Pokemon: Destiny Deoxys Part 3
Back outside, Rayquaza tries to break the forcefield the wild Deoxys has placed over the city, but fails.
In the city out of LaRousse, Officer Jenny shows something to the professor.
Officer Jenny says, "Take a look at all of these people shown here. Their evacuation hasn't been confirmed at any of the passport check points. I'm afraid that could mean they're still stuck in the city."
Professor Lund goes to the window as the sun starts to set, feeling helpless knowing that his son is trapped within the city.
Meanwhile, back in LaRousse City, the gang find themselves in a lab thanks to Yuko. For now, they're safe.
Yuko explains what happened, "The entire city is enclosed in a forcefield. It's impossible for anyone or anything to get in or out. All communications with the outside world have been jammed as well.
"Without the wind turbines to power the city, they switched to backup generators to provide power. But all the security systems are still down.," Rebecca says.
Mew then looks at her Pokeball, "Worse yet, even the Pokéball management system isn't functioning."
"Yeah, our Pokéballs won't work," Audrey says.
Kathryn asks, "How can we call out and recall our Pokémon?"
"Guess we can't," May says.
"And we can only use the Pokemon we have now," Jen says.
Amaura nods in response.
Tomo turns to Tory, "Tory, you said that you know that Deoxys? Is that why you were shocked to see mine?"
"Yeah," Tory says with a nod.
"That's right. It's a Pokémon that came from outer space," Yuko says.
"Really?" Mew asks.
"Yeah. It crashed to earth four years ago, and it was also when…" Tory says, but doesn't finish.
The gang soon understands.
"It happened the same day you became scared of Pokemon?" Molly asks.
Tory nods in response.
"So then, you were there when that Deoxys came here," Mew says.
"That's correct," Yuko says, "Four years ago, "A meteorite struck near our camp up in the North Pole during one of Professor Lund's research expeditions. And what emerged from it was a completely unknown Pokémon. It was Professor Lund that gave the Pokémon its name, Deoxys."
As Yuko talks, she has a flashback to the moments of that night.
Yuko explains, "And then, almost immediately, Rayquaza appeared from the ozone layer and attacked Deoxys."
"Really? Rayquaza?" Zinnia asks, shocked.
"That's right," Yuko says, "Apparently Rayquaza felt that its territory was being invaded by Deoxys. Deoxys was seemingly destroyed, and its crystal core sank into the arctic sea."
Flashback ends
"I don't get it, how could it be the same Deoxys?" Brock asks.
"Yes. We all thought it was destroyed," Yuko says, "But after being defeated by Rayquaza, Deoxys must've been slowly regenerating itself for the past four years."
"Regenerating?" Rebecca questions.
"You mean it knows Recover?" Mew asks.
"That's right, it can use Recover to regenerate any portion of its body that's lost in combat. So it must've reformed after all these years, and all the while me and Professor Lund were studying it," Yuko says.
"I'll admit, it sounds more like science fiction than fact, but I guess Deoxys is living proof. This is something I love to research," Rebecca says.
Tomo turns to Deoxys, "Hey Deoxys, have you sensed that Deoxys since we got here?"
Deoxys nods, but then uses its power to communicate with Tomo.
"Really?" Tomoa sks.
"What does it say?" Max asks.
"Deoxys said that he sensed this Deoxys, the one Tory and Yuko are talking about, but before, it sensed something else before it got here," Tomo translates.
"So there might be another one around?" Jen asks.
"Maybe," Tomo says.
Then Deoxys speaks to Tomo.
Tomo translates, "And you know what's weird, that strange feeling is actually similar to Tory's friend."
"Really?" Tory asks.
"Yeah," Tomo says.
"So what you're saying is that Deoxys has been sensing Tory's friend since we got here," Mew says.
"Seems so," Tomo says.
Then Deoxys explains to Tomo.
"And Deoxys says that he senses danger from outside of the city," Tomo adds.
"That must have been Rayquaza," Yuko says.
"Wait, Rayquaza is here?" Zinnia asks, shocked.
"I'm afraid so," Yuko answers, "It came here because it sensed that Deoxys was here as well, that's why we had to order an evacuation. However, Deoxys has put the forcefield to keep Rayquaza out and itself in."
"So that's why the Jade orb was glowing," Mew says.
Holding the Jade Orb, Zinnia says, "It must have sensed Deoxys was here, and it's not happy about the same Pokemon that invaded it's territory in the past. And wants to deal with it once and for all."
"That's bad," Brock says.
"Really bad," Tomo adds.
Then Max says, "But what if Deoxys can somehow enter through cracks in the wall?"
The twins including Molly get quickly spooked by Max's worries
Kathryn says, "Knock it off, Max!"
