Amphibia 13! Chapter 24: Amphibia 13-S1-EP24 Alien Hop Pop Lock!, a Ben 10 + Amphibia Crossover fanfic

Hey, guys, welcome to the next chapter of 'Amphibia 13!'. I hope that you guys enjoy the new chapter...anyway, I don't own anything except for my OCs, and the OC Blaze Simmons-Ackermann belongs entirely to my good author friend 9655.

{Amphibia 13!-Season 1, Episode 24: Alien Hop Pop and Lock!}

"Okay, kids, we need to sell a bunch of produce today." Hop Pop says with a stern tone as it is a bustling day in Wartwood, and we cue over to the middle of the village as we the gang hanging out at the Plantar Stand with Sprig and Polly selling some produce as Anne and Dereck help them out because their two-week vacation was over, so they went back to work as Hop Pop then spotted an Old Frog walking nearby and perked up. "Now, if you'll excuse me, I have some produce to sell on my own." Hop Pop says with a sly grin while walking over to grab a gourd resembling his head from the stand as he then makes his way over to the Old Frog. "Excuse me, miss, want to buy a-," Hop Pop says before being surprised and shocked beyond belief upon seeing an elderly green frog standing in front of him as she perked up at the sight of him happily.

Standing before him is a 3'6-feet-tall, 70-year-old Anthropomorphic Female Frog with a pair of eyes that have black pupils and dark green scleras, long white hair that was tied up into a low-hanging ponytail, pink lipstick, large elongated dark blue tongue, orange cheeks, four short limbs with four-fingered/toed hands/legs, wrinkled lime green skin with a paler shaded green-colored underbelly, a slender muscularly slim build, and her outfit consists of a pair of large oval-rimmed blue glasses, a sleeveless long pink dress with a small pink flower pinned on her chest, and no shoes. Her name is Sylvia Sundew, the Mother of Felicia, the Grandmother of Ivy, and the romantic interest Hop Pop as she's also a Semi-Retired Plumber.

"Hoppy!"

"Wha-Sylvia!" A blushing Hop Pop says as Dereck raises an eyebrow in disbelief.

"Hoppy?" Dereck asked while sharing a bemused look with Anne as Sylvia smiled warmly at a stunned Hop Pop.

"Come here, you sweet potato," Sylvia says while going over to hug Hop Pop as he awkwardly hugs her back with a big blush on his face.

"Uh...I thought you had moved away." Hop Pop lied as they both know that Sylvia really just left off-world for five years on a super important mission to help out the Plumbers in settling a potential war between the Tetramands and the Vaxasaurians.

"Yep, but I'm back in town," Sylvia says while winking at Hop Pop as it was her way of telling him that her mission is over and that she was able to return to Amphibia to enjoy her semi-retirement again happily. "Now, let's take a look at your veggies~," Sylvia says with a seductive tone as Hop Pop's face is sweating and fully flushed red as he struggles to say a word, and his bemused crush reaches over to grab the gourd resembling his head from out of his hands. "Oh, I'll take this one. I've always had a soft spot for the weird ones." Sylvia says with a saucy wink as Hop Pop continues to sweat and stammer his words. "Well, I better be going," Sylvia says while giving a copper coin to Hop Pop and hugs him. "Goodbye, Hoppy," Sylvia says as Hop Pop stammers with his blushing fading as his crush turns around to leave.

"Hop Pop, you sly dog~," Anne says with a playful wink as the Plantar Kids eyed her confusedly.

"What's happening?"

"What's going on?"

"Guys, Hop Pop clearly has the hots for Sylvia," Dereck says with a teasing grin on his face as Sprig and Pollys' eyes slowly widen in surprise.

"Whaaaat?"

"I didn't think that was possible."

"Am not!" A heavily embarrassed Hop Pop says as the kids give him blank looks. "...Okay, maybe a little..." A blushing Hop Pop says as he had always admired Sylvia since they first joined the Plumbers, never meeting a woman who is a better Plumber than he could ever be as it caused Hopediah to admire her, but sadly, life keeps getting the way of their love.

"Ohhh, you should tell her how you feel," Anne says as Dereck nodded in agreement.

"Yeah, when you have a crush on someone, you have to tell them how you feel right away."

