Title: "The Draconic Gift"

Izuku Midoriya was six years old when he found himself standing in an endless white void. One moment he was crying alone after being bullied for not having a Quirk, and the next… silence. No ground, no sky—just blinding white and an overwhelming calm.

"W-Where am I…?"

His small voice echoed around him. That's when he saw her.

A tall, radiant figure appeared before him, her long hair flowing like water, eyes as deep and blue as the ocean. A faint glow surrounded her, and when she smiled, Izuku felt warmth wash over his tiny heart.

"You're… not dreaming, little one," the goddess said gently.

Izuku wiped his tears. "Who are you…?"

"I am the Goddess of Balance," she said. "And I owe you an apology."

"...An apology?"

She knelt before him, her voice soft with sorrow. "You were meant to receive a gift—your Quirk—but due to a ripple in fate, it was never granted. That pain, that emptiness you've felt… it was never meant to be."

Izuku's eyes widened. "So I really was supposed to have one?"

"Yes," she whispered. "And now, I will correct my mistake."

She reached out, her fingertip glowing with swirling blue energy. "I grant you a Quirk born from ancient magic, once used by dragon kings of old. Water Draconic Magic."

The power surged into Izuku's chest like a tidal wave—gentle yet mighty. Images filled his mind: torrents of water, scales glimmering like sapphires, wings made of mist, and the roar of dragons.

He gasped, feeling stronger, braver.

"This power will grow with you," she said. "Not just to defend yourself, but to protect others—because that is who you truly are."

Before Izuku could speak, her form began to fade.

"Wait! Will I see you again?"

Her voice echoed, distant now. "When the time is right, young dragon… you will."

Then everything went white again.
