Recap
Last time on Tales of Tamers Xilla: The 9th day of the second round continues as the next set of brutal matches begins. First up it was Toshiro vs the rouge navi Bass. Toshiro went all out on Bass, but Bass power was too much for the soul reaper as he was defeated. Next up it was Chaud and Protoman vs Tristen and Patamon. Chaud unleash his cross fusion as Patamon went ultimate. Chaud skill prove too much for the Tamers as Tristen was defeat and his crest taken. Lastly it was Cinder facing off with Scarlet rain. The red king gave Cinder everything she had but it wasn't enough to beat the sinner as Cinder ruthlessly cut her down. Now the final set of matches for the day was about to begin.

Spirit vs soul
Ruby Pov: Yeah that what my team and I expected from the last match as Cinder Falls ruthlessly took down Scarlet rain and nearly killed the poor girl. She is awful as ever. "Woah you guys were not kidding that chick was a total bitch." A2 said as we watch Scarlet rain get taken away by the ROBS. "Told you Cinder is the biggest piece of shit there was." Yang said with a shrug. " So what her story?' 9s ask. " She was one of Salem servants back when Salem was still evil. Cinder was power hungry monster who did what ever it take to get what she wanted." Weiss said. " She kill me, and Pyrrha at the fall of Vale, and nearly destroy Atlas." Penny said sadly. "And a lot more, but then Rika kill her and send her to hell." I said. " but she is back now." 2b said. "Cinder is a spirit call a sinner, souls who can escape hell for a short time until they are pull back. A while back she try to fuse hell with Remnant to get revenge until we stop her. This is first time we encounter her since." Blake said. "And still giving us trouble." Blackgatomon said. "Yeah hopefully we can take her out for good this time." I said worry as I don't want Cinder hurting my family anymore. Palmon got on my back to hug me. "Don't worry Ruby we got this." She said cheering me up. I smile at her. "Yeah, she won't know what hit her." I said determined. "You got that right Sis, Now let watch the next match. Yo Penny your up." Yang said. The red hair Android got up. " Yes I am prepare." She said. "You sure that Grimmjow guy have some nasty bite to him." Bearmon said. " True, from what we know he the former rank 6th espada." Blake said. " Wouldn't that make him weaker then Ulquiorra?" 9s ask. " Perhaps but Arrancars are still powerful regardless Penny don't hold back against him." Weiss said. "Good luck Penny." I said. She nods. "Don't worry I'm combat ready." She said as she head off to get ready. " Think she can win?" 2b ask. " Penny is one of the 4 maidens, her power is unmatched, I have total faith in her." I said. " Yeah she have this." Yang said as Blake nods. " Indeed it appear to be starting." Weiss said as we look to the ring.
We saw Penny flew in as she land on the ring as Grimmjow came in with his hands in his pockets. :Alright it time for the next match. We have the winter maiden Penny vs the former 6th espada Grimmjow." Milton said. " Let hope you make this fun tin can." Grimmjow said. " Very well Arrancar." Penny said as she deploys her swords. "Alright look like both sides are ready to go. So let set the field." Milton said as the ring begin to change. We saw it look like the top of a construction site. "And it Mizuchiba upper section. Alright let get to the action Smashers clash!" Meyer shout as the match soon started.
Penny vs Grimmjow
Penny made the first move as she send her blades at Grimmjow as the arrancar ran at her. They look to bounce off his skin as he draw his sword to swing it at her. Penny swung her blades to deflect hi strikes as she then thrust a sword at him. Grimmjow jump backs and grin. 'Bala!" He shout as he shot the energy bursts at her. Penny spun her blades to block and them put them together to fire green lasers at Grimmjow to pelt him with them. "Yeah get him Penny!" Yang shout cheering for her. "You can do it!" I shout showing my support. But then Grimmjow burst out of the smoke and grab Penny by her face to slam it into the ground to drag her against it.. He then threw her into the fence wall of the construction site. "Come on kid show me what you got." He said as Penny climb to her feet. "So be it." She said as her eyes lit up with her maiden powers showing she getting serious. The air around them started to get colder as ice form around them. Penny swords spin to shoot blue beams as they hit Grimmjow freezing parts of him in ice. He flexes to break the ice off him.
