The bartender brought them each a beer, and Tammy took a drink from hers.

"It hurts, doesn't it?" her date asked her.

"What hurts?" Tammy asked.

"Ballet? Weren't you just saying you did ballet?"

"Oh, sure, I took ballet when I was younger, but I never did pointe. That's what hurts, especially if you're not careful about your shoes. Regular ballet, it's not really that hard on your body."

"What kind of dance have you done recently, then?"

"You actually want to know?"

"Why wouldn't I?"

"Oh, well, jazz dance is fun," she replied.

"Like Broadway?"

"Yes, exactly!" she laughed.
