Two Weeks Later

In the aftermath of the Cobra La attack and the arrival of the Shi'ar Empress who was seeking out the mystery host of something known as the Phoenix, the remaining credibility Professor Xavier and the Institute had had gone out the window and down the drain thanks to the news crews getting everything on camera. Giving the Media a field day with everything that had been learned. The fact Xavier's own son is the Mutant Terrorist known as Legion was just one part of the reason his credibility had been shot to absolute Hell and because he's married to an Alien Queen, a lot of theories had been running rampant and some were more crackpotted than others! Relations with the Shi'ar were also considerably a huge non-factor for the forseeable future given the Empress' attack on the original Joe Base that saw Misfit Manor in ruins when a diplomatic attempt to get her to see reason where Jean was concerned didn't quite go the way some hoped it would, though the General Public was unaware of the exact details. Prompting the rest of the Grey Family to be moved on to the Burbank base for their own safety as a precaution.

It'd also be thanks to the Earth based Jammers that Lilandra wouldn't go for an all out attack when they threatened to involve Odin and the Empress had no desire to get into a war with the Asgardians due to a previous experience the Shi'ar had with them years ago. Xavier himself hadn't been seen since his heart attack but it had been reported it'd be some time before he'd be able to so much as Telepathically speak with someone, much less sit up on his own due to how bad his heart attack had been. The General Public also had no idea that Lilandra had insisted she be allowed to take the Professor with her back to Shi'ar Space as they had far better means to deal with his situation and reluctantly this had been allowed to happen with Danielle Moonstar going along to ensure the Professor would be okay. Prompting Logan and Beast to be the ones to handle any legal matters that needed to be dealt with with Storm's help after she saw what had happened and made her return with Yukio in tow.

Storm's own change was rather shocking but no one really had time to deal with it aside from a comment of Tabitha's about how she thought the Mohawk look was pretty cool. Betty, Warren, Stevie, and Domino had also chosen to leave as well during this two week period and the students had even done so as well by transferring over to the Cleveland School since they didn't have a home anymore and not feeling like they could really trust the Professor due to the secrets he'd been keeping. Jean and Madelyne however would be going to Burbank. Plus, they had also realized that there was no way in Hell the town was going to let them re-build the Institute, regardless of whether or not they had Government backing. Though Kurt had chosen to return to his adopted parents as he missed them and wanted to spend some time with them while Rogue, Gambit, Ray, Dead Girl, Rina, and Tim had decided to go on the road and see the Country.

Sam and Paige would even go back to the Farm before ultimately going to the Cleveland School while Tabitha went with Amara to Nova Roma since she thought it'd be fun and Rahne went back to Muir Island. Now with Warren, he had to leave in order to help his father prevent his brother's underhanded attempts to take everything for himself and while this had given him a slight rise of approval in the eyes of some once everything was done and over with, Warren's being a Mutant was still an issue for many in the Company but he refused to let that get him down. Kitty also had another chat with the Governor of New York as he wanted to voice his displeasure for going against the ruling about her not being able to drive anymore. Something she hadn't thought would count considering it'd been something Alien she drove but he hadn't cared! Even considering options to see if it would be feasible to ban her from New York or to ensure she was wearing a Power Inhibitor from now on when she drove since she refused to be responsible behind the wheel.

Neither being things her Parents liked much of for that matter and ultimately, Kitty herself would transfer over to Cleveland while Forge had ultimately chosen to join SWORD since he thought he'd be of use there. As for the remaining Adults, once they ensured nothing could be used against them was removed and placed securely elsewhere, had also decided to do their own thing. For Storm, that was going back on the road with Yukio and Wolverine would even go with them as well while Hank had ultimately gone the SWORD route like Forge had as the idea of getting to be around so much advanced Technology and Alien Races was too much for him to pass up on! And while the original Misfits were dealing with a lack of a home until it could be re-built and staying at a certain camp until ti was, Lance himself had gone off to Miami, Florida to get in contact with his biological mother thanks to Larry coming forward with some information where she was concerned and Betsy had gone with as a show of support.

