By this point, Ben is now a 16-year old teenager. He had gotten stronger and had the time to hone his fighting skills through the gap between being 10 and 16. He also received a new Omnitrix. The old one was destroyed in a battle with Vilgax, and it had been replaced with a newer and smarter looking one. It more resembled a smartwatch than an analogue watch, and it was similar to the "Omniverse" (from Ben 10 Omniverse)-styled Omnitrix.
While Ben was walking down the street, a bunch of weird looking creatures started spitting slime at him. Ben saw them from the distance and quickly ducked and rolled before transforming.
FLASH!
"Humungousaur!"
Ben had transformed into a humanoid dinosaur-like creature with a blue sash that had the Omnitrix on it. This is "Humungousaur", one of his newer aliens.
"RAAH!"
SMASH!
Ben rushed towards the creatures and smashed the ground near them. They were sent flying into the air, some of them became injured when they hit the ground. "Guess what time it is? It's hero time!" added Ben, before body slamming one of them to oblivion.
SLAM!
The rest of the creatures tried to trap him in more slime, but Ben was too big and strong. He was able to prevent being trapped and remove the slime that was shot at him. Then, he charged once again before thrashing and beating up the creatures.
"RAAH!"
BAM!
Ben thrashed and threw the creatures all around. When he was finally done, a mess of the creatures' parts and their internal fluids were scattered everywhere.
FLASH!
Ben turned back into human, before he left the scene. He was supposed to head to Mt. Rushmore, it had been turned into a secret plumber base. He was needed there, his grandfather needed to talk to him about something. Ben went XLR8 to get there fast.
Once Ben got to Mt. Rushmore, he stopped by its front. On his top were the faces of the presidents way up high, below on his level was a wall that hid a secret entrance. Which immediately opened upon noticing him. Ben quickly got inside, before it closed back up again and reconverted itself into a disguise wall.
FWOOSH!
Ben rushed towards the elevator. Then, he took the button that would take him to the underground level. Once he got there, the elevator's doors opened. And he quickly rushed out. "Grandpa? I'm here. What did you need me for?" he asked. When he asked that, he saw his grandfather and Gwen standing nearby. "Ben, we found the location of the Highbreed!" said Max, "Great! Where?" Ben asked. "Right here." Max replied pointing at a location in his computer screen's virtual map. "That's a long way for everyone to get there. But don't worry, I can take you all there in seconds in my current form." replied Ben, before doing so. Before everyone could even know, they were near the location of the "Highbreed". The Highbreed are a group of aliens that want to colonize Earth, along with their pets the DNAliens (the same creatures that tried attacking Ben as Humungousaur earlier).
"Let's go." said Gwen, "They won't know what hit 'em!" Ben added in. Then, he, Gwen, Max and the others split up. "Hellooo! Anybody home?" Ben asked jokingly as he looked around for any signs of Highbreed. Just then as if on cue, many of them showed up and pointed huge blasters at him!
CHAKK-CHAKK!
"Whoa, hey guys. Nice pad. Unfortunately, you won't get to live in it for much longer."
FWOOSH!
BAM!
After Ben said that, he quickly rushed towards one of the Highbreed before smacking it hard with his tail. The Highbreed ended up flying towards a huge crate and getting knocked out. Just then, more Highbreed came after Ben. But he was able to beat them easily with his super speed.
FWOOSH!
SMACK! BAM! BAM! WHAM! SMACK!
After Ben quickly beat up many of the Highbreed, some of them started backing away. But some of them tried to throw DNAlien heads at him. However, Ben noticed this and smacked them away making them hit them. "This is too easy! I wonder how the others are doin'. Eh, by the time I'm done I'll probably end up doing most of what they need to do." Ben joked a bit to himself as he continued fighting.
Meanwhile, Gwen, Max and the others were defeating hordes of Highbreed and DNAliens. Lasers flew and magic blasts were thrown. "Ocus Borrocus!" yelled Gwen, before she was able to form a tornado. It formed quickly and quickly sucked up dozens of Highbreeds and DNAliens, sending them flying. "Come closer so I can use you all for target practice!" said Max, before he kept on firing. Max, Gwen and the others were plowing their way through the hordes of Highbreeds and DNAliens. Alien body parts and internal fluids scattered in the warehouse.
