LOCATION: Beacon Academy - Courtyard

Midoriya Izuku and Amber strolled through the vibrant courtyard of Beacon Academy. Following Amber's recent discharge from the hospital, he was finally permitted to depart. Midoriya felt a sense of relief wash over him; seeing Amber healthy and happy made every moment spent waiting for her recovery worthwhile. The golden rays of the sun began to dip lower in the sky, casting long shadows. Flowers bloomed in vibrant colors, adding to the lively atmosphere, and the atmosphere buzzed with the laughter of students and the leaves rustled in the gentle breeze. The two friends found a quiet bench, where they sat side by side, soaking in the tranquility of the moment.

"If you don't mind me asking, who was the Fall Maiden before you?" Izuku began, shifting his gaze toward her.

"My aunt was, formerly," Amber replied simply. "But I honestly didn't know she was until she passed away in her sleep. At that time I was six years old, an optimist at heart, and the beauty of her village. I remember crying myself to sleep and then waking up in this endless white void. That's when my aunt appeared before me."

"Did she say anything?" Izuku asked, looking at her curiously.

Amber nodded.

"She said to me that the power has chosen me; she thought of me in her last moments and in turn, I became the new maiden candidate," Amber stated, glancing down at the ground with a frown. "To be honest, I didn't even want the power, nor did I want to be the Fall Maiden. But I didn't have much of a choice. The last thing my aunt said to me before I woke up was that she'll never be gone; she'll always be a part of me. After that, I began my training, and each year I got better at utilizing my power. It wasn't long until my mom found out about my abilities, heh, her reaction was priceless."

Amber raised her hand in front of Izuku. Izuku blinked in surprise when a small flame materialized on her palm, dancing around the air. Izuku stared at the flame intently, mesmerized by its beautiful display.

"I realized something throughout my years of training. I acknowledged that my powers did not come to me by chance," Amber continued, staring into the flames with a small smile gracing her features. "I had a responsibility to protect people who are unable to protect themselves. Before Liv went missing, I was planning on attending Beacon Academy to become a Huntress once I turned seventeen."

Amber subconsciously deactivates her maiden powers. The flame on her palm quickly extinguishes and rests her hand on her lap.

"But after that incident with those attackers, and being put in stasis for so long, I lost my shot," Amber admitted dejectedly, closing her eyes with a frown. Izuku stared at her sadly.

"I'm so sorry," Izuku replied.

Amber reopened her eyes and smiled at Izuku.

"It's okay, I can mourn my lost dream for another time," Amber reassured, and her eyes suddenly narrowed with determination set in them. "What matters to me now, is finding my friend and hoping that she's okay."

"Izuku!"

Izuku and Amber looked towards the voice. Izuku saw Team RWBY approaching them, with Ruby being the first one to reach their spot. She waved at him excitedly, however, she blinked in surprise when her sights landed on Amber.

"Hey, aren't you the girl that collapsed yesterday?" Ruby inquired, pointing at Amber. Amber stood upright.

"Oh, heh heh, you saw that," Amber laughed sheepishly, glancing down at the earth's floor while rubbing her arm. "Sorry for causing a scene yesterday, I hadn't eaten anything before arriving at Beacon so I was really tired."

Ruby stepped up to Amber with a smile.

"Well, I'm glad you're okay," Ruby replied sincerely, extending her hand to Amber. "I'm Ruby, what's your name?"

Amber smiled back at Ruby, accepting her handshake.

"I'm Amber, and it's nice to meet you, Ruby," Amber replied cheerfully, glancing at Yang, Blake, and Weiss. "And you guys are?"

Weiss folded her arms.

"Weiss," Weiss greeted with a nod.

Blake placed one hand on her hip.

"Blake," Blake followed shortly after.

"I'm Yang," Yang added.

"Weiss, Blake, and Yang, it's nice to meet you all," Amber responded.

Izuku shifted his gaze toward Ruby.

"What brings you guys out here? Don't you have class?" Izuku asked. Ruby nodded.

"Oh we did, but Professor Oobleck said that we have two weeks of free time," Ruby replied, smiling at her friend. "So me and my team planned on hanging out at Vale, and since Amber is here we thought you'd like to hang out with us."

Izuku pondered for a moment.

"Sure, I can come along," Izuku agreed, nodding lightly. Amber nodded in agreement.

"Same here, although we won't be free by tomorrow," Amber informed Ruby. Yang arched a brow at her.

