Episode 45!
Anbelagalbagel- Julia vs fatties is iconic, but it had to end. Glad you're happy about Ozzy. I could see Duncan x Zoey working out, I liked their dynamic in All Stars. Whenever she wasn't with Mike, Zoey was great that season lol
MaiMoo107- Yeah, they don't need a long sappy reunion by any means lol. You're probably going to find the reasoning for Lorenzo and SG to be hilarious, I will reveal what that storyline was about at the finale.
Joel Connell- You'll see what the final chapter is about, you will probably be satisfied :)
Guest- I loved the Kelly move because of the same reasons. Taylor's 'let's be unpredictable' could've meant many things. The way I eliminated Scarlett earlier because the team's trajectory would've been similar to Sapphire, then I changed Sapphire's too. She got sacrificed for nothing!

Recap
"Last time on Total Drama Ultimate… our final eleven had the chance to air their opinions in Touchy Subjects, where Chet won and took Mary and Raj with him to a spa. Mary brought back her lie about the dead sister to gain sympathy, as well as Chet's necklace for potential leverage. Back at camp, Sammy and Nichelle found common ground when a rainstorm forced them together. Operation: TYTO's newest scheme involved playing on the cross team alliance, where Chet managed to convince Tammy that Shawn exposed the alliance. This caused a rift within their trio with Lightning, which carried all the way to the elimination ceremony, where Shawn was sent home. We have made it to the final 10, who will be voted out tonight?"
Intro
Cut to Jury House
We see Shawn join Cody and Millie, who are sitting at a table. "Hey guys… wait, where is everyone else?" Shawn asks as he looks around and only sees Cody and Millie.
"The jurors have their own separate area." Millie explains while taking a bite of a triple bacon cheeseburger.
"Really? Ugh, one of the only silver linings of losing was that I could see Jasmine again!" Shawn whines.
"Don't worry, I feel the same way about Priya. I've been wanting to see her for months now so we could finally talk things out, but I guess I will have to wait even longer." Millie frowns.
"When do we see them again?" Shawn asks.
"When three players remain, so basically the end of the game." Cody answers while biting an apple. "This place is nice though! There are so many things to do, it doesn't get boring like the island did."
"That's nice, I guess." Shawn shrugs. "Sorry for voting both of you out."
"I don't get why you chose me." Cody frowns.
"Neither do I, Josee and Nichelle told me to switch right before the vote." Shawn replies.
"And that worked out well." Millie shades.
"I made Josee feel excluded!" Shawn exclaims. "I made a lot of mistakes in the merge."
"We all did if we're here. Should we talk about it? We are the jury after all, we should compare notes on the final ten." Millie states.
"Are we voting for a winner? Or is it a challenge advantage like in my finale?" Cody asks.
"Who knows, I'm sure we'll find out. But after playing for so long, I feel like discussing what I did all season! So yes Millie, let's talk." Shawn agrees to her earlier pitch.
"How about we do it while playing smash bros on the switch!" Cody gestures to the video game room.
"A video game? I'm not sure about that, I'm-"
"We don't care if you're old school in that sense, just try it." Cody offers.
"Yeah! Sam told me video games are helpful for the zombies back on our spa reward in phase 1, so this is a good chance to start." Shawn adds.
Millie smiles. "Eh, sure! I'll give it a go!"
With that, the three members of our jury walk off.
Day 87
Cut to camp
On the less energetic side of things, we see everyone walk back into camp. "That was eventful." MK says.
"Wow, really?" Chet replies with a chuckle. Enough about that sarcasm, as Chet is in a celebratory mood. "We are in the final 10, that's pretty dope."
"True! I can't believe we've almost been out here for three months." Raj agrees.
"I can, I knew I'd make it this far!" Lightning says. His happiness at final ten is nullified quickly as he looks at Sammy. "Girl, did Millie take over your soul? Wasn't Shawn obviously going home?"
Sammy rolls her eyes. "Let's talk." she gestures to the Water Team. The foursome makes their exit.
"We agreed on Shawn. Why didn't you go for it?" MK asks.
"I was literally about to explain it until you cut me off." Sammy says with a huff. "I obviously was going to side with Shawn over Lightning. You guys should be more upset that he excluded you."
"Excuse me! Tammy formed that alliance, not me!" Lightning defends himself.
"I wasn't happy, but Shawn has the Green Team group. He had to go for that alone." Chet replies to Sammy.
"Because Josee was sooo loyal." Sammy responds.
"You got me there." Chet concedes. "But I had no way of knowing she'd flip! If I knew she wasn't loyal to them, I-"
MK elbows Chet. "What would you have done? Vote for me?" Lightning accuses. Before Chet can respond, Sammy speaks up.
"Oh yeah, and I have to ask a question to you two!" Sammy points at MK and Chet. "Shawn said that he didn't tell anyone about the alliance, and Tammy and Lightning said it was Chet who told Tammy that Shawn did it. He didn't tell me or Nichelle, and I know he would leak it to one of us before you two if he actually leaked it. What's that about?"
Lightning looks at MK and Chet, who awkwardly laugh. "We needed a way to split them up somehow." MK says. "That was the easiest."
Confessional: MK
"The jig was up, and it had a short shelf life anyways. They were obviously going to find out quickly. Tammy and Lightning being suspicious last round did not matter, they had to target Shawn since everyone locked in on their trio as a consensus. We just needed them annoyed enough for them to confirm the alliance existed to begin with."

