But when a new camp is about to open he joins 6 fellow teenagers in finding out there is more to Jurassic World than even he knew especially when things descend into chaos when a certain Hybrid Dinosaur breaks out and goes on a rampage, Now its a fight for survival and safety

Chapter 14

Author Note: Heyo! How's it going everyone? I'm back with another exciting chapter for all of you!...*Pause for Applause*...*No Applause*...Right anyway moving on from that bit of awkwardness…SEASON 3 BABY ROLLS ON! OH YEAH!

And not just for this story but Season 3 of "Jurassic World Chaos Theory" as well! Holy hell was Season 3 AWESOME! Some really great character development…Like REALLY great! Some really intense and awesome action segments. And seeing certain events link up Timeline wise was mind blowing. And that ending…Like wow it was heartwarming, sad, tragic, intense, intriguing, and that cliffhanger…I am SO FREAKING STOKED FOR SEASON 4!

Anyway last we left off our little group of survivors had one hell of a day right? They sank, they climbed, they soared…some crashed, and it looks like they finally caught a break. Yet as well all know they remain oblivious to the latest danger the island has to throw at them..oh yeah REALLY looking forward to a few chapters from now. Big reveals coming soon folks, BIG reveals indeed.

I will say this stuff has happened and has been happening behind the scenes so to speak that going to come to light for the campers *And you the readers* and oh boy are the ramifications of them going to surprise you all.

(Isla Nublar Shoreline)

A few hours had passed since the campers discovered their potential means of escape from the island…Mitch and Tiff's yacht. Since then they had made a quick trip back to camp to gather a change of clothes for the swim to the yacht and then proceeded to quickly run back to the shoreline.

As the group carefully made their way across some large rocks leading out to the open water where the yacht ws stuck against another rock they came to a stop. "Alright, I'm going to take point" Naruto says, turning to face the group and their attire. He himself was wearing a pair of red swimming trunks with a pattern of black triangles at the bottom that vaguely looked like teeth.

Shifting his gaze to Ben, notably the only one of the group that opted not to change clothes "Ben you're right behind me" he says to the teen getting a nod of acknowledgement in return.

The blonde leader then looked to Yaz who was wearing a purple one-piece swimsuit. His eyes subtly and quickly gave her form a once over before he refocused "Yaz you're following behind Ben" he remarks getting a nod from her as well.

Turning his attention to Darius who was sporting a pair of yellow swim trunks, Brooklyn who was wearing a horizontal-blue and white striped top along with a pair of blue swimming bottoms, Kenji who wore a plain pair of black swim trunks, and finally sammy who had on a orange top and purple swimming bottoms. "Darius, Brooklynn, Kenji, Sammy you four are making up the rear of the group. Additionally should anything go wrong the four of you are to be the first to make a break for the shoreline, understood?" he says to the remaining four members of the group.

"Why the heck are we in the back?" Kenji asks with a raised eyebrow not understanding why they were being delegated to the rear.

Shaking his head with a sigh, Naruto just gave the teen a flat look "We have no idea if Tiff is still on the boat, and in the event she is, a fight is pretty much guaranteed to break out. Of the group Yaz, Ben, and myself are the most athletic/experienced when it comes to fighting thus we will be acting as a frontline defense while you and the others fall back to safety" he says to the teen explaining just why he had chosen to assign the roles as such.

"Um what about Mitch? I mean yeah we didn't see him with Tiff when she got on the boat, but she coulda picked him up before the boat got stuck right?" Sammy asks as it seemed like they were forgetting about the man.

For a moment Naruto didn't answer the question and simply turned his back to the group as he stared out at the yacht as it drifted. "We don't need to worry about Mitch, as Rexy already handled him" he says before looking over his shoulder at the faces of the others "I saw it for myself. Now let's get swimming and remember the plan" he adds before diving into the ocean. The rest of the group just stood there in slight shock for a moment as they watched him swim out towards the yacht. Though quickly shaking their shock away they joined the blonde in the water and began swimming towards the boat as well.

Yet as they did so Yaz had her eyes glued to the form of Naruto "What are you not telling us?" she thought to herself in slight worry as she had this gut feeling that there was more to what the blonde had said then he revealed.

Reaching the back end of the yacht the campers slowly and quietly board the ship in the order they had planned to. All of them unknowingly feel the same unease at how quiet it was. Slowly and methodically the campers began looking around the yacht. Walking along the side of the main level Naruto narrowed his eyes as he spotted a series of claw-like scratch marks on the deck of the yacht.

Seeing this he stopped in place and silently gestured for Yaz to take point as he would climb a nearby ladder to the second level of the yacht, and for Ben to flank the other side of the boat as they headed to the front of the ship.

Getting a nod from the pair the trio went to their assigned tasks. As Ben reached the front of the ship he looked around and raised an eyebrow "There's no sign of anyone" he states as from an initial look the boat seemed abandoned.

Reaching the front of the ship as well Yaz shook her head "This is too weird" she remarks as the whole situation was just…odd. The girl then felt her eyebrow start to twitch as she noticed the others minus Naruto walk over to them, seemingly having chosen to not stick to the plan.

Speaking of the blonde haired leader of the group, he had just reached the bridge of the yacht and slowly opened the door to said room. However upon seeing the state said room was in he narrowed his eyes. Trashed would be an understatement as the entire viewport window had been busted open, pieces of the ship's control panel were littered across the floor along with broken glass. Deep scratches marred the wood of said floor as well as the walls, along with a sizable dent in one of said walls. Most notably though was the large amount of dried blood splatter littering the room, with the majority of it being in a large darkened puddle.

However there was one more thing in the scene of carnage that caught his eye. Walking over to the object he looked down at what was left of an all too familiar blonde haired woman's head. Forever etched on the right side of Tiff's face was a look of horror and agonizing pain while the left side of it had been ripped to shreds and was missing. With a slight grimace and shake of his own head Naruto grabbed the body part by its bloodstained blonde locks and gave it a quick toss out the broken viewport and into the ocean.

Naruto lets out a sigh as he once more surveyed the destruction of the control room. However he was broken out of his thoughts when he heard a gasp and turned to see Sammy standing at the door to the room "Sammy? What are you doing up here, you should be with the others" he remarks, curious as to why she was there.

"Um, Yaz sent me to get you as we haven't found anything" The farm girl says a bit nervously as she looks around the state of the room…and audibly gulps at seeing the large puddle of dried blood. "How bad is it?" she asks.

Once more blonde sighs as he looks over at the control panel "The control panel is pretty heavily damaged, but if we're lucky it might be able to be salvaged" he says informing her of what he found…while leaving out the the more grisly discovery.

Sammy looks at the floor and spots a certain device lying on it "Looks like the radio is as well" she remarks in observation.

Taking note of said particular piece of equipment Naruto shakes his head "Yeah and unfortunately there is no salvaging that". The blonde then looks over the control panel once more before sighing again "And on top of everything we're almost outta gas" he says pointing out how the boat's fuel gauge was showing the indicator needle deep in the red-zone of the gauge.

Raising an eyebrow at this Sammy looks at the gauge "Are you sure? Have you tried tapping it as that always seems to work?" she asks before doing just that. However instead of the needle going up indicating there was more fuel than shown…It plummets even deeper into the red. Seeing this and the deadpan look Naruto was giving her, Sammy chuckles nervously "Well, now we're really sure about how much fuel it has?" she remarks sheepishly.

"So we've got a boat now…but we can't use said boat?" The pair hear and turn to see Ben standing outside the control room with the others.

Naruto stares at this for a moment before facepalming "Why do I bother coming up with plans if nobody ever sticks to their assigned tasks or roles?" he muses to himself in exasperation.

"Isn't the Northwest dock just around that bend? If we can make it there then maybe we can find some gas for the boat?" Darius says suddenly offering a potential solution to the current issue at hand.

Turning his attention to the teen, Naruto thinks for a moment "It would be a big gamble as we would have to drive the yacht to the dock. However if we were to run out of fuel before we reached the dock then we run the risk of the yacht being beached from the tides" he remarks pointing out a very concerning issue with the idea.

"Well we have to try don't we?" Sammy says as in her mind the risk was worth it if the payoff was them obtaining the necessary things they needed to finally leave the island.

"As risky as it is I gotta agree with Sammy on this, it makes more sense and is safer to bring the boat to the dock rather than find fuel and bring it here" Yaz remarks in support of the farm girl's point.

Nodding his head at the valid points Naruto comes to a decision "Alright, we're moving the boat to the dock" he remarks before looking at Ben "Ben you take Bumpy and meet us there, and see if there is a way to secure the dock from any potential dino's venturing in" he says to the boy getting a nod in return.

"Brooklynn and I will go with him, and grab our change of clothes as well" Darius pipes in getting a raised eyebrow from said social media star.

Hearing this Ben also raises an eyebrow in confusion "Darius, I am more than capable of getting everyone's clothes" he remarks with a deadpan look on his face.

However at that moment Brooklyn scoffs "And run the risk of another 'slingshot' incident? Sorry Ben we're coming with you" she remarks the statement causing a number of awkward blushes among the group primarily from Sammy and to a lesser extent Yaz and Naruto.

"Hey that was ONE time, and I still stand by my idea" the former germaphobe boy remarks in defense of his suggestion/attempt at making a weapon.

Clearing his throat Naruto brought the attention of the group back on him "Regardless of that Ben, Brooklyn and Darius will accompany you and Bumpy to the dock" he says getting a releting sigh from the teen before the trio head towards the deck ladder to climb down to the first level of the yacht.

"Um thanks Naruto" Sammy suddenly nervously and with a bit of an embarrassed blush on her face "I really didn't wanna risk a repeat of that incident." she says before quietly adding "especially since I'm on my last one" to herself.