"Why? You two heading somewhere?" Yang questioned, her tone laced with curiosity.

"Yeah. Tomorrow morning, me and Amber are heading to Mistral to find her friend Liv," Izuku answered. "She's been missing for six months."

Team RWBY blinked in shock.

"Six months?!" Team RWBY asked, shocked. Amber nodded.

"Yeah. We would've left today but Mrs. Goodwitch insisted that I rest for one more day," Amber explained.

Ruby pondered for a brief second before grinning hopefully at Amber.

"We can help you find her," Ruby suggested enthusiastically. Amber blinked in surprise at Ruby.

"Oh, no. You don't have to," Amber assured, shaking her head. "I don't want my problems to get in the way of you guys' fun weekend."

Yang dismissively waved her hand.

"Oh, it's fine. Besides we won't have much to do tomorrow, so there isn't much harm in going with you," Yang remarked, grinning positively.

"It'll at least give us something to do," Blake added.

"Forgive me, but why not report this to the police or pro-huntsman and Huntresses?" Weiss asked, looking at Amber. Amber sadly frowned.

"I did…but no matter how hard they searched, they couldn't find her," Amber said, lowering her head in disappointment. "And this was before I was informed of Liv's last sighting."

Silence filled the air as the group stared at her silently, none of them knowing what to say.

"You know, it wouldn't hurt to have more extra help, Amber," Izuku commented, shifting his gaze toward Amber with a smile.

Amber briefly looked back at Izuku then redirected her gaze at Team RWBY.

"If you really don't mind, then I guess it's okay," Amber finally agreed, smiling at Team RWBY.

Ruby cheerfully fist-bumped the air, her bright smile returning.

"Yeah! Operation search and rescue is a go!" Ruby exclaimed cheerfully.

"Not until tomorrow, baby sister," Yang said teasingly, draping her arm around Ruby. "Now come on. The others are waiting for us."

Team RWBY walked past Amber toward the platform. Izuku trailed after the girls, while Amber arched a brow in bewilderment.

"Others?"

LOCATION: Vale - Pancake House

The Pancake House was filled with chatter of laughter and animated conversations. Blending with the rich aroma of freshly brewed coffee and the sweet scent of syrup wafting from the kitchen. Waitstaff moved swiftly between tables, balancing plates piled high with fluffy pancakes, crispy bacon, and colorful fruit, all while greeting familiar faces with warm smiles. Outside, the sun climbed higher in the sky, casting playful shadows on the cobblestone streets, where passersby paused to admire the lively atmosphere spilling out from the Pancake House. The vibrant energy of the morning was infectious, drawing in even more patrons eager to join the bustling scene, creating a tapestry of life and joy that defined the spirit of Vale.

The café was alive with the aroma of freshly baked pancakes wafting through the air, drawing patrons to their tables where plates piled high awaited them. Glasses of cool water sparkled under the warm light, providing a refreshing contrast to the sweet indulgence. Laughter echoed as coworkers paused in their feasting to share stories, while others, filled with an infectious energy, bounced in their seats, unable to contain their excitement. The atmosphere was electric, with conversations weaving together like a vibrant tapestry, creating a symphony of voices that filled every corner. Even the sound of a bell ringing in the distance was swallowed by the joyous din, only enhancing the sense of community. The entire building seemed to resonate with the spirit of the day, as people relished the last golden rays of summer, savoring moments of camaraderie and warmth before the crisp embrace of autumn arrived.

Izuku sat between Team RWBY and Team JNPR at one of the tables closest to the side windows. Amber was seated next to Blake as she drank her glass of water, while the latter began scarfing down a bowl of fish. Unbeknownst to everyone, besides Izuku. Izuku, along with Ruby, Weiss, Yang, and Team JNPR were eating their pancakes that had just arrived a minute ago. All of them savored their delicious afternoon breakfast, with Ruby happily munching away on a piece of bacon while Jaune devoured a few sausages.

"So Amber, where are you from?" Jaune asked, swallowing down a mouthful of sausage. Amber placed her glass of water on the table.

"I lived in a small village at Mistral," Amber replied. "It's not the best but my mother and I managed to scrape by."

Ruby downed a mouthful of her bacon.

"What brought you here in Vale? Oh, were you planning on becoming a huntress?" Ruby inquired, looking at Amber with wide, curious eyes.

