Chapter 38

Momma's Boys

Venture Compound

After the "tragic death" of Naruto's mother, Rusty had decided to let Naruto go on a vacation somewhere, since while Rusty does mostly think of himself pretty much all the time, from time to time he can be thoughtful, which is why Naruto went to visit Triana and Medusa, since they did pretty much introduce her to Triana's family, though at first they didn't take it very well, what with her legend getting mixed up with Poseidon's bullshit about her.

But they soon straightened everything out for her, along with Tatyana pretty much "adopting" Medusa into their home, since Naruto had explained how the boys were, along with how naively awkward the two were, so they might try to "flirt" with Medusa, only to annoy her so much that she might accidentally use her eyes on them, which they pretty much understood the reasoning.

Anyway, during the vacation, Naruto had decided that he, Triana and Medusa should journey through the Realms, just so they could learn better teamwork together, which the two had agreed to, so they spent some time traveling around, even visiting Niflheim to really work up their teamwork, not to mention collecting lots of stuff for Sindri that he plans to use for their armour and equipment.

As for Medusa's armour and weaponry, both dwarven brothers had figured out how to make her armour refit her, with a little help from Freya making her armour resemble a little bit like a Valkyrie's armour, as for her weapons, she decided to go with a bow and arrows, mostly for long distances, but for close combat, she went with twin short-swords, which she can use in either human or monster form, while using her natural flexibility and agility against her enemies. So with her short-swords and her mastery of being able to partly transform, like Naruto with his fox form, it made her even more deadly, but together, it made them damn-near indestructible.

As it turned out, Naruto had also asked the brothers to help him build a house, separate from theirs, since he at least wanted some private time, whether it was with his girls or by himself to meditate or something, which the brothers didn't mind at all, since with their skills, they could build a small and simple house, but have a large mansion on the inside, which they did, though when Naruto saw the place, he ended up screaming, "THIS IS SOME DOCTOR WHO BULLSHIT!" Causing the brothers to laugh since they understood that reference, having spent some time in Midgard, though obviously using their abilities to sneak wherever they wanted, which pretty much gave them plenty of chances to see such things.

After that, Naruto had then shown his girls, namely Triana, Medusa, Nancy and Drew, where just like with him, the three males got the same reaction, or at least near-same, though after that, each of the girls had practically dragged him into his new house, with Medusa using her tail, causing the brothers to be thankful that they made sure to soundproof the place, since it took over a week until Naruto and his girls exited the house, they were also thankful that due to Sindri's germophobia the house can magically clean itself of any dirt, which the group was certainly thankful for, since they didn't need to task themselves with embarrassingly cleaning up afterwards, though they still needed to clean their clothes since said clothes weren't apart of the house.

Anyway, after that whole "episode" Naruto had returned to the Venture Compound, only to see Rusty had turned his room upside down for some reason, so he decided to leave whatever crazy shit Rusty is thinking about alone, seeing as Naruto had only just returned.

With that, Naruto simply sits in the living room and decides to read a book, turns out this book had belonged to his ancestor, along with another book that belong to the god's son, but Naruto plans to read that at a later date, while being thankful that Freya kept a hold of it for him, only while he was reading Naruto noticed something was off.

"Alright Dean, where do you think you're going." Naruto simply asks, though it was obviously a statement, causing the sneaking Dean to pop up.

"H-How did you know where I was without even looking, a-a-also, I-I-I'm not going anywhere!" Dean quickly asks and exclaims.

Naruto just looks towards the boy with a deadpan look, "You do remember that my mom, Molotov Cocktease, trained me from a young age right, so I'm able to tell when someone's sneaking around, since that sort of training doesn't go away, not to mention that I saw your reflection in the window, with it being night outside making it easy to see inside, so I can see you've got some smart outfit on telling me you plan to go somewhere." Naruto simply explained.

Hearing all of this, Dean had pretty much broke down, explaining how he was planning to visit someone and everything, while leaving out the person's name since he knew Naruto would stop him, very easily.

Where as Naruto, after hearing everything, simply closed his book and put it away for the time being, "Alright, I'll come with you, just in case, since you never know what kind of person you'll be visiting." Naruto simply states, figuring that Dean would go even when he's being told not to, so it best if Naruto went as well.

"O-Okay, B-But you have to wait outside, since I don't want to scare her off or something." Dean quickly states, making Naruto raise an eyebrow at such a thing, but figures he'll let Dean do his thing.

