A/N: Good news everyone! I got my time back to write but I still will need to get into the habit but, expect updates to pick up to where they were in 2020ish on back for those of you who were reading back then.
For those that didn't, except for the holidays (Thanksgiving and Christmas), I would update one or two stories a week outside of internet/power failures or family visits. And for the holidays I would take the first week of the month off at least to write a Ch for each story then an extra for the one that's getting updated so I could update all stories for the holidays for those times as a present in case there's a lot of family/friends visiting.
The poll up on who Ron should be paired with, I haven't gotten a vote for it for a while and if I don't get many after a few rounds of updating all stories then I'll take it down.

Chapter XIV: Spirit Week.
Last Time.
Bueno Nacho, Next Day.
"You know, I still can't believe you met Pain King and Steel Toe!"
"I can't believe you're into wrestling!"
Ron said to Monique as Kim sighed. "I can't believe I know either one of you!"
"Enough talk! In the immortal words of Pain King, "You're going down!" Monique said as Ron smiled.
"Oh, con truer, It is you who will be going down."
Monique smiled and picked up her burrito. "The first one to drip is a loser!"
"Better get your bib, baby!"
"So long!"
Kim sighed as she looked at Naruto. "I think this is the beginning of a very weird friendship."
"Guess so." He shrugged, taking a sip from his cup.
Now.
Middleton High
"Rufus? Rufus? Here, boy!"
Ron was going through his rather messy locker throwing junk and trash on the floor before Kim walked up to him.
"Hey, Ron!"
Ron leaned back and shushed her. "Ssh, Rufus has gone missing."
Kim raised an eyebrow before catching a rotten banana. "Maybe he's hibernating." She joked before tossing the fruit.
Ron leaned back to look at her. "Not likely, Kim. It's Spirit Week. If the little guy missed it, he'd be crushed." He then jumped as every bit of trash fell out in a large pile. "Rufus!" He then started laughing before Rufus came out of his sleeve and into his hand. "Rufus!" He then sees Kim looking forward smiling in a daze. "Kim? KP? Kim Possible?"
Following her line of sight, he saw Naruto at the end of the hall filling a 16oz canteen with water from the fountain. "Oh, Naruto. Amp down, Kim. Someone might find out you're crushing on Naruto." He turned to see she was gone. "Huh? Kim?"
Up ahead, Naruto took a drink before seeing Kim in front of him. "Hey, mission?"
"Oh, it's, it's, err you know. I mean, no… Um…"
"OK good, I'll see you in class." Naruto smiled and left as Kim gave a frustrated sigh while Ron walked up.
"I can't even form a sentence around Naruto now. How am I gonna ask him to Friday's dance?"
"Don't we go together every year?" Ron asked as Kim looked at him.
"Yeah, but that's as, you know, friends. And this time, I was thinking about lining up, you know…"
"An enemy?"
"A date!" She sighed again as they walked down the hall.
"A date, right... Date, like, uh... dating. Date in a date-like kind of way. Uh-huh, I can do that. The date thing." Ron smiled as she mirrored it.
"Great. So, who are you going to ask?"
"For me to get a date? Who am I not gonna ask?" He asked before her Kimmunicator went off.
Beep, Beep Ba-Beep!
"Hey, Wade, what up?" She asked, seeing Wade on a split screen with Naruto.
"Meet me at your locker." The two walked down the hall to her locker where Naruto was walking to the other corner. Kim opened her locker and turned the computer on, "You will not believe how many hits we're getting on this site. Everyone wants your help."
Paper printed out the requests as Ron looked at it. "Mrs. Giltmore needs someone to feed her cats. For a week."
Kim reeled back in disgust at that. "Eurgh! Seven days, eight cats."
Ron nodded at that. "One litter box. I know your website says you can do anything, but you have to draw the line... Hey, long distance. Tokyo! I love the French."
"Japan, Ron." Naruto sighed before Wade typed on his computer.
"That one's an emergency. I'll stream the security camera."
A quick video of a toy factory came up before they saw someone punch it. "Whoa, rewind and freeze, Wade," Kim said as Wade did and froze Drakken on a rope mid-swing. "Dr. Drakken."
"Our arch-enemy," Naruto said leaning a hand on her door.
"Well, Kim's arch-enemy. Yeah, I don't think he knows our names." Ron corrected him.
"Come on, guys, let's jet."
"Oh, yeah! Going to Tokyo on a school night. How are we gonna get there?" Ron asked as Kim shrugged.
"I'll phone a friend."
Air, Jet.
Kim and Ron in their mission wear, with him wearing sunglasses sat in a spacious private jet "Thanks for the lift, Britina." Kim said to the girl beside her.
