School Hallway:
In the school hallway, quinn was standing infront of her locker, wearing the same black clothes she had on earlier. She was slowly taking her notebooks and books out of her locker. Across the hall was santana and rachel, standing by santana locker. Rachel stares at quinn and says. "i never seen her this sad before".
Santana turn her head to look at quinn and says. "well. Tomorrow is her sister birthday, she has a tough time around this time of year". Rachel shook her head and says. "i was hoping that song we sang this morning alone helped". Santana nodded as she took a history book out of her locker. "in a way, it did. Quinn really appreciate it".
Rachel: i just don't know what else to do. I personally don't know. I'm an only child
Santana stares at rachel and jokingly says. "what about puck and abigail?". Rachel did a fake laugh, making santana chuckled before giving rachel a kiss on the head. Rachel continue staring at quinn, and says. "maybe she shouldn't be in school today".
Santana nodded before saying. "believe me. Me and brittany tried to give her a break, but her parents don't want her to break her perfect attendance and ruin her chances at getting into yale". Rachel shook her head. "Now i really feel bad. Quinn made it sound like she had a great sister, and now she only has her controlling parents". Santana nodded again before saying. "i know what you're talking about, and it's been years since her death, i know she will never be ok, but i thought she'll take this time a little better".
Rachel turn her head to her girlfriend, and ask. "wait. So she acts like this this time every year?". Santana nodded. "yeah. This time seems worse". She said before looking through her locker
Rachel stares at quinn, who has another tear rolling down her cheek. Jacob ben isreal ran up toward quinn with his camera boy, who started recording when jacob started talking. "Quinn fabray. We heard rumors that your dead sister birthday is coming up. How are you dealing with the situation".
Rachel whispers. "uh oh". Before running up toward quinn and jacob. Santana turned away from her locker and notice jacob talking to quinn
Jacob: was it true that your sister smoke some coak during her tour?
Quinn closed her locker before saying. "screw you, jacob". Rachel ran up and says. "hey, this is a very difficult time for quinn, and i suggest you don't ask those question". Jacob held up his mic and says. "talking to the sister of a war hero makes great ratings". Rachel shook her head before pushing the mic away. "jacob. Just let this one go, please".
Jacob lifted the mic again and says. "maybe i can make an acception, for a small feed. A bra would be nice this time". Quinn makes a shock expression while rachel slowly closed her jacket. "e-excuse me?". Santana with anger, walked up and ripped the mic out of her hands. "you got some nerve, jewfro. Blackmailing my girlfriend. Assaulting my best friend". Jacob looks at the camera and says. "are you getting this?". The boy nodded
Puck came out of the boys locker room and notice the group. "Sup, girls. What's going on?". Santana pointed at jacob and says. "this nerd is harrassing both quinn and rachel". Puck walked forward and says. "ok, you have five seconds to get out of here. Or I'll bash you're head on the lockers". Santana cracked her knuckles, making jacob laugh nervously before running away alon with his cameraman
Rachel gave santana a hug from the back, and says. "you're my hero". Santana smirk before turning around and gave rachel a kiss. Puck walked up to quinn, who was wiping her tears, and ask. "you ok?". Quinn looks up and says. "i could've handle him myself".
Rachel looks at quinn and says. "We just wanted to help. Since you're sister birthday is close. And santana and brittany told me that you get in a bad mood this time of the year". Quinn shot a death glare at santana, who shrugged and says. "she's my girlfriend". Making rachel smile
Quinn: look. What you did with me in the auditorium was really sweet, and i generally appreciate it, but i just wanna get this week over with, and not focus on my sister