Though she wasn't as quiet as she thought she was given how both Yasmina and Naruto heard her. "Speak for yourself I'm out" the track star muttered to herself with a bit of a blush.

Healing this Naruto silently gulped and used all the willpower he had to resist staring at the chest contained with Yaz's one-piece swimsuit as her words repeated over and over in his head. "She HAS to realize how what she just said comes off..right?" he thinks to himself as unaware to him Yaz was subtly eyeing him out of the corner of her eye and mentally smirking.

How the trio were suddenly alerted to the sound of screaming below them, causing them to rush to the ladder and see what was happening. The scene they came upon was one of confusion and annoyance as Brooklynn and Darius were lying against the seating at the back of the boat recovering from fearful looks. While across from them Kenji was standing in an open doorway leading to the interior of the ship laughing loudly.

"What the heck is going on!?" Naruto asks with a stern look on his face.

Taking a few deep breaths to calm himself Darius looked over at Naruto "Kenji thought it would be a funny idea to pull a jumpscare on us!" he says in exasperation.

Continuing his laughter for a Kenji nearly doubles over "That's because it was! You should have seen your faces!" he says in between laughs as Darius and Brooklynn look at each other with an unamused look.

"The height of comedy" Ben remarks with a blank look on his face given how he wasn't scared by the prank, and found it unamusing. "Anyway, I'm heading back to shore…Darius, Brooklyn you coming or what?" he adds before walking to the rear of the boat and entering the ocean once more. The dino nerd and superstar looked at each for a moment before sighing and following after their fellow camper.

"Well with that excitement over with…" Yaz remarks dryly with a heavy sarcastic tone she rests a hand on her hip "The only question that remains is who's driving the boat?" she says voicing a question that was a rather factor they needed to figure out.

As the question hung in the air with no one making a response, Kenji suddenly stopped laughing. It was as if a switch had flipped in the teen as he straightened up and a wide grin formed on his face "You mean, whose dad has a yacht club membership, and found this sweet hat inside?" he says, pulling a captain's hat from behind him and placing it on his head. The teen continued to grin as he gave a mock salute "Captain Kenji at your service" Kenji said with a chuckle.

In response to the declaration Yaz's face went completely deadpan "...No, just no" she remarked dryly. Internally however a debate was raging in her mind as she contemplated attempting to swim back to the mainland. Surely that would be a better alternative to Kenji of all people being in charge of the boat…right?

"I think we should give Kenji a chance," Sammy says, throwing her support behind the teen. With a nod of her head and a shrug. "Afterall he is the only one that knows how to drive a boat right?" she asks as to her knowledge nobody else did.

After a moment Naruto groans before letting out a loud sigh as he facepalms "I can't believe I am saying this…Like it is PHYSICALLY hurting me to say this…But, I agree with Kenji" he says, having to force the sentence out of his mouth.

"...You're joking right?" Yaz asks the blonde in disbelief.

"I really, really REALLY, wish I was" Naruto says with a shiver as he rubs his temples as if he was attempting to massage the future headaches his decision would inevitably result in. "But unless Brooklynn has done some kind of 'Unboxing Sailing a Yacht' video before?" he says looking over to Sammy.

"Nope" Sammy remarks, shaking her head and thus sinking the blonde's one hope of avoiding 'Captain Kenji's' return.

With a sigh of defeat Naruto's shoulders slump "Then there we have it…Kenji is in charge of driving the boat" he says resulting in Kenji doing a fistpump of victory. "Now Kenji…please just drive us to the Northwest Dock" he pleads with the teen not wanting to deal with any shenanigans.

"Aye Aye oh fearless leader, it will be smooth sailing with the incredibly handsome Captain Kenji at the helm!" Said teen answers back getting a groan from Naruto and Yaz before he departs to the bridge of the boat.

As the teen departs Yaz looks over to Naruto with an almost pleading look in her eyes "Is it too late to try the 'Human Catapult' idea? I will even volunteer to test it out" she asks the blonde.

"...We will keep it on the back burner as an absolute last resort" Naruto replies back with a stoic look on his face.

Sammy let's out a little snort of laughter at this "Good one guys!" she says thinking they were joking. However upon not getting a response from them and seeing them walk in the direction of the ship's bow she raises an eyebrow. "Um guys you were joking right?...Guys?..Hello earth to Yaz and Naruto?" she says to them only to receive silence as a response. With an audible gulp the girl gains a nervous look on her face "...Please let Kenji actually know what he is doing for once" she mutters to herself as she REALLY didn't wanna have to try the human catapult plan. Though it seemed like her fears were SLIGHTLY alleviated as the boat lurched forward a bit and the sound of its engine was heard sputtering to life before it began slowly gliding through the water towards the northwestern dock.

(Northwest Dock, An Hour Later)

As the yacht slowly approached the dock Yaz was leaning over the side of the boat helping to guide Kenji in "Easy, easy" the girl remarks directing the teen as he drove the boat. However the girl's eyes widened in alarm as she saw the yacht coming too close "wait hold up, hold up!" she says in alarm before grunting and lurching forward along with everyone else. The cause of said lurching being from Kenji accidentally having the side of the boat collide with the dock as it came to a stop.

"Heh not a bad parking job, if I don't say so myself…and I will" Kenji remarks cockily with a smug grin on his face as he adjusts the captain's hat on his head.

In response to the teen's remark Yaz shakes her head and gives him a deadpan look "You don't 'park' a boat dingus…you 'dock' it" she remarks a grin tugging at the corner of her mouth as she sees Kenji sputter a bit.

Though the teen collected himself rather quickly and smirked "Are you sure you wanna sass the captain? I mean it's a LONG swim home~" he says snarkily back at her.

For a moment Yaz's eyes widen in alarm before she pouts angrily choosing to not say anything…for the moment. However it would seem someone decided to voice their own opinion on what he said "You might want to be careful Kenji…" Naruto remarks walking up beside Yaz and resting his arm on her shoulder. The blonde haired leader of the group has a smirk on his face "I mean it's not too early for a mutiny and it would be a shame if 'Captain Kenji's' first voyage had him tied to the front of the yacht for the duration of the trip.

The remark causes Yaz to gain a smirk of her own as she pictures the scene of Kenji tied to the front of the yacht as some kind of makeshift figurehead. Kenji on the other hand pales a bit in fear before coughing into his fist to compose himself "Right well…I'm going to go and get Sammy to help tie the boat to the dock" he says before making a hasty exit from the bridge of the yacht.

Naruto and Yaz watched him go before sharing a laugh and high-five. The two then noticed Ben, Bumpy, Brooklyn, and Darius making their way down the dock towards the boat. "Let's go grab our clothes and tell the others about yet another defeat for the dreaded 'Captain Kenji' shall we?" Naruto jokes with an eccentric bow and offers his hand to Yaz.

The girl couldn't help laugh at this "Yes let's" she replies with a stereotypical 'high society' tone to her voice as she plays along. "Though I must proclaim, lead the way" she adds in the same tone before following after Naruto as he does just that. Falling in step behind him the girl subtly eyes his toned back, before her eyes drift down to his butt.

Bumpy lets out a little bellow as she comes to a stop allowing her riders to climb off her. As he touches down on the ground Ben takes note of Yaz and Naruto approaching and tosses a bag that he was carrying to the girl

"Thanks!" Yaz calls out before she walks off to the side rifling through the bag as she does so.

Naruto however continues to approach the boy "How was the trek?" He asks the teen as Brooklynn and Darius walk past them towards the boat to help make sure it's securely tightly to the dock.

"Great!" Ben says energetically with a wide grin on his face "Zero dinos, and even better this dock's surrounded by a security fence. I made sure to lock it up after we came through" he adds detailing the trip and the added bonus of the dock being a secured place.

Hearing this Naruto nodded his head in understanding though his brow furrowed "Wait you mean you didn't see ANY dinosaurs?" he asks, wanting to clarify what the teen meant.

Nodding his head at the question Ben scratches at his cheek idly "Yeah no carnivores AND no herbivores" he says before shrugging "Not even any Compies, why?" the teen adds questioningly as no dinos being around seemed like a good thing to him.

Cupping his chin in thought, Naruto mulled over the revelation for a moment "It's just…odd. I mean both herbivores and carnivores have been acting strangely lately. It's almost like something is going on that we don't know about" he says before sighing "I don't know, maybe I am just overthinking things" the blonde adds with a shrug.

However the sound of Sammy greeting Bumpy broke him from his musings "Hey Bumpy! Hey girl!" the farm girl says with a smile on her face as she goes to welcome the armored herbivore. Though said herbivore was seemingly having none of it as she ignored Sammy and lumbered over to Yaz. Bumpy let out a series of low bellows as she began affectionately rubbing her armored head against the leg of the girl, almost knocking her over for a moment. Sammy stared at the scene in confusion for a moment before looking back to Ben who just gave her a shrug of confusion. Even he was confused by his partner's actions.

Off to the side Darius standing next to Brooklynn eyed the scene as well given how Bumpy's behavior was a bit odd. However the boy shook those thoughts away before looking at Naruto "What should we do now? It is getting a little late in the afternoon after all" he asks the leader.

Taking a look at the horizon himself and noting how the sun was beginning to dip down a bit, Naruto weighed their options for a moment. "We can hunker down here for the night, and head out in the morning to look for gas and other supplies" the blonde says relaying the plan to the others.

Hearing this he gets a series of nods, except for Kenji who goes a bit wide-eyed "Whoa whoa whoa pump the brakes for a sec" he says catching everyone's attention. "Take a look around, we have swimsuits, a few hours of sun, and a whole yacht at our disposal! We are OBLIGATED to throw a yacht party!" the teen adds with a wide grin. The rest of the group thinks it over for a moment before they all grin as well.

