Pokemon: Destiny Deoxys Part 2
Back at the greenhouse, Mew and Tory walk out together.
"So Tory, who were you talking to?" Mew asks.
"None of your business," Tory says.
"It's okay Tory, you don't have to tell me if you don't want to," Mew says.
Tory then asks, "So why are you here?"
"Well, I was hoping to talk to you, and check to see if what you're after happened," Mew says.
Tory lowers his head and sighs, "Sorry about what happened back there."
"It's okay. Like I said, no harm done. I'm just sorry that you ended up in a Pokemon battle," Mew says.
"So where are they?" Tory
"Don't worry, I left Pikachu and Eevee with the others. I was hoping to talk to you alone and take a walk," Mew says.
Tory looks at Mew confused, but notices the sweet smile on her face.
Tory nods, "Okay."
"Meanwhile, Team Rocket was walking around.
"If this city is so high-tech, where are the moving sidewalks?" James asks.
"Or robots dat soive hamboigers?" Meowth asks.
"Keep dreaming," Jessie says.
They soon stop from exhaustion before they hear a boy ask a machine for a burger, which it gives after scanning his passport
The machine says, "Please enjoy."
The boy unwraps his burger, takes a bite and then runs off, prompting Team Rocket to run in.
Team Rocket rushes over in excitement, "Hamburgers, please."
"Passport passport passport," The machine says.
"What's a passport?" Meowth asks.
"Must be something you get when you first enter the city limits at that monorail station, nor something like that." James suspects.
Jessie then demands, "You idiot, Hamburger!" and pounces on it.
"Hey, that ain't right," Meowth says and pounces on it too," Cheese Burger!"
Soon the machine says, "Alert! Alert! Alert!"
Soon, a couple more Block Bots show up and knock Jessie off the vending machine.
"That was rude," Jessie angrily says.
"Maybe that robot will take our order," James says.
"Well, I'm pretty good at giving orders," Jessie says. Then begins to mock it, "Well, I'm gonna have five hamburgers well done, and don't forget the french fries
And soon, one of the blocks says, "Well done, it is," as it activates the tasers and tazzes Jessie.
James and Meowth grab Jessie and run away in fright.
"Jessie got fried!" James cries out.
"Without da burger!" Meowth panics.
Meanwhile, Mew and Tory continue walking together, and Mew explains what she learned from Yuko.
"So yeah, I've been afraid of Pokemon for years now, and it's not easy to get over it," Tory says.
"Well from what Yuko explained to us, it must have been really scary," Mew says.
"It was," Tory says.
Mew says, "But you sure are a kind person, despite you being scared to get near them. After all, you helped Plusle and Minun, and got to be part of a Pokemon battle."
"But it didn't go so well, and it was an accident," Tory says.
"It wasn't so bad," Mew says.
"Really?" Tory asks, sounding unsure.
Mew thinks for a minute and says, "Okay, maybe that part kind of stunk."
The two giggle in reply.
"But still, it's really shocking to hear someone is actually scared of Pokemon. I mean, to tell you the truth, I was raised by Pokemon," Mew says.
"You were?" Tory asks.
"Yeah. Same with Tomo. We both got separated from our families under different circumstances, but we were raised by Pokemon," Mew says.
"That's amazing," Tory says, "So I guess it was difficult to process someone like me being afraid of Pokemon."
"That's okay, but still, I think you could still be friends with them, it's just going to take time. And from what happened, it seems that the Pokemon were just as scared as you were back then," Mew says.
"Really? They were scared like I was?" Tory asks.
"From the looks of it, yeah. Some Pokemon ended up being scared of humans as well," Mew says.
"Wow," Tory replies, hearing that they must have been as scared as he was that day.
"Yeah. Still, maybe my friends and I can help you with your problem," Mew says.
"I don't know," Tory says.
Suddenly, Tory walks by some Wingull and accidently spooks them into flying away, which spooks him in the process. He falls backwards, Mew to rush over.
"Are you okay, Tory?" Mew asks.
"I'm okay," Tory says.
Then Mew helps Tory up.
"Thanks," Tory says.
"There you are!" Zinnia's voice calls out.
Mew and Tory turn to see the group.