It didn't take them long to get to wherever the person was, seeing as it turned out the person was a prisoner, so Naruto stayed close enough to the building, just in case, since he figured if Dean got in trouble, he'll hit the emergency button on his wrist comm.

Though as Naruto waits, he gave a call to Triana, wanting to know if she's use to having a "sister" yet, though while he was chatting, his wrist comm started beeping, telling him something was wrong, telling Triana to hold on for a moment, Naruto soon noticed that while Dean's wrist comm was still inside the building, a chip Naruto had placed inside the boys were going off, seeing as the boys no longer have anymore clones, so it was easy and simple to install in them, with neither even noticing the installment due to Naruto sneaking in their room while they slept and gave them some knock out gas under their door, where thanks to his healing, Naruto wasn't knocked out, so he gave both an injection that held a small tracking device, being thankful for Rusty's shrink ray coming in handy so he could shrink the tracker down to such a small size that it would be undetectable by normal means, but still has the strong signal.

Anyway, Naruto soon noticed that Dean's tracker was heading away from the wrist comm, so quickly heading inside, Naruto grabbed the device, making sure to use his agent license to gain easier access, he then heads for Dean's location, following it to an asylum, though while looking around the place, Naruto soon noticed that the insane people inside the asylum had took over, all of them chanting "Mother!" Repeatedly, making Naruto really puzzled at the sight of this scene.

Only for someone to make their appearance, "Goddammit! Naruto her again, seriously Dean, if she's the one you were talking to and visiting, I'm gonna kick your ass!" Naruto says to himself, now noticing Myra being worshiped by the insane people inside, with her even trying to get one of them to turn Dean into an embryo and implanted inside her.

Though it wasn't long before Hank began breaking the "spell" of Myra's hold on everyone, causing a riot to break out, "OKAY! I THINK THAT'S ENOUGH OF THAT!" Naruto's voice echos out, where he throws his axe at the window and crashes inside the place, where instead of fighting Naruto, the inmates simply escaped through the opening, making Naruto exit his fighting stance and put his axe away, "Wow, and here I thought I'd get some action, oh well." Shrugging his shoulders at the turn of events.

But as he moves to get the boys, and Gary, out of the place, Naruto noticed Myra crying her eyes out, which unfortunately, made Naruto feel sorry for her, so he simply used a pressure point on her neck, knocking her out and picks her up, "Boys come on, we're getting outta here, you too Gary, since all three of you are in so much trouble." Naruto seriously states, since he'll be training all three in the ground for this stupidity.

"Um, Naruto, why are you bringing the crazy lady with us?" Gary couldn't help but ask, feeling somewhat scared to even be around her.

"I'm bringing her with us so I can send her to someone that can actually help her, since it's pretty obvious that this place and prison ain't helping her at all, but luckily I know a couple of people who owe me a favour." Naruto simply explains, since it was obvious the woman needed proper help and he knew just the people to help her.

"Are you sure Naruto, I mean, who are these men that you mentioned?" Hank couldn't help but ask, since while he doesn't really like the woman claiming to be their mother, he still wants her to get the right amount of help.

Naruto has a serious look on his face, "They are TOP MEN, Hank, that's all you need to know." Pretty much shutting Hank up and went to talk with Dean about everything, "Oh and Hank, one more thing, (yank!)" "YOUCH!" "That thing's been bugging me all night." Naruto finishes by yanking the fake mustache from Hank's lip, practically causing the boy pain as he did.

With that, they all made their exit from the place, with Naruto leaving for a few hours telling them to head back to the compound while he deals with Myra, where Naruto hands her over to a couple of shadowy people, only for them to vanish with neither saying a word.

Early Morning

Naruto soon walked into the kitchen, grabbing a bowl and some cereals for himself, where Hank simply states that he, Gary and Dermott went to the asylum to save Dean from Myra, where he then questions Rusty about his "not mother" and it's background, only for Rusty to get a little "detailed" with said background, causing Dermott to get up to escape such a thing.

"(Cough!) D-Doc, do you mind, I'm trying to eat here!" Naruto states, nearly choking on his cereal.

Only for Dermott to look back, "Oh and later, DAD!" He calls out towards Rusty, making Naruto pretty much gulp his cereal and get stuck in his throat, all the while trying to grab something to drink to help him out.

Though the others were in a state of shock that Dermott was Rusty's son and Dean and Hank's half-brother.

There you have it, Medusa practically being adopted by Triana's parents, with Naruto having his own place that he and the girls can visit, which can be classed as a "vacation home" for them, along with Naruto trying to help Dean out, but obviously the outcome was obvious. lol