"Like you and Anne?" Polly asked dryly, pointing out their hypocrisy as the Omnitrix Wielders blushed heavily.

"I wish I could, but you saw how I was back there. I have trouble even putting sentences together. I wish there was another way to let Sylvia know how I feel." Hop Pop says somberly before hearing a hammering sound nearby as he and the others turn their heads to see a bustling crowd standing around Albus Duckweed, who is hammering a poster titled, 'Dance Fever!', as he turns to smile at everyone.

"Dance Fever with family fun, shenanigans, and romance, tonight from 6:00 p.m. till...hmmmmm?" Duckweed says with a shrug as Sylvia perked up and began posing seductively as she stood near Felica.

"Heh, it's been a long time since I've danced with someone. Might be nice to feel the warm embrace of a man and get savagely raveged on."

"Mom!" A slightly embarrassed and blushing Felicia says just as someone poked on Hop Pop's left shoulder as he turned his head, only to feel someone tap his back as he paused a bit and gained a deadpanned look as an Old Frog appeared by his right with a taunting laugh.

Standing before him is a 3'8-feet-tall, 68-year-old Anthropomorphic Male Frog with a pair of eyes that have black pupils and buttercup-yellow scleras, a large head of gray luscious wavy hair, a small gray mustache trimmed in a French-like style, a large elongated light cyan tongue, four short limbs with four-fingered/toed hands/legs, wrinkled dark blue skin with a paler shaded blue-colored underbelly, a slim build, and his outfit consists of a dark brown hat, a long-sleeved high-collared opened brown jacket with a short-sleeve light brown shirt underneath, long dark blue pants, and no shoes. His name is Monroe, Hop Pop's Rival as he is an elderly frog who resides in Wartwood and is said to be the best at doing what old frogs do, such as dancing or playing shuffleboard.

"Ha-ha! Classic, gullible Hopediah."

"Oh. Hey, Monroe." An unamused Hop Pop says as Dereck turns to the Plantar Siblings confusedly and points over at Monroe.

"Who's that?"

"That's Monroe. He and Hop Pop have been rivals forever." Sprig explained as Polly nodded.

"Monroe wins at pretty much everything. Lawn bowling, shuffleboard, and other old-man activities."

"Love rival!" A gasping Anne says as she narrows her eyes angrily, having much experience in this as she and Sasha used to be love rivals when she began dating Dereck.

"You're not seriously thinking of going to this thing, are you? Wouldn't want to embarrass yourself like last year's barn dance fiasco. See you around, old-timer." Monroe says with a mocking laugh while turning around to walk away as an annoyed Hop Pop struggles to not go over and beat him up.

"Oh, we'll see about that, Monroe. We'll see."

~[Amphibia 13!- Season 1: Theme Song]~

A bruised, bleeding, and defeated, Anne Boonchuy and Dereck Wyatt crouched down on the floor of the destroyed park as the injured teenagers panted heavily and glared up at the large robotic space alien-like drone looming over them as they looked down at their Omnitrixes and cursed in unison as they realized that they were time out and unable to transform. Glancing over at the rest of their friends for support, Anne and Dereck were discouraged/dismayed to see an unconscious Sasha Waybright lying on the floor with pieces of brown rocks and fire littering around her as her mineral-armored cousin Johnathon Waybright was desperately trying to wake her up but failed as a trembling and scared Marcy Wu laid on the floor while holding onto the Calamity Box in her arms as her older brother Asashi Wu tried to help her up to the floor so that they can run away with their friends, but Marcy refused to budge as she clutched onto the Musical Box tightly.

Turning back to the huge robot, Anne, Dereck, and the rest of the teens were horrified/shocked to see it lifting its giant hand to aim it towards them as it began charging up to deliver a mega-sized laser blast that would fry the teens to dust. Sharing a quick look at each other, the teenage friends nodded to each other grimly as they accepted their imminent fates, and Anne grabbed onto Dereck's hand as he gave it a comforting squeeze, and the Omnitrix Wielders both shared one final hug as Johnathon grabbed onto his unconscious cousin and brought her into a tearful hug as Asashi gave one to his sister as well and Marcy hugged him back tightly as she dropped her Calamity Box just as the large drone shot a huge laser at them as the musical box crashed landed onto the ground and it opened up as the group was treated to a bright, colorful flash of light that blinded them momentarily and transported them to the world of Amphibia, alongside the huge drone and its master residing up above in space as he, his ship, and his army were all teleported onto another world.