(30 Minutes Later)

The campers were in full 'yacht party' mode as music could be heard coming from the yacht while next to it Bumpy lounged on the dock. From atop the yacht Ben was about to run and jump off it into the ocean when he notices Naruto and both break the surface of the water at the same time. "What were you guys doing down there?" he asks, having not seen them jump into the water.

"Um, having a contest to see who could hold their breath longer?" Naruto calls out from the water nervously as he and Yaz tread water.

Ben raises an eyebrow at the response before shrugging and grinning "Well clear some room I'm about to dive on in!" he calls out and makes to get a running start.

Hearing this Yaz's eyes widen before she grins "Oh hold on just a darn minute there Benny-boy, I'm gonna show you what a REAL dive looks like" the girl calls out before quickly swimming over to the back of the yacht and climbing aboard. Yaz then proceeds to rapidly climb up the ladder to the second level of the boat before standing at the edge of it with her back to the ocean. Staring at Ben with a smirk on her face Yaz ready's herself "This is what eight years of diving lessons looks like" she says before leaping backward. As she flies through the air Yaz tucks her legs in and proceeds to do several backflips before straightening out and entering the water perfectly with only a small splash.

After a moment Yaz resurfaces and upon hearing clappings turn to see Naruto behind her with a grin on his face "Not bad, solid 8 outta 10" he says complimenting the dive.

"Clear some room as this is what running from an Allosaurus, then tripping and falling off a waterfall looks like!" Ben yells from the boat before getting a running start and jumping off the boat. As the teen soars through the air he flails his arms and legs wildly before belly flopping into the water with a loud smack.

"Oooh" both Naruto and Yaz say with a heavy wince as that impact had to have hurt.

Just as the two were about to swim over and check on Ben to see if he was okay, said boy burst from the water's surface laughing loudly, his face a bright pink from the impact. "How was that!?" the teen asks with a wide grin seemingly ignoring the pain he must be feeling.

After a moment Naruto grins "Dude 9 outta 10!" he says before looking towards Yaz who had her eyebrow raised "Sorry Yaz but Ben just freaking belly flopped like a beast!" he says to her justifying his scoring. In response the girl just laughed before playfully trying to push his head underwater.

While this was happening Sammy was ruffling through a cardboard box back on the boat. "Ooh, water bottles, beach towels, those fancy tiny drink umbrella things" the girl remarks with a grin as she pulls said objects out of the box one by one. The girl then raised an eyebrow as she pulled out the next item from within the box "Sad beach ball" she remarks looking at the deflated object in her hand.

As she begins to blow up the beach ball Kenji walks out of the control room "Check it out! Party poppers, roman candles, tons of yacht rock CDs. They were so totally evil, but Mitch and Tiff knew how to throw a yacht party" he says before grunting and his head flinches back from something hitting it. Said object was the now inflated beach ball that had been playfully thrown at him by Sammy "Very funny now-" he says before the girl proceeds to repeatedly bounce the ball off his face.

Up at the bow of the boat Brooklynn and Darius could be found lounging on some lounge chairs that were built into the deck of the ship. As she stretched her arms behind her back Brooklynn couldn't help but grin "We're not only leaving the island tomorrow…we're doing it in style" she remarks as she adjusts the sunglasses she was wearing to block out the sun better.

With a grin on his face Darius stretches a bit as he leans back into his own chair "Gotta admit, I am loving this yacht life" he says comfortably. The dino nerd then thinks of something "...Do you think we will be able to keep the yacht when we get back to the mainland?" he asks, wondering if there was a way for them to keep said vessel.

Hearing the question Brooklynn just shrugs "No clue, technically it might fall under maritime salvage law but I don't know much about that" the girl remarks as while she knew of the existence of said law. She ultimately didn't know the fine details regarding it.

Darius shrugs in response before a mischievous grin forms on his face "You know there is still one thing we need to do before we go-" he says, catching the interest of Brooklynn as she raises her sunglasses to look at him. "Prank Kenji back for scaring us" the boy adds, finishing his remark.

Sitting up in her lounge chair a devious grin forms on the face of the social media star "Oh, you know I am so down for that" she says as the two share a fistbump.

"Oh I got it! We steal his captain's hat!" Darius says excitedly quickly thinking of a potential prank they could play on their fellow camper.

Brooklynn raises an eyebrow at this "Uh-huh I'm liking where this is going, what then?" she asks wanting to know what the next phase of the prank would be.

"We…don't give it back?" Darius says with a grin on his face. However upon seeing the deadpan look on Brooklynn's face he sighs "Yeah…kinda lame sorry" he apologizes as now that he had a moment to think about what he said, it did sound pretty lackluster for a prank. "When you have an older brother like my older brother Brand, you're usually the prank victim not the prank planner" he adds. The boy had been pranked by his older brother more times than he could count, and had yet to successfully prank his brother back.

Brooklynn rests her chin on her right palm and thinks for a moment "It's gotta be something epic, or he'll never leave us alone" the girl says. However after a moment a devious grin begins to form on her face "What if we slowly and methodically, make Kenji believe he never existed? Then when he is on the verge of total madness, we'll be like 'GOTCHA!'" she says excitedly explaining her idea to Darius.

Darius felt a shiver run down his spine at the ruthlessness of the idea "...That might be too intense?" he says to the girl causing Brooklynn to gain a sheepish look on her face. "What if we-" the boy begins to say before a loud pop causes him and Brooklynn to let out simultaneous yelps. The pop was followed by several more all around them forcing the two teens to take cover behind their lounge chairs.

After a moment the pops stopped and they heard an all too familiar laugh. Looking up over their makeshift cover the pair spotted Kenji standing on the second level of the yacht with a box of party poppers in his hand. "Seriously Kenji!" Darius yelled at the older teen in annoyance for yet another prank.

"I know right?" Kenji says in between laughter before taking a few breaths "Ooh too easy" he says before walking off

Seeing Kenji walk off after having pranked them yet again Darius and Brooklynn share a stone-faced look "All ideas are back on the table. The more intense the better" Darius says as the pair fistbump once more.

"Including bringing Naruto into the fold" Brooklynn adds with a blank look on her face.

Hearing this Darius's eyes widen a bit and he lifts his sunglasses up "Um Brooklynn don't you think that might be too far?" he asks. However the boy lets out a gulp as she slowly turns her head to look at him. Despite not being able to see her eyes the boy could tell she was giving him 'The look'. Clearing his throat to compose himself he lowers his own sunglasses back down "Right even that" he remarks as the pair begin to brainstorm ideas.

(Inside the Yacht, Bedroom)

Naruto and Yaz had taken a break from swimming and were currently in the middle of getting thorough use out of the luxurious bedroom. "Found another stash of whiskey! Looks expensive." Yaz calls out from the closet before setting a rather large bottle of the amber colored liquid down just outside the closet.

Pulling his head from underneath the queen-size bed in the room Naruto raised an eyebrow "Geez that's like the fourth one, wonder who had the problem?" the blonde muses to himself before pulling out and opening a small safe. "Crap only thing in the safe is their passports, credit cards…and a signed picture of them and Ned Tugnet? Who the hell is that?" the blonde asks aloud as he rifles through the contents of the safe.

"No idea" Yaz remarks with a shrug before sighing "Seriously? Another pair of gator-leather boots?" she says tossing the footwear out behind her where they proceeded to land next to two other pairs of identical boots.

Turning his attention to the nightstand closest to him Naruto opened it before his eyes went wide at what was sitting inside it "What…the…fuck?" the blonde says to himself. Reaching over to one of Tiff's ascots that had been thrown over the lampshade the blonde grabs it before wincing and reaching into the desk and grabbing the object within. "So uh Yaz…" he says getting the girl's attention as she pokes her head out of the closet "Apparently Tiff was a size queen…ugh really didn't need to know that" he says with a shudder as he holds up the object in his hand.

Said object was a rather large and thick blue dildo with the words 'The Destroyer' running down the side of it. Needless to say the sight of the large marital-aid caused the girl to somehow simultaneously blush and pale at the same time "Oh that's gross" the girl says trying not to gag.

"How do you think I feel having it in my hand?" Naruto says with a shudder before promptly throwing the dildo out of the room. The blonde then quickly wipes his hands on his swim trunks with a grimace "Ugh so unclean, you think Ben has any sanitizer I could borrow?" he says before the two share a look and laugh at the remark. As the pair resume rifling through the things of the deceased married couple they continue to chuckle.

(On the dock)

Sammy let out a series of strained groans and grunts as she carried a five-gallon bucket full of fresh water down the dock before setting it down in front of Bumpy. The farm girl looked at the armored herbivore with a smile "Here you go Bumpy!" she says excitedly before gesturing towards the bucket of water "I know how you big critters can get hanging out in the sun all day." the girl says. Looking down at the bucket of water Sammy's eyes widen "Oops, almost forgot" she adds before placing a tiny drink umbrella on the side of the bucket.

For a moment Bumpy looks at the bucket of water before looking back up at Sammy and letting out a low grunt. As an awkward silence fell between the two Sammy winced "Actually, that's a bit of a choking hazard, so I'm just going to keep the umbrella kay? Now enjoy!" she says before plucking the umbrella from the bucket and putting it behind her ear.

Bumpy looks at the bucket of water for another moment before letting out another low grunt. The herbivore then turns to the side seemingly disregarding the offered drink, before slumping back to the ground and lounging once more. Seeing this and how the dinosaur seemingly rejected her gift of water Sammy gains a look of both perplexion and disappointment on her face as she wonders why the water was rejected.

"Having fun ladies?" Ben is heard saying from behind the girl causing her to turn and look at him as he walks towards dinosaur and girl.