"Yeah, you're scaring us," Audrey says.
Max chuckles sheepishly, "Sorry, just saying that if it's an alien, we don't know what it can do."
"Since it's from space, it's basically an alien," May says.
Suddenly, they all hear a clatter.
"What was that?" Max asks.
"Rafe and I will take a look," Mew says.
"Come on, Blaziken," Rafe says.
Both trainers and their Pokémon investigate and find the noise was coming from a vent. Everyone readies themselves before out of the vent comes Plusle and Minun.
"It's Plusle and Minun?!" Mew asks.
The group look over
"Where'd they come from?" Tomo asks.
The two exit the vent and Munchlax pokes its head out, only to realize that it was stuck.
"Hey, that's the Munchlax who tried to eat every bite of our lunch yesterday!" May says.
Max rushes over, "Are you stuck in there, Munchlax? Let's see."
Max tries to pull Munchlax out, with the twins, Jen, and Molly helping him, and they manage to do so, and sandwiches come out.
"Hey! Those are our sandwiches from last night!" Max says.
"Yeah, and it looks like it ate almost all of them," Brock says.
"Including the peanut butter and fruit sandwiches," Mew says.
"And of course that one is ours, Ashley," May says.
Plusle and Minun soon excitedly approach Tory. Frightened, Tory runs away from them.
"Hold on…" Tory says, nervously and runs to the base of the stairs, "Okay, please, just don't come any closer, you two."
Pikachu, Eevee, Sprigatito, and Mew rush over.
Pikachu says, "Pika Pikachu." (Don't worry, he's nice.)
Meanwhile, Munchlax eats the rest of the sandwiches, and soon Max and the twins' stomach growls.
Audrey says, "I'm so hungry.
"So am I," Kathryn says.
"Me, too," Max says.
Munchlax then presents the sandwich.
"Really? I can have one?" Max asks.
Munchlax scratches itself and crumbs fall out.
Max and the twins kindly decline, "No thanks."
And Munchlax eats it.
"That's okay, we can go try finding some food," Mew says.
Later that night, Mew, Rafe, Brock, Rebecca, Zinnia, Tomo, and their Pokemon head out.
"Okay, Brock, Tomo, Tory, and I will try to find food for everyone," Mew says, "Rebecca, you, Rafe, and Zinnia try to find where those clones took Sid, Blastoise, and the people they captured."
"Right," Rebecca says.
"Yuko, take care of my sisters," Rafe says.
"Of course. But you don't worry about us, you take care of yourselves," Yuko says.
"We will," Brock says.
"Let's go everyone," Mew says.
Soon, the group splits up to do their assignments.
The group splits up and heads off. A bit later, while Munchlax sleeps, Yuko was still trying to get some form of communication going.
"I'm worried, Max. I really hope they're all okay," May says.
"Yeah, me, too. I wish they'd hurry and come back," Audrey says.
"Me too," Molly says.
Plusle and Minun soon head through the vent they and Munclax entered in.
Meanwhile, Ash and his group found a hot dog vending machine, but it wasn't working.
"No good," Mew says.
"Nothing's happening," Tory says.
"I bet all the vending machines are tied into the city's electrical system," Brock says.
"I can see all the food in there, we just need to find a way to get it out.
Soon, Pikachu says, "Pika Pika!" (I've got an idea!)
Pikachu uses Thunderbolt on the machine and gets it working again.
"It worked!" Tory says.
"Nice job, Pikachu," Mew says.
"Pikachu!" (Thanks, Mew!) Pikachu says.
Soon, hot dogs start coming out
"Whoa! Gotta catch em all," Brock says.
Soon, Brock, Tory, Tomo, and Mew gatches the Hot Dogs, and one of them hits Pikachu and Skwovet on the head. Once that's done, Brock, Tomo and Mew use their bags, which they emptied earlier, and place the hot dogs inside.
Suddenly, the Pokemon senses something.
"What is it, guys?" Mew asks.
Tomo looks and gasps in shock, "We've got company!"
Mew and the others turn to see a group of Deoxys clones coming their way.
"Not them again!" Mew cries out.
"Run!" Brock cries out.
Everyone makes a run for it, but the clones almost capture Tory and Meloetta, until Plusle and Minun save them with a dual Thunder Shock.
"Plusle, Minun!" Tory calls out.
"Plusle!" (Tory!) Plusle says.
Suddenly, a clone grabs Plusle, but Mew fights the clone himself to save it.
"Let go!" Mew calls out.
The clone starts to take off
"Put them down!" Brock calls out.
Eevee acts fast and uses Thunderbolt to force the clone to let go.
