GRRRROOAARRR!
CLANG! CLANG!
EXPLOSION!
RUMBLE...
"Riveria, why the hell are you taking so long? We can't keep the rex monsters and the Demi Spirits away much longer!" a red-haired man shouted at the last queen of the elves.
"This is very complicated, Welf. Hestia had to update my stats to finish it. I'll be done in just a minute," Riveria responded. The runes were taking much longer than originally expected, although it wasn't surprising. After all, the runes were extremely complicated, and it took her a long time to understand them.
While Riveria was finishing the last pieces of the magic circle to send her daughter along with the Myriad Manifestation Umbrella, a fierce battle was raging not far away between the last members of the Hestia Familia, the last Familia standing in the world, and the awakened monstrosities that had massacred all life on the planet.
"Riveria, they're breaking through! I don't think we can hold them off much longer. Either you and Hestia finish this now, or we'll all die here!" Welf informed them both.
"It's done! Listen, Bella, you will go to a time before this hell. Please do everything you can to support your father. It is imperative that both you and he become stronger to prevent this from happening. Promise me you'll be a good girl, and above all, I want you to be happy," Riveria said with tears in her eyes.
"You have my word, Mom!" Campanella replied as she walked toward the center of the glowing mass of runes, then disappeared in a huge multicolored flash of light. Suddenly, Welf was thrown directly into the large tent that nearly collapsed.
"Welf! Are you okay?" Riveria and Hestia asked anxiously.
"I'm fine," he commented amidst a coughing fit.
"I hope that in this new timeline, Bella will be happy and better prepared," Hestia replied with a sigh.
"I'm sure she will be," Riveria affirmed.
"I think so too. After all, she carries with her my greatest creation, the 'Myriad Manifestation Umbrella'," Welf said with pride, though still unable to stop coughing completely.
"For being the first blacksmith to surpass Hephaestus without his Arcana, you have a terrible sense of naming your creations," Hestia remarked.
At that statement, they all laughed as the hordes of rex monsters and Demi Spirits approached.
"I guess I'll see you in Tenkai," Hestia said while taking a magic sword to fight against the horde. Welf did the same, despite being shattered inside and out. Meanwhile, Riveria began to chant her spell, Rea Laevateinn.