"Us? Fun?" Sammy asks before putting on a cheery face "Oh yeah! Bumpy and I are having a blast!" she says to the teen. However as if to disprove her claim Bumpy gets back up and walks past the girl with a low grunt. The armored dinosaur proceeded to walk over to the side of the yacht and let out a series of happy sounding growls as she noticed Yaz emerge from inside the boat with Naruto following behind her. Seeing this Sammy let out a bit of a sigh "Okay sorry, but Ben you know how big animals are basically my whole thing right? Well you ever think that BUmpy just isn't that into me?" she asks the teen as it lately it had seemed like the herbivore was ignoring the girl in favor of Yaz.

Ben raises an eyebrow before turns to look at his armored companion who was letting out more excited bellows at Yaz. Turning his attention back to Sammy the boy has a placating look on his face "Bumpy is a complicated woman. Who knows what's going on inside that beautiful dino brain of hers? I wouldn't worry about it" the teen says, placing a comforting hand on Sammy's shoulder before walking towards his partner. Hearing this Sammy begins to feel a renewed sense of optimism about the situation thinking that maybe Bumpy just wasn't interested in the water. Only for said optimism to be dashed when Ben looks back over his shoulder and cheekily says "Course you might just be losing your touch!" before hurrying over to his partner.

Needless to say the girl gained a worried look on her face at this remark before it shifted into one of determination "Challenge accepted Bumpy, you will be mine." she says with a grin before said grin falters a bit "Wait that sounded really wrong" she mutters to herself given how the remark could be misinterpreted if anyone heard it.

(Couple Hours Later)

As the sun began to set on the horizon turning the crystal clear blue sky a soft pink, the yacht party was still in full effect. "Oh no way I found a dildo!" Kenji suddenly yells loudly causing Naruto and Yaz's eyes to widen in alarm. Turning around the two spot Kenji with the sexy toy held high above his head waving it around with a wide grin on his face.

"KENJI!" Yaz yells at the teen in shock at his actions.

Acting fast Naruto ran towards the asian teen whose eyes just sparkled with mirth as he ran away from the blonde. As two ran all around the deck of the ship Kenji laughed wildly "BIG BLUE DILDOS FOR EVERYONE! THE PEOPLE DEMAND DILDOS!" he yells at the top of his lungs as he waves the toy around. The teen leaps over a mortified Brooklynn and a confused Darius as the chase continues. "DILDO! DILDO! DILDO! DILDO!" Kenji chants as he continues to run.

However the teen suddenly grunts as he is tackled from behind by Naruto. The blonde quickly wrenches the rubber phallus from the teen's hand before chucking it far out into the ocean. Getting back to his feet Naruto stares down at Kenji who also starts to get to his feet. "Seriously Kenji what the hell!?" the teen asks in disbelief at what just occurred.

However Kenji just smirks in response, the sight of which causes Naruto's eye to twitch in annoyance "What's the big deal? Does it make you feel inadequate or something?" the teen teases with a laugh.

Naruto's jaw audibly clenched at this and he had to take a deep calming breath in order to stop himself from chucking the teen into the ocean much like he had with the dildo. Luckily for Kenji however it was at that moment that Yaz caught up to the two "Kenji! What the hell?" she asks unknowingly mirroring the blonde's question. Her eyes then narrowed a bit at the teen who just snorted in amusement "So help me Kenji, if your action corrupted the innocence of the others…" she says leaving the threat open to interpretation. In actuality she was mainly only referring to Darius…and maybe Brooklynn. The girl HIGHLY doubted that the dino enthusiast had any idea what a Dildo was. Brooklynn in her mind was probably about a 50/50 chance on whether or not she knew what it was.

"Um Brooklynn…what's a dildo?" and ofcourse at that moment Darius could be heard asking the social media star confirming Yaz's theory.

Hearing the teen's question the eyes of both Naruto and Yaz narrowed even further and the grin on Kenji's face got even wider. "And with that I think it's time I make my exit" the asian teen remarks before turning around and starting to walk off "Captain Kenji, ventures forth once more in search of all manner of booty, the spicier the better!" he adds with a laugh before entering the yacht with a laugh.

"...Should we go after him?" Yaz asks the blonde next to her with a raised eyebrow "Or do we try to preserve Darius's innocence, and save Brooklynn as well?" she adds as she could hear Brooklynn stammering as she tried to think of something to say in response to the question the teen had asked her.

Pinching the bridge of his nose in frustration, Naruto lets out a sigh before looking at Yaz "...Neither" he says, getting a raised eyebrow look from her in response. "We completely searched the bedroom and found nothing else. The odds of Kenji finding ANOTHER sex toy are miniscule at best. As for Brooklynn…isn't it more entertaining to see her flounder a bit?" he asks with a bit of a lopsided grin.

Seeing the grin a matching one formed on Yaz's face. Yes she and Brooklynn had gotten over their little spat…but that didn't mean she wasn't opposed to a little payback. "Sit back and watch?" she asks Naruto.

"Sit back and watch" he confirms with a nod. With that decided the two decided to head up to the second level of the yacht and watch the hilarity ensue.

Unaware that they were being observed, Darius and Brooklynn continued searching through a couple of boxes for anything they could use to get back at Kenji with. "Really Brooklynn what's a dildo?" Darius asks as he continues to look through the box.

"Ugh don't worry about it Darius! Now keep looking we need to find something" Brooklynn snaps a bit at the boy with a hint of a blush on her cheeks. The girl was so not going to be the one to explain what a freaking dildo was to the adorkable teen next to her.

Shrugging his shoulders Darius decides to put off finding out what a 'dildo' was for now in favor of finding something to prank Kenji with. However as he continued to rifle through the box the teen grew more and more frustrated "Come one there's gotta be something in here we can use to scare Kenji with" he quietly mutters while tossing aside a pair of sunglasses.

"Like these fireworks?" Brooklynn says as she pulls a roman candle firework out of the box she was going through and shows it to Darius. The two share a mischievous grin as they start contemplating how to best use the incendiary device.

However the pair nearly jump in fright as Kenji suddenly says "Eyes up captain on deck!" jokingly as he walks over to them.

Acting fast Brooklynn hides the fireworks behind her back as the two force innocent smiles on their faces "Oh hey Cap!..I mean Kenji" Darius says trying not to sound suspicious.

Seeing this and the awkward greeting Kenji raises an eyebrow in suspicion "Just checking in on my crew" he says looking back and forth between the two teens. "What are you two up to?" he asks.

Sweating a bit at the question Brooklynn puts on a fake smile "Um well, we were just saying how its starting to get dark, and that we should probably wrap up the party right Darius?" she says quickling coming up with a cover story.

"Oh um yeah!" Darius remarks catching on to where Brooklynn was going "That way we can be well rested to get supplies in the morning!" he adds with a nervous grin on his face.

The older teen looks between the two a couple of times "You honestly expect me to buy that?" he asks, causing Darius and Brooklynn to gulp a bit thinking they had been found out. However Kenji's skeptical look quickly shifted into a grin "When we've got these babies!?" he says pulling out a small battery operated candle from behind his back. "I already put them all out on deck. Yacht party saved!" he says with a cheer gesturing towards the front of the boat where a number of the lights could be seen lined up across the boat.

From their elevated spot on the second level of the yacht, Naruto and Yaz both sighed in disbelief "He can't be this oblivious right?" the athletic girl whispers to the blonde, unable to believe that Kenji wasn't able to pick up on how Darius and Brooklynn were very badly lying.

"...It is Kenji" Naruto whispers back before all the teens let out a yelp as the boat suddenly rocked heavily in the water. As the boat settles back down Naruto gets to his feet "Everyone okay!" he calls out to the others.

"Yeah we're good!" Brooklynn calls out as she, Darius, and Kenji get back to their feet.

All okay here as well!" Ben calls out from the back of the boat.

"Uh guys!? You need to see this!" Sammy calls out from the dock causing everyone to rush over and look at where the girl was pointing.

Climbing back onto the dock the teens all stare at the side of the yacht where just above the waterline a decent size hole now marred the otherwise pristine siding of their means of escape from the island.

"This isn't good," Naruto says, narrowing his eyes at the damage.

"How can a hole just appear? We couldn't have hit something given how the boat was docked" Yaz asks as it didn't make sense.

"Was there something in the water that could have hit it?" Ben asks thinking that maybe something had been floating in the water and slammed against the side of the yacht.

Hearing the question Naruto narrows his eyes a bit as he stares at the hole in the boat. One would think that the damage would indicate it was inflicted from the exterior. However as the blonde looked at one side of the hole in particular it told a different story. The metal that made up the boat's hull was bent outward, not inward as would happen from an exterior impact. This meant whatever created the hole did so from inside the boat. Such a thing made little to no sense though given how they were the only occupants of the boat…or were they?

"It doesn't matter what caused the hole," Narutp says, not taking his eyes off the hole. "What does matter is that this can't wait until the morning. We need to patch this hole tonight or-" he begins to say before being interrupted.

Said interruption came in the form of Kenji butting in and finishing the blonde's sentence "Or the boat sinks" the teen remarks while adjusting his captain's hat.

"Thank you 'Captain Obvious'" Yaz remarks with a dry look on her face.

"That's 'Captain Kenji'!" Kenji fires back with a cheeky grin.

However before Yaz can snap back at him Brooklynn stares off in the direction of the docking area where a large number of shipping containers were sitting. "There has to be tools, or at the very least boating supplies we can scavenge from over there" she says as it wouldn't make sense for the dock supply area to not carry the needed tools to patch up the boats that used said dock if need be.

"We might want to hurry and look though as it's starting to get dark and there is a fog rolling in" Darius says, taking note of how the sun was rapidly starting to set and a thick fog was approaching the dock from the ocean.