"Now that you mentioned it, yeah. But unfortunately, I lost my shot so that's out of the window now," Amber stated, glancing down at the floor with disappointment. Team RWBY and Team JNPR stared at her with sympathy.

"Oh…I'm sorry," Ruby said, looking at Amber apologetically. Amber shook her head dismissively.

"No, it's okay. Besides, the only thing that matters to me right now is finding my friend," Amber explained, smiling at the group. Team RWBY, Izuku, and Team JNPR nodded in agreement.

"Do you have any idea where she might be?" Yang asked, chomping down on a sausage.

Amber nodded.

"Yes. I found out through a source that she was last seen in a village somewhere near Mistral; however, my sources didn't specify which region. So once we get there, we'll ask one of the villagers if they have seen her, and if we get a good lead on Liv's location, then maybe that'll help find her," Amber answered, cutting up a piece of her pancake and gently shoving it in her mouth.

"Ask questions, and look around. Sounds simple to me," Jaune remarked. Pyrrha nodded in agreement.

"Sounds like a grand plan," Pyrrha said, giving an encouraging nod.

"Ooouuu. We get to be spies!" Nora cheered, throwing both fists in the air while looking between Jaune, Pyrrha, and Ren excitedly with a grin.

Ren shook his head in amusement.

"Indoor voice, Nora," Ren chastised, chuckling softly. Nora pouted for a moment, but after seeing the mischievous twinkle in Ren's eyes, she broke into a smile.

Amber dismissively waved her hand.

"Enough about my problems, I want to know about you guys, especially you Izuku," Amber declared, grinning at him. "I heard from Glynda that you came from a world far beyond ours."

Izuku blinked, surprised by this sudden comment.

"Oh, heh heh, you can say that," Izuku replied sheepishly, scratching his cheek.

"Really?" Amber questioned, tilting her head curiously at him. "What's your world like? Are there any Grimm over there?"

Izuku shook his head.

"No, there aren't any Grimm in my world," Izuku replied. "It's far different compared to here. Where I'm from, I live in a superhuman society where eighty percent of the world's population has a special trait called Quirk."

Amber arched her brow at Izuku.

"Quirk?" Amber was confused.

"Yeah. Quirk, formerly known as a Meta Ability, is a superhuman ability that a person can possess at a tender age," Izuku explained. "Along with being unique to each user, Quirks are sorted into multiple categories. Quirk users are also limited to only developing one ability and are thus unable to achieve any other through natural means."

Amber nodded her head in understanding.

"Do you have a Quirk?" Amber asked, taking a bite out of her pancake.

"Yes, but originally I was born quirkless. My quirk is not like any other normal quirk user. But I can't tell you about it here, not in public," Izuku said, rubbing the back of his neck nervously.

"Hmm, okay. I understand," Amber replied, nodding her head. "Well, what do people in your world do with these… Quriks?"

Izuku smiled upon hearing her question.

"It goes like this in my world," Izuku started, raising both hands slightly in a demonstration. "You have two sides of people with different motives and beliefs; the first is the Villains, who go against and use their quirks to cause chaos across Japan's society. As for those who bring order to society, they fight to protect people who couldn't protect themselves, they are known by everyone as Heroes."

Izuku placed his hand over his heart.

"That's why I wear my Hero costume. It's designed for Hero work," Izuku added, smiling down at the hero costume he donned. "It's a proud and honorable profession from where I'm from. And…the only thing that reminds me of home."

Team RWBY and Team JNPR stared at Izuku with sympathy as he stared off into space in thought. Even the predecessors of One for All seemed to sense a deep sadness and melancholy radiating off him. A heavy silence engulfed the cafe once again; no one dared to disturb Izuku while he reminisced, letting his memories flow peacefully from his mind.

"Inner peace, Midoriya," whispered Yoichi. "Don't dwell on it."

Izuku closed his eyes. The first user's words sadly did little help for him. He accepted the sad reality that he may never be able to get back home; he would never see everyone he cared about ever again, and that alone hurt him internally during his time in this new world. He misses them. His mother, All Might, all his friends along with Kacchan he left behind. And…Uraraka.

"I'm sorry." Amber's voice drew him out of his thoughts. "I shouldn't have brought that up."

"No, it's okay," Izuku replied, smiling through his pain. "I just miss everyone back home, that's all."

"Do you want to go back?" Asked Ruby, causing Izuku to look at her.