"We were looking for you guys," Max says.
"See you found Tory," May says.
Of course, Tory becomes nervous to see the Pokemon, especially Tomo's Doexys, who is still out and looking around.
Mew turns to Tory, "You want to have lunch with us?"
"Um sure," Tory answers.
Sometime later, everyone settles down for lunch, some delicious fondue. Brock dips the bread in the cheese, blows on it, and tastes it.
Brock says, "Perfect. Dig in."
With that, everyone but tory grab a stick and dip the bread in the cheese. They blow on it before eating it.
"Yum," Mew says.
"It's delicious," Tomo says.
"It's good, Brock," Jen says.
"Go ahead, Tory, have a taste," Mew says.
"You'll like it," Tomo adds.
Tory does so, and eats the fondue bread, and loves it, "You're right, it's pretty good."
"See? Told you so," Mew says.
Soon, a couple Zigzagoons. a Seedot and a couple Shroomish show up.
"Hey look," Molly says.
"Look at all the Pokemon," Max says.
Soon, Brock and Mew walk over with a few sets of Pokemon food..
"Well hi, we made plenty of Pokémon food," Then Brock and Mew set down a couple bowls, "Go ahead and dig in."
The wild Pokémon start to chow down as some of the others decide to get a closer look.
"Don't you think they look cute, Tory?" May says.
"Yeah," Tory says, nervously.
"I bet they'll let you pet them," Mew says.
Pikachu agrees, "Pika." (We don't mind.)
"Eevee," (We like getting petted.) Eevee says.
Tory tries to pet Pikachu or Eevee, but just can't.
"Thanks, guys. I'm sorry," Tory says.
"Don't worry, Tory. This will take time," Mew says.
"Yeah. Tale all the time you need," Zinnia says.
Tory smiles and says, "Thanks."
Suddenly, they hear something, "Much."
Max turns to see something approaching the tale, "Guys, look!"
The group looks to see the blue Pokemon.
"Oh, no. It's a Munchlax, and they love to eat!" Brock says.
"Well, guess it's doing what it loves," Max says.
"Hold on, Munchlax," Mew calls out and picks Munchlax up, "That's not for you."
Max then brings a bowl of Pokemon food, "Here Munchlax, have this."
Mew places Munchlax down, eats the food Max presents to it. It then leaps in the air and lands on its feet with a thump, just a few feet away. It then walks away.
"That was unexpected," Tory says.
"No kidding," Mew says.
Soon, Tomo's Deoxys walks over, and Tory nervously steps back. Deoxys' tentacles turn into hands, promoting it to wave.
Tomo says, "Deoxys says hi."
"Um hi," Tory says, nervously.
"Let's finish having lunch and then we should find a place to stay for the night," Mew says.
Suddenly, the Plusle and Minun show up.
"Look, a Plusle and Minun!" Molly says.
"Look at how cute they are," Jen says.
"Hi, cuties," May says.
Pikachu offers the duo some food, which they gladly accept before Pikachu joins in.
Later that evening, as the sun begins to set, the alien lands on top of a clock, spooking some Murkrow with its shadow before using Psychic to scare the rest off while it searches for the crystal that was taken from the arctic. It then tries to scan around for the crystal, but it accidentally causes the escalators and fountain in front of it to go haywire before it flies off to search another part of the city. It searched well into the night before it recreated the partial borealis.
At the local Pokémon Center, Mew and her friends, along with Rebecca, Kathryn and Audrey, spot them
"There's that strange borealis phenomenon again," Zinnia says.
"Awesome," Tomo says.
"It's beautiful," Molly says.
"True, but it's weird to see Northern Lights here of all places," Mew says.
Soon, Sid shows up.
"Ashley's right. What's a partial aurora borealis doing so far away from the North and South Poles?
"Well, I guess we're lucky to see it here, right?" May says.
"The same kind of luck that brought you and me together, right, May?" Sid says.
"Not sure what kind of luck that was," May says, unsure.
Soon, Brock gets in front of Rebecca's computer, "Hi beautiful, if you're looking for a real phenomenon, stop looking into your computer screen and spend some time with me."
