"Gran?" Alex asked after getting over the shock of her just appearing beside him.
Eternity looked pensive for a few seconds before answering him, "Those foolish ascended tore a hole in reality, I'm sorry my dear but you will now face imperial troopers from the Star Wars A New Hope era, Han Solo his Wookie friend along with Leia, Luke and the two droids came through as well."
Alex stopped at this and looked at Eternity, shock growing across his face, "What the hell were they thinking?"
"They thought that Q snapping away the goa'uld and other threats that the humans of this galaxy would not be able to handle the Ori, they did not account that your being here would have kept the Ori away, I have punished the council by locking them out of the lower planes, the ones that opposed the council I have sent to Chaya, they will stay neutral, or they will act as teachers."
Sighing, he shook his head," Great now I will have to fight Force users," he groaned out.
"No, the Force goes against the laws of this universe, once the tare that brought the ships here closed all of the Froce users were severed from the Force, the more they were atuned to it the more they suffered when it was severed, so far only Luke will come out of it completly unharmed, if he had a year or more training he would be a cripple lile the others," Eternity told him as the walked.
Alex stopped again, "Was that what caused me to pass out?"
Eternity nodded, "Yes, as a Plane's Walker mixed with Dimensional Traveler, you are sensitive to when Universal Laws act to defend themselves; if they had come here through the same means your new friends did, the laws wouldn't have acted as the companies have workarounds to them."
"Alright, so going to medical is not needed; come meet your newest granddaughter; while you are getting to know her, I need to go warn our crews, can you tell me where they are?"
"Han Solo and his friends are heading to your base, Oma Desala did some work on their navigational computer, they think the planet is Naboo, they should arrive in a day, the Death Star and its accompanying Star Destroyers are moving to what they think is Curosant, they will be traveling for nearly a month burning their fule, by the time they reach their destination they will not have the resources to do any type of campaign for at most a year, the planet is a desert planet with no life or Stargate." Eternity told him as she turned to follow him back to the main house.
Going to the second floor, he searched for Sam and the others; he found them in the room sharing the bathroom with Karen's room; Kira was moving her clothes and a few other items to the room across the way.
Stepping into the room, he found Sam creating clothes that would fit T'Pol either hanging them in the closet or the dresser, "Look who came for a visit," he called out as he and Eternity entered the room.
Sam looked up from the drawer she was putting some socks into and smiled, "Hello gran. What brings you by?"
"Grama," Karen called out before leaping into the air and flying to hug Eternity.
"Hello mam, it is nice to see you again," Kira said as she stepped back into the room after taking the last of her clothing to the other room.
T'Pol stood stoically at the side of the bed, letting Sam hold each new dress, shirt, or pant to her body to be sure they would fit before they were put away, she did turn to face Alex and Eternity but said nothing as she did not know what to say.
Eternity smiled and hugged Karen back as she caught her, "Hello, dears, I hear we have a new family member," she said, her eyes falling on T'Pol, stepping toward the small girl she could see the pain she held behind her Vulcan shields, "Who hurt such a lovely child?" she asked as she took Karen in one arm and pulled T'Pol against her chest.
Alex stepped to Sam's side to whisper what he had been told, he then left to let them speak while he went to the door to open it up at the base planet, stepping out of the house he looked around to find that the Vulcan's and Asgard had moved the Stargate, looking up he used his X-ray vision to find it was now on the Watchtower.
Nodding, he leaped from the ground and flew out of the atmosphere; as he approached the Watchtower, he noticed its weapons following him until he neared enough for the visual sensors to identify him; once they did, the weapons returned to their resting state.
Flying to the open space dock he entered the Watchtower to find the Asgard and Vulcan scientists examining the Javelins spread throughout the area.
Ignoring the ones inspecting the ships, Alex made his way to the command center; he saw many Vulcans working in many of the offices or labs, passing the medical, he found Asgardians updating the medical equipment while explaining the changes to the Vulcan man and woman so they would be able to use it properly.
When he reached the command center, he found more people going over the control functions of the Watchtower, one of the working Vulcans looked up as he stepped into the room.