Quinn yelled out. "RACHEL ENOUGH!!!". Making puck take a step back while rachel has a shock expression. Santana quickly says. "hey. She's only trying to help, and i know you're going through some stuff today, but you do not talk to rachel like that". Quinn sigh before whispering. "sorry, rachel. Look i gotta go". She started to walk away, but rachel followed her. "wait. We got glee rehearsal".
Quinn turn around and look at the three. "yeah, i'm not gonna be able to make it today. My parents are having dinner with Hunter". Puck expression changed to jealously. He scratched his chin before saying. "I-is this hunter, you're boyfriend". Quinn slowly says. "we've been going out for only a couple of weeks. He's not my boyfriend".
Santana put her hands on her hips before saying. "you're only dating him because of you're parents".
Quinn: look i don't have time to talk about this. I gotta get home
Quinn turned back around and walked away. Santana rubbed her eye's with frustration. Rachel pointed at quinn, who walked through the doors to the courtyard. "she is clearly hurting. Don't you want to help her? she's our best friend". Santana looks up and says. "i wanna help her, but she"s been a close book when frannie died. Not i can blame her, i would be that way though if i lost any of my brothers or jade".
Rachel walks up to santana and says. "we gotta do something. I love quinn as a sister, and i want her to be better. Not for glee, but for her own health". Santana smiled before saying. "you got one hell of a heart, estrella". Making rachel giggle as santana lean over and gave rachel a kiss on the cheek. Puck smiled at the two before looking back up at the door that quinn walked out
Fabray House:
The doorbell went off, and russell fabray walked up toward the front door while holding a cigar in his hand. He opened the door to see hunter clarington III, holding a single flower, and a small shopping bag. "Hello, Mr. Fabray. I'm sorry i'm late". He said
Russell smiled before saying. "Hunter, you are not late". Hunter looks at his watch that is around his wrist, and says. "Mr. Fabray, i am two minutes late". Russell laugh as he guided hunter in the house before closing the door behind hunter
Judy came out of the kitchen while holding a glass of wine, and smiled when she notice hunter. "oh hunter. I'm glad you accepted our invitation". Hunter smiled before saying. "it is an honor to be here tonight, Mrs. Fabray. Oh i almost forgot, i bought you a little something". He held up the bag toward judy, who slowly took the bag and opened it up to see a bottle of perfume. She gasp as she took out the bottle. "chanel. You shouldn't have". She said, making Hunter smiled until he notice quinn waking down the stairs, still dressed in her black clothes. Judy turn her head and gasp as she notice quinn
Hunter: Wow, quinn. You look different
Russell slowly starts talking. "Quinnie. You're hair". Quinn scoff before saying. "that wig was getting itchy. I couldn't wear it". Russell grabbed hunter by the shoulders and guided him toward the dining room. "Hunter. Let me show you around the house".
Judy walked up to quinn, and ask. "what do you think you're doing. You're father picked a very good dress for tonight and you show up like this. You look like a punk who smokes". Quinn shook her head and says. "well i'm sorry, but i am not feeling in the mood this week... Do you know why. Hmmmm, oh yeah. Frannie's birthday is coming up". Judy sigh while rubbing her face. "quinn. Frannie is dead, people die that's how it works and we shouldn't be upset. She made her choice".
Quinn stares at her mother with a shock expression. "mom! frannie was you're daughter. She deserved to be honored by her own family. Not be treated like a burden". Judy crossed her arms and says. "you know if she went to law school like you are. She would be here right now". Quinn says. "she wanted to serve her country, and you should be happy. Not insulting her".
Judy: i do not wanna talk about this anymore. She's dead, and you just gotta move on
Quinn: Easy for you to say. You didn't give a dam about her when she walked her own path
Judy: upstairs right now and get your wig on
Quinn shook her head and says. "i am not putting my wig on". Before walking into the dining room, making judy groan with frustration
A little bit later, judy was serving plates of food to her family. Russell and judy were sitting at the end of the table while hunter and quinn were sitting across from each other. Russell took his fork before saying. "so, hunter. How is medical school going?". Hunter smiled and says. "it's going amazing. I'm still deciding what my field should be. I was considering of being a pediatrician, but. I hate kids". Russell chuckled while taking a sip of his wine. "don't get me started. Kids suck the life out of you". He said as he set his glass down
Quinn slowly nodded while moving her food with her fork. "thanks dad". She whispers. Russell looks up at quinn and ask. "Oh come on. I didn't mean it like that. When you were little, you were a handful for us". Quinn nodded and sarcastically says. "thanks for clearing that up". Before taking a bite of her broccoli".
Hunter looks at russell and says. "seems like it's someone time of the month". Russell and judy laugh while quinn looks at hunter with a shock expression. "Dad!". She said with anger
Russell sigh before saying. "oh come on, honey. He's just joking. But seriously why are you in a mood tonight?". Quinn says. "do you really think i have to say it... Frannie, her birthday is tomorrow and you all are acting like she wasn't part of this family".
