Sorry it took me a while.

Harvey Confronts Sofia

Sofia was getting her hand treated, once her hand was bandaged the policeman left and Penguin showed up.

"How's your hand?" Penguin asked softly.

"Sofia smiles, "I'll be fine," she said and asks, "How's Martin?"

"He is stronger than he looks," Penguin answers, "What about Leo, how's he?"

"He's still shaken up," Sofia answers, "But he'll be fine."

"I would imagine he would be shaken up, especially after learning that Harvey Dent is his birth father," Penguin comments, making Sofia frown. Penguin then changes the subject, "You paid off the mayor to make Jim Gordon captain."

"Yes," Sofia admits quietly.

"And you want me to believe that you did this out of friendship. To save me," Penguin adds.

"I tried to talk you out of the license program. You wouldn't listen," Sofia explains, "There seemed no other way."

Penguin was silent for a moment and then spoke, "Of course, it's equally plausible that you are my enemy, intent upon my destruction."

"You could choose to see it that way," Sofia replies, "Choice is yours, Oswald."

"Well, whatever actual reasoning...you went behind back. I would be justified in killing you," Penguin states angrily, but then takes deep breath, "But what you were going to do for both Martin and Leo." Sofia nods. "Don't ever betray me again," Penguin warns.

"Never," Sofia promises.

Penguin starts walking away, but tells Sofia, "I will abandon the licenses, but Jim Gordon cannot be captain."

"Pick someone else, then," Sofia says with a shrug, "Gordon's less than nothing to me."

After Penguin leaves, Sofia smirks a little.

Meanwhile Jim and Harvey were leading the Pyg known as Lazlo Valentino away to a police car as reporters and citizens were crowding as they were looking at the scene. Jim was about to push Lazlo's head down, but Harvey, who was still angry about him threatening Leo, purposefully hit Valentino's head against the car. Lazlo grunts in pain as Harvey shoves him in the back of the police car.

"Harvey," Jim starts.

"Don't say a word Jim!" Harvey growls pointing a finger, "If you had a child, who was being threatened by a monster, like him you would do the same."

"Bye-bye, Piggy, bye-bye," the crowd chants.

Reporters were then clamoring, "Captain Gordon! Captain Gordon! Mr. Dent! Mr. Dent! Captain Gordon? Mr. Dent?" Jim and Harvey walked over to them.

"Was that the Pyg?" asks a female reporter, "Did you really catch him?"

"The suspect known as the Pyg is in custody," Jim announces.

"Detective Vanessa Harper is on her way to Gotham General," Harvey adds. "And is expected to make a full recovery."

"The GCPD kept its promise," Jim finishes.

The two men were about to leave but a male reporter spoke, "Captain Gordon? Mr. Dent?"

"Yes?" Both men said in unison.

"Thank you," said the male reporter.

"Thank you," said the female reporter.

Jim and Harvey both gave a nod in response and walked away. But stopped when they saw Sofia looking at them through the door.

"Jim you go ahead," Harvey said, not taking his eyes off the door, "There's something I need to take care of."

Jim looked like he wanted to say something, but then decided not to and just gave a nod and walked away.

Back inside the mansion Sofia had her eyes glued to the fireplace until Harvey Dent came into the room and walked up to her.

"Leo is my son, isn't he?" Harvey states knowing the fact already.

"Yes," Sofia answers calmly, "How did you find out?"

"Oh no," Harvey said with much anger, "You don't get to be asking me questions about how I know, especially since you weren't going to tell me. In fact you lied to my face and told me it was a miscarriage when in fact it wasn't."

"I believed since I was the one carrying Leo for nine months it was my decision," Sofia answered coldly.

"Leo is both of ours," Harvey corrected Sofia still angry, "We made him together. I don't even know why you lied to me, since I wanted him too, I was looking into apartments for us and daycare and preschool for Leo." But then Harvey stopped himself trying to control the anger and rage he has inside and said to Sofia, "You know what it doesn't really matter anymore. Leo is my son too and you don't get to make these decisions yourself anymore. I want to get to know our son, we may not be together anymore, but nothing changes for that little boy."

Sofia is silent for a few moments before replying, "Of course."

"And no more lying," Harvey adds looking at his coin, "I had six years of them and that's enough. I've miss so much, his first words, his first steps, six of his birthdays and a lot more. I don't plan on missing anymore. I won't miss anymore."

"I promise," Sofia said lying through her teeth.