Another clone tries to grab Tory, but Minun and Tomo's Deoxys stop it. Meloetta and Skwovet try to fight back, but there's too many. The other clone tries to capture Tory, but Minun stops it, only to get captured and taken away instead.
"No!" Tory cries out and tries to save Minun.
But the clone is too high for him to reach. Minun cries out for help as it's being carried away.
Plusle cries out, "Plusle!" (Minun!)
And soon enough, Minun was taken away.
Soon, more clones show up.
"Here they all come, guys,!" Brock says.
"Come on, Tory, let's go," Mew says.
They all make a run for it as the clones pursue.
However, the group hides from them inside a building.
"Looks like they left," Mew says.
"That was close," Brock says.
Tory feels terrible about what happened, "Oh, Plusle. It's all my fault. I shoulda saved Minun…" Tory tries to reach out and pet Plusle, but he still can't do it, "I'm sorry."
Pikachu says to Plusle, "Pika. Pika Pika Pikachu." (Hey, guys. We'll find a way to rescue Minun.)
Then Brock finds something, "Hey, guys. Look what I just found."
Mew look in the box and see what it is.
"Precious water!" Brock says.
"Alright!" Mew looks at the box, "And there might be more food here."
Meanwhile, Minun is seen being taken to a large sphere-shaped building while the real Deoxys stands atop it.
From afar, Rebecca, Rafe, and Zinnia watch from a fair.
"So that's it," Zinnia says.
"That's when they're holding everyone captive," Rafe says.
"I guess, but what in the world for?" Rebecca wonders.
Up above, a Deoxys clone is revealed to have taken the hot dog vending machine that Pikachu brought back online, only for it to short out, prompting the clone to drop it in the water below.
"It let go," Rafe says.
"But why?" Rebecca asks.
Hours later, as Rayquaza kept trying to break the forcefield, Mew and the others ate back at the lab and getting some sleep, except for Rebecca and Yuko, who were going over the footage that Rebecca's laptop camera captured, and Deoxys who decides to keep guard for any signs of danger.
Yuko notices something, "Go back. Let me just take another look at that."
"Sure," Rebecca says, and rewinds the footage.
Suddenly, Surskit detects something in its antennae and starts acting crazy.
"What is it, Surskit? What's wrong?" Audrey asks.
Everyone else soon wakes up from the commotion.
Soon, Deoxys is on defense.
"Deoxys," Tomo says, worried.
Suddenly, the vents on the roof were being ripped apart. Red and blue tendrils soon come through the vents, frightening the twins.
"It's the clones!" Jen panics.
"It must have found us!" Tomo says.
"Let's get out of here!" Rebecca says.
"Yes. There's an underground lab, we can take shelter there! Follow me!" Yuko says.
"Munchlax!" Max calls out.
Munchlax soon follows as the clones swarm outside. Inside, our heroes head through a secret door in the wall.
"Everyone stay calm and keep going," Yuko says.
By the time the clones get the vents open, Mew and the rest of the group are long gone, so they retreat.
Meanwhile, down in the lab…
We should be safe down here, at least for the time being," Yuko says.
"That's good," Rafe says.
"Hey guys, look over there," Zinnia says.
Everyone looks through some windows and finds the lab where Professor Lund and Yuko were experimenting on the crystal.
"What's this?" Mew asks.
"It's the lab where we studied Deoxys and its regeneration abilities," Yuko answers, "There were actually two crystals before. Rayquaza defeated one and sent its core to the bottom of the arctic sea, while we believe another Deoxys lies dormant in the crystal you see before you, the one left behind in the snow inside of that shard of the meteorite that brought them to Earth."
"So what you're saying is that?" Rebecca asks.
"Yes. That crystal is a part of Deoxys. To be more specific, it's Deoxys' crystal core," Yuko says.
"Deoxys' core," Jen says.
"Wow," Molly says.
"So cool, it looks kind of like yours," Tomo says, turning to Deoxys.
Suddenly, the light formation from the greenhouse appears. The light formation goes through the glass and levitates in front of Tory.
"Tory, that's your friend. From the greenhouse," Mew says.
"So then, that means that Tory's friend is," May says.
"Right. Tory's friend was Deoxys the entire time,"
The light in the crystal soon fades, as does Deoxys.
Deoxys looks and turns to Tomo to explain.
"Really? Wow. So that's it," Tomo says.
"What does Deoxys say?" Tory asks.
"He said that the crystal is what he's been sensing the entire time. And the crystal is the Deoxys' core," Tomo says.
"That makes sense," Mew says, "That's why Deoxys has been out, because there's been a Deoxys in the city the entire time, he just couldn't figure out where it was before. Until now."
"That makes sense," Yuko says.
Rebecca does a bit of research on her laptop and makes a discovery, "That's it! It all makes sense!"