Hunter looks at the parents and ask. "who is frannie?". Judy took a sip of her wine after saying. "our oldest daughter". Russell nodded and says. "she died from the marines". Hunter slowly nodded. "oooh. Now i see. How long ago did she died". Russell says. "six years ago". Hunter looks back at quinn and says. "seems like enough time to get over her death". Judy nodded before saying. "exactly our point".
Quinn stares at hunter and says. "are you kidding me? you cannot get over a family death, especially if she's a sister. Or a daughter. This is wrong, you guys are acting like she wasn't part of our family". Russell pointed at quinn and says. "you watch it, quinn".
Quinn: No, i can't, i can never get over frannie death. She was my sister. A couple of friends from the glee club sang for her and it didn't helped me at all
Judy chuckled while wiping her face with a napkin before saying. "so the glee club is the reason you're acting like this. I don't even know why your part of that club. Singing isn't going to get you into yale".
Quinn stares at her parents before saying. "i can't believe your still talking about my future even though we were still talking about frannie". Russell starts talking. "oh this again. Quinnie. You need to stop talkin about this, it's been over for years".
Quinn quickly says. "so just because you guys are ok, means i have to be". Hunter says. "what does talking about your sister do to help you heal. I mean how did you become cheer captain while living in the past". Quinn dropped her fork on the table before standing up and walk out of the dining room and walked upstairs. Judy lean over and whispers. "i am so sorry about her behavior. That is unacceptable for a young lady to act that way".
A knock was heard from the front door. Russell wiped his mouth before standing up and walked into the living room, and toward the front door. He opened the door to see rachel, holding her bike helmet. "oh hi. Mr. Fabray, do you remember me?".
Russell slowly nodded and says. "you look like this girl who caused a disturbance in our neighborhood". Rachel laugh nervously before saying. "yeah. S-sorry about that, umm. Can i talk to quinn, it's important". Russell quickly says. "quinn doesn't have time to talk about glee in our home".
Rachel looks down for a minute before looking back up and says. "well i'm also the cheerleading coach assistant and i need to talk to her". Russell sigh before opening the door wider, letting rachel in, who gave a smile before running upstairs. She walked toward quinn's door and lightly knock on the door. "I don't wanna talk to you, mom". She heard through the door. Rachel says. "uhh, it's me, rachel. You're best friends girlfriend".
The bedroom door opened up, revealing quinn, who had some tear rolling down her cheek. "what are you doing here?". Rachel slowly walked into her bedroom and says. "i wanna talk to you. You left quickly today".
Quinn closed her door before walking to her bed and sat down. "i told you, i needed to get home for dinner". Rachel slowly nodded before saying. "and you're in here while your parents and your date is downstairs eating". Quinn sigh before saying. "i needed some space".
Rachel turn her head and notice a photo of frannie on her computer desk. "i understand what your going through, well not really since i am an only child". Quinn interrupts rachel by saying. "get to the point, berry.". Rachel slowly walked up and sat down beside quinn, and crossed her legs together. She turn her head to quinn, and says. "i had experience with parents that no matter what you do, it isn't good enough. If they are not gonna help you, we can heal you. That is why i am asking you to meet me and the rest of the glee club at the auditorium".
Quinn stares at rachel with confusion, and ask. "now?". Rachel chuckled while shaking her head, and says. "No, tomorrow. New Direction have come up with someting and we hope it'll help you".
Quinn sigh while looking down, and says. "i can't. I'm supposed to go to dinner with hunter". Rachel quickly says. "bring him along. If you are gonna continue to date him, he might as well watch what we do. This is just to help you, quinn. We cannot head to nationals while having you like this. Please". Quinn groan before saying. "fine, i'll be there". Rachel smiled before giving quinn a hug. Quinn lightly tap her hand on rachel shoulder. "you're not trying to make a move on me, are you?". Quinn ask while chuckling to herself
Rachel pulled away and says. "ok. Yes you are pretty, but my heart belongs to santana, and her belongs to me so don't even think that". Quinn laugh before saying. "berry, i'm joking... My sister always said telling jokes always lighten the mood". Rachel smiled as she pulled her knees up and put her arms around her knees. "you never talk about your sister that much".
Quinn looks back at rachel and says. "it's obviously a sore subject". Rachel slowly nodded before looking down. "i better get going". She said while standing up. Rachel looks back at quinn and says. "oh and puck said to tell you, feel better. Girl". Making quinn laugh as rachel laugh herself and walked out of the room
Quinn turn her head to look at her laptop. She slowly stood up and walked up to her desk, and sat down on her chair. She opened her desk drawer to see a green flashdrive. Quinn plugged in the flashdrive, and turn her laptop on. She opened up a window to see a video, with hesitation she pressed play to see her sister, frannie, only wearing a dark green tank top, and camoflauge cargo pants. She was standing inside her base, infront of a bunch of marine men. Frannie held up a mic and started singing when music started coming out of the karaoke machine, that was sitting on a bar stool
Frannie:

Frannie spin around and started moving her hips, making some of the men whistle at her, making frannie smile

Frannie stares at the camera and send a wink, making quinn smile

Qinn laugh at the video. Frannie turned the karaoke machine off, making some of the soldiers yell out. "boo.". "oh come on.". "turn it back on!". Frannie smile before saying. "don't worry, boys. Just need a little break". The boys stood up and walked away. Frannie walked up to the camera, and a marine guy walked past frannie and slap her on the butt, making frannie laugh and says. "you watch it now. Next one gonna cost you".
Frannie grabbed the camera and held it by her face. "this is to my lil chubby sister back at ohio". Quinn smiled as a tear rolled down her cheek while listening to frannie. "As you can see. Even marines have fun, so you don't have to worry... But i also wanted to say how much i miss you... So much... I'll be home before you know it". Frannie blew a kiss at the camera just when the video ended, causing quinn to sob, and dropped her head on her hands
Rachel ran downstairs and walked out the front door. She grab her bike that was leaning on the bar handle. She started walking toward the sidewalk while pulling her bike. Her phone buzz, making rachel take out her phone from her pocket and see a video chat request, she hit accept and see santana. "hey, how'd it go".
Rachel says, "not great.". While walking back to the sidewalk. "why couldn't you come here with brittany?". Santana says. "i had to get home to help my brother. Melinda getting close to labor so my mom needs the whole family close by. Beside, if anyone can help a person who's grieving, it's you, estrella". Rachel smiled as she climbed over her bike. "i tried to talk to her, she seemed defensive, but i convinced her to come after-school tomorrow for that music number. Did something happened before frannie died? I can't help, but think that quinn is hiding something".
Santana shrugged while talking. "no. After frannie died, quinn seemed like a close book. I just want her to feel better". Rachel nodded and says. "i know. Me too, like i said. She's been like a sister to me, and i want her to feel better... I don't know, i might be overreacting".
Santana shook her head, and say. "you never overreact, me and brittany were like that years ago. Look i gotta head out now, i know you're ready to peddle your way home. Love you". Rachel smiled and says. "love you, too". Rachel blew a kiss to the phone before ending the call. She started peddling away, not knowing russell was watching her through the window with a digusted expression
On the other end of the call, santana put her phone in her pocket before standing up from the dining table and walked out of the dining room. She turn her head and smile seeing andy, miguel, alex, and her niece, amy, playing soccer together, through the window. Amy caught the soccer ball and kicked it upward, and started bouncing the ball with her knee, making andy yell out. "yes! that's my girl!".
Santana walked into the living room to see her family together. Antonio, marcus and rafael were sitting on the couch together, all three were drinking beer while watching a football game on the TV. Jadelyn was standing by the staircase with caitlin, talking to each other
Santana walked up and sat down on the arm rest by her dad, and ask. "who's winning?". Antonio turn his head to santana, and says. "¿Quién te crees? the miami dolphins. Boy if i can do it over again, i would've played pro". Rafael laugh while leaning over to look at his dad, and says. "with that beer belly?". Antonio waved his hand at his son before santana pulled the beer out of his grip, making him say. "hey!".
Santana says. "dad, the doctor said you can't have too much beer, you had a heart attack". As she stood up and walked into the kitchen. Antonio looked over his shoulder and says. "Hace meses. Me siento bien. Beside i only had two beers". Jadelyn sternly says. "Pa!". Antonio grumple while turning his head back at the TV. "Les dije a estos chicos que no tomaran cerveza hasta los veinte. Ahora dicen que no puedo tomar ni una.". He said, making marcus and rafael laugh
Maribel walk downstairs while talking. "okay, melinda is doing ok, but we need to do shifts". Santana walked up while still holding the beer, and ask. "why'd do we have to be here together and can't leave?".
Maribel says. "it's a lopez tradition, we all come together to wait for the birth of the new member of the family. Oh and why do you have that in you're hand?". While taking the beer out of santana hand, making santana smile and says. "papá estaba bebiendo". Maribel shook her hear and says. "why don't you go upstairs and talk to melinda, while i'll deal with you're father". Santana chuckled while walking upstairs
Santana walked through the hallway until she found melinda, laying in jadelyn old bed. Melinda was watching the TV until she notice santana and smiled, and say. "oh, hey".
Santana walked into the bedroom and closed the door. "hey, my mom said to talk to you... So how's pregnancy? Is this going to be your last?". Melinda laugh while rubbing her belly. "i do want this to end, but i don't think this will be the last. Maybe one more or two, you're brother always have a heart for a big family". Santana scoff before sitting down beside the bed and says. "wow. I also kinda want a big family. I never knew why?".
Melinda stares at santana and says. "family is always left. Siblings. Kids, parents. Their always there for you and always have to look forward too". With a smile. Santana slowly nodded with a smile. "how was school today by the way?".
Santana sigh before turning her head to look at melinda, and say. "stressful. You know quinn?". Melinda slowly nodded. "i never told any of you, but she had a sister name frannie. Terrible name i know". Melinda chuckled as she continue listening. "she signed up for the marines, and was killed when she was shipped off". Melinda lifted her head up with a shock expression
Santana: Quinn has been grieving since then. She was only ten when frannie died, even by now, quinn hasn't gotten any better. She's sad, crying, emotional. And i just don't know what to do... Quinn is blaming herself for something and she won't opened up her feelings. She's my best friend
Melinda patted santana on the shoulder and says. "don't worry about it. She'll open up eventually. Just wait for her to come to you... When you're brother was ship off, i was worried sick for him too, so i know where she's coming from". Santana smiled before patting melinda stomach and can feel her future niece kicking. "wow. She has some kicks, she might be a basketball player like her Tia Tana". Melinda giggled while patting santana's hand
The next day:
In Mckinley High, Quinn is at the courtyard, sitting on the staircase while staring at a picture of frannie. She brushed her fingers on the photo and whispered. "happy birthday". She pulled the photo up and rest her forehead on the photo
She heard a noise, making her look up to see hunter walking into the courtyard while talking on the phone. "yeah i'll see you there. Ok, bye". He said before hanging up, and walked up toward quinn and says. "ok, let's get this over with".
Quinn pointed at hunter phone before saying. "who was that on the phone?". Hunter held up his phone and says. "do you pay for my phone. Then you can't ask those questions". Quinn sigh while looking down. The cafetaria doors opened up, and rachel walked up and says. "hey guys. Glad you're here. We are ready". Hunter starts laughing, making rachel have a confused expression. "is there something wrong?".
Hunter pointed at rachel's hands and say. "what kind of small girl have that big of hands". Rachel quickly hid her hands by placing them on her underarms. Quinn stares at hunter and says. "you are lucky that you don't know her girlfriend".
Hunter looks back at quinn with a shock expression. "wait wait. She has a girlfriend? so it's true about glee clubs". Rachel whispers. "u-uh. you know where to go". before walking back inside the school
Quinn stood up and walked up toward hunter, and says. "ok, if we are gonna continue dating, you need to show my friends with respect. You got it?". Hunter slowly nodded with a smile before following quinn into the school
The two walked through the hallway until they found the motta auditorium. Hunter opened the door for quinn, who walked into the room and walked down the steps and sat down in the third row. Hunter sat down beside her while taking out his phone
Will walked up on the stage and look at quinn before saying. "quinn. We know your going through alot. And still sad about the passing of your sister. But there are still people here that care about you so much, so they come up with a number to help you heal". He walked down the steps and walked up to his desk. He pressed a button on the remote, turning the speakers on, and the curtain was pulled opened, revealing the glee club standing together on the steps. Rachel walked up to the mic stand. Music started coming out of the speakers and rachel started singing herself