Groaning in pain, Anne and Dereck woke up as they lifted their heads and blinked a couple of times...before their eyes widened in shock as they realized that they were lying face-first on a puddle and quickly stood up as the teens looked around, and the duo gasped in wonder/awe/fear as Anne and Dereck had quickly deduced that they weren't back on their world anymore since they were residing on a large forest/swamp with hundreds of humanoid talking frogs leaping in front of them. Trembling in fear, Anne and Dereck held hands as they turned around to run away and ventured deep into the woods as they struggled to make sense of what was going on, where their friends were, and why the weird musical box that Anne stole earlier transported them into this weird world, but skids to a stop as they realized that the huge drone from earlier was warped into Amphibia with them as it loomed over them menacingly.

Once its sensors locked onto their Omnitrixes, the large drone hummed loudly as it raised its hand high into the air and aimed it at the kids as it started charging his laser cannon, and the still injured Omnitrix Wielders shivered in fear at the sight of it as they were planning to turn around and leave, but once they hear the citizens of Wartwood Swamp running in fright from the giant monster threatening to destroy their home, Anne and Dereck put on fierce, determined looks on their faces as they turned to each other and nodded as they held out their hands and activated their Omnitrixes just as the giant robot opened fire on them as the duo slammed their hands onto their watches and dual flashes of green light covered the area as we pull back to see all of Amphibia, which was a large island that resembled a humongous lilypad as the sounds of fighting, explosions, and frog croaking could be heard in the background.

Now we find ourselves

Into the wild unknown

A week later, we cue to Wartwood Swamp as we see various bug-like creatures and several Frogs enjoying their peaceful day in their fair town as we zoom over to the Plantar House, where we see Anne and Dereck stepping out of the house after ducking under the Plantar's Family House small door and closing the door behind them as the sixteen-year-olds stood up straight and placed their hands on their hips heroically with confident, smirks on their faces as Anne and Dereck then glance down at their Omnitrixes and turned to each other with a couple of excited smirks as they quickly turned on their watches and began scrolling down their alien playlist to see which alien they would like to turn into as they subconsciously lean closer to each other.

And we're far from home

While our teenage heroes were busy messing around with their Omnitrixes, a pair of rather large dragonflies flew past their heads as they flew up towards the roof of the house and zoomed by a window, where an eager and excited Sprig Plantar emerged from it to stare at the flying dragonflies with his telescope in awe/wonder, only to then yelp in surprise as Sprig trips on the windowsill and screams in fear as he begins falling down to his death and zooms by another window, which was actually the window that leads into Hop Pop Plantar's room as the old frog was startled by his grandson's scream and turned away from his research from the Calamity Box and the pair of Omnitrixes that the duo wore as he discretely hid them under his table.

But there's so much here to discover

One leap after another

A screaming Sprig continued falling down for his life as the small pink-skinned frog crashed landed onto a wooden bucket filled with water, and, after recovering from the rough landing, a stunned Sprig sat up from the bucket as he looked around, and sighed in relief with a goofy smile on his face, not fazed by his near-death in the slightest before yelping in surprise as he was punched into the air by his little baby sister Polly Plantar and the small tadpole hovered in the air with a vicious look on her face as she then fell down on her bucket and pops out with a cheerful look on her face as she flashed the readers a cute, innocent smile.

Back with the teens, we see them still trying to find the right alien to use for the day, only to come up short as Anne and Dereck couldn't decide which to use yet as they groaned in annoyance and turned over to complain to each other...before realizing how close their faces were as they blushed in embarrassment and shyly pulled away as Dereck looked away and whistled nervously as a blushing Anne awkwardly pulled off the leaves from her hair. Seeing that his friend needed his help, Dereck reached over to gently remove the leaves and twigs from her hair as Anne smiled at him gratefully and returned the favor by removing the leaves and bugs from his outfit as the kids shared a laugh. After calming down, the kids slowly turned to stare into each other eyes as they blushed lightly but smiled as they started leaning closer to each other to share a kiss...only to be interrupted by Sprig as he crash-landed face-first into Anne's hair and was then launched over to Dereck as they crashed landed onto the floor.

