A month after Maddie and Audrey had started dating, Liv was on scene of the movie she was shooting.
"Liv, I'd like you to meet your new co-star," said a man who walked over.
"Kate Miller, she's had small parts in other movies before but this is her first major role," he said while motioning to a nervous blonde that stood behind him.
"Nice to meet you," said Liv as she held out a hand.
"You too, Miss. Rooney," said Kate.
"I've been a fan of yours for a while now and can't believe I'm now co-starring in a movie with you," she said while shaking Liv's hand.
"Crazy how the world works some days right?" asked Liv with a smile.
"True, but I don't know how well I'll be able to play your lover in this movie, I've never actually dated anyone before," said Kate.
"Why not have a practice date then?" asked the man.
"Isn't that a little much, director?" asked Kate who looked panicked at the idea of going on a date with Liv.
"Actually it's a good way to break the ice and get to know each other before the shooting begins so I think it would be a great idea," said Liv.
"It will also help build chemistry for your characters and we won't be filming your scenes for a few days so I say go for it," said the director as he took his leave.
"Are you really alright with this?" asked Kate to Liv.
"I should be asking you that, I've been out for a while and wouldn't want to force a straight woman into doing something she wouldn't want to," said Liv.
"Oh, I'm actually bi myself, just never met anyone who I clicked with," said Kate.
"But we just met so I don't want to force something here," she said.
"Aren't most dates between strangers anyway?" asked Liv.
"Guess you have a point there, if you're really okay with it then I wouldn't mind going on a date with you at some point soon," said Kate with a smile that got Liv's heart to skip a beat.
"How about going to my sister's first game tomorrow for our date?" asked Liv.
"Sounds fun," said Kate.
