It had been a while ever since haters and enemies started trying to make Ben look like a threat. In reality, he was one of the few superheroes that could keep the peace in Bellwood and keep the town itself in one piece. Today, Ben was dealing with another fraud hero.
FWIP!
"WHOA!"
One of Ben's enemies who was called "Tim Buktu" blew a poisoned dart towards him. Luckily, Ben was able to avoid the dart and turn into Wildvine before taking his things away from him and tying him up by using one of his arms and ripping it off. "Looks like you're a lil' "tied" up at the moment." joked Ben after he tied Tim up with his now severed arm, Wildvine could grow body parts back so it wasn't a problem. "L-Let me go you little-!" said Tim as he struggled to break free from the vine arm. "Don't worry, you'll be out in a few minutes. -When the authorities get here." replied Ben, "U-Urgh!" Tim groaned as he kept struggling but he couldn't break free.
A Few Minutes Later...
WOOO! WOOO! WOOO!
Soon, the police came. They saw Tim tied up. When they did, they removed the vine arm from him before putting him in handcuffs and taking him to one of their police cars.
"Code 4 suspect in custody, we're bringing him in."
Tim groaned again, before the cops took him away. He was going behind bars for a long time, his fraud was found out. Now if only the fraud of a certain other fake hero would be found out as well...
Somewhere Else...
Meanwhile, a certain someone had been improving his power suit. It was Captain Nemesis! He was planning on staging more "problems" to make himself look like a hero even more, and he wanted Ben to pay for ruining his gigs. With this, he finished improving his power suit. Then, he went off.
Meanwhile...
Ben and Catherine were on a date, they had just finished going to Outback Steakhouse. The date was nice and the day was lovely.
"I truly enjoyed going out with you, Ben."
"Oh, thanks. I did what I could."
Outback Steakhouse was expensive, Ben bought some food with the money he had. It wasn't a problem, but he had to note that it was pretty pricey. Especially since it was a very classy place. But he didn't mind, anything to make a date special. Suddenly...
BOOM!
"AAH!"
"AAH!"
A huge orange laser almost hit Ben and Catherine! When Ben and Catherine both looked to see who almost hit them, they saw a familiar face!
"C-Captain Nemesis?!"
"-You?!"
"Yep, me again! Hello, Ten Bennyson."
Captain Nemesis mocked Ben, before Ben turned into Stinkfly. Ben then flew up, before trying to shoot stinky blue sludge at Captain Nemesis. However, Captain Nemesis' suit enhanced his movements. He easily dodged Stinkfly's sludge and did a backflip towards the ground. Then, he managed to hit Ben with another laser.
PEW!
"Agh!"
CRASH!
Ben ended up crashing into a huge trash bin. Catherine then unleashed her true angel form, before summoning a sword in her hand. Then, she flew up and tried slashing at Captain Nemesis. However, Captain Nemesis managed to dodge before firing another laser. Luckily, Catherine was able to avoid being blasted, before slicing a part of Captain Nemesis' suit.
SLASH!
"AAH!"
Captain Nemesis was caught off guard, a simple sword could slice through his suit? Maybe it was no ordinary sword. But he didn't have the chance to think about anything else as...
FLASH!
"HEEYAAH!"
BAM!
Ben turned into Fourarms, before tackling him and smashing him into a wall. The wall crumbled and collapsed on Captain Nemesis weakening him even more and putting more cracks on his suit. Then...
"RAAH!"
BAM!
"Agh!"
Ben gave Captain Nemesis a hard and solid punch to the gut, damaging his suit even more and weakening him greatly. Then...
BAM!
"Agh!"
THUD!
Catherine dashed forward and punched Captain Nemesis hard on the face, making him fall down. Captain Nemesis was defeated.
A Few Minutes Later...
After a while, Ben and Catherine left the scene. Ben had tied up Captain Nemesis firmly using another one of Wildvine's torn arms, he had also destroyed and taken apart the suit using Fourarms. Catherine reported Captain Nemesis to the police while she called 911. Soon, the police arrived.
WOOO! WOOO! WOOO!
A certain cop arrived in his black and white police Corvette C6, his name was Jonathan. But he was better known as "Sergeant Cross". He got out of his car along with his partner. Then, he went up to Captain Nemesis and said "Oh man. Did you pick the wrong hero to mess with this time?" while smiling smugly. He then had his partner untie Captain Nemesis, before placing him in handcuffs and taking him to the Corvette. "Dammit..." thought Captain Nemesis as he was placed in the car. Then, Cross and his partner drove off. Since Corvette C6's only have two seats, Captain Nemesis was sat beside Cross. Cross' partner drove an undercover federal cruiser (black police Corvette with internal police lights). Both Cross and his partner went to the Rockport Police Station.
Back To Ben...
Ben was grateful that Catherine was there to help him, looks like he really scored this time. This person (or rather, angel) would stick by his side no matter what. "Thanks." said Ben, "No problem." Catherine replied smiling. Then, the two headed off into the sunset once again. Their love was blossoming more and more.
