Back at a Speedwagon Foundation center, Jotaro and the Bat Family have Funny Valentine restrained. He has not dared attempt to use his Stand to break out, as doing so would earn him another beating from Star Platinum. Jotaro is contemplating what should be done with the President. As a Stand user with potential omnipotence, they need to ensure he won't just escape and return to his misdeeds.

Jotaro: "I'd like to kill him myself, but I'm not really in the mood to stare death row in the face for who knows how long."

Batman raises an eyebrow at Jotaro.

Batman: "We don't do that to our enemies. You kill one villain, and before you know it, you never stop. It's why I never let myself lose control."

Red Hood rolls his eyes under his helmet.

Red Hood: "Here you go again with that shit. So what do we do with him? We throw him in prison, he uses his Stand to bust out, and then what?"

Batgirl: "Jotaro, certainly there's a way to imprison Stand users in your universe?"

Jotaro: (tugging at the brim of his hat) "Not really. There's no way a non-Stand user could feasibly keep a Stand user down. Hell, even Stand users can barely do it. But there is one guy who might be able to help us..."

Jotaro almost throws up in his mouth at what he's about to suggest.

Jotaro: "I know this guy, Rohan Kishibe. He's a Stand user who wields Heaven's Door. It's a unique Stand that lets him write commands into people, or peer into their memories by turning them into books. If I can get him to fly down here, he can place a Safety Lock on President Valentine, preventing him from ever using D4C and Love Train again."

Batgirl: "Great! Where is he?"

Jotaro: "Probably still in Japan. I know flying from there to here in America isn't an easy task, but we can't afford to cut corners."

After a mildly irritating phone call, Jotaro confirms Rohan a direct flight from Tokyo to West Virginia, where the battle against President Valentine occurred, the next day. Rohan arrives at the facility the disgraced President is being held, summons Heaven's Door, and places a Safety Lock on him, forbidding him from ever using D4C or Love Train again.

Rohan: "There, he won't be able to distort reality anymore, not for as long as he lives and breathes. So, Mr. Jotaro, besides saving the universe, is there anything else I can do for you today?"

Jotaro: (grimacing) "No, you spoiled prick. That's all. But you're more than welcome to see the President off."

Red Hood: "Man this guy's annoying. I wonder if I can shoot him."

Red Hood reaches for his gun, but Batgirl elbows him.

Sometime later, Batman prepares a portal back to his universe, President Valentine in tow.

Jotaro: "So what are you gonna do with him?"

Batman: "He's off to the Phantom Zone."

Batgirl: "An extra special prison for villains as dangerous as President Valentine. Once you're in there, you can never escape, not unless someone frees you personally."

Red Hood: "And we definitely aren't doing that anytime soon."

Jotaro: "Nuclear option eh? Well if that's what it takes."

Finally, Funny Valentine decides to speak up.

Valentine: "Fine, go right ahead and lock me away wherever you want. Have the life you deserve Jotaro Kujo, but know this; someday you'll realize my vision is the correct one, and you'll be begging for my return. But by then, it'll be too late, and no one will save you from yourself."

Jotaro: "Good grief, I forgot how much you never shut the fuck up."

Before the Bat Family returns to their universe, Batman goes up to Jotaro.

Batman: "I never got to formally express my gratitude for rescuing me from Joker and Grodd-and for keeping Gotham safe in my stead. So I want you to have this. It's a cross-dimensional communicator. If we ever need to team up again, we'll always be one call away."

Jotaro: "Thanks, the pleasure was all mine. It was great working with all of you. You be well."

Batgirl runs up and hugs Jotaro.

Batgirl: "Be safe Jotaro. This world needs you."

Red Hood: "Hey, you ok Babs?"

Batgirl: (collecting herself) "Yeah, totally. Don't worry about me."

Red Hood: (shoving Valentine) "Move it asshole. Phantom Zone's not gonna imprison you itself."

Jotaro smirks as the Bat Family enter the portal and take Funny Valentine off of his hands, relieved that such a horrifying Stand ability won't terrorize the world anymore.

Rohan: "Hey Mr. Jotaro, I was considering returning back to Japan right away, but do you mind if we hang out at a cafe for an hour or 2?"

Jotaro: "Why?"

Rohan: "Oh come now, do you really think I'd let you keep your adventure from me? Your story would make an excellent manga series, so don't you dare hide any details from me!"

Jotaro: (grinning) "Good grief, nothing's sacred to you is it? What are you gonna call it?"

Rohan: "How about 'The Gotham City Stand User'?"

Jotaro: "Dunno, sounds a little lame."

Jotaro and Rohan get on their way, as Jotaro glances down at the communicator Batman gave him. He doesn't know if their paths will cross again, but he's confident that Gotham is in good hands again, and that he can return to his duty of protecting his friends and family from any other villainous Stand users. He knows he'll catch heat from Jolyne for disappearing again, but knowing she's safe and sound is worth every ounce of grief she'll give him. She might even enjoy his story too.