Taking his eyes off the hole Naruto looks out at the horizon judging how long they had before the sun sets fully, and the fog reaches them. The blonde clenched his teeth a bit as the numbers weren't good. "Alright" he says, turning to the others and shifting their focus to him. "You guys split up and start looking around the dock or anything we can use to patch the hole. I'm going to take a quick look inside the yacht to see if there is any more damage that we're not seeing from out here. After I do that I will regroup with you and help search" he says, getting nods from the others as they run towards the shipping containers.

Naruto goes in the opposite direction as he boards the yacht and after making a quick stop in the ship's kitchen to arm himself with a chef's knife and a meat cleaver that were in there he makes his way towards the door that leads to the staircase that descends down into the engine room of the boat.

Slowly opening the door the blonde descends the stairs into the bowels of the ship which was cast in an eerie red glow from the emergency lights being on. Looking to the side Naruto spots a lightswitch and flips it only for nothing to change "Of Course the lights are out" he mutters to himself as things were never simple apparently.

Bringing his arms up, knives at the ready, Naruto began methodically searching the room for any sign of what might have caused the hole in the side of the boat. He passed by the large engine of the ship, as he made his way towards the bow when he noticed something. Kneeling down the blonde took note of some stretch marks in the floor, just barely visible due to the low light. Narrowing his eyes at the discovery Naruto grit his teeth "Great, apparently in addition to being poachers they were also stupid enough to take a live prize" he mutters to himself cursing the stupidity of the dead couple.

Rising back to his feet Naruto resumed his search of the bottom deck of the yacht. As he neared the bow of the ship Naruto spotted the ray of sunlight shining into the room from the hole in the side of the hull. Making his way over to the damage Naruto knelt down once more and inspected the hole. Looking at the outer edge of it he noticed a lack of stress marks in the metal. "Hmm thankfully it looks like the surrounding area of the hull is undamaged." he muses to himself. The lack of damage in the hull around the hole was a good sign as it meant the sealing of the hole would be much easier as they would just need to put something to cover it.

However as he continued to survey the damage, Naruto suddenly stiffened as he picked up the all too familiar sound of clawed feet, this time scraping on the metal floor. Not moving an inch the blonde tightened his grips on his knives. He knew that he couldn't make any sudden moves or it would trigger an attack from whatever dinosaur was down here with him. The sound of the dinosaur slowly getting closer to him, its labored breathing, and his own heartbeat quicking were all the blonde could hear.

"My only chance is to react the second it goes for me" Naruto thinks to himself as he primes himself for a burst of motion. Even then the blonde knew he was at a massive disadvantage. His back was turned, he was crouched down, they were in a darkened and confined area, he had no idea what kind of dinosaur he was about to face, and all he had to arm himself with were a pair of kitchen knives…yeah the odds definitely were stacked against him.

Despite this he waited, listening intently for the telltale sound of his opponents feet speeding along the floor towards him. Sure enough it happened seconds later, "Now!" Naruto to himself as he could feel the hot breath of his attacker on the back of his neck. In a burst of movement he spins and lashes out, knife meets thick flesh, a shriek of pain fills the air, cleaver comes down and slices into flesh and the handle snaps off as it hits thick hard bone, and two bodies hit the floor.

As quickly as the fight started, it ended, and silence filled the engine room of the yacht once more. For a moment the silence continued before a groan and hiss shattered it "Aw that stings" Naruto says with a wince as he gets to his feet and looks at the cut on his right palm. The skin having been sliced open from the handle of the cleaver snapping off.

Shaking off the pain the blonde looks down at his attacker and raises an eyebrow "What the hell?" He mutters as lying at his feet is an extremely emaciated Stygimoloch still twitching a bit as its blood gushes out across the floor from the two fatal wounds on its neck. The rapidly dying herbivore was essentially skin and bones, its ribcage, spine, and hips all protruding out against his leathery skin. With a final wheezy, wet gurgle the dinosaur's eyes dulled and all its twitching ceased.

Looking in the direction the now deceased herbivore had come from, a look of fury formed on the blonde's face. The cause of which was a small cage, its door having been busted open from the inside. "Fucking monsters" Naruto curses with pure hatred oozing in his tone at the discovery. Mitch and Tiff had clearly captured the herbivore, and locked it away in a cage intending to bring him home as either a trophy or pet. From what he could tell they had at least given it some food and water judging by the smashed water tank next to the cage. But after their deaths the dinosaur had been left abandoned to slowly starve to death. It had likely in one final attempt at surviving used the last of its strength to bust open the cage door and then continue on to hit the side of the yacht thus creating the hole. The rest was obvious.

Kneeling down to the dead dinosaur Naruto gently rubbed its domed head for a moment before closing its lifeless eyes. He then wrapped his arms under the creature before lifting it up and making his way out of the engine room. As he continued on the blonde reached the back of the ship before gently lowering the dead body into the ocean and letting it sink beneath the surface. For a moment he watched the body sink further into the darkness of the water before it vanished. With his task completed Naruto hopped off the boat and onto the dock before running towards where the others were. Though as he did the blonde took notice of how the sun had finished sitting and an eerie foggy darkness now enveloped the dock.

(With the others)

As the group continued checking the crates closest to them Darius shook his head "Anyone find anything?" he asked the others hoping they had.

"Nope/Nada/Nothing/No/Negatory" was the responses from the others as they each looked up from the crates they had been looking through.

Hearing this Darius lets out a sigh of frustration. However, just as he is about to suggest they look further in the stacks of shipping containers, the sound of approaching footsteps catches his attention. Turning in the direction of said sound he squints a bit as he tries to make out the shape approaching them through the dense fog blanketing the area.

"Any luck?" Naruto asks as he emerges through the fog and to a stop before the group.

"Not yet" Darius answers back with a shake of his head.

Naruto looks past the teen and at the various shipping containers. There had to be something they could use to patch the boat inside one of them. "Alright let's split up and cover more ground as we head deeper in." He says getting nods of agreement from the others. "I'll check to the left here" the blonde teen adds as he starts heading that direction.

"I'll head that way as well" Yaz suddenly pipes up as she joins the blonde in heading to the far left.

"Bumpy and I will check over here" Ben says pointing off to the middle area directly between in front of them and the direction the other two teens had departed in. As he departs towards said direction Bumpy slowly lumbers after him.

"I'll go this way!" Sammy says with a grin as she points off to the right and starts heading off. Kenji starts to follow after her when he notices Brooklynn and Darius suddenly stop in place.

The social media star grabs Darius by the arm and pulls him close "Remember to keep an eye out for Kenji" she whispers to the teen before she checks to see no one is eavesdropping. "I wouldn't put it past him to try and scare us again. Especially with how dark and foggy it is" she adds as the atmosphere was perfect for trying to scare someone.

Darius nods his head in agreement as it would be the perfect setting for Kenji to do just that. "Good looking out. After we find a patch for the boat we can go back to trying to prank him." he whispers back to the girl before they resume walking towards the containers and crates directly in front of them.

However the two were unaware that the said person they had just been talking about rose from behind a crate as they did so. Kenji was sporting a cocky grin on his face as he watched the two leave, having heard everything they said "Game on" he whispers before heading off in the direction Sammy went.

Having split up the camera continued their search for anything they could use to patch the boat. Darius hopped into and began searching the back of one of the park staff trucks that had been left on the dock, as a short distance from him Brooklynn searched around some abandoned ATV's.

A short ways away Bumpy could barely be seen through the thick fog following after Ben as the teen finishes searching through a crate to no avail.

Over with Naruto and Yaz the former hops down from inside a storage container landing next to the latter as she emerges from the one underneath it. The two look at each other and shake their heads in unison having not found anything of use.

Walking past an overturned crate Sammy squints as she sees two red objects lying on the ground. As she got closer though her eyes widened at what she found "Gas Cans!" the girl says excitedly as she picks them up only to frown "Dang it!" she cursed given how the cans were empty.

Hearing some heavy footsteps she looked up and raised an eyebrow as she saw Bumpy now following after Naruto and Yaz "C'mon Bumpster how about we check over here?" the track star says to the dinosaur as they walk past.

Sammy just stares at the trio as they disappear into the fog before she rubs her eyes "She gave her a nickname?...Did that just happen?" the girl asks herself in a bit of shock as it seemed out of character for Yaz, and she was pretty sure Bumpy had gone with Ben. "Ugh darn fog must be playing tricks on me" Sammy mutters to herself before resuming her search.

Walking past some more shipping containers Naruto looks over to Yaz "...Are you just messing with Sammy now?" he asks the girl with a raised eyebrow. The teen had picked up on what Sammy had said and to be honest he had to suppress a chuckle at what he heard.

In response Yaz just said nothing and simply had a small grin on her face as she went and tried to open some more shipping containers only to be unable to do so as they seemed to be locked up tight. Letting out a sigh the girl placed her hands on her hips "Just chill Bumpy this could take a while" she says.

However instead of getting a response from the armored herbivore the girl heard the sound of someone clearing their throat. Turning around she saw Naruto standing behind her with a crowbar in his hand "Found this lying on the ground next to you…might be of some use" the blonde said with a lopsided smug smirk on his face.

With a pout on her face Yaz snatched the crowbar from his grip before raising an eyebrow "...Where's Bumpy?" she asks as sure enough the dinosaur wasn't following them anymore.

"More importantly, how the heck can a 2-ton armored dinosaur move that quietly?" Naruto asks as he hadn't even heard Bumpy walk off. With that thought in mind the two resumed their search.