Izuku noticed a mix of fear and longing reflected in Ruby's eyes. It was evident that she was terrified of the idea that he might one day return to his world, leaving their shared moments behind. This fear extended beyond Ruby; Blake, Jaune, and even Weiss, who usually maintained a composed exterior, felt a sense of unease at the thought of Izuku vanishing from their lives. The prospect of losing their bond weighed heavily on Team RWBY and Team JNPR, creating an unspoken tension that lingered in the air, as they all grappled with the reality of their friendship being put to the test. Each of them silently hoped for a resolution that would allow their connection to endure, regardless of the challenges that lay ahead.

"Part of me wants to," Izuku admitted. "But Ruby, I honestly don't think that is possible. And I wouldn't want to leave unless you and our friends could come with me."

Ruby's countenance brightened considerably when she heard Izuku's answer. Even Yang, Blake, and Weiss smiled faintly, along with Team JNPR. Amber smiled as she watched Ruby and Izuku's conversation.

"You sure have a way with your words, huh," Amber commented, causing Izuku to blink in surprise before smiling lightly and chuckling a little.

"I would've liked to see your world," Jaune confessed, smiling at Izuku. "To meet your friends, and your family too."

Blake nodded in agreement.

"It would be an interesting experience," Blake stated.

"I agree," Pyrrha concurred, smiling happily. "It's not every day that you learn about other worlds existing in the space beyond. If my uncle was still here, he would've taken the chance to go to your world and explore its history."

Amber shifted her gaze toward Pyrrha.

"Your uncle was an explorer?" Amber asked, looking at her curiously.

"Yes," Pyrrha replied, nodding her head. "He would journey across the world to study Remnant's history, cultures, and customs. I always wanted to meet him, but sadly he died after I was born."

"Aww, I'm sorry," Amber apologized, sympathizing with Pyrrha's loss.

Pyrrha nodded.

"Thank you, but it's alright. Me and my family have already moved on from his passing," Pyrrha reassured with a light smile.

Amber shifted her gaze towards Yang.

"So Yang: why do you want to become a Huntress?" Amber asked, looking at Yang curiously.

"Oh. Well, to fight monsters and save-" Yang tried to explain, only for Amber to cut her off by raising her hand.

"No no no, that is what you do. I want to know why you wanna do it. The honest reason as to why you want to be a Huntress," Amber clarified, looking at Yang pointedly. Yang pondered Amber's question.

"I'm a thrill-seeker. I want to travel around the world and get wrapped up in as many crazy adventures as I can. And if I help people along the way, then that's even better," Yang replied, shrugging. "It's a win-win."

Amber nodded her head.

"Well, I hope you'll achieve your goal," Amber said sincerely, shifting her gaze toward Weiss. "What about you, Weiss?"

Weiss placed a hand over her heart.

"I have a legacy of honor to uphold. Once I realized I was capable of fighting, there was no longer a question of what I would do with my life," Weiss replied. "So I'm here to improve and hone my skills, and be the best teammate for my team."

Amber turned to face Blake and parted her mouth. But Blake didn't give her much opportunity to start her sentence, as Blake beat her to the chase.

"There's too much wrong in this world to just stand by and do nothing. So someone has to stop it," Blake said firmly.

Amber nodded before redirecting her gaze back at Ruby.

"And you?" Amber tilted her head, smiling at Ruby. Ruby smiled back.

"Well, I wanted to be just like the heroes in the books when I was a little girl; Someone who fought for what was right, and protected people who couldn't protect themselves," Ruby revealed. "And yeah, I know that the real world isn't the same as a fairy tale. But that's exactly why we're here! To make it better."

Amber's smile slightly widened.

"That's quite an ambitious dream, Ruby," Amber remarked.

Everyone paused when they heard someone clearing their throats. The group turned towards the source, finding a male waitress standing at their table.

"Are you ready to pay a check?" The waitress asked politely.

Everyone turned their gaze toward Weiss. Weiss briefly looked between her friends before looking back at the waitress.

"Yes," Weiss replied.

The group took a picture together before departure. After finishing their food and paying the check they left the pancake house. The group continued to converse amongst themselves as they walked down Vale's sidewalks. Izuku halted in his tracks when he caught something from the corner of his eye. He quickly glanced to his left and blinked when he saw Cardin and his team walking down the sidewalk.

"Hey," Izuku called to his friends, causing them to stop and turn their gazes toward him. "You guys go ahead, I'll catch up with you later."