Then shows them her laptop, "This is the light pattern of Tory's friend, and this is the light pattern of the aurora that covered LaRousse that night."
"They're a perfect match!" Zinnia says.
"That might be how they communicate," Mew says.
"Can you translate it?" Tomo asks.
"I'll start with the green pattern," Rebecca says, and shows the green one, "This one means 'friend'," And checks the purple one, "And this one seems to be asking 'where are you?'."
"Which means that Deoxys has been searching for his friend, who's been down here," Mew says.
Yuko also says, "Of course! The clones of Deoxys carried off all those people and likely more Pokémon than just Minun because they were interfering in the search!"
"What?" Mew asks.
"Deoxys can see certain kinds of electrical fields, but not all electronic devices give off those fields. So do people and Pokémon, And they were blocking its vision!" Yuko says.
"That explains a lot," Mew says.
"Yeah. Deoxys has those clones carrying everyone to move them out of the way," Rafe says.
"So it can get a clear vision to search for its friend," Tomo says.
Meanwhile, outside, Deoxys stood perched atop the Battle Tower before it gave off another aurora, one that Officer Jenny and Professor Lund see while they also watch Rayquaza try and fail to smash the barrier.
Back in the lab, Tory was looking down at the green core of Deoxys.
Tory then turns to Yuko, "Yuko, you have to help this Deoxys regenerate its body! It must be sad, being alone for four years."
"Then there's one thing to do, we need to help your friend, Deoxys, regenerate," Mew says.
"And with that, we can help the other Deoxys reunite with it," Tomo says, "Then they can return home to space."
"But the problem is that the emergency power we're running on now isn't nearly enough to operate this device," Yuko says.
"If it's electricity you want, I'm your guy," Rafe says.
"I can get the wind turbines going," Rebecca says.
Audrey and Kathryn ask, "Can we help?"
"Yes. We're going to need everyone's help to save those people and Pokemon," Rafe says.
"Then let's work on a plan. We need to help help everyone that were captured, and help get enough power to help generate Deoxys.
"I'll zero in on them," Rebecca says, and shows everyone where the captives are located, "That's where the clones have been taking them."
"Great. Let's go get em guys," Mew says.
"Right!" Everyone agrees.
Soon, most of the team heads off to begin their rescue mission.
May stops at the escalator before starting to climb up, "I'll never take an escalator for granted again."
Meanwhile, Yuko is working on the laser machine. Tomo, Deoxys, along with Meloetta and Skwovet stay behind, mainly for guard duty, in case the clones might try to find their way in there.
Outside, Deoxys spotted the rescue team and lands and perches on a lamp post.
Mew calls out, "Deoxys, we're not your enemies, we're your friends."
Deoxys soon creates more clones.
"If you give us five minutes, we can help you find your friend!" MEw calls out.
The clones soon approach
Rafe calls out, "Blaziken, use Flamethrower, now!"
Blaziken launches the attack and one of the clones is destroyed, though two more take its place
Mew calls out, "Pikachu, Eevee, Thunderbolt em!"
They launch the attack along with Plusle, who is using Thunder Shock which destroys three clones. However, even more show up.
"Metagross, use Reflect!" Rebecca calls out.
Metagross does so.
"This way!" Tory says.
The group breaks left and Metagross forces the clones back to allow it and Rebecca joins the others.
"Now, Overheat!" Rafe calls out.
Blaziken launches the attack and destroys multiple clones. And Eevee performs Swift Attack, and stays close to Rafe.
"Rafe, you alright?" Mew asks.
"We're fine, Ashley, you and the others go on," Rafe says.
"Rafe can handle it," Rebecca says.
Then Rafe says, "Just don't let anything happen to my sisters."
"Right," Mew says, "And that does the same for Eevee."
"Vee," Eevee says.
"You got it," Rafe says.
Soon, everyone else heads down the subway entrance as Rafe orders another Overheat, and Eevee performs Thunderbolt, this time at the real Deoxys, who blocks it by switching to its defense form and using Protect.
Meanwhile, high above, Rayquaze FINALLY breaks through the forcefield, but it quickly reforms after the mighty dragon enters, which Professor Lund and Officer Jenny witness.
"Rayquaza finally broke through," Officer Jenny says, shocked.
And Prof. Lund says, distraught, "What have I done?"
Deoxys soon realizes Rayquaza broke through the forcefield and sends its clones to surround Rafe and Blaziken, but Rafe doesn't seem worried.
"Relax, Blaziken," Rafe says.
Blaziken does so.
Eevee decides to calm down and stop attacking.
Soon, three of the clones carry them off while the others fly off to confront Rayquaza, who easily dispatches some with a Hyper Beam. High above, more clones try to restrain Rayquaza, but the mighty dragon shakes them off before taking out more with a Hyper Beam. Down on the ground, our heroes continue to race through the streets before they spot Rayquaza.