Blinking in surprise at what just happened, Anne looked down and saw a groaning Dereck and Sprig lying on the floor below as the human boy rubbed his head, and both he and Anne glanced down to glare at their froggy friend for a couple of obvious reasons as Sprig gave his friends a sheepish, awkward shrug as the Omnitrix Wielders continued glaring him for a couple of seconds before the trio shared a laugh as Anne help Dereck up to his feet and Sprig leaped up to stand onto their shoulders as he eagerly pointed ahead. Knowing that their friend clearly wanted to go on another adventure, Anne gave her friend an apologetic shrug as Dereck simply closed his eyes and waved it off dismissively as she smiled in relief just as Sprig jumped off to run off into adventure as the teens followed after him while activating their Omnitrixes as two huge flashes of green light occurred and covered the area around them.

A laughing Anne, Dereck, and Sprig could be seen bouncing across a large, mushroom-infested field as the Omnitrix Wielders were currently in their alien forms Grey Matter and Crashhopper as each of them was jumping across multiple huge mushrooms, and, with each step they took, caused the mushrooms to light up with blue luminescent light. A smiling Sprig leaped across the mushroom field like the frog that he is as Grey Matter followed after him while using her intelligence and agility to find the correct and easier way to leap across the giant mushrooms due to her small size as a smirking Crashhopper jumped near them and was easily making bigger leaps high into the air thanks to his strange alien biology as the group whopped in shared excitement/happiness.

Life doesn't get much crazier

A panicking Sprig runs across the grassy fields of a nearby forest as an equally panicking Four Arms follows after him while carrying a large dinosaur-shaped egg in her four huge hands as a giant chicken/demon-like creature was chasing after them, clearly angry at them for stealing the egg that he stole from another creature earlier to use for lunch as the giant monster caught up to the duo and was about to breathe fire on them, only to be stopped by a glaring Jetray as he flew in and shot multiple neuroshock blasts at him, causing him to be sent flying a few feet away as Jetray shot a thumbs up at the duo below and his friends did the same as they proceed to continue running away while Jetray stayed behind to distract the huge chicken/demon-like monster.

The Plantar Family, including Anne and Dereck, were having a peaceful day of fishing on a swamp while sitting on a giant lily pad as they sighed contently...before yelping in surprise as the lilypad suddenly started rising high into the air, and the cautious group of humans and frogs looks down as they realized that they were not sitting on top of a lilypad, but instead were using a swamp creature's head as a seat and the huge monster clearly wasn't happy about that as he roared at them loudly. Anne, Dereck, Sprig, Hop Pop, and Polly screamed in fear as the swamp monster tried to shake them off by swimming across the lake at high speeds, but the group won't let go as the Omnitrix Wielders shared a look and nodded as they quickly activated their watches and Anne transformed into Ripjaws while Dereck transformed into Articguanna as both heroes began slashing/blasting the large monster to submission.

When you're a somewhat normal boy and girl

Living in another alien world

Sprig, Hop Pop, and a bored Polly studied the walls of the ancient temple that they were randomly adventuring in as, unknown to them, a giant boulder was heading straight towards them, and they were about to be flattened like pancakes, only for Cannonbolt and Spidermonkey to appear on the scene as Anne grabbed onto Sprig and Polly and rolled them up inside her ball form as she zooms off while Spidermonkey swung in on his webbing as he grabs on to a startled Hop Pop and swung him away to safety as the huge boulder rolled right past them.

The sounds of growling and the stench of death littered the area as a bunch of frog-like zombies appeared and corned our young heroes as Heatblast, Swampfire, and Sprig all stood back-to-back as the alien heroes glared at their adversaries determinedly while Sprig was clearly scared for his life as the menacing zombies loomed over to attack and later eat their brains.