"Sir, we have been trying to understand the systems of this station; while the programming is easy to understand we are finding three different types of technology from unknown alien species."
Alex nodded, "We copied this from a group of heroes from another reality. They built this station with the aid of a group of aliens but we never met those groups."
"Should we halt our studies?" the man asked, his stoic facade changed only by an arched brow.
Alex shook his head, "No, this will be our base of operations; your people and the Asgard need to know all you can about this station, just be careful."The man nodded then turned back to the station he was working on but spoke some more, "The Asgard have allowed us to use their social satellite network to monitor the goa'uld as well as a few planets you have mentioned, we have noted the ninety-five percent of the goa'uld as well as groups we were told to avoid have all seemed to have vanished."
"Yeah that's why I came, Q snapped them to another reality, but new enemies had been brought here by the ascended Alterans, we have some time before they reach this part of the galaxy, maybe a year, but there is a small ship coming to this planet," Alex brought up an image of the Millennium Falcon, "if this ship appears, render the occupants aid."
The man nodded as he turned to look over the image, "Very well, we will keep our sensors open for their arrival.""That is good; I can tell you that there are three humans aboard along with a tall furred humanoid from the Wokke race. His name is CChewbaccamore. Commonly, he is called Chewy, with the living occupants are two robots C3PO and R2D2," Alex finished informing the man.
The man nodded again, "Will they require medical attention?"
"I don't know; while it is a good idea to have them checked over, we really do not know how our medicines will affect them, so unless it is an emergency do not try to give them anything until it can be tested somehow."The man nodded, "I have sent a message to medical, as well as the other section that will be needed to render them aid."
Alex smiled with a nod, "Good, I need to return to my ship soon. If this ship and its people come before we return contact us immediately."
"Yes sir," the man said before returning to his study of the station he was at while Alex turned to open the door to the house.
Stepping into the house, not hearing the sounds of anyone in the house, he opened the door to come out on the bridge of his ship, "Sam, where are you guys?" he asked as he hit the PA control on his seat.
'We are in the mess hall, Carter and Jolinar are reading over the PADD, and Jolinar is helping her understand the Naquadah reactors as well as the hyperdrive systems,' Sam answered after a few seconds.
Alex watched the viewscreen as the ship orbited the asteroid, "I'm doing a deep scan of the asteroid; tie the PADD into the sensor array. It can copy the data in the background while they talk in techno-babble to each other.
"'Alright, T'Pol and Karen are helping keep them distracted; although she does not show it much T'Pol seems to enjoy the attention,' Sam said while he could hear the blips of the keys being hit to tie the PADD into the array.
"Yeah, the more Vuclans spend time with humans or other races, the more they will pick up their mannerisms. T'Pol may have some influence from me. We'll talk about it later; I'm going to need to think about a report; when the scans are done we will return to Earth."
'Okay, tell me about it later,' Sam said before closing her end of the call.
Alex watched the asteroid for a few more seconds before looking to his control screen on the ar of his chair and brought up the message from Xander, 'Well this is interesting, Faith and Diana survived Kakistos attacking them in Boston, I wonder if they will accept us equipping them with some armor?' he asked himself.
For an hour more he let the scans run, when he felt that they had enough data he opened the intership com system, "Alright people we are done for now, we will schedule a rotation for adjusting this things course, for now you guys are on stand down until we know what has changed after a visit from a powerful friend."
After receving positive responses from all of the captain's he closed all channels other than to Hermione and Xander's ship, "Xander, Hermione, take your guest on a tour of the solar system, then take them home."
'Okay, bossman,' Xander replied, after a few minutes he watched as the Artemis turn to the outer edges of the solar system.
'Yes sir,' Hermione responded then the Hecate too tuened to follow the Atemis.
Standing from his chair, he turned to the Vulcan standing at tactical, "You have the conn," he told the man before walking out of the bridge and heading for the mess hall.
He watched as the crew members went about their work as he walked, entering the mess hall he found Sam, Carter, and Rosha/Jolinar sitting at a table near the bulkhead with Carter facing the viewport that covered most of the wall but Carter did not pay the view much attention focusing almost completely on the PADD on the table in front of her.