During the performance, puck notice hunter was texting on his phone, and he was smiling while staring at his phone. Puck shook his head as he continue dancing

The music faded away, and quinn continued sobbing. Santana and brittany jumped down from the stage and walked up to gave quinn a hug. Rachel smiled at the three. Puck walked up to the edge of the stage and stares at hunter, and says. "Yo!". He snapped his fingers, gaining hunter attention away from his phone. "you're girlfriend is crying".
Hunter shrugged before saying. "so?". Santana clenched her fist, but rachel ran up and jumped off of the stage and held santana by the shoulder and whispers. "Happy thoughts". In her ear, causing santana to take a deep breath and lower her fist
Puck jumped down the stage himself and says. "as a boyfriend, you're supposed to comfort her through the difficult times in her life". Hunter put his phone in his pocket while taking a deep breath, he look back up at puck and said. "Okay, it's been seven years. Seven! since francine died, it should be around that time that she should get over it". Quinn whispers. "it's frannie, and i can't forget it".
Puck pointed back at quinn behind himself while saying. "if you care about her, you would remember what her dead sister name is". Hunter slowly stood up and says. "like i said, she's dead for seven years. She has to let go". Puck interrupts hunter by yelling out. "That's not the point!!! When you start dating someone like quinn, you have to treat her with respect. If she's hurting, you gotta comfort her, give her a hug telling her that everything's ok until she feels better, and even if she"s still not ok, you understand and do what you can to help and not force her to lock up her feelings". Quinn stares at puck with a surprised expression as she bit her lower lip
Hunter: look. You can do whatever you want with your girlfriends. Or boyfriends since you are in the glee club, but i am dating her. Not you
Puck was about to walk forward, but matt and finn held him back. Hunter shook his head before looking back at quinn, and says. "c'mon. Let's go". Rachel walked up and says. "uhh, actually, we are taking quinn to dressing shopping for prom, i don't know if you know, but our junior prom is coming up". Hunter phone started buzzing again, and he took out his phone from his pocket and smiled when he notice the text message. "that's nice. Something just came up actually. Have a good day, quinn". Before walking away. Santana clench her fist before saying. "i was this close on going lima high on his ass". Rachel smiled before giving santana a hug again
Tailor shop:
Santana, brittany, quinn, and rachel were at the tailor shop. Rachel and brittany were sitting on the couch while talking. Santana and quinn were walking around the shop and looking at different dresses. Santana grabbed a dark purple Sleeveless Ruched Dress. She held it to her chest and ask quinn. "what do you think?".
Quinn turn her head to see the dress and smiled before saying. "get red. More you're color, and make the strap fuzzy". Santana looks back at the dress and nodded. "dam, quinn, you got an eye for this kind of stuff". Quinn shrugged while looking through different dresses. "well. We're running for prom queen. We should dress formal for the occation". Santana smiled as she put the dress back. She looks around the racks until she notice a Light Blue A-Line Ruffled Chiffon Dress. She grabbed the dress and walked up to quinn and says. "quinn. Check this one out". Quinn turn her head and makes a surprised expression. "The color matches your eye's. Try it on". Quinn sigh as she took the dress and says. "i don't know. I'm not feeling it today. Prom is a month away".
Santana looks at quinn with a confused expression. "quinn. We've been talking about prom our whole lives. What's the problem?". She ask while hanging the dress back up. Quinn sigh before saying. "Frannie always wants to see me in my prom dress, getting escorted by my date".
Santana looks down. She looks back up and ask. "what is really going on. Rachel's been saying your acting like you're hiding something. Now i know my girlfriend, and she has a sense for these things. So what is it?". Quinn looks down before turning around and started walking away after saying. "i don't wanna talk about this?".
Santana followed quinn through the store until they walk past rachel and brittany. Santana grabbed brittany by the shoulder and turn her around. "look. We've been friends for years. I can sense it, rachel can sense it. I am not gonna ignore it anymore, just tell us the truth".
Quinn shook her head and says. "it's none of you're business. Certainly not rachel's business". Rachel looks down before standing up and ran out of the store. Brittany looks back at quinn before following rachel. "rachel! wait!". she yelled out
Santana stares at quinn and say. "You know rachel is only trying to help you. She doesn't need to be treated like that". Quinn crossed her arms and say. "look we've been friends for years. And you know i don't like talking about this subject so why all of a sudden are you trying to make me open up".
Santana quickly says. "because i'm worried about you. You're letting your family walk over you. Do you even like that hunter guy?". Quinn looked down and remained silent, making santana nod. "yeah, i figured. Look i understand what you"re going through. Losing a family member isn't easy, but you can't lash out on people like that. You hurt rachel's feelings just now. She only wanted to help you, and do you know why? it isn't about nationals or prom. She told me herself that she sees you as a big sister she never had".
Quinn looks back up with a surprised and touched expression. "she said that". She whispered, making santana nodded and say. "yeah, she did. Twice to me. I am sorry you lost you're sister, i really am, but you have these people here who wants to be close to you. Me, brittany, rachel... And puck, i saw the way you looked at him in the auditorium. You need to open up, or you'll never get past this". She finish saying before walking out of the thrift store, leaving quinn alone, who was looking at the floor with a sad and guilty expression
Coffee shop:
Finn and puck walked into the coffee shop called "Lima Beans". Puck walked up to the line to the counter while finn stood beside him and was talking. "Since when do you drink coffee? you never drink coffee. I remember this one time you refuse to drink coffee in the morning so you can sleep through your classes". Puck laugh before talking himself. "i got three pools to clean today, and it's supposed to rain so i gotta do the job quickly. And i need the energy".
Finn took out his phone and started looking through his messages before. He slowly look back up and says. "hey. I gotta admit, what you said to quinn was awesome. Even i wasn't like that with her. Ever felt like trying to talk to her again?". Puck sigh as the line started moving. "i love quinn, but she's with that douche hunter guy".
Finn quickly says. "because her parents forced her". Before noticing something behind puck. "beside, i think they won't last". He said while pointing. Puck turned around to see hunter sitting by a table while making out with another redhead girl, making puck to have an angry expression. He walked up to the two and pushed hunter's coffee cup on the ground, letting it spill. Hunter pulled away from the girl and notice puck. He look down to see his spilled coffee. "what is wrong with you, noah?!". He said in anger
Puck scoff before saying. "you wanna know what's wrong with me? you. You have a good woman like quinn and you're cheating on her with this one". Hunter pushed the girl out of his lap before standing up and stood infront of puck. "so what? me and her aren't married, i can do whatever i want.". He said, making Puck growl with anger and says. "you listen here, clarington. You and quinn are over, she doesn't deserved to be with someone like you. If you hurt her in any way, i'm gonna put my hands around your fragile neck".
Hunter chuckled while talking. "and do you really think she'll go for someone like you? a poor pool boy in the glee club. You are a sore loser who can't keep a girl". Puck pointed at hunter again while talking through his teeth. "i'm warning you. Hurt her, i'll hurt you, and i was at juvie for awhile. So try me.". He finished saying before walking away. Hunter did a small chuckle while adjusting his jacket
Later At Night:
Quinn and her parents were at a country club, where they were sitting having dinner in a dining room, with hunter and his parents. Hunter father was wearing a white sweater, and a blue collar jacket that has the country club logo on his chest. And his also wearing blue cakee pants. To complete the look, he has a white flat cap on his head. The mother with her hair comb, has a hairband over her head. She was wearing a pink shirt with a white sweater tied around her neck. She was also wearing a black golf skirt
Judy took a bite from her steak while russell was talking. "it is so nice to see the people who raised that educated boy. Isn't he perfect for our little girl?". The father smiled as he wiped his mouth before saying. "not surprising, he made the deans list last semester. He gets his smarts from this little lady here". The mother laugh as she took a sip of her wine. The father continues talking. "you know his brother became a state senator in mississippi.".
Judy has a surprised expression, and say, "really. Wow. Smart kids you got". The father nodded and says. "yeah, we are so proud of him. You know he's trying to approve a law to ban gay marriages in mississippi. Can you imagine that? gay people getting married?". Quinn looks at the two with an angry expression
Hunter laugh before saying. "you know something, quinn's friend also go for the same sex. That rachel girl". Judy turn her head at quinn with a shock expression. "that rachel girl is gay? Why didn't you tell me?".
Quinn stares at her mom and said. "it's none of you're business, mom. Beside why should that matter? They are my best friends.". Judy and russell stare at each other, and judy shook her head when she took a sip of wine. Russell slowly says. "you know, quinnie, you shouldn't hang out with someone like-". Quinn interrupted her dad by saying. "someone like what?". With an angry tone. Russell did a soft chuckle while shaking his head. "nothing". He answered when he grabbed his fork and took of potatoes
Quinn sat up and says. "no. Tell me, dad. Santana has been part of my life for years, and are you weirded out that she's in a relationship with a woman?". Russell sigh as he set his fork down. "people like them shouldn't showed their affection in public. It's digusting to me.".
Quinn shook her head while staring at her dad, and says. "dad. Santana my best friend, and i support her and rachel's relationship, so don't talk bad about them.". Judy starts talking after taking a bite of her pasta. "quinn. It's not just those kinds of people. Remember our pool boy with that mohawk. A criminal should be behind bars.".
Hunter quickly says. "wait. The mohawk boy, puck. He threaten me earlier today at lima beans". Judy shook her head and says, "typical". Quinn stares at hunter with a suspicious expression. She set her cup down while saying. "why would he do that?".
Hunter shrugged while taking a bite of a croissiant, after he finished chewing, he says. "who knows. He might've wanted my wallet". Quinn shook her head and says. "no. Puck wouldn't do something like that unless he saw something". While crossing her arms. Hunter set his half eaten croissiant back on his small plate before saying. "what are you trying to say? You don't trust me?". as he turn his head back at her
Quinn quickly says. "Well, when i was grieving, and i'm still grieving about my sisters' death, and you don't care, infact you've been looking looking at your phone. making goofy faces, so. Tell me if i'm wrong?". Hunter chuckled nervously before saying. "are you really gonna take that boy in steriods side than me".
Quinn chuckled to herself while staring at the boy. "you answer my question by not answering". Judy lean over and whispers. "would you cut it out, young lady. You're ruining the best things gonna happened to you". Quinn stares at judy with an angry expression. "mom. He is not good for me. They're more in life than dating someone that has money. Isn't my happiness more important, and you never once even tried to help me because of frannie".
Judy: oh this again
Quinn nodded and says. "yes this again, mom. You know she was my sister, by big sister who protected me my entire life. She was always there for me. She was your daughter, you should be like this. Grieving, missing her. The least you can do is mention her name". Judy shook her head as she wiped her mouth while russell started talking. "quinn, that's enough. You are lashing out on this gentleman". Quinn held up hunter phone, making him have a confused expression as he checked his pockets. "what?".
Quinn opened up his messaging app to see different women's phone numbers. "and here are a bunch of girls he's been talking for the last week". She said as she set the phone down. Hunter chuckled nervously as he slowly grabbed his phone
Judy whispers to quinn again. "quinn. Don't blow this". Qinn lightly pushed her mother away before saying. "mom. I just literally exposed him of him cheating on me". Judy brushed her shirt while talking. "men makes some mistakes. And you shouldn't walk away from him. He's a smart educated young man". Quinn slowly nodded, and says. "yeah he is, but he is not a good boyfriend. I was sad and grieving, and he needed to atleast tell me it's alright".
Judy: Other than hunter, who would do that for you?
Quinn slowly looked down and she has a realization on her face. She looks back at her parents and slowly says. "i gotta go". As she quickly stood up and threw her napkin on her chair. Russell yell out. "you can't go!".
Quinn says. "watch me". Before grabbing her cup of water and looks back at hunter, and says, "and hunter?". And threw the water at hunter. She set the cup on the table before running out of the dining area. Quinn past a couple of people, accidentally knocking a man, who was holding clubs, down on the ground. Quinn ran out front of the country club and into the parking lot. She grunt when she notice her parents car. "darn it, my mom has the keys!". She said. "screw it". She whisper and started running out of the parking lot and continue running through the city just when rain started coming down from the sky, and pouring all over quinn, causing her hair to get soak
Quinn removed her damp jacket and threw it in the trashcan she ran past. Quinn continue running until she ran up to the puckerman house, and noticed puck's truck parked in front of the house. She brushed her locks away from her eye before walking up to the front door, and knocked lightly. She brushed her hair quickly just before the door opened up, revealing gina. "quinn! what are you doing here?".
Quinn, who was breathing heavy, says, "i just ran 15 miles, please tell me you're son is home.". She bends her knees a little, and put her hands on her knees while continuing to breath loudly
Gina: NOAH!
Puck came out of the hallway and notice quinn. "quinn, what are you doing here?". Quinn stood back up and walked into the house, and put her hand around puck's head and pull him down to kiss him on the lips. Puck arms was up in the air, and then he slowly put his arms around quinn's back. Gina has a shock expression at first, but then a smile showed up on her face before grabbing her keys on the table that was beside the door and quietly walked out of the house
Puck pulled away and says. "w-w-wait. What about you're parents?". Quinn took a deep breath and says. "Yeah, right now. I don't reallu care what they think. I broke up with hunter because i just realize you have been the right guy for me". Puck smiled before leaning down to give quinn another kiss. Quinn put her hands behind puck's neck while Puck wrapped his arms around quinn's back. The two continue kissing passionately while the rain continue coming down outside, and some rain drops are landing on the window.
The next day:
At Mckinley High, Will walked into the music room, seeing the glee club sitting on the bleachers. He set a file on the piano and says. "ok, guys. Who's ready for practice?". Quinn held up her hand and says. "Can i say something first?". Will nodded with confusion, and says, "sure. Go ahead". Before walking toward the bleachers. Quinn stood up and walked up to the piano to stand infront of New Direction. "ok, guys, i know i"ve been a little upset and angry because of my sister. And some people got their feelings hurt because of me". Rachel looks down, making quinn smiled as she continues talking. "I wanna apologize, and there's was a reason why... I wanna sing about it, with the help. From my boyfriend".
Puck, with a huge smile on his face, stood up and walked down the steps and stood beside quinn, making the entire glee club have a shock expression. Kurt whispers to his brother. "when did this happened?". Finn shrugged with confusion
Puck grabbed his guitar, and he put the strap around his back before he started playing, he looks up to look at quinn, who started singing herself