As for Scott himself, who recently lost Tommy, now going by Chilljaw, to the West Coast Misfits after his parents moved out to California, after he'd finally saw the news reports of what was going on, had been utterly shocked and he wasn't the only one as Alex as well where their father was concerned! Prompting the two to get into contact with the Cleveland Jammers to see if a meeting could be arranged with the man and since he was still in Earth Space so to speak to be on the safe side where Lilandra was concerned, the boys wouldn't have to wait too long. "Hey! I'm here, what's so urgent, Alison!?" Wondered Christopher 'Corsair' Summers after he arrived at a park in Cleveland.

"These two would like to speak with you." She told him while pointing out Scott and Alex.

"Oh? I have to say, my crew isn't looking to have new members on it right now." He said apologetically and before he knew it, he found himself on the ground with an aching jaw!

Alex whistled. "Damn, bro, I think the folks two blocks away heard that! But glad to know you aren't dead, dad."

"No, he's just been out in Space playing Pirate instead of being our father." Growled Scott with his hands clenched.

Corsair stared at the two for a moment before speaking. "I'm, I'm sorry, did you boys say I'm your dad!? That's not possible! D'Ken made sure of that years ago!"

"Obviously you never bothered to find out that you were wrong, dad." Sneered Scott.

"Yeah! I'm Alex and that's Scott, your sons!"

Corsair could only stare at them in shock before forcing it away and demanded a DNA test be done as they couldn't be his boys! A short time later thanks to the connections the Earth based Jammers have would see that yes, they are in fact his sons much to his shock! "I… I can't believe this! After we were attacked by D'Ken all those years ago, I thought you boys lost and because of that, I, I became so focused on revenge where that jackass is concerned that I just…" Trailed off the man hollowly with Alison looking on sadly as the brothers just stared at the practically broken man.

But then he looked at the two. "But if that means you're both alive, then so is Gabriel! Where is he!?"

His question confused the two and Scott would ask who Gabriel was. "What do you mean 'who is that'!? He's your baby brother! Your mother had him shortly before we got on that plane!" Exclaimed Corsair and the two brothers would look at one another again before looking to him.

"Dude… We have no memory of him, like, at all."

Scott nodded in agreement and Alison wondered if the attack and how they had escaped had done something to their brains to make them forget. Which wouldn't be that farfetched considering it had ultimately damaged Scott's ability to control his Powers. Corsair could only stare at them in shocked horror as Alison spoke up. "Maybe we can look into seeing if any brain damage is responsible for them being unable to remember Gabriel."

"I'm, I'm for it if they are!"

The Brothers looked at one another and then back to the other two. "I'm fine with it, dudes, I wanna remember our little Brother!"

"Same here and go from there after that."

"I'd like to be in your lives, if you'll let me."

"I'm down for that, I've missed you a lot, Dad." Alex told him.

Scott said nothing at first. "I'll have to think about it." Came his somewhat cold words and Corsair flinched but nodded in understanding.

And after a thorough examination, everyone would discover that a certain twisted Scientist by the name of Sinister had been responsible for the two boys' lack of being able to remember their own baby Brother. Making the Summers men rather pissed off in the process! "I'm gonna stay on Earth to not only get to know you boys but also so we can hunt down that pasty faced bastard!"

Scott frowned. "Unfortunately, he's hard to track down as he can look like anyone when he wants too."

"Then it'll take as long it needs too."

"Won't that interfere with what you do in Space?" Wondered Alex curiously.

"Not at all, son, not at all. I've got others who can cover for me and they'll understand once I explain the situation."

"Once that's taken care of we can get started by looking into places he's used before. Darkstar might be able to help too." Scott said and Corsair nodded.

"And once we get our hands on this Sinister, he'll wish he never messed with us!"