"Uh oh!" Mew says.
"Rayquaza!" Tory says.
"You're right, it's the great Dragon Lord, and it's attacking Deoxys," Zinnia says.
"We need to stop this," Mew says.
The gang runs away as Rayquaza destroys more clones.
Soon, they arrive at the location of the captives.
"Alright everyone, let's do just like we planned," Mew says.
Soon, everyone splits up. Munclax follows Max.
"Here Munchlax," Max says and takes Munchlax's hand.
"Come on, let's hurry," May says.
Meanwhile, inside the building, Rafe was trying to get Sid and the other captives out.
"You ready?" Sid asks.
"Just about, all we need is the electricity," Rafe says.
"But if we had that, there'd be no need for you to fix this," Sid says.
"That's why we have Eevee here," Rafe says.
"Eevee," (That's right.) Eevee says.
In another part of the room was Team Rocket.
"What are those two boys doing over there?" James says.
"I'm hopin' he's pulling a sandwich out of dat box," Meowth says.
"From your lips to my stomach," Jessie says with a sigh.
Outside, Mew, Zinnia, and Tory arrive on the scene.
"Hey guys, we've come to help you!" Mew calls out.
Rafe says, "Hey Ashley, we're up here! You got Pikachu and Plusle, right?"
"Yeah," Mew says, "Is Eevee okay?"
"She's fine and ready to help," Rafe says.
Meanwhile, Rayquaza continued to destroy more clones before it sighted the real Deoxys.
The two readied for battle while Mew, Zinnia, and Tory readied to free the captives.
"Pikachu… " Mew calls out.
"Plusle…" Tory calls out.
They both call out, "Thunderbolt, now!"
The two launch their attacks.
On the inside, Eevee and Minun are providing their own electricity.
"There's that electricity you wanted," Sid says.
"Okay, Eevee, Minun, that's good. Stop," Rafe says.
Eevee and Minun do so and a light comes on
"Alright, we're recharged!" Rafe says and turns a dial.
Soon, the elevator comes down.
"Alright!" Sid says.
Soon, Sid and Minun jump down and Plusle happily reunites with Minun before they make sparks fly by putting their tails together while Tory wipes away some tears of joy.
"You did great, Tory," Mew says.
"Yeah. I bet you can be a great trainer," Zinnia says.
Tory smiles and blushes before a rope ladder drops down, courtesy of Rafe, who gives Mew a thumbs up. Mew happily returns the gesture.
Meanwhile, in the city, Deoxys and Rayquaza were fighting furiously, destroying buildings and the street as they went. Deoxys fired a Psycho Boost, but Rayquaza quickly retaliated. Soon, Mew and the rescue team emerge from the subway just in time to see Deoxys and Rayquaza duke it out. Rayquaza zooms past a building, and ultimately shatters the windows.
"Looks like things are getting bad," Zinnia says.
"Then let's hurry!" Mew says.
"Right," Tory says.
Meanwhile, Brock and his group were working on the wind turbines.
Brock ties a rope to a generator inside one of the turbines, "That should do it," And tosses the rope down, "Coming down!"
Max and Jen then catch the rope.
Soon, Rafe and Sid arrive.
Sid calls out, "May! I'm coming for you!"
"Was that Sid?" May asks.
Audrey and Kathryn happily say, "And Rafe!"
Running down, Sid calls out, "May!"
May sidesteps and runs right into Metagross' face.
"Metagross." (Sorry, Sid.) Metagross says.
Rafe then runs to the twins, "Audrey, Kathryn, you okay?"
"Uh, huh. We're fine," Kathrun says.
Brock soon exits the turbine, "Where are Mew and the others?"
"They went back to the laboratory," Rafe says.
"Okay, then you guys ready to get these turbines going?" Brock says.
Meanwhile, in the lab, the rescue team was standing by and ready to go as Yuko prepared the laser.
Soon, the lights came on.
"Alright," Mew says.
"Perfect. The power's back on and we're ready to begin," Yuko says.
"The others did it," Mew says.
Meanwhile, the others were indeed getting the turbines going, either by pulling a rope, or using Pokémon power, such as Water Guns and Hydro Pumps, or a massive combined Gust, or by jumping on the arms of the windmills, or by using Psychic to make them move. Even Team Rocket was lending a hand with pedal power.
"My legs are getting a cramp," James cries out.
"We've always been spinning our heels in da submarine, but dis is ridiculous," Meowth says.
"Just pedal!" Jessie says.
Back at the lab…
"I'm set," Yuko says, "Are you ready to use the laser?"