Max then grabs Brock's ear and drags him away, "Okay, Brock. You leaving a girl alone and not flirting with her is a phenomenon on its own."
Soon, the twins begin giggling. Mew and the others begin giggling.
Mew sees Tomo and Deoxys looking at the sky.
"How's Deoxys doing?" Mew asks.
"He's doing okay, but I'm worried because he's been acting strange okay," Tomo says.
"Yeah. He doesn't want to go in his Pokeball and keep looking at the light showing in the sky," Mew says.
Tomo turns to Deoxys and asks, "Hey Deoxys, are you sure there's nothing wrong?"
Deoxys responds.
Tomo replies, "I see, well, I'm sure you'll figure something out."
"Hey Ashley, I see you're still in town," Rafe says.
"So?" Mew questions.
"Well, after that devastating defeat in front of thousands of people, I thought you'd might be a little embarrassed to show up again," Rafe says.
"Oh ha ha, very funny. I'll have you know that I'm competing in the contest in a couple of weeks," Mew says.
Then says, "How about a rematch tomorrow in the Battle Tower?
"No problem. I'll bet you any time, any place," Rafe says.
"I wouldn't count on that," Mew says.
Soon, Mew and Tomo spot Tory with a basket.
"Hey, I remember you," Rafe says.
Mew walks over, "Hi Tory."
Everyone notices Tory has arrived.
"Hey, you guys. Yuko and I made these for you," Tory says and opens the basket to show it's full of Pokémon cookies.
"Aw, how cute," Molly says.
"Pokémon cookies," Max says.
"My favorite!" Mew says.
"Yummy," May says.
Sometime later, everyone heads down to the playground right in front of the Pokemon Center.
"Come on out, everyone!" Mew calls out.
Soon, Mew and the gang bring out some of their Pokemon
Mew calls out Grovyle, Swellow, Corphish, Torkoal, Sprigatito, Jigglypuff, and Dragonair.
Tomo calls out Zorua, Shuppet, Sage the Ivysaur, Rufflet, Flint the Cyndaquil, and Gulpin.
Molly calls out Teddiursa, Espeon, Cufant, and Vanillite
Kathryn and Audry call out their Pokemon, a Surskit and Masquerain, respectively, as the song
Rafe calls out Blaziken and Sid calls out Blastoise.

May calls out Combusken, Beautifly, Skitty, Bulbasaur and Swablu
Max calls out Galarian Zigzagoon, Shroomish, Poochyena, and Cottonee.
Brock calls out Fortress, Lombre, Mudkip, Shiny Cherubi. Rockruff, and Spinda.
Zinnia calls out Aster and Leafeon.

And soon, the Pokemon begin to slide down the slide in excitement.

All the humans and Pokemon run around and play together. Tory watches in amazement.

Mew and Tomo then take Tory's hand and the three play together on the swings.
All the Pokemon play together, dance, and have a wonderful time.

Meanwhile, Rebecca is still focused on the strange Northern Lights that appeared in the sky, and it's still glowing. Deoxys also takes notice.

Soon, Mew and Tory are playing jump rope with some of the Pokemon.
While the group plays, Team Rocket spots a picnic table full of leftover drinks and sandwiches the group left
"When is a sandwich more than a sandwich?" James says.
"When it's a meal…" Neowth says.
"For Team Rocket to steal," Jessie says.
James and Meowth say, "Dinner/Dinnah!"
The trio sneak over to the table, but the Munchlax bags the sandwiches before they could lay a finger on them.
"Did that just happen?" Jessie asks.
"Munchlax," (Yes, it did.) Munchlax says as it walks across the table, down Jessie's hair and into the woodsy part of the playground.
"It's stealing da food we planned to steal," Meowth says.
"Oh, no it's not!" Jessie says and crawls after it.
The trio pursues it while the aurora fades, which Rebecca notices.
"Odd. It's gone," Rebecca says.
Tomo's Deoxys, who has been standing next to the bench Rebecca is, also notices it as well.
Meanwhile, the alien was still searching for the crystal when it came across some snoozing Seel and Dewgong, though it used Psychic to send them into the water before proceeding to scan for the crystal. However, Rayquaza detects the alien's presence and flies out to find it.