In another part of the dock Kenji was alone though not looking through any crates. No, the teen was trying to get the jump on Brooklynn and Darius to prank them once again. Though at the moment that plan was a bit on hold as he was feeling a bit creeped out as a result of the silence, darkness, and fog. "Brooklynn?...Darius?" He calls out quietly thinking they might be nearby trying to prank him. However upon not getting a response he just grins "Whatever you're plotting it won't work!" he calls out. The teen then looks around a bit searching for the two only to not see any trace of them. Getting an idea he climbs up one of the nearby shipping containers "Heh can't scare me if you can't find me" the muses to himself.

Speaking of one of the teens Kenji mentioned, Darius was making his way through the thick fog having lost sight of Brooklynn. The teen kept his eyes on the ground in front of him barely able to see a couple feet due to how thick the fog coverage was. As a result of this he didn't notice that he had reached the large heavy duty-security fence that ran the perimeter of the dock until he literally bumped into it. Letting out a little grunt from the collision he brushed it off and started to follow the fencing.

A short ways down the fence he spotted a number of tool kits littering the ground one of which was open and inside was a roll of duct tape. Rushing over to it Darius picked up the tape with a grin on his face "Yes!" he quietly exclaimed in joy. However as he stood back up the joy he was feeling quickly turned to dread. The source of said dread was the very large hole in the security fence. The thick metal bars that make up the fence had been broken and bent inward, a feat only accomplishable by a large dinosaur. A large dinosaur that was now prowling about the dock, likely hidden by the thick fog, and completely unknown to the others. The revelation sent a wave of panic surging through Darius as they had no idea just what kind of dinosaur had breached the fence. Be it a herbivore or carnivore, both were a potential threat the group even more so in the thick fog. With that in mind Darius quickly ran back in the direction of the dock to try and not only find the others but warn them.

With a furrowed brow Sammy peeked into the window of an abandoned park truck. Though upon not seeing anything of use she walked away from the truck resuming her search. As she walked through the thick fog Sammy held her arms around her midsection unable to shake the feeling she was being watched. However the girl came to a sudden stop when she heard a low bellowing sound a bit in front of her "Bumpy, is that you? Are you lost in the fog?" she asks, calling out towards the sound. In response she heard some more low bellows "Sit tight girl, i'm coming your way" she calls out to the dinosaur before hurrying off towards the source of the sounds and disappearing into the fog.

(Brooklynn)

Having split off from Darius the girl was slowly making her way around the area in her search. As she comes around the corner of a shipping container, Brooklyn spots a door. Getting an idea she pulls the keycard from her pocket and puts it to the lock of the door…only for nothing to happen. "Ugh what good is a secret keycard to the whole island, if you can't use it on the entire island" she remarks in frustration as she puts the keycard back in her pocket. However as she looked back at the door she gained a deadpan look upon noticing it wasn't an electronic locking mechanism…but an old fashioned key lock.

Letting out a sigh Brooklynn reaches into her hair and pulls out a bobby pin "They really needed to make up their mind if they are going high-tech or low-tech" she remarks with a look of annoyance on her face as she begins picking the lock. However as a result of her focusing on the lock she failed to notice that she was no longer alone and something was approaching her from behind.

Closer and closer the figure got to the oblivious girl before it reached out and touched her. In response Brooklynn lets out a shriek and turns around to face her assailant. Brandishing her bobby pin like a mighty sword she stares wide eyed at the startled face of Darius. Seeing this the girl takes a few quick calming breaths before she gives the teen a stern look "Darius! The plan was to scare Kenji, not me!" she snaps unamused by his jumpscare.

Draisu shakes his head as she grabs the girl by her shoulders "Something broke through the fence!" he says quietly but frantically before looking to the side. His remark causes the girl's eyes to widen in horror "We all need to get back to the boat now!" he adds before they run to find the others.

(Kenji)

Having grown tired of sitting atop the shipping container, Kenji had opted out to now hide behind a crate that he had pushed between two containers. As he peered over the top of the crate scanning the fog in front of him for any sign of Darius or Brooklynn the teen had a focused look in his eyes. "Come on, I think it's this way!" the teen hears Brooklynn saying from somewhere in the fog.

As he peeks a bit more over the top of the crate Kenji scans the fog more intensely for any sight of the girl. However as he did so the teen heard Darius apparently reply to the social media star's remark "Okay, stay close" he hears.

With a grin on his face Kenji climbs over the crate exiting his hiding spot "Gotcha! No one pranks 'Captain K'" he says to himself with a devious grin on his face. The teen then heads in what he thinks is the opposite direction of the two teens and disappears into the fog. However as he takes a left turn around a shipping container the teen is unaware that directly behind him in the opposite direction the thick tail of a dinosaur goes further into the fog. Or that Brooklynn and Darius walk past the line of containers that he had just been hiding between.

(Brooklynn, Darius)

As the two teens continued slowly and carefully making their way through the fog in search of their fellow campers Brooklynn looked over to Darius "See anyone?" she asks in a hushed tone so as to not draw the attention of whatever dinosaur was lurking in the fog.

"I can barely see you and you're right next to me" Darius whispers back in slight frustration at just how thick the fog was. At the rate they were going it would take forever to find the others due to the low visibility. Making a decision albeit a risky one Darius cupped his hands around his mouth "Sammy? Yaz? Naruto? Ben?...Anybody?" he calls out in a quiet tone but hears nothing in response. Furrowing his brown in frustration the boy was just about to call out a bit louder when he noticed a figure approaching them "Wait there's Ben!" he says as sure enough the boy emerged from the fog moments later.

However before any of the trio could say a word the sound of a growl was heard from behind Darius and Brooklynn. Turning around the trio looked out into the fog where the shadowy figures of several large dinosaurs walking on four legs could be seen getting closer. With nervous looks on their faces the trio slowly backed up before the dinosaurs emerged from the fog.

The sight of them caused Darius to let out a sigh of relief "It's okay, they're just Ouranosauruses" he says with a slight grin "They're big, but pretty much harmless so long as we don't spook them" the teen adds confidently.

As if to challenge his remark the Ouranosauruses chose that moment to let out a loud bellow and rear back on their hind legs at the teens. Seeing this the three teens let out a yelp of fright before running away from the herbivores who gave chase "I think they disagree with you Darius!" Ben yells as the trio run for their lives.

As the three run Brooklynn picks up speed and takes the lead "This way!" she calls out taking a quick turn around a shipping container in hopes that the herbivores would lose sight of them in the fog. It would seem luck was on the camper's side as sure enough upon turning the corner themselves the Ouranosauruses lost sight of the campers letting out some loud bellows as a result.

(Yaz and Naruto)

With a frustrated sigh the pair closed the doors of another shipping container having yet again not found anything of use inside it. "This is getting to be ridiculous, that's the third container filled with dinosaur-themed mascot costumes!" Yaz remarks in frustration.

"Yeah, I'm starting to think a lot of these containers might be for storage of things the park no longer uses" Naruto remarks with a sigh and shake of his head. However as he glanced over at his companion the teen sweatdropped "...Dad went through an odd phase of thinking up random new ideas for the park a couple years ago, only to lose interest or find out they didn't work fairly fast". The teen then shudders a bit at the memory of certain things like the 'Pteranodon Ptea' energy drink debacle to name just one instance…Yeah he was REALLY glad that he and Claire had managed to convince his dad to switching to decaf, and laying off energy drinks entirely.

Yaz raises an eyebrow at this and opens her mouth to say something only to be cut off "Don't ask…you're better off not knowing" Naruto says as he swallows the bile that had risen in his throat at the memory of the energy tea. The drink was so bad it ruined all forms of tea, be they hot or iced for the blonde.

However suddenly the two hear an odd scraping noise and look up to see a wooden crate a little bit further down from them slowly moving across the ground. Raising an eyebrow at this the two suddenly jump a bit in fright as the crate is launched across the ground into another container as an Ouranosaurus emerges from the direction it came from with a bellow.

"Shit" Naruto curses before grabbing Yaz's hand and pulling her down with him to take cover behind another crate in front of them. The two hunker down as they listen to the herbivore bellow in anger as it repeatedly slams the crate it had knocked about, around.

"Why is it here?" Yaz whispers with a slightly fearful look on her face. While not as terrifying as a carnivore it still wasn't ideal to encounter what was clearly an agitated, and rather large dinosaur.

Listening to the dinosaur continue its tirade Naruto just shakes his head a bit "It must have gotten through or around the fence somehow" he whispers back to her "We need to wait and be quiet, eventually it should move on" the blonde adds as the dinosaur bellows close behind them.

With a gulp Yaz nods silently at his remark "You're not going to fight it?" She whispers as a single albeit larger herbivore shouldn't be a problem for the blonde to handle given his past fights against the island's inhabitants.

Shaking his head at the remark Naruto looks her in the eyes "Too dangerous, the area is confined due to the shipping containers, said containers could topple over and crush us, and other than this crowbar we're unarmed" he says explaining just why he wasn't going to take on the herbivore. However before he could say anything else a gust of warm air from above tousled the hair of both teens causing them to freeze. Shifting their gaze upwards the two saw the underside of the Oouranosaurus's snout poking over the top of the crate. They held their breaths at the sight as all the dinosaur needed to do was gaze down and it would spot them.

Thankfully such a thing didn't happen as the herbivore turned its head to bellow at another of its kind that walked past behind it. Seeing the distraction Naruto urged Yaz forward "Go" he whispered before the teens shot up and quietly ran down and around another container.

However as they turned around the corner of it they had to skid to a stop as the other Ouranrosaurus was immediately in front of them. Quickly ducking back to avoid being seen it was ultimately too late as the herbivore spotted them and let out a loud bellow to its companion who answered back. As the two herbivores slowly began making their way down the length of the container towards the end, Naruto and Yaz pressed their backs to the end of it.