She has fair skin, long blonde hair in a ponytail, and wearing a purple top that barred her midriff and black shorts with matching shoes.
Britina looked up from the magazine she was reading and smiled. "Kim, duh, it's the least I could do after you saved my Chicago show."
Kim waved her off. "Oh, the backstage fire was no big."
Britina dropped the magazine at that. "For you, maybe. Must be so awesome not to be afraid of anything."
"Hm, Fearless, I am not."
Ron looked over at that. "Oh, come on! I've seen you wrestle a shark with your bare hands."
"Yeah, what could scare you?" Britina asks.
"Naruto..."
"Ooh! Crush story on a teammate."
Kim sighed at that. "I feel so ridiculous around him when trying to ask him out."
Britina shrugged with a smile. "Just go for it. What's the worst thing that could happen?"
Ron smiled and turned to her. "So, Britina as a pop superstar, I'll bet you miss out on stuff like school dances with, you know, normal, average guys?"
"True."
"Friday. Dance. You. Me. Average guy."
Britina shook her head at that. "No."
Ron then looked at Kim as Naruto walked out of a door and up to them. "See? Was that so hard?"
Kim deadpanned at him. "Only to watch."
Nakasumi Factory.
The three stood in front of the factory in front of two people, one male, and the other female.
The man is short and stocky. He has gray hair and is bald on top. His eyes are narrow and black, his brows thick and dark gray with laugh lines and bags under his eyes. He's wearing a black suit.
The woman has long black hair with gold earrings and a red dress with black leggings.
"Thank you for coming, Kim Possible. I am Yoshiko, the translator for Nakasumi san."
Ron smiled and slicked back his hair. "You know, I'm looking for a lucky someone to go to a dance with me."
Yoshiko whispers to Mr. Nakasumi before he whispers into Yoshiko's ear. "Er, Nakasumi-san says he's very flattered, but given the current crisis, he feels it'd be inappropriate to go to the dance."
"No! Ew, no! I meant-"
Kim pulled Ron back at that. "So, what's the sitch?"
"They have taken over our entire factory. The workers are trapped inside." She replied as Naruto looked at the building.
"How many?"
"Two," Yoshiko replied.
"Hundred?"
Yoshiko shook her head at that. "No, just two. This is the most automated factory in the world."
They then went to the side of the factory and Naruto and Kim shot their grappling hooks and pulled themselves up. Ron followed and had his pants pulled off as the rope was still connected to his belt. "Ron, stop playing around!"
"OK, I'm going."
Ron then tried again only for his shirt to be pulled up. "Ohh! Are you kidding me?!"
"Very funny," Kim said looking down.
"The third time's the charm."
After getting up and dressed, Kim and Ron looked through the window as Naruto walked up, his goggles on his head. "What's Drakken doing in a video game factory?" She asks as they see Drakken passing by the two hostages while one of his henchmen tries to undo a large bolt.
"Duh! Do you know what this factory makes?" Ron asks as Kim pulls a laser and starts cutting the glass.
"Video games?"
"The Z board. Only the fastest graphics system ever."
"So? Video games." She said to him.
"System, not game. Those are handled by studios." Naruto replied as she finished.
"It's not even coming out back home until Christmas. It's the must-have gift of the holiday season. Drakken's gonna steal Christmas." Ron said as Naruto brought the goggles down over his eyes.
"Ron, I know my arch-foe. Drakken wants to take over the world." Kim deadpanned as they started climbing down.
"He wants to steal Christmas!" Ron argued.
"Take over the world!"
"Steal Christmas."
"Take over the world."
"Steal Christmas."
"Take over the world."
"Steal Christmas."
Naruto sighed as they got to the floor before he walked off. Turning his goggles on, he started knocking out the men. As he got to the last man he heard a noise and turned to see the device that was in the middle of the factory being lifted into the air before running over, having his goggles raised on his forehead. As he got to the others, he saw Ron pinned to a wall with a forklift and Kim looking up at Drakken and Shego.
"Quick, where's our helicopter?" Ron asks as Kim sighs.
"We don't have one."
"Ooh, too bad."
Morning, Possible Household.
"I do not believe it. That Dr. Drakken fellow stole a factory. Seems two employees were rescued by the world-famous teen hero... Hey, Kim Possible. Nice work, honey."
James said as he read the paper before looking at his daughter who was stirring her oatmeal. "Sure, until I let Drakken get away. I've gotta figure out his plan before he tries to take over the world. Oh, and then there's the Naruto thing."
"Naruto? Did he get hurt again?"
Kim shook her head at that. "No. I'm trying to ask Naruto to the dance."
