Cordy pov next day
Hearing a pan slamming I go to the kitchen and find Regina roughly putting a pan in the over before moving back to mixing dough roughly.
Glancing at the bar I frown seeing different containers full of food and baked goods "um Regina?" I say while looking at them seeing 12 lasagnas with 8 other different pastas, 10 Taquitos, enchiladas, and tamales, homemade doughnuts and bear claws, Apple turnovers, cookies, and pies.
Hearing her hum I pick up a container of Taquitos "how long have you been cooking?" I ask.
"A few hours" she grunts while using the roller.
Glancing at the containers I raise my brows before looking at her "Regina this is more than a few hours".
Hearing her grunt tossing dough to a bowl I feel someone grab my shirt pulling me back, glancing back I see Henry shaking his head motioning me to follow him.
Getting outside he gives a nervous smile "Mom cooks when she's stressed or worried, it's best to let her be, once she gets tired or figures out what to do she'll stop" he says sounding calm.
Huffing I put a hand on my hip "this is all Faith and Emma's fault".
Henry nods looking down "she's worried about them and they haven't came home then with Faith having a baby that we don't know where it came from or why she has it mom's getting more worried".
Nodding I sit on a bench under the tree "do you think she stole it?" Henry asks sadly.
Frowning I shrug biting my lip "if she did, she has a good reason probably to protect it or something like that" I answer.
"But what if they need it for something like a spell?" He asks.
Looking at him I raise my brow seeing him look unsure before nervously shifting in place "Nana's been going over spells that need babies since Aunt Zee tried to use Snow's son for one, there's a lot of dark spells that need a child or baby" he blurts out.
Shaking my head I sigh looking down "Henry, Faith can and will do a lot of questionable things but she'd never do anything like that, remember in New York that vampire we was chasing, it tried to use a child to make her back off".
"She got really mad about that, I've never seen her that aggressive on one" he mutters.
"I have, back when she first came to Sunnydale she watched her watcher die and she would just beat the vampires even after she should have staked them, it's reckless and puts her in more danger but she gets tunnel vision"
Seeing his shoulders drop I put an arm around his shoulders feeling him lean against me "she's not going to hurt the baby or use it in a spell, I may not know why she has it or where it came from but it's completely safe" I add.
Hearing laughing I glance up seeing Kennedy coming with three teenagers laughing that
remind me of hyenas cackling "Ken, what's going on?" I ask seeing her hand twitch as the
three teens continue to follow her.
"Faith's lackeys won't leave me alone and now I been ordered to take them with me on patrols so they can learn how" she grunts.
"Faith's lackeys?" I repeat frowning.
"Yes her lackeys, these three follow her orders for some reason and they've been told to work with me, I've tried ditching them multiple times but they keep finding me"
"Hey, if they work for her, does that mean they've talked to her recently?" Henry ask smiling.
Seeing one nod smiling with a goofy smile I glance at Henry frowning "do you know where Faith got a baby or why she has it?" Henry asks.
They giggle nodding with huge smiles "great, tell us" Henry says happily.
Hearing them start laughing hysterically I sigh looking at them "figures Faith would get annoying lackeys" I mutter.
"Did you need something Kennedy?" I ask trying to ignore them as they move away from us roughhousing together.
"Shenzi, Banzai and Ed was asked to pick up some food for the orphanage, we need the monthly allowance for it from Anya"
Glancing at Henry he smirks "well get her but we have extra food they can take and give Ms. Goose a break from cooking for the night" he says proudly before running to the house.
"Regina's stress cooking" I say seeing Kennedy raise a brow at me.
"Oh, where's your dragon? I figured she'd be here growling and blowing smoke at me"
"Last I seen she was running from Cora and Blue, she's been stealing stuff for something"
"Not flying?"
"She forgets about being a dragon and reverts to running like a normal person"
"Maybe she's building a horde" Kennedy says sarcastically.
Glancing at her I frown "what, is that an offensive stereotype?" She asks.
"Surprisingly no, Maleficent had a horde of junk in her castle before the curse, I started cleaning it up and throwing stuff out before we came back".
"How the hell could you do that before the curse?"
"Oh, that's right we glazed over what Zelena's spell did, it took us to the past and I ended up kidnapped by Maleficent over a unicorn, it was all a little weird and amazingly Emma running around in bones calling herself Zira while looking like a demon and vampire mix wasn't the weirdest part" I say chuckling.
"Why's that name seem familiar?" Kennedy asks frowning.
"Lion King two, she was supposedly Scars mate or something"
She nods before laughing "that's funny, Emma called herself that, now I have three people named after the hyenas from the Lion King around and they're Faith's lackeys, and Faith actually has a scar over her eye now from me".
Looking at her I frown thinking about what she said "it can't be, can it?" I mutter.
Seeing Kennedy frown looking at me confused I ignore it heading for the house yelling for Henry, seeing him and Anya coming out, I grab his arm pulling him with me.
"Come on Kennedy just gave me an idea"

Looking at the wagon Henry left loaded down with leftover container I raise my brow "okay
great glad I could help" I mutter as the triplets come back from playing to check out the food.
"What happened?" Anya asks.
"I'm not sure, we was talking and she just took off yelling for Henry" I answer while taking the money she offers.