"Oh yeah that what I'm talking about! Let get wild." He said as he place his hand on his sword as it glows blue. No is he going to release! "grind panterra!" He shout as a twister of wing cover him. It blew against us as we try to stay up. The winds dies down to reveal Grimmjow had change. He now wore a white bodysuit with a gap at his neck showing off part of his chest. His hands and feet were black claws as he had blades on his for arms and claves. His jaw like mask fragment was gone and replace by a cover on his forehead as his ears were longer as they were cover in green fur. He vanish and appear in front of Penny as he slash at her knocking her back with great force. Penny slide to a stop as she form several ice spears over her. "Take this villain!" She shout as she launch them at him. "Garra de ta Panterra!" He shout as he swung his arm as bone spikes shot out to counter the ice as they explodes on contact. They kept coming as they hit Penny and explodes on her as she was blasted back. Her aura was flashing as she could barely stands. "I'm not done." She said as she held her right arm as she breath heavy. Grimmjow smirk. " I like that kid, so I will send you out with a bang." He said as he stab his hand with his nails to draw blood as he form a cero. "Gran ray cero!" He shout as he shot the large beam at Penny. She form an ice wall in hopes of blocking it. But she saw it was cracking and shatters as she was blasted back by the cero and send out of the ring. "Penny!" I shout as I rushes down there to find her laying against the wall as she was cut up and sparking. "And it over the winner of the match is Grimmjow." Milton said. Penny open her eyes weakly. " Sorry Ruby I lost." She said as she try to get up. I help her to her feet as I put her arm around my shoulder. "Don't worry you did your best, come on let get you fix up." I said as I move to help her out of the ring.
I look to Grimmjow who turn back to normal and left the ring. I know Takato said he on our side but I can't trust someone like that. I move to help Penny out so the next match can start. Kurosaki Pov: I could only roll my eyes at the out come of the match. That moron never know when to hold back as he nearly kill Penny. I swear he need to learn some restraint. " Wait that girl is a robot?" Rangiku ask confuse. " How did you not know that?" Uryu ask. " Well she look like every other fun loving girl I hung out with on Remnant." Rangiku said. " Trust me it surprise me too. I'm just glad she alright." I was worry that Grimmjow would kill her." Orihime said worry. " Same, but glad it all turn out alright." I said. I look to Rangiku. "How Toshiro?" I ask. " He alright, Momo with him in the infirmary." She said. Renji chuckles. " Bet he enjoying that as she get to play nurse." He said. Rukia hit him up side the head. "Keep it in your pants Renji." She said to her boyfriend. "We should focus on the tournament. Rukia your fighting next right." Chad said. Rukia nods. " I am, I'm fighting Ikuno of the Tamers and her partner. She smart with Tentomon and with her new powers. It going to be tough." Sher said. 'And there the fact if you win she will lose her crest since she one of the tamers who haven't lost it yet." Uryu said with his arms cross. " Just do your best Rukia." I said giving her my support. "Thanks I'm off." She said as she heads off to get ready. "This should be simple matter for Rukia. Ikuno don't look all that strong." Rangiku said. "You forget those Digimon things can change form And are a pain to fight." I said recalling the first time I met Takato partner durning the bount thing. "Either way it going to be interesting. Oh lookie here they come." Orihime said as we focus on the ring. We saw Rukia coming in as Ikuno and Tentomon came in from the other side.
'Alright it time for the next match. We have the snow maiden soul reaper Rukia kuchiki vs the tamer of Knowledge Ikuno Poltenia and her partner Tentomon." Milton said. "Greetings Rukia it been some time." Ikuno said with a bow. Rukia return it. " You as well Ikuno let us have a fair fight." Rukia said as she draw her sword. " Alright the ladies are ready to go, so let choose the field." Milton said as the ring started to change. We saw it have become a part town. 'And it Port Zekson. Alright ladies have at it. Smashers clash!' Meyer shout as the fight got started.
Rukia vs Ikuno and Tentomon
"Digi-modify Digivolvtion activate!" Ikuno shout as she swipe her card through her D-arc.