Jump on in it

An injured, tired, and battered Anne, Dereck, Sprig, Hop Pop, and Polly all shared a victorious high-five as they finished defeating a horde of large evil lizard/dinosaur-like creatures as they smiled and cheered at their successful adventure, only for their excitement to die down as another one of those evil creatures popped out of the bushes and screeches at them as he waddled awkwardly over to attack them. The frog family took a couple of steps back nervously, but Anne and Dereck weren't afraid of this however as they grinned at the evil monster cockily and reaches down to activate their Omnitrixes...only for them to receive two powered-down beeps as the teens slowly looked down and realize that their Omnitrixes powered down to recharge. Blinking at this, the gang all shared an emotionless look before screaming in absolute fear as the group turned around to run away with the lizard/dinosaur-like monster chasing after them as Anne, Dereck, and Plantar Family desperately pleaded at the Omnitrixes to recharge faster.

An old ripped printed image appears to be stuck in the branch of a lone tree as heavy rain rang out with the wind blowing on the photo harshly as loud lightning rang out, and we peered into the photo to see Anne, Dereck, Sasha, Johnathon, Marcy, and Asashi all sharing a group hug with their smiling faces shining brightly as another flash of lightning occurred, and we see that the image was distorted a bit as it shows a glaring Anne and Dereck reaching out to grab onto their Omnitrixes as they were standing in front of an angry mutated Sasha with her equally angry cousin standing beside as he had his arms morphed into large dual swords. The group growled at each other furiously as a flash of lightning rang out, and we see Marcy and Asashi cooly standing in the background with their backs turned to them as they wore different clothing and held the Calamity Box in their hands as another flash of lightning occurred, and two pair of red alien-like/newt-like eyes could be seen placed at the top of the photo as they were glaring down at the group of kids angrily.

A roaring Wildmutt and a smirking Crystalline could be seen standing in front of a pond located at Wartwood Swamp as they posed heroically before their Omnitrix symbols started flashing red as they both transformed into their human forms with dual flashes of red light. Once it dies down, we see a yelping Anne waving around wildly as she trips on a rock and begins falling down as she screams before being caught by Dereck as the young teenage boy smiles down at her cheekily and helps her up to her feet as he held her in his arms and Anne blushed a bit by this as she giggles and Dereck smirked as the kids begin leaning in to share their first kiss, only to deadpanned as the Plantar Family showed up and a happy and oblivious Sprig leaped onto his human friends. Anne and Dereck gave their froggy friend a subtle annoyed look before shrugging as the rest of their Wartwood friends appeared and stood beside them as they turned over to flash at the readers a friendly smile with Anne and Dereck posing heroically as they raised their hands high into the air, and the camera zoomed in onto their glowing Omnitrix Symbols as the title card of the story appeared on the screen.

~[Amphibia 13!- Season 1: Theme Song Over]~

"Can't dance, huh? We'll see about that." Hop Pop says with a sly grin on his face as we see him in his Office in the Plantar House and lock the doors before grabbing a mop, pretending it to be Sylvia as he then tries to dance, only to accidentally break the mop as the Old Frog cursed. "Damn I can shoot down an Aerophibian while blindfolded, defeat a Tetramand with two hands tied behind my back, one of the few Plumbers who was able to go in and out of Anur Phaetos to live to tell the tale, but I can't dance at all to save my life. Looks like it's hopeless..." A saddened Hop Pop says before hearing some bass pounding, surprising the Old Plumber as he made his way out of his office and notices that the sound came from the Omnitrix Wielders' Basement/Room as Hop Pop walked over to open the trapdoor and poked his head in to see Anne and Dereck placing their phones on a couple of buckets to act as a makeshift speaker to play their music as the lovebirds could be seen dancing with each other while laughing as Hop Pop gasped in shock. "Anne and Dereck can dance?!" Hop Pop asked with wide eyes, alarming the Omnitrix Wielders of his presence as they separated from each other with big blushes on their faces.

"Hop Pop, what the hell, dude? Why were you spying on us like a creep?" A confused and worried Dereck asked as Hop Pop dropped down to land in front of them.

"Kids, I need your help." Hop Pop says anxiously while reaching behind him to pull out the Dance Fever Poster. "Teach me your ways of the Art of Dance. I can't tell Sylvia how I feel, but maybe I can show her by dancing with her."

"Awww, Hop Pop, never figured you for a hopeless romantic," Anne cooed as Dereck chuckled and patted Hop Pop on the back.

"Alright, you old timer, you got yourself a deal. Let's do this thing." Dereck says as Hop Pop smiles and nods as he then gives them a nervous look.