Looking in front of them Naruto contemplated the two making a break for it. Given how fast the two could run they could probably outrun the herbivores. Though they had no idea if there were only two in the area which meant they could end up running smack dab into another of them. With that in mind the blonde thought of another option "Quick up on the container" he says to Yaz before helping the girl to climb up on it. Yaz then turns around and offers him her hand, pulling him up just as the two dinosaurs come around the end of the container. "That was too close" she whispers with a sigh of relief.

However the brief respite was broken immediately as the two herbivores climbed up on the container with their front legs. Letting out angry bellows they slid their way along the sides of the container getting closer and closer to the two teens who backed further and further away until their backs met cold metal. As the two dinosaurs got even closer snapping their beaked mouths, Yaz looked behind herself to see that they had backed up against another container. "Second times the charm?" she asks before using the crowbar in hand pulls herself atop the container and once more helps Naruto up just in time.

The two teens begin running along the top of the shipping container only to nearly lose their balance as the herbivores begin throwing their bulky bodies into the sides of the container below it. They repeat this several times before the swaying motion of the container the two teens are atop of tips too far and it began to fall over.

"Jump!" Naruto calls out before he and Yaz leap from the falling shipping container to another just in time as the one they were on falls to the ground with a loud echoing bang.

(Kenji)

The loud echoing bang causes Kenji to jolt in fright with a nervous look on his face "Yo, Darius! Brooklyn!...Truce!?" he yells out looking around all around for any sign of the two figuring they were trying to scare him. As the teen begins shakily wandering around looking every which way he continues "Nice try with the scary noises and all but…" Kenji begins to say before he freezes in place as a large shipping container goes scraping across the ground just in front of him with a shower of sparks. "Okay…fun's over…who's out there?" the teen remarks with a worried look on his face.

However as he hears a low growling behind him, Kenji lets out a panicked gasp and turns to see an Ouranosaurus right behind him. With a yelp of fright the teen jumps back in terror and trips to the ground. Looking up in terror as the herbivore rears back, raising its muscular front legs into the air as it prepares to stomp down on him Kenji acts. Quickly getting to his feet the teen manages to just barely avoid being crushed underfoot by the dinosaur. As he runs in terror from his pursuer Kenji let's out a terrified scream. Taking a turn into the closely packed shipping containers Kenji manages to squeeze in between them with the dinosaur wedging itself.

A bump to his back sends the teen stumbling to the ground where he frantically kicks out at the stuck herbivore as it snaps at him with its beaked mouth. However his choice of defense proved to be a mistake as the herbivore grabbed his foot in its mouth and flung the teen to the side. As he landed with a pained grunt Kenji got back to his feet just in time to witness the Ouranosaurus brute force its way through the two shipping containers. Though just as the dinosaur was about to charge the teen once more a crowbar sailed through the air before ricocheting off its head.

The impact dazed the large herbivore for a moment giving the teen a chance to make a break for it when he suddenly heard someone call out "Kenji" in a soft yell.

Looking up, the asian teen spotted Naruto and Yaz crouched down atop another shipping container "Where are the others?" the blonde teen asks quietly while keeping his eyes scanning the fog for anymore Ouranosurus.

Blinking owlishly at the question Kenji frowns "How should I know!?" he says in a bit of annoyance.

Hopping down to the ground on the side of the shipping container, Naruto and Yaz look at where Kenji had been standing just seconds before only to find him missing "Kenji?" the girl asks wondering where he could have gone.

Hearing a bit of grunting and scrapping, the two check the front of the container and see the teen trying and failing to climb on top of it "You really need to work on your climbing, and upper body strength" Naruto remarks with a bland look on his face.

"Get down dingus!" Yaz quietly yells at the struggling teen before grabbing his shirt and giving him a tug, pulling him off the container.

(Darius, Brooklynn, Ben)

The trio of teens were hunkered down behind a couple of barrels, hiding as they listened to one of the Ouranosaurus smash up against the nearby parked truck. Though they flinched back a bit as the herbivore managed to make the vehicle slide several feet from a rather harsh impact. However it seemed like after the animal lost interest in the vehicle after this and decided to wander back into the fog.

Watching the Ouranosaurus vanish into the fog Darius nodded seeing as it was their chance "Let's go!" the teen softly calls out to Brooklynn and Ben before the three make a dash towards where they think the yacht is.

However the dino enthusiast barely makes it a few feet before something slams into him and knocks both of them to the ground. "Kenji!" Brooklynn says in shock at seeing the teen be what crashed into Darius.

"You guys okay?" Naruto asks running up to them with Yaz right beside him. The two were a little annoyed with how Kenji decided to just run off in the direction he thought the yacht was located after they pulled him off the shipping container.

"Yep Darius broke my fall, thanks for that bro" Kenji says with a slight grin on his face as he gets up off the smaller teen.

Wincing a bit and taking a deep breath Darius gets to his feet as well "No problem" the teen wheezes out. The impact hadn't injured him though it did slightly knock the wind out of him.

"Alright we need to get to the yacht" Naruto says as he looks around for any sign of their boat though the teen frowns as the fog was still so thick it was making his efforts virtually meaningless.

Yaz does the same before she turns her attention back to the others and her eyes widen a bit in alarm "Wait, where's Sammy?" she asks, not seeing the girl among the others. Her statement causes the eyes of the rest of the group to widen in alarm.

(Sammy)

Speaking of the farm girl she was shakily making her way through the fog with her arms stretched out in front of her feeling for anything as she went. The girl's breathing was rapid, likely due to her frightened state. A state only heightened from all the noises she had been hearing in the distance combined with the eerie atmosphere.

As she continued to essentially make her way through the fog blind Sammy's hands suddenly touched something hard and leathery causing her to flinch back in fear with a slight shriek. However the fear was immediately replaced with joy as she heard an all too familiar bellow and noticed that what she had touched was Bumpy. "Oh there you are girl" Sammy says with a sigh of relief "You gave me a bit of a fright" she adds with a slight chuckle. However she flinched once more when Bumpy jerked her head up and below again. "Easy girl, settle, settle" Sammy says trying to calm the agitated herbivore down. "Let's get you back to Ben alright?" she adds with a calming smile on her face.

Though the girl suddenly turned and screamed when she heard something coming at her from behind. That something turned out to be another Ouranosaurus which bellowed at her making the girl stumble back into Bumpy. The armored herbivore was quick to respond with a bellow of her own as she moved her large body protectively in between Sammy and the Ouranosaurus. As she bellowed out some growls at the larger dinosaur, Bumpy thumped her club-like tail against the ground before taking some swings at the Ouranosaurus.

Ultimately her swings didn't connect as a result of the larger herbivore taking a few steps back. However the Ouranosaurus was undeterred as it let out an angry bellow and charged Bumpy, and action Bumpy mirrored.

"Bumpy!" Sammy called out in worry for the ankylosaur as she watched the two herbivores charge each other. However instead of the slamming of two large animals against each other that she expected to happen the fight ended as quick as it started. Turning her body to the side right before the two dinosaurs collided, Bumpy ended up tripping the Ouranosaurus who couldn't stop in time sending it skidding to the ground. Something with Sammy had to jump out of the way of, as the dinosaur continued sliding past right where she had been standing just second before.

Getting back to her feet Sammy breathed heavily and stared at the downed herbivore before turning to look at Bumpy who walked over to her with a happy sounding bellow. "Oh good girl, now let's go!" Sammy says to the armored herbivore as she hugs its head before running off. However instead of going in the same direction as the girl, Bumpy lets out a bellow and heads in the opposite direction. Taking note of this Sammy quickly turns around and follows after the ankylosaur "That way works to" she says.

However all too soon she loses sight of Bumpy once more due to the thick fog. With a nervous expression on her face once more Sammy slowly walks amongst the shipping containers "Bumpy?" she calls out softly to the herbivore hoping she would appear. Though as she does this the girl is suddenly grabbed from behind and a hand covers her mouth silencing the scream that was on its way out.

"Shh" Yaz quietly says to the girl as she stands next to Naruto who had been the one to grab and silence Sammy, as the rest of the campers stand silently behind them. The group watches in silence as another Ouranosaurus walks past in front of them where Sammy had been just moments before. The quick actions of the campers having prevented the girl from unknowingly walking right into it and likely being crushed to death.

As the dinosaur passes they turn around and quickly but quietly make their way in the opposite direction with Bumpy joining them as she emerges from the fog once more. "We need to get back to the boat and cast off" Naruto says quietly as he leads the group.

"What about the hole?" Darius questions as the whole was the probably the biggest problem the boat had at the moment. Fuel while incredibly important could be done without as they could potentially fashion a large sail of some kind to make the boat move. Impractical yes, but it would possibly get the job done. However all of that would be rendered pointless if the yacht sank due to the hole in the side of it.

Keeping his eyes peeled for any large shapes in the fog as he continued to lead the group Naruto shakes his head "We will tackle that problem when we're not being chased by a group of high strung herbivores with no qualms about turning us into bloody pancakes" he replies the remark getting a shiver and gulp from some of the group.

"Well what then? Where do we go?" Kenji asks, voicing a rather important question as leaving the dock meant nothing if they didn't have a place close by to go.

Brooklynn shook her head at the question with an annoyed grunt "Anywhere but here is fine by me for now" she says before looking to the side "Come on it's this way" she says pointing to the left.

Yaz raises an eyebrow at this "No it's the way Naruto's leading us" she says having faith in the blonde to be leading them in the right direction.

"I thought it was that way?" Ben says pointing to the right "I figured Naruto was just taking us in a roundabout route to lower the risk of running into the Ouranosaurus?" he adds.

Shaking his head Darius looks at Brooklynn "We just came from that way Brooklynn" he said disagreeing with the girl.