Tentomon digivolve to Kabuterimon
"Dance Sode no Shirayuki!" Rukia shout as she unleash her Zanpaktou as the beetle charges at her. "Shocking touch!" Kabuterimon shout as he thrust a lighting charge hand at her. Rukia jump to dodge it as she slash the bug in the back to push him back. A laser shot past her as she saw Ikuno aims her gauntlets as the purplette continue to shoot at Rukia. Rukia flash step to get close to Ikuno as she slash at her. "Solid script: Shield!" Ikuno shout as the word shield drop down to block Rukia attack. "Like that will stop me. San no mai Shirafune!" Rukia shout as she thrust her sword as the ice blade extends through the of of the word as it went at Ikuno. Ikuno roll to the right to dodge it. "Quick thrust!" Kabuterimon shout as he shot air blades from his horns at Rukia as she move back to avoid them. One was able to cut her right shoulder drawing blood. "This will be more trouble them I thought." Rukia said. "Perhaps so Solid script Lighting!" Ikuno shout as the lord lighting appear over her as it shot a lighting bolt at Rukia. Rukia backflips to dodge it. She soon stabs the ground to forms the beams of light. "Tsugi no mai Hakuren!" She shout as she shot the blast of snow at them. "I don't think so Solid script blaze!" Ikuno shout as the word blaze appears as it shot a wave of fire to counter Rukia attack. "Electro shocker!" Kabuterimon shout as he shot a lighting ball as it explodes against Rukia as she cry out. " Man four eyes there won't give Rukia a break." Rangiku said as her head rest in her hands. "Ikuno must have study Rukia tactics, she use attacks to counter her ice abilities." Uryu said. "Then she got no chance." Renji said concern. "Don't count her out yet, Rukia is stronger then that." I said. We saw Rukia gotten up. "Is that the best you got." She said still able to fight. "Very well then Solid script cannon!" Ikuno shout as the word cannon appear pointing at Rukia as it fire at her. "Soren sokatsui!" Rukia shout as she shot the large burst of light to counter the cannon ball as it charges at Ikuno. Kabuterimon use himself to shield his partner as he cry out when it hits. "You ok Kabuterimon?" Ikuno ask worry about her partner. " I-I'll be ok let end this." He said as Rukia appear next to them surprising them. "Sorry but it already over forgive me. Some no mai Tsukishiro!" Rukia shout as she form the white circle under them . They couldn't react in time as they were frozen in a pillar of ice. Rukia slash it causing it to shatter as Ikuno and her partner hit the ground as Kabuterimon went back to normal as it was over. "And it over, Ikuno was stop cold as the winner is Rukia." Milton said. "Look." Orihime said as we saw the red eye appears under Ikuno to zap the girl with black lighting.
We saw a purple crest with a pair of circles connect by a line appear from her D-arc and vanish. "Yeah typical." I said annoy by this. " Noting we can do Kurosaki." Uryu said. " I know but this whole thing is pissing me off." I said. " Let wait for Rukia to get back before the next match to start." Chade said as we waited for the next fight to start. Ren(Joker) Pov: The last match was certainly interesting. That Rukia girl was out match and out n umber by Ikuno and her partner. But she was able to turn it around in the end to claim victory. I didn't expect anything else from one of Takato friends. " Now that was awe inspiring. Rukia graceful movements and her beautiful blades, truly a master piece." Yusuke said as he was furiously drawing the soul reaper. "Your telling me, me she was awesome." Ann said excited. 'And the snow was so pretty too." Haru said. " She was quite skill to be able to defeat Ikuno and her partner. These soul reaper are strong." Makoto said. I nod. "That they are, Takato most of all." I said as I notice the others looking at me. "What?" I ask. " Ah dude." Ryuji said as he point past me., I look to my left to see a little girl around 10 with long white hair and gold eyes. She wore a simple white shirt with a red hoodie and a blue skirt with sandals. In her arms was a white and blue moth like creature. "Oh hello." I said. "You're the guy papa talk about." She said. "Your papa?" I ask. " Hikari I told you not to run off." A familiar voice said. We look to see it was Takato walking to us. 'Ah it that Takato guy!" Futaba shout. "Papa I found the joker guy." The girl Hikari said. Takato chuckles. " That you did Hikari." He said as he look at me. "Long time no see Joker." He said with a smirk. " Same to you, didn't think you have a kid." I said as Takato sat next to me as Hikari sat next to him. ;She my adopted daughter Hikari and her partner Morphomon. It a very long story. Mind that we watch the next match with you guys. My wife is in a very foul mood and need to cool off." He said with a nervous chuckle.