Meanwhile, Mew, Tory, and Tomo are sitting together.
"You know, I never really done that before," Tory says.
"What?" Tomo asks.
"Just playing together with a big bunch of friends," Tory says.
"Really?" Mew asks.
Tory nods," Yeah." Then says, "I guess it's because I've always been afraid of Pokémon. So, I'm afraid to get close to Pokémon trainers, too. Guess I missed out on a lot over four years."
"That means you're always alone," Mew says, sadly.
Pikachu, Eevee, Sprigatito, along with Skwovet, Meloetta, and Deoxys saddened for Tory.
"But that's all in the past, right?" Mew says.
The Pokemon agree.
Tory then slowly reaches his hand towards Pikachu, trying to pet him. However, Corphish pops in and startles Tory, causing him to run away and falls down. Deoxys flies over and catches Tory, as its tentacles change into hands.
"Are you okay?" Tomo asks.
"I'm okay," Tory answers, but he looks up to see Deoxys holding him, making him look nervous.
Then Deoxys places Tory down, gently and gently pats his head, to comfort him.
Tory nervously says, "Um, thank you, Deoxys."
Mew asks, "You okay?"
"I'm okay, but um, where did you get this Deoxys from?" Tory asks.
"Oh, we actually met back in the Orange Islands, where we met Cosmo and her older brother, Comet, and they have a Deoxys as well," Tomo says.
"Really?" Tory asks.
"Yep. And sorry about my Corphish," Mew says. Then comforts Tory, "Just remember, baby steps, so there's no rush."
"Kay," Tory says, nervously.
Corphish lowers its head, sadly, as if saying it was sorry.
The next day, Tory takes everyone to the greenhouse.
"Come on, guys. There's someone I want you to meet," Tory says.
"Where are we going?" Audrey asks.
"Wherever it is, I hope there's a kitchen, cause I'm starving," Sid says.
Soon, a Block Bot shows up and says, "Your passports, please.
Tory provides his own passport.
"Verified!" Block Bot says, and flies away.
Tory says, "My dad's lab is right over there, so that's why there are so many security robots around on the grounds."
Soon, they enter the greenhouse and arrive at the waterfall.
Tory calls out, "Come on out! I'm with some new friends. Come and meet em!"
Soon, the light formation appears and makes itself known to everyone
"Oh, my," Zinnia says.
"What kind of creature is this?" Jen asks.
"So, this is your friend, Tory?" Mew asks.
"It's gorgeous," May says.
"And so pretty!" Molly says.
"It looks like living light," Max says.
"It's always here for me whenever I call for it," Tory says. Then turns to the light formation, "I played with all these guys last night, including their Pokémon."
The light hovers around and morphs a bit.
"Wow, that's so cool, Tory," Kathryn says.
"It even understands what I say," Tory says.
"It can understand human speech?" Mew asks.
"What kind of Pokémon is it?" Zinnia asks.
"Not one that I've ever seen," Max says.
"This is just fascinating," Rebecca says.
"What say I introduce my own Pokémon to it? Go!" Rafe says and calls out his Blaziken.
"Mine, too!" Sid says.
Then Kathryn and Audrey say, "Don't forget ours!"
Blastoise, Surskit and Masquerain come out.
"Now let me introduce mine," Rebecca says and calls out her Metagross.
"A Metagross!" Max says.
"Awesome," Tomo says.
The light formation floats and moves around the Pokémon and the humans.
"I...got you!" Sid says and tries and fails to grab it, "Missed it."
The light formation morphs into different shapes before returning to normal. Everyone is very amazed. It then floats to Tomo's Deoxys, and both the light and Deoxys take an interest and begin to somewhat communicate with one another. Mew's Sprigatito, who wants to be out and explore, also begins playing with Tory's friend. However, unknown to the group, something is glowing from Zinnia's bag.
Meanwhile, outside, Rayquaza arrives in the city to confront the alien, which the city police headquarters detects on their radar.
One officer says, "Unidentified object approaching."
"Can you analyze it, please?" Officer Jenny's voice says.
The first guard does so and reveals that its Rayquaza
"It appears to be Rayquaza," The second guard says.