"Alright, ladies, how are things going?" he asked as he sat next to Sam and took Karen into his lap freeing up Sam's full lap for T'Pol.
"Other than these two trying to memorize the data on the PADD, everything is going well," Sam answered with a laugh while hugging T'Pol.
Carter and her reading companions paid no attention to their words as their eyes rapidly took in all they could from the screen of the PADD while occasionally mummering questions to each other.
Sam laughed as she watched her counterpart read, "I think we may have to fight to get them out of here, Carter may even fail to get her report to the General."
Alex smiled and began playing with Karen's hair. "It's fine the general knows she will have a larger report than the others, mostly because she notices more about the tech."
Sam laughed a little more, "True, now how are you? That collapse wasn't normal," she asked to change the subject.
"I can't say right now other than some meddling people did something that messed with reality, we can talk about it later, Carter here may not be listening but she hears it all and it will come to her later until she gets read in on Protocol M," Alex said while he got Karen's hair done into a decent braid.
Sam nodded, "Fine, so where did you go? I felt when you left the house, I think it's a warning thing in case children try to leave."
Alex nodded, "Yeah I set it up the other day when this little one tried to go catch one of her pets in the forest and wanted to bring it into the house."
Kira laughed at the memory, "Those squirrel-like creatures are cute but I doubt they would do well in the house."
Karen was pouting, "But they are my friends; I wanted to show them my home when I saw their homes," her hair was done in a rough crown of braids.
"A little more practice and you will be better at that," Sam told him as she tucked a few stray braids behind Karen's ear.
"Yeah," he said with a smile, then looked at T'Pol with a twinkle in his eyes, "Swap with me; you can fix my mess-ups," he motioned to T'Pol, who while stoic still had a curious look in her eyes while looking at Karen's hair after Alex finished his work.
Smiling Sam swapped the girls when Alex began playing with T'Pol's hair he noticed that it was longer than he knew, it was pulled up into a bun held in place with pins when he pulled them out her hair fell to be just above her waist where Karen's hair was to the middle of her back.
"Let me know if I cause any pain or discomfort," he told her before he began to do small braids at her temple just above her ear.
As he worked on T'Pol's hair they spoke about what they would be doing while letting the captains recon the galaxy.
"Well, I want to go see that reality with that little robot crushing trash; while it doesn't do much, I do want to sample that little white robot that could fly, it would make a good probe or guard."
"Can we have one as a friend?" Karen asked from Sam's lap as her braids were being fixed.
Alex nodded, "Yeah, I'll make one for you, but remember, while it will be a robot, it will have a mind of its own."
As he was braiding, he would form thin silvery cloth or threads he could add to give some contrast to the girl's black hair; when he was finished there were a dozen small braids that he began to do up into swirling patterns using the hairpins to hold them in place.
"Hey that looks good," Sam said after she finished fixing Karen's hair.
Alex nodded and then looked around when he realized he didn't hear Carter or Jolinar speaking over what the PADD had in its hard drive, he found the two watching him with soft smiles on their faces."You three finish reading that thing?" he asked.
Carter shook her head, "I doubt I can finish all that is in here," she said, waving the PADD, "but I want to ask something about the cooling systems on these plans but we got distracted by the domestic atmosphere."
Sam laughed, "We try to keep things homey, there are so many things out there that can and will cause trouble we don't see the point in stressing over it."
"Speaking of trouble, we may not have to worry about the goa'uld and other threats, I need to let you know some meddlesome people caused some trouble out there, luckily we have a year or so before it'll come this way," Alex told them as he finished the last swirl in T'Pol's hair.
Carter and Jolinar both straightened up, "I thought your friend made the troublesome people go away,"
Alex nodded, "He did, but someone else didn't like that, so they brought in some new trouble, I can't tell you more than that until you have been read in on Protocol M." Carter nodded, "Alright, so what can you tell me about these hyperdrive engines?" she asked to change the subject.