It took everyone a while, but they finally managed to defeat every single Highbreed and DNAlien. After that, Ben saw everyone else. "Hey guys, how's it hangin'?" he asked before waving. "Ben, where were you?" Gwen asked jokingly while smiling, but she already knew that he defeated hordes of Highbreeds and DNAliens on his own. "Goin' hero, that's where." Ben replied, Gwen just rolled her eyes. "Oh yeah! At this point, nothing can stop us now! Soon, the world will be a much safer place!" Ben added, "Y'know, there will always be someone much more powerful than you." Gwen replied again. "Yeah, don't take everything I say so literally. What I meant was-" Ben tried replying back, but before he could finish Gwen interrupted with "Okay, okay. We get it. Now let's go.".
"I wouldn't be too sure about that, Ben Tennyson. Hahahahaha..." a voice spoke, but it was too soft for anyone to hear. It seemed that a man in a black cloak was watching everyone from above. And they didn't notice. Just then, the man made a part of his cloak sweep in front of his body before he disappeared.
A few days later...
The Tennysons were relaxing inside the Rustbucket, when all of a sudden
BAM!
"AAH!"
"AAH!"
"AAH!"
It tipped over to the side! Everyone screamed as it did. When they got back up, they checked outside. They saw the same man from before with black energy on his left hand, his right hand held a black-handled sword with a blade that looked like fire. This man seemed familiar... "Hey, I think I've seen this guy somewhere before... but where?" Ben wondered, but he didn't have much time to do that as the man threw black blasts towards him, Gwen and Max. "AAH!" the Tennysons screamed again as they got out of the way. Meanwhile, Ben started to transform.
FLASH!
"Humungousaur!"
Ben turned into Humungousaur, before roaring and charging towards the man. He tried to smash him. However, the man quickly put up a shield made out of black energy before unleashing a massive energy burst of the same kind.
FLASH!
THUD!
"Urgh!"
Ben was sent flying into the ground, he hit himself hard. Gwen and Max tried to help him, but the man made Gwen's magic blasts and Max's blaster's lasers disappear before throwing more black blasts at them. "Potenis Otierre!" yelled Gwen, before a magic shield formed in front of her protecting her and Max from the blasts. "Shadallah!" Gwen added, before unleashing a massive burst of shadow energy towards the man.
FWOOSH!
However, this didn't seem to affect the man that much. "Did you all really think you could take me on with your puny powers? I am more powerful than the three of you combined!" he sneered, before forming a big ball of black energy and throwing it.
"RAAH!"
BOOM!
"AAH!"
"AAH!"
"GWEN! GRANDPA!"
THUMP!
THUMP!
"Oomph!"
"Agh!"
Gwen and Max ended up getting thrown across hard. Ben then looked at the man with anger, before roaring and charging at him again. This time, he made himself grow bigger in size while he was at it. "YOU'RE ABOUT TO GET JUR-ASS-KICKED!" roared Ben, before he tried smashing him again. However, the man used his sword to try and slice him with flames so powerful.
FWOOSH!
"WHOA!"
Ben managed to avoid getting sliced, if he hit that blade he could end up getting sliced like a butter with a hot knife. "You're about to go extinct!" Ben added, before whacking him with his mace-ended tail. The tail sent powerful shockwaves that weakened the man a bit.
BAM!
CRASH!
"Oomph!"
The man was now a bit weakened, Ben then took the chance to try and smash him into the ground once more. But the man had finally had enough and roared "ENOUGH!" at the top of his lungs while sending a massive burst of black energy that made him fall down.
FWOOSH!
THUD!
"Now, I'm going to show you what TRUE power really is!" the man growled, before cracking his knuckles. Then, he flew over to Ben before picking him up by his tail. "Whoa! H-Hey!" yelled Ben, but the man just ignored him and started swinging him around super fast!
"WHOA-WHOA-WHOA-WHOA-WHOA-WHOA-WHOA-WHOA-"
FWOOSH!
"AAH!"
CRASH!
The man threw Ben into some trees, "Ungh..." groaned Ben as he tried to get up. But then, the man formed another big energy ball before throwing it at him fast.
FWOOSH!
BOOM!
"Urgh!"
Smoke flew up. When it cleared, it revealed Ben no longer being able to get up. He was severely weakened. "Who's next?!" the man asked mockingly. "Soralis Eratanichia!" shouted Gwen, before blasting a huge bolt of electricity. However, the man stopped it while it was moving and made it disappear. Then, he threw another blast back at her fast.
FLASH!
"Agh!"
