JJ and Todd were busy working at the field office. Holly called to inform them what had happened and where she was going to be. JJ told her to take care of Barry and Jayne and they would handle this. He hoped he could keep his word.

"Whoever this is just keeps slipping right by us." Todd was frustrated, he knew some cases were difficult but this one just seemed to be expanding by the second.

"Not for long, some cases are more difficult. I know it gets frustrating but I'm not giving up. They are targeting not only our boss but my mother-in-law. They aren't going to get away with that." JJ told Todd as a voice behind them spoke up.

"You have got that right." Frisco couldn't sit by and just let this go without trying to help.

"Frisco, I was wondering when you would show up." JJ knew sooner or later that Frisco would be here to help them.

"Aren't you supposed to be on your honeymoon?" Frisco asked.

"That can wait until after my family is safe." JJ and Jayne were both on the same page as far as that went.

"Speaking of, you might want to go down to the hospital. Not only for appearances sake but I think Jayne could use you." Frisco told JJ as he looked over at Todd. "Townley and I've got this."

"Thanks." JJ was more than happy to go check on the condition of his family during this. He also knew what Barry meant to Jayne. She needed him.

General Hospital

Barry was checked out. He had no internal bleeding and was resting comfortably. He had woke up and was talking to Jayne and Holly.

"The plan is to have people believe you are Jake. Just for now at least." Jayne told him. "Until we know more about what went on."

"Yes, Jayne and Patrick had some quick thinking." Robert put his arm around his daughter. "Now can you tell us what happened? How long were you gone?" Robert asked.

Barry took a deep breath and looked at Holly. "It was shortly after the wedding. I never saw who had me but they made it clear that they were not only after Holly but something else."

Robert looked over at Holly then back at Barry. "What exactly?"

"Whoever this was has it out for you." Barry told Robert, not wanting to beat around the bush.

Robert's head dropped. Was his wife being targeting once again because of him? "Barry, you have to tell us everything, even details you don't think are important."

"Hey, I'm going to go grab some coffee." Rose didn't feel she needed to be in there for this.

"Alright, I'll text you in a bit." Holly told her friend as Rose left the room.
