began to speak.
So, how did you all discover your powers? Lincoln, Ronnie, Clyde, and Sid asked one another.
Ronnie Anne Flashblack:
Ronnie Anne was in her bathroom brushing her teeth, feeling weary of constantly hearing her brother Bobby talk about Lori. As she continued brushing her teeth, a fly entered the bathroom, buzzing and darting around near her.
"Buzz off, you annoying flies!" Ronnie Anne exclaimed, waving her hand to shoo the insects away. When one of the flies landed on the table, she quickly approached and pointed at it with a rolled-up paper. To her astonishment, a golden energy blast suddenly shot out from her hand, striking the fly. She stood frozen in shock, staring at her hand in disbelief at what had just happened.
Before she could do anything else, she heard a voice call out, "Bobby, Ronnie Anne, hurry up! You are going to be late for school," Maria said. "Yes, Mom, on the way," Bobby replied before calling out to his sister, "Ronnie, hurry up and get ready!"
Ronnie Anne said nothing as she walked out of the bathroom, still in shock, staring at her hand. What had just happened?

Sid Flachback:
Sid was in the kitchen eating her breakfast. While eating her food, she can't help but hear her mom praise her other daughter for winning a trophy.
I so proud of you, Adelaide Becca says, causing her daughter to smile.
Thanks, Mom, it took me a while, but I'm glad I won first place in my dancing show, Adelaide says.
Sid could not help but feel a tinge of jealousy about the situation. No, Sid was genuinely happy that her little sister had won her dance competition. However, there were moments when Sid felt as though she was not accomplished in any aspect of life. Her sister had won numerous trophies, while Sid had not won a single one. Seemed to Sid that her parents loved Adelaide more than her, solely because of Adelaide's exceptional talent. After letting out a sigh, Sid did not even notice that she had become invisible.
Her mother glanced around and noticed that Sid was no longer at the kitchen table, prompting her to call out her name. "Sid, where are you?" Becca asked, scanning the room. At the same time, Adelaide noticed that her sister was not at the table. "Sid, where are you?" Adelaide repeated, searching for her older sister.
Sid was perplexed as she remained on the table. "Oh, guys, I'm right here," she exclaimed. Adelaide turned toward the spot where Sid was, but she could not see her. After a few seconds, she stepped off the table and began walking toward her mother, attempting to speak. "Mom, I'm right he...", before she could finish, Sid realized she had passed straight through her mother. Moments later, Adelaide walked by, leaving Sid more bewildered.
After this occurred, Sid's eyes widened in shock. "Am I dead?" she whispered, before collapsing to the ground as tears streamed from her eyes. Adelaide, still searching for her sister's unit, turned around and saw her sibling lying there on the ground. "Sid!" Adelaide exclaimed, rushing to her elder sister and embracing her tightly.
Sid was astonished that her sisters were able to see her once more. Before she could fully process this revelation, she felt yet another warm embrace, this time from her mother.
"Sid, thank goodness you are safe. Where have you been?" Becca asked as she embraced her daughter. Sid remained silent, her gaze on her hand in shock. "What happened?" Sid wondered.

Cylde Flashback:
Clyde was still trying to figure out what had happened to him and his friend after the glowing cave. Upon returning to his room, he noticed that his alarm clock was about to turn back. As he placed his hand on the clock, he suddenly noticed yellow and blue tech lines appearing on its surface. Before he could react, the clock transformed into a high-tech hand blaster.
Clyde, in utter disbelief, exclaimed in shock as he witnessed his alarm clock transform into a hand blaster. Before he could react, the device discharged a powerful blast, striking the floor and leaving a gaping hole. Startled by a sudden attack, he instinctively jumped back. Moments later, the hand blaster began to disassemble before his eyes. This unexpected turn of events left Clyde more shocked than surprised. Confusion consumed him as he tried to comprehend what was happening.
End of Clyde Flashback
After they explain everything that occurred, the four friends are trying to determine their next course of.
So, what should we do now with this power? Ronnie Anne asked.
To tell you the truth, everyone, I really like this, Sid admitted, prompting Lincoln, Clyde, and Ronnie Anne to turn their attention to her. "Well, I mean, when I was 4 or 5, I always wanted to have superpowers and become a hero," Sid added. After making this confession, she began shaking her head as her friends continued to gaze at her. Before she could say anything further, Lincoln spoke up.
"No, Sid, that is an excellent idea. It reminds me of when the three of us were children, and we always aspired to be superheroes", with Lincoln prompting all his friends to nod in agreement.
Moreover, Ronnie Anne states that we can not only learn how our power functions but also gain a deeper understanding of it.
Clyde suggests that one day, we could embark on thrilling adventures, confront villains, and ultimately save the world.
"We can become a team," Lincoln said, emphasizing the importance of cooperation and unity among everyone. "Yes, let's do it," all three friends agreed in unison. "However, we must remain cautious of those bad ones out there. If they know our identities, they might target our loved ones," Lincoln added in a concerned tone.
Yeah, I don't want anything bad to happen to Bobby and my mom, Ronnie Anne says.
"Yes, I want to ensure the safety of my mom, dad, and my baby sister Adelaide". Sid says he wants his family to be alright.
My dads, Clyde, spoke out.
Lincoln smiles, declares, "I shall be Wildboy," he says with confidence.
Sid paused for a moment, contemplating deeply, when a sudden idea illuminated her mind like a light bulb. "Call me Siddy Phantom," she declared
Clyde looked at his hand and had an idea. "I should become Mech X," Clyde declared.
It has been decided that we shall become superheroes; however, our initial priority must be to master control over our powers. Lincoln proposed an idea, stating, "After school, I know of an excellent location where we can practice and refine our abilities." Are you prepared to join us?
Clyde, Ronnie, and Sid all agreed on the decision. With that, Lincoln, Clyde, Ronnie Anne, and Sid began their day. However, after school they dedicated their time to training and honing their powers.