Max tried to keep firing at the man, but the man managed to blast his blaster away. Then, he knocked him down as well using another blast. "Agh!" said Max as he fell. "Hahahaha!" the man laughed as he walked right up to him and pointed his sword at his neck, "Any last words, old man?" the man asked before laughing again. "Yeah. I wonder who YOU are!" Max replied as he uncovered the man's face from his cloak's hood. "Aha!" said Max as he saw the man's face, but it was someone he didn't know. "RAAH!" the man yelled, before punching Max in the face hard!
BAM!
"Agh!"
"GRANDPA!"
"GRANDPA!"
Ben and Gwen saw what happened, "Sonoris Fieros!" shouted Gwen as she blasted fire from her hand. However, this did little to stop the man as he just simply put up another energy shield. Ben then switched forms.
FLASH!
"Heatblast!"
Ben turned into Heatblast, before throwing big balls of blue fire at the man. However, the man simply made water appear and rush towards the fireballs putting them out. "Paralutus!" yelled Gwen as she tried paralyzing the man. However, the man jumped high into the air before letting himself fall down and kick her.
FWOOSH!
BAM!
"Agh!"
THUD!
"Gwen!"
"Hahahahahaha!"
"Alright, that's it! It's time to end this!" added Ben, before he switched forms again.
FLASH!
"Ghostfreak!"
Ben turned into Ghostfreak, a ghost-like alien that had a small blue eye and could phase through things. Ben then opened up his chest, before striped tantacles came out of them. They tried to reach the man, but he made them stop in place. Then, the man blasted Ben away. Ben tried to use Ghostfreak's intangibility to prevent himself from getting hit, but it didn't work. Then, the man walked up to him.
"You don't get it, do you? I am like a god, with my power I can do anything! And I am ten times more powerful than the rest of my own kind! For you see, I am... a gigalomaniac."
"Ungh... A-A what?!"
"Gigalomaniac, beings with god-like power. With the ability to make almost anything they desire come true. You and your friends stand no chance. Ahahahahaha!"
"Wh-Who are you anyway?! And what do you want from us?!"
"I am Black Jack, a powerful negalomaniac. And I want your world. -And revenge for you and your family beating me up the last time we fought."
"You're not getting away with your plans!"
Ben quickly possessed Black Jack's body, making him go crazy and experience pain. Black Jack's vision became flashes of black and white. After a while, Ben got out of Black Jack's body. Black Jack had been considerably weakened to the point where any one of the Tennysons could finish him off. Just then, claws came out of Ben's hand. "Hey Black Jack, need a "hand" with that?" he said in a scary voice, before trying to slash his head. However, Black Jack was able to react fast and hold on to the Omnitrix.
FLASH!
"AAH!"
"BEN!"
"BEN!"
Gwen and Max were surprised, they tried to help Ben but Black Jack was able to blast them away once again. Black Jack held on to the Omnitrix, wanting to tamper with it. Just then
BEEP! BEEP! BEEP! BEEP! BEEP!
FLASH!
BAM!
"Oomph!"
BAM!
"Argh!"
The Omnitrix timed out, both Ben and Black Jack were sent flying into trees. Ben had hurt himself a bit, but Black Jack wasn't affected much. However, Black Jack was already weakened from the fight. And the massive energy burst that came out from the Omnitrix finished him. He slumped on the ground knocked out. "Ungh..." Black Jack groaned.
"BEN!"
"BEN!"
"Ben, are you okay?!"
"Ungh... I-I think so. I-I think Black Jack's knocked out though."
BEEP! BEEP! BEEP! BEEP!
The Omnitrix started beeping and flashing black, Ben tried to make it stop but he couldn't. "Can someone please help me stop this thing?!" he said, Gwen then did it for him. "Thank you." said Ben when the beeping and flashing stopped.
Some time later...
Black Jack was taken away by the plumbers (the team that the Tennysons worked with to defeat the Highbreeds and DNAliens), they found out what he was and placed him in a special cell that could hold beings like him.
"You were right guys, I guess there will always be people better than me. But it's not like I denied that. And besides, I was only joking."
"We know, we're just making sure you're aware."
"Trust me, I'm fully aware. I just didn't expect it to happen so soon."
"Well, it happened. And hey, at least you'll learn to be more careful from now on."
"Yeah."
"C'mon guys, let's get back in the RV."
As the Tennysons went back inside the Rustbucket, they continued living life like usual. Looks like Ben will have to get stronger before he'll truly be unstoppable.