"Oh. Don't you and you all usually go with Ronald as friends?"
"Yeah, but Naruto is a hottie I want to date." Kim smiled as James cleared his throat.
"I wouldn't just give up without a fight. With Drakken, I mean. Better get back on that case tout de suite. And Kimmie, let's not talk about hotties at breakfast anymore."
Ann walked in at that, holding a cup of coffee. "Who's a hottie?"
"We are not talking about it."
"Naruto-Ah!" Kim jumped as her brothers ran up to her.
"Kim's got a boyfriend!/Kim's got a boyfriend!"
Kim crossed her arms and glared. "Don't make me hurt you."
"Eat your cereal, boys," Ann said, having the two sit at the table. "So, you're finally asking Naruto out?"
"Naruto is so cool and smart and really-" Kim stopped as Jim burped. "Excuse you!"
"Wanna know what I think?" He asks as she narrows her eyes.
"No."
"Send an anonymous e-mail."
"I couldn't do that." She said as Tim smiled.
"Yes, you can. They, like, route it through Sweden or someplace and it can't be traced."
James looked up from his paper at his sons. "Hmm. Your principal's been getting anonymous e-mails from Sweden."
"Humm... gotta go!"
The two ran off as Ann looked at her daughter. "Kimmie, telling a boy you like him is like getting into a really cold pool. Deep breath, then take the plunge."
Middleton High.
Naruto walked to the school before stopping, looked up at the sign, and blinked.
NEED A DATE?
CALL RON
Inside Kim was pacing in the hall. "Before this day is over, I am going to ask Naruto to the dance."
Ron walked up to her and smiled. "And I'm gonna ask... somebody."
Kim smiled at that. "Your standards are so high."
"Flexibility is key, Kim." Ron smiled before they saw Naruto at the other end of the hall.
She walked over only to stop as the bell rang and a ton of students ran to class.
Later, in the gym, Naruto was working on a sign for the dance as Kim watched from the door in her cheer outfit. "Deep breath, then take the plunge. Here goes."
Only to stop as Bonnie walked up and closed the door. "Hi, Kim."
"Bonnie."
Bonnie smiled at her. "Don't mind if I watch, do you?"
"Watch what?"
"You. Naruto. It's so obvious that you're crushing on him." Bonnie replied.
"It is not."
"Oh, yeah? Gonna ask him to the dance?"
Kim narrowed her eyes at that. "Why?"
"I think it's great."
Kim blinked at that. "Really?"
Bonnie nodded and crossed her arms. "Totally. I get to see you crash and burn."
"Maybe he'll say yes."
"Go for it."
Kim went to the door as Bonnie opened it. "I will... After practice."
Later, as the squad practiced while Naruto hung the sign and sat at the bleachers, Ron ran in with a megaphone. "Attention, ladies! It is I, Ron Stoppable. There is a rare hole in my social calendar for this Friday. Please note. I am a bon-diggity dancer. Thank you."
He went to sit down as several of the girls giggled. "OK, everybody, doghouse pyramid," Kim said, and as soon as they did the pyramid, her Kimmunicator went off before Ron yelled through the megaphone.
"Kim, it's for you!"
They fell at that before Ron handed her her device. "Hot tip from the Nakasumi heist. Can you cut practice?" Wade asked as she sighed.
Alps.
"OK, kids, we're here."
The man said to the teens in their winter clothes as they stopped the machine that drove them to the top of the mountain.
"Thanks for the lift, Heinrich," Kim said as they got out and Naruto and Kim held snowboards.
"Oh, Kim, you silly. It's the least I could do after you saved our village from that avalanche last year." Heinrich said to her.
"No big." Kim waved him off as Ron looked up.
"So, Heinrich, got any teenage daughters who might wanna go to a big American dance party?"
Heinrich glared as he threw Ron his snowboard. "Nein! (No!)"
"Nine? One's plenty. Or maybe two."
"Nein means no!" He replied, closing the door and leaving them.
"Hey, wait a minute! I helped with that avalanche!"
Naruto got on his board and said, "You started it. Come on."
He and Kim then started going down the mountain. "Right behind ya!" Ron tried but fell on his back.
Down below, Naruto and Kim stop at the edge of a cliff overlooking a lair on the side of the next mountain. She then pulled out binoculars and looked through them. "Talk to me, Wade."
"This is unquestionably Drakken's latest lair. I've hacked into the security system, but it's tight. (Sigh), can't shut down the sensor beams. But I could boost the frequency so you can see 'em." Wade replied as she smiled before they started to see the lasers below them above the ground.
"Please and thank you."