Izuku turned away and started toward Cardin and his team. Team RWBY and Team JNPR watched Izuku walking towards Team CRDL, and their countenances became serious upon remembering Izuku's previous encounter with Cardin. The only one who wasn't registering what was going on was Amber, who watched Izuku leave with an arch brow.

"Where is he going?" Amber questioned, a bit puzzled.

Weiss placed her hands on her hips.

"To deal with unfinished business," Weiss answered cryptically.

"Come on, guys. He'll meet us back at Beacon," Yang insisted, turning away back to the sidewalk.

The group followed Yang back on the path. Ruby stood and watched Izuku venturing closer to Team CRDL before she turned away, and rejoined her friends. Ruby retrieve her scroll and began sending the pic she took to her uncle.

Cardin and his friends stopped in their tracks when they saw Midoriya approaching them. Russel, Dove, and Sky immediately backed away, fearing to receive another beating after the last incident at the amphitheater. Cardin rolled his eyes upon seeing the green-haired boy approach them.

"What do you want?" Cardin demanded.

"Did you apologize to Velvet?" Izuku inquired, slightly narrowing his eyes at him.

"Yes," Cardin replied. "And?"

"Then you already know why I'm here," Izuku explained simply.

Izuku and Cardin gazed at each other for several moments before Cardin clicked his tongue. He shifted his gaze toward his teammates.

"I'll talk to you guys later," Cardin declared.

Russel, Dove, and Sky nodded their heads before turning away down the sidewalk. Izuku and Cardin watched in silence as the trio disappeared into the crowd. Cardin shifted his gaze back to Izuku, then nodded his head to his left, promoting Izuku to lead the way. Izuku once again started forward with Cardin following behind him, dodging through the crowd as they made their way down the sidewalk. Izuku led Cardin toward a park as the pair approached a bench situated a few feet away from a large fountain. The pair sat and observed the scenery around them in silence.

"I won't take too much of your time, so I'll just get straight to the point," Izuku started, earning Cardin's attention. "Why did you humiliate Velvet like that? Had she done anything bad to you? Do you hate the Faunus?"

Cardin honored Izuku's question with silence. His gaze was still set on the fountain, watching springs of water spraying out. After a few minutes, he reached into his pocket and pulled out a picture. Cardin handed said picture to Izuku without sparing him a glance, and the former examined the photo. The photo showed Cardin himself crouched down near the apartment's stairs with his arm draped around a little girl's shoulder.

The little girl had pale skin, chocolate eyes, and long brunette hair that ended past her shoulders. Her casual attire consists of a simple knee-length white dress, a light cardigan, brown boots, and her signature blue scarf. She stared back at the camera with a bright wide smile gracing her lips.

"That's my sister," Cardin stated flatly.

Izuku shifted his gaze back at Cardin, however the latter still refused to face him. "Her name was Cenna. She was my and my family's sweet little angel; the apple of everyone's eye and our pride and joy. But then one day, Cenna and I fought. Heh, I can't even remember what we were fighting about. But I do remember the last words I said to her before leaving the house. I said to her, and I quote, 'I wish you were gone and never came back.' My mom was livid when she heard about what happened and demanded that I apologize to her the second I got home."

Cardin glanced down at the ground with a frown.

"Not that she needed to tell me; I felt bad for what I said, so I was gonna apologize to Cenna regardless of whether she told me or not. So I left school and….that's when I heard the sirens."

Izuku blinked at Cardin in shock.

"The closer I came to my house, the clearer my mom's cries could be heard," Cardin continued. "I found out from one of the officers that a rabbit Faunus broke into our house, took our lien, and killed my sister in cold blood. The cops managed to catch the guy, but it didn't heal the hole left in my family's heart. I was filled with mixed emotions that day; grief, rage, confusion…and regret. But the most potent emotion of all was hatred: for the very Faunus that took my sister away from me, and seeing all Faunus as animals, monsters incarnate. As the days went by, I began to get tired of feeling pain, guilt, and sadness. I started forcing myself to feel nothing and picked on anyone that I deemed was weak to cheer me up. It was easier that way and it worked for a long time."

Silence fell over the pair. Cardin glanced at Izuku who remained quiet.

"That Faunus girl, Velvet, she wasn't what I saw when I first caught her in my sight. The man who killed my sister stood before me when I blinked, and all the emotions came rushing back with a vengeance. I didn't like that, so I decided to give myself some closure by grabbing her by the ears and pulling hard. All while imagining that it was the murderer's ears I was pulling and not Velvet pleading with me to stop. But my fun little game stopped when two people ended it in just a few days; first, there was you…and now Jaune."