Sam smiled and then began, "The engines on that PADD are hybrid builds of Alteran and Asgard..." She went on to speak about the engines for several minutes causing Carter and Jolinar to both reach for the PADD to write out notes on what Sam told them.Alex looked at Kira, "Grab the munchkin," he said as he stood turning T'Pol in his arms to hold her better.
When Sam went to stand he shook his head, "You stay and get your geek on we are going to take care of a few things, if we aren't back before it is time to take these two back to Earth send them back then have the crew take the ship back and have it docked on the watchtower and run a full diagnostic of the systems."
Sam nodded but still stood to kiss his lips, then T'Pol and Karen on the cheek, "Alright, as soon as the ship is on its way I'll join you."
Nodding to Carter and Jolinar he left the mess hall with Kira following with Karen in her arms.
"Where are we going?" she asked as he opened the door once they were out of sight of the door to the mess hall.
"I'm going ahead with the plan to get that little white robot as well as dropping off a good number of drones to clean up that Earth or at least speed it up," he answered as he led them to the spaceport.
As they passed the medical room, the door opened to reveal Rosha/Jolinar; she looked around the workshop and at the many vehicles her eyes growing wide at how advanced some of them appeared to be more advanced than the items the Tokra used.
Alex smiled at her expression, but he did have to ask, "How are you two feeling?"
Rosha answered as Jolinar was shocked even more than she was, "We are doing well; your medical facilities have healed all of our wounds, Jolinar told me that she felt as if she were a thousand years younger," she told him.
Alex smiled, "I wouldn't doubt she is physically younger; our medical unit has a temporal component, and don't ask. I do not understand how it works; it was a gift from my father who never got around to explaining it." he told her while gesturing around the workshop, not truly lying or telling the full truth.
Rosha nodded, wondering how powerful this man's father was to be able to build all she could see along with that wonderful healing facility and then just give it away, she then noticed the child in his arms along with the woman holding another child, while the child in his arms looked nothing like him she could see his features in the other child but she shared no features with the woman who held her.
Following her eyes as she took in the others he decided to make introductions, "Let me introduce my niece T'Pol," he bounced the little Vulcan girl in his arm, "My daughter Karen and a traveling companion Kira," he chin pointed to the two others, "My wife is currently speaking with some friends on hyperspace engines so I'll have to introduce her later."
Rosha nodded to each and introduced herself, "Pleasure to meet you, I am Rosha host of Jolinar," she then looked back to Alex, "You said that my people along with other groups were destroyed by the goa'uld, what are we going to do if we have no people to return to?" she asked referring to herself and Jolinar.
Alex nodded in return, "First, we will take you to our base of operation. You can rest and recuperate there but I am sorry to say you will only get at most a week as it is in a different reality from your home."
"Entropic cascade failure," Rosha nodded in understanding, "Anies found a mirror-like device. After studying it, she found one could traverse realities, she nearly died after using it once, but her reports explained her findings after an Asgard scientist helped her find her way home."
Kira looked sad for a brief moment. She tried to hide it by burying her face in Karen's hair, but Rosha saw it. A look of concern crossed her face Alex noticed her look.
"She is in a similar situation, but we are working on helping her," he said moving over to wrap an arm over Kira's shoulder as Karen hugged her tightly. They stood there silently for a few minutes until Kira pulled away, with a soft smile.
"I'll be fine soon," she said softly, giving him a squeeze around his waist with her free arm she hadn't realized she'd wrapped around him.
Alex nodded matching her smile, T'Pol squirmed in his arm to adjust from the impromptu hugging, and when Alex went to wrap his arm around her again she leaned her arms out to be taken by Kira, smiling Kira held out her free arm to take the little girl, once she was settled both little girls hugged her again, Alex turned to Rosha.
"Come on I'll show you where you can rest while we take care of something," he told her then waved for her to follow him to the main part of the house where he showed her how to work the TV, "If you want something to eat just call out for Misty, she is an excellent cook," when he spoke her name Misty popped in.
Rosha looked at the small humanoid creature and then turned to Alex, a question in her eyes he noticed it from both the host and symbiote.