Suddenly, Ron slammed into them having the three snowboarded around, under, or over the beams before coming to a stop under the lair by the last laser. And had Rufus slowly slide into it. "Uh-oh."
An alarm went off before metal walls came up around them.
Later, the three are inside in their mission clothes surrounded by henchmen holding shock staffs. "I have never been captured that fast, Ron." Kim sighed at Ron who shrugged.
"Embarrassing? Perhaps, but it did get us inside the bad man's lair."
"Don't mind me, I just wanna watch."
They looked up to see that Shego was up on a catwalk. Kim ran over, jumped over the men then vaulted up to start fighting Shego.
"So I guess we gotta handle them…" Naruto cracked his neck as the men readied their weapons.
He then reached behind his back and pulled out a red billy club. Twisting it, it disconnects into two pieces. He then threw it at one man hitting him in the head and having the club bounce back into his hand. The men all ran at Naruto who dashed forward. Naruto ran at one man and hit him in the back of the head with the club before ducking under a swipe then punched the man, causing him to lose his footing.
Naruto then kicked the man in the side of the head forcing him to the floor. He then ran and hit a man to his left with the club he was holding in his left hand before hitting one on his right with the other. He then punches one in front of him before dropping to duck under a staff swing and then uppercuts him. Falling to the floor, Naruto kicks him away and he falls on his head and shoulders.
He then grabs a staff and punches the man in the face then hits the bottom of the staff with his knee having it shock the man as it hits his chin. Turning, Naruto brings his club down on top of another man's head forcing him to the floor. He jumped back to dodge one thrown at him, throwing his clubs in the air, then handsprings back to land on one guard trying to get up.
Rolling to his knees, Naruto caught his clubs and then threw one hitting a henchman in the face. Running to get both, Naruto then blocks a punch before hitting the man in the arm several times then spins to hit him in the head before dropping down to sweep and kick him off of his feet. Getting up Naruto punches another man several times before hitting him in the throat then Roundhouse kicks him to the floor.
"Nice work, boys. Now, where's...?"
Turning, Naruto saw Kim dropping down before she looked around. Drakken then came down on a lift. "Ah, my teenaged foe and the buffoons."
"Oh, go fu-!"
Smack!
"Ow!"
"Language Naruto!" Kim scolded after smacking Naruto upside the head.
Ron then grabbed the gaming device from the conveyor belt and looked at Drakken. "Well, this buffoon knows your secret plan. You wanna steal Christmas!"
"Not even close."
Kim crossed her arms and stared at Ron. "So, this is a take-over-the-world thing, Ron!"
Drakken then moved to be put in a robot body that the factory devices all formed into. "Watch, as this state-of-the-art assembly line becomes the ultimate robot warrior!"
"Konnichiwa. (Hello.)" A TV of the factory's mascot came up on the chest.
"That'd be so cool if it wasn't gonna hurt us. Don't freak out, Kim!" Ron said as Kim sighed while they ran and hid.
"I'm not."
"Well, that makes one of us," Ron said before Kim called Wade as the three dodged the robot swipes.
"Wade, we're up against a giant robot warrior."
"Which used to be a robot assembly line. According to this schematics, Nakasumi san installed an override module." Wade replied as the slogan from the factory repeated on the TV screen.
Naruto vaulted over a box as Kim used her cheerleader skills to doge blasts. As they ran, Kim was climbing on the back before Drakken scraped above her trying to get Kim off showing a slot. Putting it in, Wade then started hacking before figuring out the password from hearing the robot and stopped the robot by controlling it himself.
Middleton High.
"Hey."
Naruto greeted as Kim ran out of the janitor's closet. "Hey. Um… Er, guess I'll see you there at the dance."
"I thought we were all going." He says as she blushes slightly.
"Yes, but this time I wanna go as a… Couple."
"Are you, what, asking me out?" He asks as she nods.
"Yes, yes, I am."
"You sure? I mean I heard stories of friends trying dating but it didn't work out."
"Very."
Naruto smiled at that. "So, I'll come by around seven."
She just grabbed his arm in her and walked off closing the door on Ron who she pulled in to hide with her.
That Night.
Naruto held Kim as they danced before the song ended and he saw Bonnie sitting at a table in her cheerleading outfit, arms crossed. "Brick…"
"Failed a test and got grounded."
"You know, everyone should dance at these." He said as she raised an eyebrow.
"Are you suggesting…?"
"Just trying to be nice." He shrugged before she kissed his cheek.
"That's one of the reasons I wanted to date you."
He smiled before walking over to Bonnie. "Wanna dance-!"
He stopped as she pulled him back out before the other squad members saw and ran up for their turn.