Mew turns to Tory, "Tory, you do the honors."
"Yeah. This is for your friend," Tomo agrees.
"I agree. You should do it," Zinnia agrees.
Tory nods and grabs the switch, "Here goes," and pushes the switch up and activates the laser.
The second Deoxys core starts to glow. But the laser soon starts to lose power.
"Oh, no," Tomo says.
"Not enough power," Mew says.
Yuko checks the energy intake, "She's right, we're still 20% low on energy."
"We're so close," Tomo says.
Mew then has an idea, "Pikachu, Eevee, Plusle, Minun, think you can give us a hand."
The four Pokemon do just that and perform Thunderbolt together. That's enough to give the laser more power. Sure enough, the laser starts getting stronger and more intense, allowing the core to glow again/
"Great idea, Ashley," Zinnia says.
"We're operating at full capacity! It works!" Yuko says.
They all do so until the containment glass shatters and the core starts to lift up as, before their eyes, the Deoxys form from the meteorite.
"We did it!" Mew, Zinnia, and Tomo cheer.
"Deoxys, it's really you!" Tory says.
Deoxys soon sends out the light formation it used to communicate with Tory before filling the lab with light, which amazes everyone. Soon, Tomo's Deoxys walks over and uses the light from its core to communicate, it's like the two are talking to each other as the two different color lights surround the room. Tory's friend shows greenish blue color lights, while Tomo's Deoxys shows a bright yellow green color.
Tory says, "Deoxys, do you want to go find your friend?"
Deoxys confirms as the light leaves the room. It then uses Psychic to lift Tory, along with Mew, and her Pokemon, Tomo's Deoxys does the same with Zinnia, Tomo and his other Pokemon. Soon, the group fly out of the lab so that Tory's friend Deoxys can find it's friend. They soon fly over the turbine field for everyone to see. Everyone is happy and sees that the new Deoxys is in the group, making sure that Deoxys is regenerated.
Meanwhile the purple-cored Deoxys and Rayquaze were still going at it as Rayquaza coiled its tail and lower body around Deoxys, took it up and then flew back down and slammed it on the ground, causing it to lose its concentration and, in mere moments, the forcefield fell.
With the destruction of the forcefield, the wind returns.
"The forcefield's gone, just like that?" Rafe says.
Soon, the turbines start to turn with the wind and the Block Bots start to reboot.
All the while Rayquaza circles around where it slammed down Deoxys. But just when Rayquaza thought it won, Deoxys frees itself from the rubble using Psychic before switching to attack mode. Rayquaza fires a Hyper Beam in response, but Deoxys blocks it with the rocks from where it was slammed and strikes Rayquaza hard enough to send it crashing into an overhead covered bridge. Rayquaza launches another Hyper Beam, but Deoxys dodges and strikes again, sending Rayquaza down to the street below and putting it in position for another Psycho Boost from Deoxys, which lands. Meanwhile, Mew, Tomo, Zinnia, Tory, the Pokemon along with the two Deoxys land on top of a building and spot the other Deoxys pinning Rayquaza with Night Shade.
"Oh no!" Zinnia cries out.
"This is getting really bad," Zinnia says.
"How can we stop this?" Tory asks, worried.
However, before the purple-cored Deoxys can end it with one last Psycho Boost, the green-cored Deoxys goes down to use Protect and save Rayquaza's life, but they both end up getting buried in rubble.
The purple-cored Deoxys scans for its friend, and quickly finds it before it emerges in defensive mode. The green-cored Deoxys creates its aurora before they both switch to their normal form and make their tendrils into human arms. Then the purple-cored Deoxys creates its own aurora, which everyone around the city notices, though Plusle and Minun run off. Soon, the auroras come together as the two Deoxai come closer.
Suddenly, Rayquaza busts out of the rubble and fires a Hyper Beam right at the two Deoxai, causing the aurora to fade.
The two Deoxai retreat into the city as Rayquaza fires another Hyper Beam at them that hits the moving sidewalks before they take into the sky again.
Zinnia calls out, "Rayquaza, please stop this! Those Deoxys are not your enemy! Please!"
"Leave them alone!" Tomo calls out.
"Knock it off!" Tomo shouts.
"Stop!" Mew calls out.
The two Deoxai push their pursuer back with a dual Night Shade. It goes falling toward the building Mew, and the others are standing on it, but the two Deoxai including Tomo' Deoxys save them while Rayquaza hits the street below. They put them all down and head off again with the chase. Tomo's Deoxys follows to stop the fighting. And soon, the battle goes all the way to the Battle Tower, with the group arriving to see them still going at it.
Soon, a Block Bot shows up, " Warning. Warning. Warning. Danger. Danger. Danger. Evacuate. Evacuate."