Quinn covered her mouth and started sobbing. Puck stopped play and put his arm around quinn as she continued sobbing. Will slowly ask, "are you okay quinn?".
Quinn sniff deep before looking back at her team and starts talking. "i always said how my sister died, but i never said what happened before then... Before she joined the marines, i always felt safe with her. From my own parents, who have been making my life hard and planning my own future. But she was there to help me from that pain... Frannie has been more of a mother to me than my own mom. But when she signed up for the marines. I felt like she left me".
Santana looks down while brittany has tears coming out of her own eye's. Quinn continue talking. "and i was angry at her for years, she send me letters, but i never wrote her back... She sends me videos about her in the base, but i didn't watch them... Then one day, she sent me a radio so we can actually talk. That's when i lost my sense, i told her how much i hated her and called her selfish for leaving me alone... And i told her not to come back... Those. Were the last words i said to my sister, and she's died a couple of weeks later.". Santana slowly stood up and walked up toward quinn, and ask. "we knew each other for years. How have you not told me or brittany that?".
Brittany stood up and walked up toward quinn. "yeah. We would understand, quinn. We love you". Quinn starts talking with her voice still cracked. "i couldn't told anyone... I had a chance to talk to her before she died, and i used that chance to yell at her and told her i hate her... And she died, thinking i hate her".
Rachel stood up and says. "quinn. You can't go through live with guilt. That's how many people couldn't go through life, with sadness and guilt in their bodies. She loved you, quinn. She really did. And that never changed. You got us to help you heal, you got santana, brittany, puck... And me". Quinn smiled before giving rachel a hug, making rachel smiled before returning the hug. Rachel shed a tear before pulling away and stares at quinn. "Do you feel better now that you opened up?".
Quinn wiped her tears while nodding, and says. "kinda. I just wish i knew frannie was still here to tell me she still loves me.". Will smiled at her until the door music room door opened up, and figgins walked into the room. "Mr. Schue, a visitor is here".
Figgins opened the door wider, revealing Gwen Wilde, who walked into the room, holding a briefcase. "hey, Mr. Schue. Everyone". Kitty, with confusion, ask. "Mom, what are you doing here?".
Gwen stood by the piano and set her briefcase down. "my job, kitten. I was told to bring a video to a quinn fabray". Quinn slowly turned around and says. "i'm quinn fabray". Gwen nodded while opening her briefcase and took out a laptop. "good. You might not know, but i work for you're parents in their firm, and this other lawyer ask me to bring this to you". She said while opening the laptop and set it down on the piano
Quinn: what is it?
Gwen: a Will. From a-
Gwen grabbed some papers from her briefcase and says. "Frannie Fabray. The video specifically told us not to give this to you until you are seventeen". Quinn now has a shock expression while looking at the laptop, seeing a video paused. Gwen pressed a button, playing the video. Frannie appeared on the screen, sitting in her base with a line of bunk beds behind her, and a bunch of marine men and women were passing by. Frannie waved at the camera and says. "hi, quinnie, how's my little sis doing? oh yeah. You can't tell me because i'm dead. Well, i hope not, but who knows, this is the marines after all. Anyway. I'm making this video incase something does happened to me. Quinn, i love you with all my heart, my beautiful little sister who's gonna do amazing things. I know it. I also know me leaving caused some great distants between us, but i had to do this. I wanna do something myself instead what judy and russell forcing me to do something i don't wanna do. I made something for myself, and now i want you to make something of yourself, don't be a lawyer. Be what you wanna do... There's a reason why i'm leaving this message for you when you're seventeen... I am leaving all my money in a private account that can only be controlled by you". Quinn stare at the video with a shock expression
Frannie: all the money i made when i'm in the marines. All my money babysitting. The money i also made when i worked those fast food jobs throughout highschool. It's all yours because i know you can do something better for yourself
Santana and brittany stare at each other with shock while the other glee members started whispering to each other. Gwen slowly closed the laptop and says. "i'm pretty sure that covered everything".
Quinn: T-this has to be a joke?
Gwen shook her head and says. "no joke. Her will specifically said that all of her assests will be yours". Gwen took out a check from her briefcase before saying. "here we are... $278,953, and 49 cents". Making quinn eye's opened wider as she was handed the check. "frannie wanted to make sure you're covered. She believes you can get out of you're parents shadow". Gwen said, making quinn slowly nodded as she was staring at the check. Gwen smiled as she closed her briefcase and walked out of the music room
Quinn looks back at the group and whispers. "frannie just left me. Two hundred thousand dollars". The entire glee club cheered for quinn and each ran up to give quinn a hug, making her smile before returning each hug
Breadstix:
Quinn and Puck were sitting in a booth together. With both empty plates with red sauce on them. A waitress walked up and set the check down. Quinn was about to reach over, but puck grabbed it quickly, and says. "nah ah. A man always pays for the meals".
Quinn smiled and ask. "how did i not realize how a gentlemen you are when we were growing up". Puck slip is credit card in the check while answering. "one word. Parents. That's the main reason we weren't together yet".
Quinn reach over and held puck hand. "i gotta be honest. Worth the wait". Puck smiled lovingly at her before saying. "can i see it again?". Quinn did a sarcastic gasp as she held her jacket tightly on her chest. "i already showed you".
Puck nodded and says. "well i wanna see it again". With a smile, making quinn scoff. "you're needy". She said as she took the check out of her jacket pocket and gave it to puck, who stare at it. "wow. It's unbelievable". Quinn chuckled, and says, "it's believable alright. But i don't know if i still want the money... She's giving to me so i can go to any college i want, i understand that, but i still don't know i deserve it".
Puck: you kidding? frannie is dead and she's still protecting you. Frannie specifically said that no matter what, she still loves you. And she is still helping you from you're parents. What do you wanna do with the money?
Quinn slowly grabbed the check and says. "i wanna use it to get out of here, and go to college. Be someone i wanna be". Puck smiled and says. "frannie helped you to get to the right direction. It's time for you to pick which way you wanna go.
Quinn smiled at puck, and says, "i love you". Making puck smiled and said back. "i love you, too". The two lean over and gave each other a passionate kiss
The Next Day:
At Mckinley High. Quinn, wearing her cheerio uniform, and letterman jacket, was walking through the hallway with her gymbag until she heard a door opening up behind her. She turned around to see rachel, "hey, quinn. We wanna show you something. Come on". Quinn, with confusion, walked up toward the music room, and walk through the door frame to see a small memorial on the bleachers. A picture of frannie was sitting in the center of the bleachers, along with other photos of frannie and quinn together. Frannie's military hat was sitting on the first step of the bleachers. And dozen of head Lily Flowers were sitting together around the memorial. And flameless LED candles were in the shape of a heart around the memorial. A black backpack was set down on the front, and leaning on the bleachers. And finally, a set of skates were present and leaning on one of the LED candles to the left. The Glee club were staning beside the bleachers together, all had a smile
Quinn walked up with a shock expression, and whispers. "you guys did this?". Rachel nodded and says. "we figured you didn't get a chance to give frannie a proper goodbye, so we set up a memorial for her, here". Brittany says. "we told everyone about frannie. Her favorite flower, Lily's. How she love roller skating. We even got her cadet hat, from you're parents. They were angry at first, but then they just gave it to us.".
Quinn started tearing up and whispers. "t-thank you guys". Santana said. "it was mostly these two". Puck and rachel walked up to quinn, who gave the two a hug. Quinn kissed puck on the cheek and says. "thank you". Quinn looks back to rachel, and says. "rachel, i am so sorry for what i said. You've been a great sister figure to me, and i was taking my angry on you. I'm so sorry.". Rachel smiled and says, "it's alright. I just wanna make you feel better. And we thought this was good to help you heal".
Quinn smiled at the memorial while santana walked up with her phone in her hands, and says. "Hey, quinn. Someone wants to talk to you". She turn her phone over to show quinn a video chat, seeing rafael. "hey, quinn. How'd you doing? Santana told me what you're going through". Quinn slowly says. "i'm doing ok, thanks".
Rafael: well we wanna show you something that we think make you feel better. My esposa gave birth last night, and sanny wanna introduce you to her baby Niece
Rafael turned his phone over to see melinda laying on a hospital bed, with alex sitting by his mother, who was holding her newborn daughter, wearing a onesie, and her full name was stitch on the front onesie. "Frannie Frida Lopez". Baby frannie was asleep in her mom arms. Quinn covered her mouth while more tears were coming out of her eye's. Melinda says. "I know what you are going through, when Rafael was shipped off, i was so scared i wouldn't see him again. I am sorry for you're loss. And as a veteran, rafael wanted to honor you're sister". Quinn pulled her hand down and says. "t-thank you.". Before looking back at santana, and gave her a big hug, making santana chuckled as she return the hug
Quinn pulled away and wiped her tears away. "Oh boy, i am running out of emotion". She said, making the glee club chuckled together

