Faith pov

Getting in the town I drive on heading for the home I remember, getting out I wake Henry up and grab my stuff taking it in.

Going back for my weapons I walk to the kitchen table putting them out to get ready, hearing Henry sit by me I take a stake from him placing it back.

"This is for work?" He asks.

"Yes, I'm a Slayer I kill demons and vampires or at least I'm supposed to, I went off the rails after accidentally killing a human, teamed up with a demon to take over the world, got stabbed by the slayer before me to save her vampire boyfriend, then fell off a building and just recently woke up from my coma"

He stays silent and I glance at him seeing him thinking about what I said "how long has this been going on and who's been taking care of you?" I ask.

"When are we going to save them?" He counters.

"Soon, I need to know the schedule so I can work around it without endangering them more now answer my question"

He sighs "a month now, Snow and David because they're Ma's parents".

Nodding I put my knife on my hip before I grab an axe Buffy had "alright kid".

Walking to the door I stop and grab the car keys in the bowl by the door, getting to the Mercedes I put the axe in the passenger seat as Henry gets in back "I don't think Snow and David noticed I'm gone" he says carefully.

"How long?" I ask.

"Two days after they took me home because all they did was ignore me and I caught them naked on Ma's bed, that happened a lot all over the house so I just left"

Nodding I pull up to the dinner and get out leaving the Axe as I head inside "I don't have money" Henry mutters.

Smirking I put my hand on the back of his head and lead him in ignoring the groups inside "I guess you'll be working in the kitchen to pay for our food after" I tease sitting down.

"Faith?"

Looking up I smile at Granny who looks at me shocked "hey Granny" I greet before she comes out hugging me.

"Where have you been?"

"California, thought I'd come home and visit to meet the brother I never got a chance to meet"

"After the curse broke, Snow was saying you were killed by the queen and that's why you disappeared" Ruby whispers.

Scoffing I shake my head "Mom never hurt me, compared to my birth parents and the two foster homes I went to before her, she's the perfect mom" I say before placing a large order then look at Henry.

"Order an actual meal kid" I warn hearing him order a milkshake and pie.

After a moment of our stare down he nods then changes his order "how come you left?" Ruby asks.

"Had to" I answer relaxing in my seat before her Granny calls for her.

Hearing the bell above the door I glance up as Henry sinks in the seat to look smaller, looking at the door I see Snow, David, and the Dwarfs coming in.

She looks around before seeing Henry and rushes over trying to sit by me completely missing me, I put my feet on the seat before she can and watch her jump up shocked.

"Did I invite you to sit here?" I ask crossing my arms.

"But you're dead" she whispers looking pale.

Humming I tilt my head "I recently woke up from a coma but I was never dead".

"What did she do to you?" She whispers.

"Nothing but be a good mom"

"But you were in a coma"

Laughing I throw my head back "she had nothing to do with that" I say before climbing out putting myself between her and Henry.

"Someone else did that, I decided to come home to visit my mom and meet my brother, image my surprise to find him in a house alone while the towns running wild and my childhood home being vandalized"

Seeing a dwarf push himself between me and her I ignore him watching her "my brother has requested to stay with me and I agreed so move along".

"He's my grandson" she screeches.

Humming I look at them then Henry "I see no resemblance between you three, Mom raised him while you were teaching kids how build bird houses, legally speaking you have no claim to him".

Feeling the dwarf try to push me out of the way I glance down before shoving him back so he slams into his brothers, looking at my shirt I frowning "I prefer not to smell like piss" I snap.

"What was that?" he growls getting up.

Looking at him I smirk "you smell like piss, that should have been your name instead of Grumpy or maybe Drunk" I say seeing his hand clenching.

"Good to see that didn't change, still a drunk who always smells of alcohol and piss with anger issues" I add.

Seeing Granny come out trying to ease the situation while Ruby has our food I make room for her to step by and place our food down.

"Henry let's go" Snow orders glaring at me.

"It's his choice Snow, he can stay with me or follow after you but he can pick" I say glancing at him as I move away so he can leave if he wants.

He sits there before grabbing my hand, I tense slightly before closing my hand around his "I want to stay with my sister" he says.

"Henry she's not your sister" Snow snaps glaring at me.

"I am, I may not have met him till recently but we have the same Mom, I made sure to send birthday and Christmas gifts every year"

"She sent letters all the time to let Mom know where she was" Henry adds as I get him to sit and eat.

Seeing David move to grab him I grab his arm twisting it around forcing him to his knees while keeping my back to Henry, grabbing my knife I put it at his throat seeing them freeze shocked.

"One move and the Shepard dies" I growl.

"He is your Prince" Grumpy snarls.

Chuckling I look at him "he's not mine, Regina is the rightful queen and my mother so I guess I'm actually a princess, you will stay away from my brother or you will regret it".

"Henry, could you reach over and take his sword please?" I ask.

After a moment he leans over pulling the sword grunting slightly before dropping it on the table, stepping back I keep my foot on his leg before I punch his shoulder hearing a pop as his arm goes limp and he grabs it crying out.

Stepping back I kick out sending him forward "walk away now" I sneer.

I stand watching them help him up before backing out while the Dwarfs stand as guards "I don't hit women but I'm tempted to hit you" Grumpy growls.

Smirking I hold my arms out "come on then Pissy but when you get beat, I'll toss you across the line after, you'll have to pray I left you enough movement to reach a hospital".

Seeing them leave I put my knife up and sit down "sorry bout that Granny" I say shrugging.

She huffs before going back to the kitchen "I'm supposed to be Emma's godmother" Ruby whispers softly looking down.

Humming I nod eating "the fact you're bowing to that spoiled brat and fake prince instead of trying to help her tells me more about your loyalty then I care to know".

"You are picking Snow over your goddaughter" I add.

"That's not true I just don't know how to get her out"

I never liked how BTVS made Faith

She has a plan for Buffy but when Henry showed up alone begging for help she put her plans on hold because Regina needs help and she knows what lurks around so she won't allow him to be hurt

She has no hate for Regina and her and Henry will talk more with her opening up about her thoughts and feelings

Henry has latched onto Faith much like he did Emma for similar reasons, he sees her as his hero that can save his moms, her being around him teaches him more about the whole hero and villain views

Faith needed someone who trusts and needs her to help her get back on track