"Hey, um, think we could keep this just between us?"

"You got it, HP. Our lips are sealed." Anne says reassuringly as we then fast forward in time, and we cue to the front lawn of the Plantar Home as we see the Omnitrix Wielders stretching a bit to warm up for their dance training with Hop Pop as Sprig and Polly could be seen cheering on in the background.

"Whoo! Dance it up, Hop Pop!"

"Shake that booty!"

"What happened to the zipped lips?" An annoyed Hop Pop asked the kids as Anne grinned sheepishly and shrugged while having her messy auburn hair that was covered with leaves/twigs tied up into a high spiky bun with the help of a white scrunchie, a long-sleeved pink loose strapless shirt that showed off the straps of her green bra, black shorts, a pair of white socks, wears a single left yellow sneaker with white lining, and still wore her Omnitrix on her left arm.

"Couldn't help it. This is just too juicy."

"And I'm not even going to ask why Anne packed up 80s clothes for both of us to wear," Dereck says deadpannedly while having his spiky black hair gelled up into a tube-like hairstyle, and his outfit consisted of a long-sleeved high-collared blue opened jacket with a short-sleeved white shirt underneath, a black belt with a silver belt buckle, long ripped blue jeans, and a pair of black shoes as he still wore the Omnitrix on his left arm.

"Really? You won't?" A surprised Sprig asked as Dereck walked over to whisper into his nonexistent ear.

"Look, Sprig, one, I have come to understand that Anne was able to somehow pack and prepare for the event where we are transported to another world and have a backpack with infinite space. Second, Anne looks hot as fuck in that outfit so I ain't complaining." Dereck says with Sprig rolling his eyes playfully as he then walks back over to Anne and Hop Pop.

"Anyway, when I'm done with you, you and Sylvia will be locking lips by the end of the night," Anne says, much to the disgust of the Plantar Siblings as she then grins down at Hop Pop. "Lesson one. Footwork." Anne says while starting to show some of her moves to Hop Pop, who tries to replicate but trips and falls onto an ant hill as Sprig and Polly go over to throw a bucket filled with water at him.

"Lesson two. Rhythm." Dereck says while tapping a hammer against a bucket rhythmically as Hop Pop taps off-beat and somehow hits himself in the face with the hammer instead of the bucket.

"Lesson three. Freestyle." Anne says with a big grin on her face as Dereck nodded.

"Freestyle is expressing yourself in your unique way," Dereck says as we then see him, Anne, Sprig, and Polly showing off their unique dance skills, but when it was Hop Pop's turn to dance...well...it was so bad that the author visibly cringed upon seeing that horrible dance again.

"Ta-da. Whoo, I gotta say, that's the first lesson I actually felt good-,"

"Hop Pop, if you wanna win over Sylvia...never do freestyle again!" A serious Anne says with a glare while grabbing Hop Pop, who gulps nervously and nods as Dereck then pulls out his phone.

"That's it, we have to go full throttle with this, so, Hop Pop? Take a look at this." Dereck says while bringing out his playlist of all of his favorite 80 Songs and Dance Routine as he then showed it to Hop Pop with the Plantar Siblings going over to check it out as they all gasped in shock and awe.

"Whoa, what is this?!"

"Plantars, welcome to the world of the 80s," Anne says with a smug grin on her face while sharing a fistbump with Dereck as an epic montage rang out and we see Anne and Dereck transforming into their Omnitrix Aliens while dancing around to show off and teach their skills to the Plantar Family as Diamondhead does the stanky leg with Sprig while Slapback and his twenty clones do a synchronized dance routine with each other and Polly and Frogane did the Moonwalk with Sprig, Frogereck did the Cabbage Patch with Polly, Wildvine did the Sprinkler with Polly, Spidermonkey did the Butt with Sprig, Grey Matter did Pendulum with Polly, Fasttrack did the Running Man with Sprig, Four Arms did a breakdance with Sprig, and Crashhopper did the Worm with Polly as Hop Pop was able to copy their moves as, once the montage had ended, we see the Timed Out Omnitrix Wielders and the Plantar Siblings applauding Hop Pop as he finished his dance routine.

"Whoa! Yeah, Hop Pop!"

"Miracles happen!"