"She is a member of the family and is connected to the house by mystical means; just tell her if you get hungry or thirsty," he then turned to Misty, "Remember no working too hard."
"I know Ash has tried to take on my duties, but I put him in his place; I am pregnant, not glass," the little elf said with a huff before popping away leaving a glass of juice on the coffee table. Alex laughed while Rosha stared at the spot where Misty had been standing.
"I've never seen a creature such as that nor has Jolinar."
"She and her mate are called house elves they come from a reality where people and creatures can manipulate energies most commonly known as magic, we hired Misty and Ash to care for our home here as well as a farm we own, you can speak to our friends more once we take you to our base, but for now rest and watch TV, once we get back from a quick mission we'll take you to the base."
Rosha nodded as she sat picking up the remote, she began searching the channels until she found a nature video documenting African wildlife, although her eyes followed the video Jolinar came out of her stupor to review the last several minutes then the twp spoke in their minds over learning that the Tokra of their home reality had been destroyed and they were now could not return home.
Alex returned to the workshop to rejoin Kira and the girls, "Why are we going to the spaceport, couldn't we just go using the door?"
"We could but I seriously doubt you want to go to a planet filled with trash without some kind of filter system for oxygen I don't plan on being there long, but I'm also thinking of creating some drones that will recycle the trash as well as build something to clean up the atmosphere, maybe even send seeds for food and tree to support the people when the ship returns, I'm just not sure how long it took for Wall-E and EVE to get from Earth to the ship," Alex answered as they walked toward the airlock.
"When are you going to enter the world then?"Alex frowned in thought, "I'm thinking about around the time the ship dropped EVE off; that way, I can get a copy of the ship as well as a charging system for them; for Wall-E, I can just scan once he is charging up he normally goes into sleep mode."
Kira nodded, "I remember from the movie; I understand getting EVE but why a Wall-E?"
Alex smiled, "While EVE is a great probe and possible backup for off-world teams Wall-E can be helpful in cleanup if some worlds are filled with trash or downed ships like on the planet Oma kept her temple for helping people ascend, a few Wall-E type could clean them up or if one of the SG teams goes there they can pick over the junk for study."
"And we can get one of each for friends," Karen chirped from Kira's arm, smiling at T'Pol who slowly nodded.
"Yes, and you get some robot friends," Alex said with a laugh in his voice.
When they walked through the door, he walked over to one of the landing pads. Holding out his hands he focused on one of the gate ships from Atlantis when it finished forming the pad morphed to cradle the ship.
"Okay, we need to let it charge up a bit then we can go," he told them before walking over to the pad he uses for charging Petintia and creating a dozen more.
"Why are you making more of those?"
"We never know when we may need them. If I remember right there should be a few places that will need them."
"Okay. Are you going to build a city ship for our use?"
"Not for a while, we don't have the space to park it right now plus I doubt we will ever have the numbers needed to crew it, though I may build one for some people in other realities, I especially want to replace DS-nine that station is filled with so many Cardassian traps it's a miracle it hasn't been destroyed yet."
"I haven't seen any of the show; I've only watched SG-One. I will watch it sometime, do you know when we will be going back to that reality?"
"Once we get through with the SGC I want to go back to your home, so maybe for a few days after that, we can swing by and set up a few things, but I'll have to talk to the Bajoran council because the station is in their space."
"Alright, by the way, it's been on my mind for a while but where did you get the crystal to the phantom zone?"
Alex smiled, "When we scanned the Watchtower, Clark had some locked away for emergencies."
Kira looked worried for a second but Alex spoke up more, "Don't worry I won't be giving them out to people whom I can't trust, Q while a trickster is an honorable being, he wants the humans and other Starfleet races to achieve great things so he gives them little pushes from time to time."
Kira nodded, "Is he like that small being that tries to prank Clark from time to time?"
Alex chuckled, thinking about Mxyzptlk, "Yeah, though Mister Mxyzptlk does it to keep Clark anchored to his humanity. He has seen several versions of Clark who went the villain route and it ended badly for those realities."