Quinn slowly smiled before looking back at the photo of her sister
Motta's Auditorium:
Quinn is standing in the middle of the stage, with the large portrait of frannie still hanging in the back of the stage. Music started coming out of the speakers. Will was sitting behind his desk. Quinn started singing herself
Quinn:

Rachel walked up on the stage while the rest of the glee club showed up themselves, and were holding lit sparklers

Quinn started smiling as she was handed a sparkler herself

The lights dimmed down, and the glee members started running around on the stage while waving the sparklers, leaving a light trail

Mike and Matt spin in a circle, making their light trail into a bright circle. Puck lifted quinn in the air, and she wave her sparkler in a circle herself

The glee club slowed down and started walking around the stage while holding their sparklers up
Quinn:
Maybe a reason why all the doors are closed

The glee club formed a line while staring at the empty seats, and started waving their sparklers above their head, forming a small halo above their heads

The glee club broke the line and ran around on the stage
Rachel:

Santana grabbed rachel by the hips and lifted her up in the air. Puck did the same with quinn. Mike lifted tina up himself. They walked to the left on the stage while holding their girlfriends. Sugar, kurt, kitty, matt, and mercedes walked over to the right side of the stage while spinning around
Rachel:
As you shoot across the sky
All:
Eye, Eye, Eye
Puck, santana, and mike set their girls down before the six walked back to the middle of the stage
Rachel:

All:

Rachel:

Quinn stood in the middle of the stage, and the glee members made two lines, and ran past each other, leaving a long light trail
All:

Rachel:
Even brighter than the moon
All:

Rachel ran back up and stood beside quinn and the two started singing together
Rachel:

Rachel:

The group stood together and started dancing together while waving their sparklers, leaving a light trail. The girls kicked their feet in the air while the boys thrust their fist in the air. Matt and Mike tapped their feet together before spinning away from each other

Finn and Puck lifted quinn up by her legs. Santana was lifted up by sam and matt. Brittany was lifted up by Kurt and Mike. The three fell backwards and each was caught by another glee member. Mercedes and tina caught brittany. Kitty and sugar caught quinn. And rachel and Artie caught santana
All:
Even brighter than the

The music faded away and the lights lit back up, making the glee club cheered together and gave each other a high five. Quinn and santana shared a hug together. Quinn pulled away to look up at the large portrait of frannie. Quinn smiled before saluting the portrait. "I love you, sis". She whispers before puck hug quinn from behind, making her smile as she turned around and gave puck a kiss on the lips
Wow. So much has happened in this story. Quinn and Puck are finally together. And even in death, Frannie is still helping Quinn to get away from her overbearing parents
