Buff pov two days later
Hearing the door open I keep watching the vision of Faith clearly in Sunnydale after she left us.
"Buffy?"
"Yes Dawn?" I say without looking at her.
"Willow managed to undo the spell on Xander"
"He has a scar now" I mutter smirking slightly.
Seeing a flash of a castle with actual knights I frown watching as a woman turns into a dragon that Faith climbs on with a sword.
Behind her Cordy's protecting a woman with a baby "Regina, there's to many" Cordy yells knocking a knight back while taking his sword.
Seeing a fireball pass her hitting another I look seeing the woman Emma married "so that's her mother" I mutter.
"What?" Dawn asks.
Waving her off I look around spotting Faith on the Dragon laughing after taking a broken
sword from one of the guys, she then jumps off the dragon covering her mouth and nose
while Emma causes a large gust of wind that spreads some kind of powder causing everyone to pass out.
I see her vanish in smoke before appearing by Emma with the baby still awake as the dragon
hits the ground before turning into the woman from the wedding photo I seen in another
vision.
Waving her off I look around spotting Faith on the Dragon laughing after taking a broken
sword from one of the guys, she then jumps off the dragon covering her mouth and nose
while Emma causes a large gust of wind that spreads some kind of powder causing everyoneto pass out.
Faith nods taking them and starts walking around lifting the dream catchers causing a golden light to shine from it.
"What are you up to?" I mutter frowning.
"Buffy, focus" Dawn orders snapping her fingers in front of my face.
"What?" I snap glaring at her only to see her flinch.
"You're scared me?" I mutter frowning "why are you scared of me?"
"This thing in you, it makes people give in to their darkest desires or thoughts" she whispers.
Frowning I look at a the floor "you think I don't know that? Dawn I've had thoughts of past events, I thought of ways to kill Xander, Angel, Faith, Ben, Willow, and Giles".
Dawn moves back slightly putting herself closer to the door "I know something's wrong with me, everything gets unfocused and I lose track of what's real and what's not, you help ground me keeping everything focused and real even when I'm seeing things".
Sighing I look at her "I think, I'm being shown things from Faith's eyes and what she's doing, but it's more then that, it's like I'm being shown what's to come".
"What do you mean, like a Slayer dream?" She asks.
"Yes, no, I don't know, I've seen them change but I keep finding myself stood by Faith holding a baby that's a boy, sometimes it's a baby girl in one arm with a little boy in the other"
Looking up at her I bite my lip "Dawn, I seen myself as an old woman holding a baby with Faith beside me in a hospital room, the woman on the bed calls me Mom while holding her arms out for the baby".
Laughing I shake my head "I seen Cordy in a cave with eggs and a Dragon, Faith and I stand right outside like guards with some other girls further up doing patrols, there's even another dragon beside Faith with a woman laying on her back, she'd toss snow balls at Faith but it's clearly summer".
"Oh, do you know what it means?" Dawn asks stepping closer.
"I think it means Faith and I will always be around each other because our paths were meant to cross, I have to make a choice about what I want if I plan to continue pushing her away and fighting, or if I want to try building a friendship, I think we could be more, she walks in my world and understands how stressful it is, how dangerous it gets"
Faith pov
Walking into the basement of Emma's house I tilt my head looking at the sword in the stone, pulling the dagger out I frown feeling it hum like the magic in it recognizes its other half.
"Where's the kid?" Emma asks leaning on the wall with her arms crossed.
"I brought his crib over and laid him down while he sleeps" I answer while putting the dagger back in my coat pocket.
"Gold was meant to be the savior, his mother stopped it with the sheers of fate" I say while looking at her.
"We could use him but he's familiar with the dark one's curse, he actually wants it we should keep him from being involved" Emma answers.
"If this doesn't work maybe we could undo the curse on Lily and give you back your darkness"
"She'd need True loves kiss, I've yet to see another villain get that"
"Henry could change the rules again if it's still unbroken, he could make it so everyone has a
chance like it use to be before the last dude decided only hero's deserve love or happiness, Gold nearly did it but he resisted and rejected it"
"True and Regina broke the curse kissing you" Emma mutters tilting her head.
"The curse can't effect a mother's love, it can block the rest but a mother's love is something more powerful then it can handle, Regina would go to war or bring an entire kingdom down for her children, she was willing to give up her happiness to protect you three and would do it again if she had to" she adds before smirking.
"If Kennedy doesn't work, the watcher will" she adds.
"Excuse me?"
"Her watcher views her like a daughter, she'll do it to protect her like any decent parent would"
Nodding I lean on the stone tapping the sword hilt "I can't believe this things real, I was sure this wouldn't be".
"Okay Scar, I find it hard to believe you're who the Lion King's about"
Smirking I wiggle my eye brows at her "I knew I preferred Scar for a reason" I tease.
"Oh yes, the lion that looks weak and frail while also acting feminine turns out to be about a female"
Waving her off I smile while standing up "I already got my hyenas, don't tempt me into sending them after you".
"Oh yes, the triplets that were stalking us and stealing our food like scavengers till Shenzi got hurt and you decided to help her"
Humming I shrug moving for the stairs "someone's jealous of my pride" I tease.
"Outland Faith, they fall into Outland territory"
"So do you Emma, we're the outland, while Arthur is pride land with Snow and eventually, I'll have both destroyed leaving us to rule the land" I answer.