Kira shuddered, thinking about how bad things would be should the Clark she knew ever went evil, "If our clark ever goes that way almost nothing can stop him with his powers now."
"That's why I gave the powers to Lois, and Cloe and upgraded Kara and Coner, with them there to help him stay stable," Alex said with a smile.
"But what if they all go bad?"
"Then Sam and I will step in and knock them down a peg or two and if we have to strip their powers completely."
Kira set Karen and T'Pol down when Karen began squirming; once her feet touched the floor, Karen took off running around the spaceport, and after a few minutes, she got T'Pol to play a game of tag.
The two adults watched with smiles as the two girls played until a beeping from the ship told them that it had been fully charged.
"Alright, girls, let's go get you some friends," Alex called out to get the two to join him and Kira who had walked to the entry hatch.
"Yay," Karen squealed before scooping T'Pol up and flying from the far side of the spaceport and into the small ship just behind Alex and Kira.Walking through the small ship to the
captain seat, as he began running its start-up sequence, Kira took the co-pilot seat and watched Alex work and speak.
"I based this ship on the ship the Ancients built but changed it to work on Kryptonian DNA as well as the mental interface so you should be able to work this ship easily," he told her as Karen took a seat behind him and sat T'Pol beside her in the seat just in time for the safety restraints he had added activated pulling them back into the seats gently as the ship lift from the pad.
Once off of the pad, the ship turned to face the space doors which slowly opened after Alex had sent a mental order for them to open in a version of the reality he was looking for, through the doors they saw a version of Earth that was surrounded by so many defunct satellites the planet could hardly be seen.
"Wow, they made a mess of this place, didn't they?" Kira asked as the small ship moved through the doors.
"Yeah, but it is also the fault of a company that slowly took over the planet, they didn't know they were slowly killing the place until it was too late, the large ships that the surviving humans took just enough people to have a viable population, but it will be a miracle for those oversized and weak boned people to see humans survive."
The ship slowed at the outer edge of the satellite field orbit, barely being able to see the planet. He shook his head, "There are so many here that not even the sunlight can fully reach the surface it's a wonder that even the one plant Wall-E found grew."
Kira nodded as she looked at the forward view, "Can we do anything about all of this?"
"Yeah, I can make some of those repair drones to break down this junk then use it to build a few ships to land the begin working on cleaning up the trash on the surface, a few hundred to start should be fine," he said standing to walk toward the rear of the ship and its small airlock.
Crouching down he began creating the drones using metal found on Earth, each programmed to break down all non-functioning satellites and then to build more of themselves, once they finished they would link themselves together into a ship to land on the planet to begin cleaning up the planet, they would then build human dwellings as well as facilities to clean the atmosphere, this work may take a few decades to a century or so to complete but he hoped it would help the humans to eventually thrive.
When he had fifty made, he stepped back and closed the airlock; he repeated this five more times leaving six clusters in equally distant locations to speed up the process.
"That should help, we will need to come back from time to time to see about repopulating the plants and animals," Alex said as he retook his seat as the three hundred drones began their work.
Kira smiled as the man she was slowly growing to like more than as a friend did so much to help a nearly dead world, "Okay, let's go see about getting those two," she said pointing out the viewport as a rocket shot through the cloud of junk and down to the planet.
Alex nodded and retook his seat; activating the cloaking system, he set course to follow the rocket as it cut through the trash opening a nearly clear path to the surface.
Following the rocket down was a rough ride as the ship cut through the thickened atmosphere, the scans from outside the ship registered that the planet was nearly as heavy as Venus or Mercury the only thing that seemed to have saved the planet from becoming completely like the two hellish worlds seemed to be the greater distance it orbited from the sun.
"Look at these readings. How the hell did the clean-up robots function under these conditions let alone the humans when they returned? The air is so toxic it's nearly acid." Kira exclaimed as she read the scans.
"Yeah they built them to last but the large ones only lasted about a decade under these conditions it was only that the smaller ones were closer to the surface and slightly cleaner air that saved them, I'm only seeing about a dozen of the Wal-E type still working all over the continent that used to be America and not many more on each of the others," Alex pointed out showing where the little square robots continued their work.