Izuku stared at Cardin sympathetically.

"Cardin, I'm sorry about your sister. I can't imagine what you and your family must have gone through," Izuku expressed, turning away to stare at the fountain. "I have met terrible people like the one who murdered your sister. One villain in particular had a soul desire to kill people with remorse or regrets. So I agree with you that…there are bad people out there."

Izuku rested his hands on his lap and bawled them into tight fists.

"But you're also wrong, not all Faunus are animals - they're people too," Izuku argued strongly, redirecting his gaze back at Cardin with firmness set in his eyes. "There are good people like Velvet out there, Cardin. But you have to give them a chance to show their character to you, and not judge them for the way they look. You as well as everyone back at Beacon are striving to become a full-fledged Huntsman and Huntress. Meaning it'll be your responsibility to not just protect the innocent Humans, but the Faunus as well."

Izuku handed the picture back to Cardin and got up from the bench. He started a few feet forward, however, he stopped in his tracks and looked at Cardin over his shoulder.

"I'm not expecting you to listen to me, but I at least wanna tell you this," Izuku asserted sincerely. "Ask yourself: what's more important to you? Your grudge and hatred? Or your responsibility as a Huntsman?"

Izuku turned away and proceeded to walk out of the park. Leaving Cardin alone with his thoughts. Cardin stared down at the picture in his hand as recollection flashed across his mind. A brief flicker of a memory of his sister flashing him with a smile, followed by a giggle surfaced in his head.

Causing Cardin's eyebrow to twitch and return the photo to his pocket. The Beacon school jock sighed and stood back up on his feet.

Cardin shoved his hands in his pocket and walked forward.

LOCATION: Beacon Academy - Rooftop

The moon casts its silvery glow over the towers of Beacon Academy as it illuminates the quiet campus with an ethereal light. The atmosphere was thick with a sense of anticipation and quiet reflection as if the very air held its breath in expectation. Jaune Arc stood on the dormitory rooftop, his heart racing, waiting for a certain person to arrive so he could give them a proper apology. He replayed the events in his mind, each moment weighing heavily on him. Almost on cue, Pyrrha walked out from the door, her silhouette framed by the moonlight, and Jaune felt a rush of emotions surge within him. The moment had come; he knew he needed to find the right words to express his regret and hope for forgiveness.

"No Cardin, tonight?" Pyrrha asked, tilting her head at him. "I thought you two were 'best buds'."

Jaune sighed, turning to face them.

"Pyrrha, I'm sorry," Jaune apologized, frowning at her. "I was a jerk; you were only trying to help and… I had all this stupid macho pride stuff in my head and…"

"Jaune, it's okay." Pyrrha stopped him, accepting his apology and assuring him there were no hard feelings. "But I have to say, I was surprised at how quickly you came around."

Jaune chuckled nervously. "Well, after hearing Midoriya's words I didn't stay the way I am anymore. So I have him to thank."

Silence fell between Jaune and Pyrrha.

"Look I… I know I don't have any right to say this after what happened but…" Jaune began. "Would you… still, be willing to help me… help me train and… even study? I want to become a Huntsman and… and a better leader. So…would you help me out with that?"

Pyrrha turned away and a teasing grin graced her lips. She turned back around to face Jaune, walked forward, and pushed him down.

"Hey!"

"Your stance is all wrong; you need to be wider and lower to the ground," Pyrrha told him as she offered him her hand.

Jaune accepted it with a smile as he stood back up on his feet.

Pyrrha smiled confidently back at him.

"Let's try that again."

A/N: Hope you all enjoyed today's nineteenth chapter! As you all have read in this chapter, I wanted to focus on Cardin's reasoning on discriminating and hating Faunus before going full throttle on the second arc. Just to give him a little background to both his story and his character, ya know? Not really that much to say but before I end this note, I have two announcements to make. You're familiar with RWBY Chibi, right? Well, once the first volume for this story is finished - I'll be writing RWMBY Chibi which will be a lot like the RWBY Chibi with its own funny moments and Midoriya's shenanigans with both Team RWBY and Team JNPR. My second announcement is that I'm planning on writing a Minecraft x RWBY crossover story revolving around Steve and Alex. I don't know when I'll write it, but it's coming - so stay tuned for that. With all of that said, I'll be taking my leave.

See you all in the next chapter, young readers!