However as he scans the fog for any sign of the yacht Kenji's eyes suddenly widen "There!" he says pointing a bit off to the left of where Naruto was leading them. Turning in said direction the others see some lights in the distance. Though they weren't just any lights as they were the battery-operated candles that Kenji had set up on the front of the yacht. "Party yacht for the win" Kenji happily says at his unintentional saving of the day.

Though the teen's exclamation seemed to be just a tad bit too loud as it seemingly altered one of the nearby Ouranosurus to the location of the campers if the loud bang into the shipping container they were standing in front of was anything to go by.

"Boat now!" Naruto yells to the others as they all make a mad dash for the dock and yacht. As they ran down the dock towards the boat, the Ouranosaurus could be heard bellowing behind them. Looking over his shoulder at the approaching dinosaurs Kenji gets an idea and reaches into his pocket. Pulling out the party poppers he had forgotten about having put there the teen threw them at the approaching herbivores. The sudden popping and sparks the party favors produced startling the angered dinosaurs causing them to freeze in place for a moment. With a grin the teen turned his attention back in front of him and followed after the others.

As the campers reached the boat they wasted no time and quickly jum[ing on board "C'mon Bumpy!" Ben calls out to the armored herbivore as she tentatively boards the back of the yacht causing it to rock a bit in the water. The dinosaur was quickly followed by Kenji, Sammy, Yaz, Brooklynn, and Ben himself. Of the group Kenji quickly made his way to the bridge of the ship to get it ready to launch.

Darius and Naruto were the only two still not aboard the yacht with the blonde eyeing the hole in its hull as he saw the boat rock from Bumpy's boarding and how it sat lower in the water with her aboard. "We need to plug this with something or we won't make it out of the area" the blonde remarks as she sees the waterline dangerously close to the hole with the yacht just sitting in the water. And that was not even taking into account how much it would shift when the vessel was actually underway.

"I found this roll of duct tape, could it work?" Darius asks, holding up said object in his hand.

Naruto grins at the adhesive tool "It's not a permanent fix but it will do for now" the teen says before looking up at the others "I need blankets, towels, clothes, anything that can be used to stuff the hole!" he calls out to them. Acting fast the others quickly gather up several beach towels, and some seat cushions and hand them to the blonde. However as they do so they hear the angry bellows of the group of Ouranosaurus from further up the dock. "Darius, take these and hold them in the hole while I tape over them!" he says to the teen handing him the ball of items.

As Darius holds the makeshift plug in place Naruto quickly starts putting duct tape all over and around it patching the hole shut. "This isn't going to hold long but we should be good for the moment" he says as he finishes taping up the hole.

"Guys they're coming!" Sammy yells out to the two as she sees the Ouranosaurus making their way down the dock.

"Kenji start the boat!" Naruto yells with a curse as he picks Darius up and tosses the boy aboard the yacht eliciting a yelp from him. The blond then runs over to the mooring line and starts untying it.

Up in the control room of the yacht Kenji has a panicked look on his face as he repeatedly turns the key to the ignition. However instead of the engines roaring to life all they do is sputter and die over and over again. "C'mon, c'mon, dammit you piece of crap work!" the teen yells, eyeing the fuel gauge which was still showing the needle in the red. "Dammit, start already!" he yells before slamming his fist down on the fuel gauge. As luck would have it, that seemed to do the trick as the engines sputtered once more before roaring to life "YES!" the teen exclaimed as he quickly put the yacht in reverse and it began backing away from the dock.

Naruto finished untying the mooring line just seconds before it would have snapped from the force of the yacht backing away. THe blonde then looked behind him to see the trio of Ouranosurus charging at him. Without moment to lose he quickly ran down the rest of the dock and leaped aboard the bow of the yacht.

As the boat got about a hundred yards from the dock Kenji turned it around so that it was facing the open ocean before letting out a sigh of relief. An action that was mirrored by the others as they went over Naruto "That was close" Darius remarks referring to not only their escape but Naruto almost getting left behind.

The blonde in question opened his mouth to say something only for it to be interrupted by something rocking the boat nearly knocking him and everyone else over. Quickly regaining their balance the campers rush over to the side of the yacht and look over in shock as the Ouranosurus had seemingly followed after the group and swam out into the ocean.

"They can swim!?" Sammy yells in shock before she and the others are rocked again by the herbivores slamming into the side of the yacht.

"Apparently so, at least for short distances!" Yaz fires back trying to not from another rocking of the boat.

Steadying himself against the side of the yacht Naruto grits his teeth "We need to drive them off or they could put another hole in the boat!" he calls out to the others.

Hearing this the eyes of both Darius and Brooklynn widen before they rush off to grab something "Where are you going!?" Sammy calls after the two only to not get a response before she stumbles to the deck from another rocking of the yacht.

The Ouranusaurs seeing their actions were having no effect circled around to the aft of the yacht. As the trio of herbivores climbed on the back of the yacht and made for the built in steps that were there they were met by the angry bellows of Bumpy. The armored herbivore had planted herself at the top of the steps and was waving her tail about in warning as she bellowed at aggressors.

However the Ouranosaurus were undeterred by her actions and continued to climb onto the back of the yacht. In doing so it caused the yacht to shift heavily and the back end to sink into the ocean a bit. As a result the bow of the ship tilted up as did the deck of the ship resulting in Yaz losing her footing and falling. The girl let out a yelp as she began sliding down the deck towards the ocean and would have continued to do so had it not been for Naruto's quick actions of grabbing her hand "I got ya!" the blonde says as he holds onto her with one hand and the railing of the yacht with another.

The boat would have continued to tilt and likely sunk into the ocean had it not been for the quick return of Brooklynn and Darius. The two teens came sliding to a stop next to Bumpy, and with a quick pull of a tab ignited the roman candles they were now sporting in each hand. The multi-colored fireworks whizzed and whirred at the Ouranosaurus startled them and ultimately drove them off back to shore and in the process the boat leveled back out.

As the fireworks in their hands died out the pair let out a cheer that was soon joined by the rest of the group as they quickly joined them at the aft of the ship "Bye swimming dinos!" Sammy called out a bit tauntingly to the retreating herbivores as everyone let out a cheer.

Darius looked down at the spent fireworks in his hands and shrugged "Didn't get to scare Kenji, but I'll count this as a win" he says to Brooklynn.

Hearing this the girl has a lopsided smirk on her face "Meh there's always next time" she says before the two share a fist bump.

(Couple hours later)

As the sun began to rise in the horizon, the yacht and campers were still floating several hundreds yards offshore. They had opted to wait until sunrise before possibly heading back to the dock or looking for another place to land.

As she stood at the aft of the yacht Yaz raised an eyebrow at Bumpy nudging her once more "Okay I have to ask" the girl heard turning to see Sammy standing across from her next to Ben. "How did you get Bumpy to like you so much?" She asks eager to know what the trackstar did to make the armored herbivore favor her so much.

Yaz smirks at the question before reaching into her jacket pocket "Easy, I carry around snacks in my pocket" she says pulling out a handful of berries before feeding them to the herbivore."It's a habit I got into while training" the girl adds with a chuckle.

Sammy just stares at Yaz for a moment with a dumbfounded look on her face "So…You were just messing with me?" she asks, realizing what was going on.

Hearing this Ben snorts "Yeah it was a bit of a harmless prank" he says with a grin. "Bumpy wasn't in on it obviously as she is too highbrow for that kind of thing" he adds getting a bellow from the dinosaur and a chuckle from Yaz.

The farm girl lets out a sigh of relief "Ooh that's a load off. For a minute there I thought I was losing my mojo" she says with a laugh before Yaz hands her some berries and she happily feeds them to Bumpy.

Above them on teh second level of the ship Naruto stood alongside Darius and Brooklynn looking out at the dock. "I cut the engine to save whatever little fuel we have left, we are officially adrift" they hear and turn to see Kenji walking over to them.

Nodding at this Naruto turns back to look at the dock "It doesn't make sense though. First the Compies disappear from camp. Now peaceful herbivores attack us and take over the dock, an area they shouldn't even care about" Darius says, voicing his thoughts as the two of the Ouranosaurus could be seen wandering around the dock.

Cupping her chin in thought Brooklynn thinks for a moment "Things are definitely getting next-level weird" she says with a concerned look on her face.

Hearing this Kenji just scoffs "Yeah. 'Dinosaurs never go bonkers at Jurassic World said no one ever'" the teen remarks as to him it just seemed like another day on 'killer dino island'.

Shaking his head dismissively at the remark Darius looks back at the dock "It's more than that, it's almost like the whole ecosystem of the island is out of balance somehow" he says contemplating what could be going on.

Narrowing his eyes at the island Naruto shakes his head "I'm more concerned about WHY the island is out of balance…and WHAT could be causing it" the teen says causing the trio to look at him. He didn't know what was going on with the island or the dinosaurs acting strangely, but Naruto did know one thing. If his gut feeling was right once again whatever the cause was…it wasn't good for them.

(Jungle)

In the dense foliage of the darkened misty jungle the sunlight had yet to fully reach and illuminate it. However even with the low visibility a scene of carnage could be made out. An Ouranosaurus lay motionless on the forest floor as its blood and innards leaked out and stained the forest floor. Not far from the carcass its bipedal killer lumbered off into the mist, its form hidden by the shadows and fog. Within moments all evidence of it being at the scene was gone save for the dead herbivore, an odd trio of quills sticking out of the side of it, and an ear piercing shriek-like roar.

Ending Author Note:

Ooh Boy things are getting spooky! Hope you all enjoyed the chapter. I will be honest this chapter was both very easy and very hard to write. The early stuff was pretty easy to write but the entire shipping container sequence was a difficult chore.

I think it was mainly due to me wanting to nail the atmosphere of the scene, coupled with having to shift back and forth between characters a bunch.