"You snake!" Lightning yells in anger. "We had a feeling, but still!"
"You had the alliance without us first, don't be mad." Chet glares.
"And who were the ones who betrayed me to vote out Sugar?" Lightning returns his glare. "You broke the trust between us first!"
"We betrayed you for Sammy, who surely kept that loyalty." Chet stares at Sammy.
"You went for Millie!"
"Because she betrayed the Water Team!" Chet replies.
Confessional: Sammy
"We're such a happy family." Sammy sarcastically comments. "The trust within the Water Team is at an all time low. I don't trust any of the other three, and they don't trust me."

"I don't even mind that Sammy would target Lightning since MK and I want to do that soon anyways, but the timing of it was not the best for us to still trust her. She didn't even tell us."

As Sammy walks off, conversation continues between MK, Lightning, and Chet. "You blew up my spot and put me at a big risk." Lightning crosses his arms.
"We knew you'd be safe, don't worry. I promise that we will never go against you again, as long as you do the same for us. We want Operation: TYTO to work out." Chet says. Lightning scoffs before nodding.
"Fine. Not like I have much of a choice."
Confessional: Lightning
"Screw them! They've been terrible alliance mates. They can go sha-choke, where is Cody when you need him for an actual good alliance mate? Even Jo would be better than this crap I have to deal with! My only trusted ally is Tammy… times are hard. If I can stab them in their hunched over, out of shape backs, I will do it faster than a lightning strike. Sha-bam!"

"Ugh, shut up Lightning! He's so annoying, I wish he didn't have immunity at the final 12 so Cody could still be here instead. Infact, I hope he doesn't win it this round. I'd love to just send him home, I'll tell you what. Either him, Tammy, or one of the Fire Girls needs to go next. It's not like Sammy has any bonds now that literally all of her friends are on the jury, so we could probably get her back on our side."

We see Nichelle and Josee off alone. "Are you mad?" Josee is straight to the point.
"No, because I understood where you were coming from, and Lightning wasn't going home anyways. Hopefully this makes people not see us as a duo moving forward." Nichelle replies, though she has a hesitant look. "We still will be a duo, right?"
"Yup." Josee nods. "Thanks for not being mad at me, unless you're really good at concealing it like I was when I thought Shawn was going to betray me!"
"Huh?" Nichelle raises an eyebrow. "I'm legitimately not mad, but were you super pissed or something?"
"Yup, but no one knew! I didn't freak out once!"
…
We get a flashback to a cut scene from the previous episode.
"THAT TRAITOR!" Josee shouts while throwing an apple at a tree, causing it to break upon impact. "Even after we've been allied since the beginning of PHASE ONE? RAAAAAGH!"
Josee pulls a branch off a tree and breaks it with her knee. She thought she was alone, but she spots a cameraman recording in the corner of her eye.
"Are you recording!?"
"Please don't hurt me!" The cameraman begs.
…
We cut back to this reality with Nichelle smiling. "That's good, you must've gotten great at controlling your anger!"
"I usually am!" Josee smiles at the camera. "I have to try a lot harder than in the Ridonculous Race though, people can actually vote me out this time."
"Ugh, it would be a dream to not worry about perception and just being able to do whatever you want." Nichelle checks her nails while thinking of doing the Ridonculous Race herself. "Anyways, I think I'm going to be in trouble this round. I probably only wasn't the target because of that alliance being exposed, we need to do something to save me. I thought Mary would be on my side, but I don't think she voted with me. We need to do something about that."
"Agreed. I don't want you to go home next, that'd be a disaster." Josee nods. "I'll go see what can be done, talk to you later."
Confessional: Josee
"I hope that the Shawn vote can propel me to the gold." Josee says before taking a deep breath. "I've come so far, and I can't lose now. I have had so many past experiences of being this close to obtaining gold, then having the rug pulled out from under me. I'm done with it! I've trained my whole life to be the best in the world, it's time to really prove that I'm the best this show has ever seen."