" Mama mad that meanie Cinder woman won her fight." Hikari said. "No none at all." Makoto said. "So Takato what happen, is it as bad as Pax make it out to be?" I ask. He sigh and nods. " Yeah, we have no idea who the Hazardous one is or what he want. Pax told me you guys are here to help. Thanks I mean it." Takato said. I nod. "Of course just because were rivals doesn't mean we can't be friends." I said. "Right, anyway my sis Pyra is going up against that Akemi guy. He a pal of yours?" He ask. Ann scoff. "As if that prick try to set us up to be arrested." She said. Takato chuckles. " I'll take a wild guess and say it was a foe pretending to be a friend to screw you over thing right?" He ask. " Pretty much." Morgana said. 'Papa that kitty is talking is he like Auntie Yoruichi?" Hikari ask. "No he is Joker partner Kiddo." Takato said. " So you think Pyra can defeat Akechi?" Makoto ask. " He look pretty tough from what we saw but my sister is pretty strong so she got this." Takato said. " We'll see about that goggles look like it about to start." Futaba said as we look at the ring. We saw Akechi walking in as he look as smug as ever. Pyra came in holding her sword as they stare at each other. 'Alright it time for the next match. We have the burning blade Pyra vs the rouge detective Goro Akechi." Milton said. "Well hello Pyra let us have a good match." Akechi said with a bow. " Right I'm ready for you." Pyra said. "Alright look like both fighters are ready. So let set the field." Milton said as the ar field activate. We saw it changes to the inside of an orange stone temple. "And it dusty desert temple." Let get to it Smashers clash!" Meyer shout as the match begins.
Pyra vs Akechi
Akechi made the first move as he pull out his gun to shoot at Pyra forcing her to use a pillar as cover. She then rush out to run at him as she jump to swing at him. Akechi use his sword to block her and push her back. "Hm not bad Pyra let see how you like this Robin hood!" He shout as he summon his persona as Robin hood try to stab at Pyra. She move to the right to dodge it. "Burning sword!" She shout as she swung her sword to strike the persona in the chest to push it back. She then jump and kick Akechi in the chest to make him slide back. "Please not the first time I fought a persona." She said. 'Yes Joker, but he doesn't compare to me try this, Megiadolaon!" Akechi shout as Robin hood raises his weapon to the sky as a large ray of light rain down on Pyra. She shot a burst of flame to push herself back in time to dodge it. "Impressive but I'm not giving up! Blazing end!" She shout as she thrust her sword at him as she shot a fire blast as it slam into him to knock him back into a pillar as Robin hood vanish. " That one got to hurt." Takato said. "Uh guys." Ann said worry. We saw a red aura appearing over Akechi as he got up. He look furious. "You little bitch, you want to see what I can do let me show you! Loki!" He screams as the black and white persona with braids holding a orange sword appears. Akechi outfit changes to a blue and black knight like armor with a black metal mask over his face and a jagged sword in his hand. "he have a second persona Joker is he?" Takato ask shock by this. I nod. " Like me yeah it a long story." I said. 'So you show your true colors just like Joker told me." Pyra said as she got ready to move. " Doen't matter , the Hazardous one hire me to take out the tamers. I'll start with your brother after I'm done with you." Akechi said as Loki came at her as he swung his sword as Pyra try to swing her sword to parry Loki strikes to hold him off. Akechi jumps in as he swung wildly at Pyra.
"Man this guy is insane as ever." Ryuji said as we watch the fight. "This new persona he using seem to make him stronger but it make him lose his mind." Takato said. " Yes Loki can make people go insane and boost their power." Makoto said. "Question is can Pyra handle it." I said as we focus on the match. "Finish her Loki! Eibaon!"" Akechi shout madly as Loki shot a large beam of red energy from his sword at Pyra. Pyra move quickly to roll out of the way. She ran at them. "Flame nova!" She shout as the fire aura appears over her as she power up. "Now Prominence revolt!" She shout as she stabs the ground as pillars of fires burst up around Akechi as he was blasted back. "You think that will stop me, your brother is curse he will fall to madness like before." He said. "What?' Takato ask shock. Pyra glares at him with fury as she held up a smash ball she pick up shocking Akechi. " I don't care what you have to say Akechi, no one threaten my little brother!" She shout as she clench her fist to crush the smash ball as the rainbow aura appear over her. "Final smash!" She shout as Rex appear next to her as he grab her sword as they held it up. Fire extends from the blade forming a long blade. "No this can't be happening!" Akechi shout panic. " Blazing sword!" Pyra shout as she and Rex slam the sword down onto Akechi as a fire pillar explodes over him as he screams. When the flames clears, we saw Akechi was out cold cover in burns. " And it over, after a final smash knock out the winner is Pyra!" Milton shout. "Oh hell yeah take that asshole!" Ann shout as she cheer. "Good riddance." Haru said. " That was quite the display." Yusuke said. 'That it was, come on Hikari let go check on your mom." Takato said as they got up. "Takato what did Akechi mean?" I ask as he sigh. " No idea, I will look into it on my end. For now you owe me a rematch for last year." He said as he gave me a smirk. " Should we get the chance I'm taking you down so don't lose yet." He said.
