Spider-Man zipped through the city as if he was on a timer. He needed to find MJ before the Sinister Six did something to her. Peter felt a wave of power go over him, almost as if the worrying and the stress unlocked a new level of power. He flew past buildings at an eye-watering speed, his Spider-Sense guiding him towards her.

"Let her go!" Spider-Man shouted from atop the roof of a short building. The Shocker put a glowing yellow gauntlet against MJ's head. "Any closer and she's gone!" The devious criminal announced to his enemy. Rage bubbled up in Peter's mind. He let the rage fill his body, feeling a presence take control of him. Peter's costume enveloped in black, appearing as if his rage was visible. A black web shot from the top of his hand, holding the gauntlet in a sticky grasp. Peter launched himself towards the Shocker, throwing bone-shattering hits. A grumbly, different voice came from Peter "I said to leave her out of this!" He shouted, unleashing blows from deep, angered corners of his mind. "Peter, stop! He's had enough!" MJ commanded, not even sure if Peter could hear her. Peter's punches eventually slowed to a stop, before resting at the sides of his black, new figure. "You're right," Peter answered, "I took it too far.".

Meanwhile, at the 99th Precinct, While Jake and his wife, Amy were investigating a robbery, an announcement blasted through the bullpen. "Happy birthday, Jake!" Charles exclaimed with joy. Amy was shocked, did she get the wrong week for his birthday? Was she too late to get Spider-Man? "Charles, you're six days early." Jake corrected with confusion. "What!? That stupid Spider-Man, he threw me off my game." Charles shouted with shock and anger. He was so shocked about Spider-Man, he got his best friend's birthday wrong. Charles was deeply ashamed. Captain Holt entered the bullpen from the worryingly wobbly elevator. "I left for five minutes, why is there confetti everywhere!?" He shouted with surprise, confusion and anger. Charles embarrassingly replied to the captain. "That was me, Captain." He admitted. Captain Holt became even more confused. "But Peralta's birthday is for another six days." He uttered with now a colossal amount of confusion. "Even Holt got it right!? What kind of friend am I?".

"Is there a detective here?" Spider-Man shouted into the room, as he climbed through the window that Scully left open. "You again!? What are you doing here?" Charles shouted. "I have evidence for a crime, where did you think I would go, you dolt?" Spider-Man snapped furiously. He extended his hand, showing a dozen bullets with dents in them. "A robber tried shooting me, the new suit stopped it." Spider-Man explained to Amy, as he handed her the ammunition. "Ah, another successful day of doing your jobs for you." Spider-Man gloated, as he stretched his back and arms. "Bye!" He said, launching a web at the window to swing away. "Get out of here!" A clearly offended Charles shouted, before slamming the window shut. "Remember to shut the window, Scully!" He scolded. Holt noticed Charles' change in enthusiasm towards Spider-Man. "Not that it's necessarily a bad thing, but what is with your sudden hatred towards Spider-Man?" The Captain asked.

The next day, at Peter Parker's home, he was looking at his old suit. He inspected the red and blue that he missed a little, but was not worth the immense power he had now. "What's this?" He asked himself as he looked closer. It was a GPS tracker, more specifically, Amy's GPS tracker. He ripped it off and crushed it using nothing but his bare hands. Amy gasped in shock. "What's wrong?" Terry curiously inquired. Amy turned towards him and stared like she had just witnessed her husband cheating on her with a horse. "The tracker broke." She uttered under her breath. "Told ya!" Terry cheered, bouncing his pecs up and down in a celebratory manner. "But, I know where it went out." She retorted, cancelling Terry's celebration. "Should you really go to his house? Maybe the tracker breaking was a good thing." Terry questioned, hoping she would change her mind. Nope, she was too committed.