Indeed, the officer is revealed to be Officer Jenny, "Rayquaza? Contact Professor Lund right now."
"Right," The first officer says.
Meanwhile, at Professor Lund's lab, Yuko arrives as the professor himself gets the alert.
Yuko rushes over, "Professor, how could Rayquaza be coming here?"
"I don't know, but for it to leave the ozone layer again, there must be a powerful reason," Prof. Lund says.
Yuko soon sees the alien on one of the monitors before rewinding the footage so that everyone else can see it.
"Do you see that? I'll magnify it," Yoko says and does so.
She increase the visibility of the image
"That's what I thought was the reason," Yuko says.
"It's the same Pokemon from outer space that crashed in the arctic four years ago. Deoxys," Prof. Lund says.
And alien, Deoxys soon flies over the streets and scans around for the crystal, causing the moving sidewalks to go haywire while people are still on them
Computer says, "System malfunction. Losing regulatory control.
The moving sidewalks soon shut down as Deoxys keeps searching.
Meanwhile, Professor Lund speaks with Officer Jenny, "Rayquaza must be approaching LaRousse City because it senses Deoxys is here as well. If those two battle within our city like they did in the arctic four years ago, the results and devastation will be catastrophic. Evacuate the city immediately!"
"Right away, sir," Officer Jenny says. She then presses a button to activate the evacuation alert, "Initiating emergency evacuation."
Soon, the Block Bots go into full alert mode.
Officer Jenny's voice appears on speaker, "Attention citizens, we have an emergency situation, please evacuate the city immediately," And soon several people pile into a monorail.
Block Bot announces, "Please be patient and walk toward the ferry dock. The next ferry will arrive shortly."
It's revealed that the monorail and several ferries leaving the city, all loaded with passengers.
Meanwhile, Deoxys was continuing its search, causing the street lights to start shorting out.
Meanwhile, in the greenhouse, everyone inside hears the alert.
"What's that?" Mew asks.
"It sounds like the police," Rafe says.
"Or an alarm," Brock says.
The light formation quickly fades.
Meanwhile, Professor Lund, Yuko and his other assistants learn that Tory is inside the greenhouse.
"Tory's out in the greenhouse garden," Yuko says.
"I have to go out and get him," Prof. Lund says, "Everyone, evacuate immediately," and runs to the elevator.
Everyone else proceeds to evacuate.
Back in the greenhouse, everyone heads to the door so they can leave. However, when they reach the door, Tory finds that his passport is not working.
"That's weird," Jen says.
"Why won't your passport work?" May asks.
"I don't know. This never happens," Tory says.
"Maybe the system is shutting down," Rafe says.
"That's not good," Max says.
Then Mew notices, "Zinnia, your bag is glowing."
"What?" Zinnia responds.
She digs in her bag and pulls out the jade orb to see that it's glowing, and some red aura surrounds it.
Zinnia eyes wide in shock and worry, "No… it… it can't be…"
Meanwhile, Professor Lund finds that the moving sidewalks have shut down.
"It stopped," Prof. Lund says and starts to run across.
But then the computer says, "Rebooting."
The sidewalks start up again, causing the professor to slip and be carried to a line of evacuating citizens, all the while, more citizens were being evacuated. Suddenly, Professor Lund ends up accidentally falling into the water after he walks off some Block Bots that formed a moving bridge, but fortunately, a police boat spots him in the water
"Professor Lund!" Officer Jenny calls out, and tosses him a life preserver.
Meanwhile, Team Rocket was wandering around as people evacuated around them.
"Some vacation dis toined out ta be," Meowth says.
"Whose bad idea was it to come to LaRousse City?" Jessie asks.
"Let's just say Meowth and I were overruled," James says.
Up above the people and Team Rocket, Deoxys perches on a metal structure and looks over the crowd before creating several clones of itself that start taking people up and away, including Team Rocket. All the while, Yuko monitors the situation from the lab.
"What's happening here?" Yuko asks, shocked.
Outside, with Officer Jenny and Professor Lund…
"Those things are carrying people away," Officer Jenny says.
"It's Deoxys, but why is it doing this to us?" Prof. Lund says.