The Block Bot brings in more blocks as it goes off to deal with the threat Rayquaza poses.
"What happened?" Mew asks.
"It's the security bots, they're back online!" Tory says.
"I can feel the wind again, the forcefield must have been taken down," Tomo says.
Soon, the fight goes into the tower and one Hyper Beam from Rayquaza causes an EMP to go out across the city and make all the Block Bots around the city go haywire and start flooding the streets.
In the lab, Yuko quickly takes notice of the Block Bots flooding the streets.
"Somehow, security has gone into overdrive. It won't shut down!" Yuko says.
Soon, Professor Lund arrives with Officer Jenny
Prof. Lund calls out, "Yuko!"
"Professor Lund!" Yuko says, relieved.
Meanwhile, the fight between the three Deoxys and Rayquaza continues until the Block Bots swarm over the mighty dragon, though the three Deoxys switch to defensive mode and use Protect to save its life, but they soon get smothered.
"The robots have gone haywired!" Mew says.
"Guys, I'm scared," Tory says.

Seeing what's happening, Tomo and Tory call out, "Deoxys!"
"Rayquaza!" Zinnia and Mew called out.
Soon, their attention is taken by the arrival of Plusle and Minun.
"Plusle and Minun?" Tory says.
Soon, Zinnia cries out, "Everyone, back away, they're close to the steps."
They all do so.
"That almost got us," Tomo says.
"We need to help Rayaquaza and the three Deoxys," Zinnia says.
"Lets head back to the lab, maybe Yuko knows what to do," Mew says.
But then, Professor Lund appears on a nearby screen and he calls out, "Tory, can you hear me? Tory?!"
"Daddy!" Tory calls out.
Prof. Lund explains, "You must listen very carefully. As you can see, all of the Block Bots are malfunctioning. The chief robot, which controls all the other Block Bots, should be near you. We no longer have power over that robot from the booth, do you understand. Here's what you have to do, and I need for you to be brave. Do you have your passport? You must present it to the chief Block Bot and that should unlock everything, but only for a very brief moment. That should allow us just enough time to regain control and shut down the security system.
As the professor talks, the group gets out their passports while Officer Jenny monitors from the police station
Prof. Lund continues, "The Block Bots are surrounding the Battle Tower making any approach by us impossible. Son, the fate of our city is in your hands. I know we can count on you!"
As the professor finishes his sentence, the Block Bots destroy the screen.
"Get down!" Tomo calls out.
Everyone gets down as glass falls before they all get back up
Chief Block Bot calls out, "Warning. Evacuate. Warning. Evacuate.
The Block Bots continue to ascend the tower and cover it to the point where they break the windows and enter it.
Mew says, "Don't worry Tory, we're going to help you save this town."
"Thanks. We need to get to the tower over there," Tory says.
Tomo looks, "Hey, look!"
They see an overturned hot dog vending machine.
"Let's go there!" Mew says.
They all climb aboard and ride along the Block Bots, and soon reach the tower.
"Almost!" Mew says.
Soon, Mew along with Pikachu, Sprigatito and Eevee, and Zinnia are able to reach it, and climb on, but Tomo and the others aren't able to get on.
"Hey, Ashley!" Tory calls out.
"Are you all okay?!" Mew calls out.
"We're fine, get to that robot," Tomo says.
"Be careful!" Tory calls
"Right!" Zinnia says.
Mew then begins to climb on the structure. Soon, Pikachu, Sprigatito, and Eevee hop from Block Bot to Block Bot.
Mew understands, "Good idea, guys."
Soon, Mew and Zinnia does the same. Pikachu and Eevee are able to reach it, but Mew struggles to get there. Pikachu lends a hand by using a Thunderbolt to push some of the Block Bots towards them.
"Thanks, Pikachu!" Mew says, and soon reaches the Chief Block Bot.
But as they reach the bot, it tips over, and Mew drops her card.
"No!" Mew cries out.
The passport is soon lost in the Block Bot flood.
And soon, Sprigatito and Pikachu fall over.
"Pikachu! Sprigatito!" Mew cries out.
"I'll get them!" Zinnia shouts and jumps down.
She catches them in her arms, but they all fall in the block.
"Zinnia!" Mew calls out.
Zinnia gets out of the block, "We're okay! Just hang on!"
Soon, Tory calls out, "Ashley! Try using my passport!"
Tomo turns to Meloetta, "Meloetta, bring it to Ashley!"
Meloetta takes the card from Tory and flies over there. But then, one of the bots hit Meloetta, causing her to fall and she sends the card flying.
"Meloetta!" Tomo cries out.
Eevee then dives for it.
"Eevee!" Mew cries out.
Eevee then uses her tail to slap the passport to Mew.