When the rocket set down Alex piloted the ship to be alongside the rocket as it opened up to scan the area, hurriedly he moved into the airlock closing it behind him to open the outside door so he could touch the rocket to get a scan of it and was amazed at how robust the simple looking rocket was built as well as how complicated and self safishant the EVE units were, he would be able to modify the systems on the rocket to be a repair and recharge station for them.
He was also glad that his suit had covered him before the door opened, though even with its filtering cleaning up the air he breathed, it barely kept the stench out causing him to until he saw dark spots, glad the scan only took seconds he stepped back hitting the control closing the door and cleaning the air inside the compartment as well as his body, he also flooded his body with healing and cleansing magic to rid himself of any toxins the suit couldn't take care of.
Once the compartment was clean, the door opened to reveal a concerned Kira hovering just beyond the door having heard his coughing, "Are you alright?"
He smiled at her, "Yeah, though I am glad I only have to open the door once more to get Wall-E, I think I'll need to drop a few thousand drones down here as well, and hope they clean this place up enough that the humans can live."
Knowing that Wall-E should be near, Kira turned to the pilot's control and set the ship to find him while she let Alex rest and recover, "Wal-E is working on that tall pile of trash he built into a tower shown in the movie."
Alex chuckled, picturing the little robot diligently continuing his work over the years, repairing himself using parts from the broken units to ensure he could do his job.
"Alright, let's go get him, then we'll go to a secluded place to drop off more drones; this place needs the air cleaned up now, I'll program them to build towers to clean up the air as well as begin breaking down the organic trash."
As the ship flew around, the many towers were built from trash cubes, some of which were over one thousand and three hundred feet tall and he wondered how many of these had been built by the small robot that even now worked on another tower.
It took them nearly thirty minutes to find the tower currently being built, they watched out of the viewport as the little robot crushed a new cube before speedily moving to put it with the others in the tower that was already seventy-five feet high and just as wide.
Karen was happily hovering upside down, looking at Wall-E as he worked; ever since she had watched the movie, she wanted her daddy to get her the two robots to be her friends and now he was doing just that.
Sighing Alex turned to the airlock again after watching Wall-E set the cube down and then fold in on himself as the solar panels to charge his batteries, once the door was opened he reached out touching the small robot, as he scanned he also sent a gentle repair spell into the little guy and smiled as he quickly pulled his hand away just as his scan finished.
The door had just closed and fallen under the cloak when Wall-E reached full charge after the repair swept over him, the cute little robot noticed the higher charge confused he scanned the panels and then himself and gave an excited squeal, after a few minutes he returned to his work which he could now work better in his excitement he was able to finish two new towers before the sunset.
Once cleaned again Alex rejoined the girls to watch the now-shiny and happy but highly quirky little robot return to his work, "EVE won't know what hit her when that little guy finds her," Kira said jokingly as she watched.
"Yeah I know, I only fixed his body, not his programming, it was his quirkiness that brought everything together plus the love of those two just felt too pure to take away by making him return to his factory settings," Alex said with a soft smile, "I'm going have a probe follow them under a cloak to record their progress."
The three girls nodded, while T'Pol was as stoic as always Kira and Karen had grins in anticipation to watch the videos."Okay, Kira you fly the ship to a location where there are no active Wall-E units, I'll be working on the drones to break down the metals and other stuff they will need to build some atmosphere-scrubbing platforms," Alex said before going back to the airlock.
It took several hours to create and distribute the drones, he had to set them to stay on standby for the most part until the return rocket took EVE and Wall-E off the planet, they would dig down under the trash and process the materials until they had enough to build the platforms, these platforms when built would slowly float through the air absorbing the toxic chemicals to return it to a proper oxygen hydrogen levels while the droned continued their work on the trash as well as build dwellings for the people to come. Once finished, he took over flying the ship; once out of the atmosphere, he began the ship hull cleaning cycle; the shields around the ship began arcking with electrical discharges that covered the hull until the scans reported no lingering residue from the near trash planet before opening the door back to the spaceport.
