Cordy pov sometime later
Gathering what I've found so far before I leave to Regina's Crypt, reaching it I walk in ignoring Cora and Blue acting suspicious, I'm not dealing with whatever she's up to.
Laying everything out I turn looking at the books Regina has finding multiple books that belong to the watchers that I remember Giles and Wes saying went missing, plus what Faith took from her dead watcher or found during her trips.
Pulling them out I put them on the table "I have multiple top priority research topics I need handled so let's start".
Hearing Tara, Ruby, and Henry join I frown hearing an extra person and turn to face them as Cora forms a fireball.
"What is she doing here?" I demand seeing Mulan come in behind Tara.
"She offered to help" Tara says shrugging.
Crossing my arms I raise my brows "search her".
Cora smirks lifting her in the air before checking her without touching her "nothing".
"Blue?" I ask.
"No spells on her influencing her but that doesn't cover her loyalty to Snow White, I don't sense anything suspicious so it's up to you"
"I say she's a spy" Cora hisses before choking Mulan.
"Cora enough" I order, she glares at me but drops her still glaring "we could make sure she's no threat by taking her heart" Cora adds.
"It doesn't ensure loyalty Cora, look at the huntsman he still committed treason by being a spy for Snow White" Blue snaps.
"I don't have time to listen to your foreplay, we have a job to do" I snap at Blue and Cora ignoring their shocked look.
"Mulan, if you try anything to interfere with our work or are found to be a spy, Cora will kill you however she chooses"
A few hours later
Sighing I slam my book closed pacing "damn it" I huff rubbing my forehead "I can't find anything about a Slayer being physically affected by Slayer dreams".
"You said it was always only one slayer at a time till the one died and was brought back right?" Mulan asks.
"Yes" I snap.
"So if there's a phrophy happening, assuming that this slayer living while another does set it into motion, maybe you have to assume things changed, both have survived longer then most slayers, maybe that affects them as well"
Frowning I nod thinking it over "faster and stronger then they were in the beginning, there are three slayers currently alive but one we have no clue where she is or who, something big is going on" I mutter pulling out my notes.
"Cora I need a war board" I call while writing more notes.
Spinning around I see it up and start pinning the papers up "okay multiple slayers alive at the same time, a big bad on the move that's more dangerous then the rest, multiple girls will head to Buffy for protection, Faith will return and fight in a battle underground, cloaked men with no eyes, a preacher, and new Slayer powers" I say while pinning each part.
Tilting my head I frown "string" Mulan says standing up.
Cora huffs tossing her some "excuse me ma'am" she says before stepping up.
I watch as she connects everything "Cordy that's a" Tara mutters trailing off.
Spinning I grab the books flipping till I find it "end of days, the first Evil will rise, the slayer will fight him if she loses then he will take the world" I read sitting down on the ground shaking.
"Buffy living caused this" I finally say shaking my head.
"A power imbalance opening the way for him to rise, but that doesn't explain why Faith's dream happened physically"
"A curse, an unknown side effect of her powers, maybe both but if death brings another this shifted the balance more giving him more space to manipulate things" Mulan says standing with her hands crossed behind her back.
Hearing my phone ring I answer it "hey we're about five minutes out" Faith says.
"Great I'll go get Maleficent and we'll meet on main Street, we found somethings out I'll tell you about once they're reunited"