Mew catches it, "Eevee!"
"Eevee Eevee Vee Vee!" (I'll be okay! Save the city!) Eevee cries out and gets buried under the Block Bots along with Meloetta.
Suddenly, Mew finds herself going upward with the Chief Block Bot and the other Block Bots, as do Tory and the others Block Bots cover the tower and spill in through the windows.
"This better work!" Mew says and reaches her hand out.
And soon, she puts the passport up to the face of the Chief Block Bot.
At the police headquarters
Computer says, "Passport has been verified. Disengaging all locks."
"I'm almost there," Officer Jenny says, typing on the computer. She then opens a clear cover covering a button, "Disengage!" and presses the button.
Soon, the Block Bots deactivate across the city
"It worked, guys," Tory says.
"That was close," Tomo says.
Suddenly, Plusle and Minun start to fall, but Tory dives down after them and grabs them while they fall.
"Oh, no, Tory!" Mew cries out.
"Tory!" Tomo calls out.
Tory holds the two Pokémon close as they plummet to their doom. Suddenly, the green-cored Deoxys emerges from the Block Bots and saves them.
Deoxys says, (Got you.)
Soon, Zinnia is able to emerge from the boxes with Pikachu, Eevee, Sprigatito and Meloetta.
"You guys!" Mew says, relieved.
Suddenly, Rayquaza emerges, with Zinnia and the others on top. Soon, the purple-cored Deoxys carry the Pokemon off and Meloetta flies back to Tomo. Then the purple-cored Deoxys carry Mew off and they join together.
Tomo's Deoxys does the same with Meloetta, Tomo, and Skowvet.
Soon, everyone flies in the air together with glee. Mew and Tomo see Tomo is hugging the two Pokemon, and let them snuggle him. Soon, the group is joined by Rayquaza with Zinnia on top of it.
Not long after, the rest of the gang soon show up to meet for the day once they land, with Professor Lund, Sayo and Yuko showing up not long after.
Prof. Lund calls out, "Tory!" and runs up to him.
"Daddy!" Tory calls out.
Prof. Lund says, "Tory, you and your friends did it."
"Thanks, dad," Tory says.
"I'm so happy you're safe," Prof. Lund says and hugs his son.
"But I'm only okay because of my friends," Tory says.
Plusle and Minun hop onto Tory's shoulders and nuzzle the boy, to the surprise and joy of Professor Lund and Yuko. They are happy because Tory is no longer afraid of Pokemon, and end up with two new friends.
Try to smile, "Guys, that tickles."
Zinnia walks over and gently pet Rayquaza, "Thank you Rayquaza, and I'm glad to see that you don't feel threatened."
Rayquaza lets out a gentle growl and nuzzles her a bit. Zinnia smiles and gives it a gentle pet. Then Rayquaza takes flight and returns to the ozone where it belongs.
Zinnia waves goodbye, "Goodbye Rayquaza, I hope we can meet again."
Rayquaza lets out a roar, almost like a calm and happy way, and soon it's out of sight, returning back home.
Soon, the wild green-cored Deoxys and the wild purple-cored Deoxys combine their auroras once more. Tomo's Deoxys joins in as a way of saying goodbye. Then, the two wild Deoxys start to take their leave
Tory says, "Goodbye. I'll miss you."
The Deoxai soon start going higher and higher.
"I wonder where they're going," Tory says.
"I'm not sure. Maybe back home," Mew says. She then smiles, "At least that now, wherever in the universe they go, they'll have each other."
Pikachu, Eevee, Plusle and Minun agree as the two Deoxys leave the planet.
Mew turns to her Pokemon, "Hey, Pikachu. Eevee. I'm glad that you and I will always have each other."
The two Pokemon agree.
Meanwhile, Team Rocket was still pedaling, but definitely getting exhausted.
"I must've lost twenty pounds so far," James says.
"If you already lost your mind," Meowth says.
"And I'm losing my patience so just keep pedaling!" Jessie says.
Despite everything that has happened, everything has gone well, Rayquaza returns to home and is flying around.
Rafe along with his sisters, Sid, and Rebecca walk in the monorail and say their goodbyes to the gang and leave LaRousse City. Tory, Professor Lund, and Yuko also say their goodbyes.
Mew and her friends of course stay at LaRousse City so Mew can compete at the contest. Mew practices with Sprigatio as the gang, including Tory, Plusle and Minun, who are officaly Tory's Pokemon watch. Zinnia holds the orb and smiles at it, then looks at the sky and wonders if they'll be able to see Rayquaza again someday. Mew and the others continue to spend time with Tory in LaRousse City, after everything has been fixed and returned to normal, and now all they need to do is wait for the LaRousse City Pokemon Contest.