I smirk back. " Same to you." I said as they walk away. " He certainly an interesting one." Makoto said. " That he is, now let see what will happen in the final match for today." I said as we waited for the last match of the day to start. Ichigo Hild Pov: Man that last match was some thing else. That Akechi guy was personality changes as he went nuts on Takato sister Pyra as the battle grew more intense. But lucky Pyra was able to use a final smash to take him down and out of the tournament. "Dude, did you see that gut got wreck." Zorome said with an excited laugh. "Appears so, Pyra was powerful to defeat that nutjob madness." Hawkmon said. " Man Ichigo your family is nuts." Miku said with a chuckle. Don't I know it. After Negamon my mom marry Takato Dad making us Step siblings. Elize pretty much our little sister as Gaius officially adopted her since she use to be an orphan. And now I'm an aunt to little Hikari. "Yeah it crazy for sure. But it how things turn out for us. Anyway we need to focus on the next match. My mother is facing that Tifa woman." I said. "True Robyn good and Tifa look to be skill with how she defeated Slur in the first round." Goro said. " I still can't get over how she use a freaking Dolphin to smack her." Flamemon said as he rub the top of his head. "Who knows either way it going to be interesting." Misuru said. "I think it about to start." Futoshi said as we focus on the ring. We saw my mother coming in as Tifa was across from her adjusting her gloves. "Alright it time for the final match of the have the busty brawler Tifa lockhart vs the home town hero Robyn Hild." Milton said. 'So a fellow rebel this should be fun." Tifa said as she took a battle stance. " Let see if you can keep up then." Mother said as she ready her weapon. " Alright both sides look to be ready, so let choose the field." Milton said as the ar field activate as we saw it was and arena on Patch. " And it the Patch arena, let get to it Smashers clash!" Meyer shout as the match begins.
Robyn vs Tifa
Tifa made the first move as she charges forward to start boxing at mother. Mother was able to block and parry Tifa moves as she deck Tifa in the right cheek. Tifa smirk as she swung her leg at Mother feet as Mother jumps back to shoot an arrow at her. Tifa roll out of the way as she charges at my mother. "Beat rush!" She shout as she does several punches at her. Mother use her arm shield to block as she swung it at Tifa head. "Somersault!" Tifa shout as she did a back flip and kick my mother in the chin to make her stumble back. From her. Mother rub her chin. 'Not bad you would do well with the rest of my girls." She said. "Why thank you your not too bad yourself." Tifa said as she move to strike at my mother. "Man look like your mother is having fun Ichigo." Goro said. I chuckles. " She does enjoy a good fight most of all if they can keep up with her." I said. "Well she isn't Mantle hero for nothing." Miku said with a smirk as she idolize my mother. Mother was able to move back from Tifa as she was shooting several arrows at her. Tifa was quick on her feet to avoid them. "Ok time to get serious." She said as she reach behind her to put on a pair of blue metal heart shape gloves. She smack then together as they glow a bit. She rushes at my mother to land several punches to her chest to push her back. Mother swung her shield at Tifa as Tifa jump to use the shield as a spring board to get into the air. "Meteor dive!" She shout as she slam her foot into mother chest as it explodes blasting her back. Mother stumbles as Tifa was able to grab her arm to twirl her around. "It been fun but now it over!" Tifa shout as she hurl mother with all of her might to throw her out of the ring.
"And it over folks the winner by ring out is Tifa!" Milton shout. "Aw she lost." Amara said sadly. " Look like it sweetie." Kokoro said to her daughter. "Mom did well against her, but Tifa had the advantage of being younger and faster." I said. " Look like it Ichigo, wonder how Pyra will deal with her in the next round." Goro said. "We can worry about that later let head back to the hotel." Misuru said as we return to the hotel for the night.