They soon hear Rayquaza roaring as it approaches the city. Deoxys spots it and switches to its defensive form to use Protect to defend itself and cover a portion of the city below it from an oncoming Hyper Beam from Rayquaza. Officer Jenny and Professor Lund soon reach the forcefield and are unable to penetrate it
"Deoxys created a forcefield!" Prof. Lund cries out.
The forcefield soon causes several block bots to fall into the ocean while the wind turbines stop, since the wind was cut off by the forcefield
"Losing power. All systems will now shut down," The computer says.
As the computer talks, all electrical devices in the city start to shut down. Meanwhile, Deoxys returns to its normal form while Rayquaza tries and fails to penetrate the forcefield.
Meanwhile, Sid and Blastoise try to pry the greenhouse door open
Soon, the wild Deoxys arrive outside the window and Rebecca's the first to notice. Meanwhile, Sid and Blastoise get the door open
Audrey and Kathryn cheer, "You got it!"
The twins, May, Max and Sid run out.
But Rebecca calls out, "Hold on a sec!"
Tory and some of the others take notice of the wild Deoxys as it creates more clones.
"Is that what I think it is…" Mew says, shocked.
"It's another Deoxys," Max says.
"It's multiplying," Rebecca says.
"Deoxys," Tory says.
"You know about it?" Rafe asks.
Tory nods, "Yes, especially that one."
Then Tory rushes to the others and calls out, "Guys, come back!"
Everyone looks to see the Deoxys clones are coming down towards them, and towards May.
Sid rushes over, "May, get back!" And gets in front of her, "Hey, what do you want? Blastoise, use Hydro Pump, now!"
Blastoise does so and sends it to the sky before it is destroyed, only for several more clones to arrive, grab and take Sid and Blastoise away while Mew rushes Jen and Molly inside. Rafe does the same with the twins.
"Hey, put me down!" Sid calls out.
"Sid, no!" May cries out.
"May, get in here," Brock calls out.
Rafe calls out, "Blaziken, use Flamethrower!"
Blaziken does so and destroys one of the clones at the door.
"Pikachu, Eevee, Thunderbolt! Sprigatito, use Magical Leaf!" Mew calls out.
The attacks land, destroying more clones.
Tomo calls out, "Deoxys, use Psybeam! Skwovet, Bullet Seed! Meloetta, Hyper Voice!"
Tomo's Pokemon perform the attack, destroying more clones.
Rebecca turns to Tory, "Tory, is there another way out?"
"Yeah, there's an underground exit," Tory says.
"Can you show us?" Zinnia asks.
"Yes, follow me," Tory says.
Rebecca calls out, "Rafe, you, Ashley, and Tomo distract them!"
Mew and the others nod. Everyone heads down the stairs while the Pokemon hold off the clone.
"Nice shooting, Rafe," Mew says.
"All in a day's work," Rafe says.
Outside, Yuko sees the clones swarming around the greenhouse.
"What do they want?" Yuko asks.
Meanwhile, Tory types in the code and unlocks the door.
"Let's hurry!" Rebecca says.
May calls out, "Come on Brock, it's opened!"
"On it!" Brock says. Then calls out, "Okay Ashley, Tomo, Rafe, the exit's open! We got to go!"
"Right!" Mew says, "Come on guys."
Pikachu, Eevee, and Sprigato hop on Mew's shoulders and head as Skwovet does the same with Tomo as Deoxys picks Tomo up. Blaziken carries Rafe as well. Everyone rushes down and reaches them at the exit.
"Guys, this way!" Brock calls out.
The clones soon start pouring in and follow the three through the exit. Brock, Mew, and Rafe try to close the door on them, but one of them grabs tomo and tries to pull him.
Deoxys holds Tomo, protectively and uses Psybeam to fight back, forcing the clones away as the others close the door.
"Thanks Deoxys," Tomo says.
"That was too close," Molly says.
"Way too close," Mew says.
"Come on guys, let's go," May says.
"This way leads out of here," Max says.
Soon enough, Mew and the others find themselves outside. Rebecca, Zinnia, and Brock check outside fist.
"Looks like we're far enough away from the greenhouse," Zinnia says.
"It seems to be safe," Rebecca says.
Yuko soon arrives, "There you are."