We see Mary walking up to Nichelle after Josee left. "Salutations, Nichelle." Mary waves.
"Hi." Nichelle deadpans in response while narrowing her eyes at Mary. Mary notices this.
"You seem displeased." she notes.
"Who did you vote for? Why didn't you vote for Lightning?" Nichelle questions.
"I voted for Staci. The vote was so complicated, and due to my spa trip, I couldn't commit and make a decision with the limited information I had. Everyone was hounding me for a vote." Mary explains herself. Nichelle smiles.
"Oh, I guess that makes sense. I would probably be stressed in a similar situation." Nichelle changes her tune. "I just need to not be a target next time."
"I doubt you will be." Mary replies. Nichelle gives a thumbs up before they part ways.

"She seemed annoyed, but I'm glad she came around when she heard my reasoning. I doubt she's 100% over it by any stretch, but it's not like she has a ton of options after being in a precarious spot ever since the merge hit."

"I was acting, duh. That just shows that either she is indecisive, or she is trying to play both sides. I still have the idol secret in my back pocket, and it's about to slip out after the stunt she pulled at the last vote. As for Josee, like I said, I can't be mad since I understand, but that doesn't mean losing Shawn is good."

"Mary wanted us to throw our votes. I didn't think it was a good idea though." Staci explains her vote for Mary to Chet and MK.
"Why did you go along with it?" MK asks.
"Why are you bald without the beanie?"
"Shut up."
"It did no harm, Shawn was never going to stay!" Staci laughs before walking off.

We see Tammy, Raj, and Lightning together. "Dang it!" Raj exclaims. "I thought that more people would be against our side."
"I know, this sucks. I wasted that idol for nothing!" Tammy agrees. Moments later, she smiles. "But I should look on the bright side. You managed to survive!"
"Damn right." Lightning smiles. "Tammy, I need to tell you something."
Lightning and Tammy walk off, leaving Raj alone.

"I managed to get rid of her idol with no pushback, that's nice." Raj smiles.

"Lightning and I talked, and he confirmed Chet and MK's involvement. We kind of knew this was a possibility when we had a spat with Shawn over it, but ugh." Tammy lets out a long sigh. "I guess they had to overhear us forming it or something. I thought it made more sense that Shawn would leak to one of his many connections in the Fire Girls or Sammy right after Nichelle needed an idol, then it'd spread to MK and Chet by a game of telephone. I'm not really as mad at this since Chet and MK were hardly people I trusted, but it just puts them further on my radar as threats. Between them and Josee, I have a lot of options on who to take out."

We cut to when the sun has risen. As usual, Lightning is up early and is once again searching for the immunity idol. But just like last episode, he has no luck.

"The Lightning is starting to feel like he can't do this on his own. I might have to… ask for help!"

We cut to the shelter, where MK is laying down. Tammy scoots closer to her. "Hi."
"What?" MK sits up. "You haven't started a conversation with me for the entire merge, why start now?"
"Can you blame me?" Tammy replies with an annoyed tone at MK's attitude.
"I assume Lightning told you about what happened- and if it's about that, don't take that personally. It was just the best way to get your alliance to split up." MK responds.
"I don't take that personally, because for once it was a game move and not personal insults from you." Tammy states.
"Is this about what Julia and I said in phase 1? That was forever ago Tammy, it's time to move on. I've moved on from Julia leaving enough not to have targeted you yet." MK says.
"Move on? MK, I'm still affected by what you said! I struggle so much with eating ever since you and Julia made fun of me for my weight!" Tammy exclaims, causing MK's eyes to widen.
"You have?" MK looks at Tammy's waistline, which is noticeably smaller than before, and not just due to the starvation of the game.
"Yeah, so it's not exactly easy to move on. I barely ate on the cruise because you were there, and I thought you'd make fun of me!" Tammy says before Lightning runs in.
"Tammy, come here!" Lightning states.
"Uh, okay." Tammy says before running off. The camera lingers on MK, who has a guilty look.

"Did we give her an eating disorder?! I thought it was just basic insults that meant nothing, I do it all the time. I feel bad about this now!"

"I was going to be fake friendly and give her respect, but then she pulled-" Tammy stops to clear her throat. When she speaks again, it's a raspy voice not dissimilar to MK. "You haven't started a conversation with me, why start now- like… please drop the attitude, it's your fault. Idiot."

"Wow, I've gotten so sassy, haven't I?"

We see Chet nearby. He sees a line with some of the other camper's clothes on it, which are drying in the sun. He lazily throws one of his shirts on the line, and it lands on one of Nichelle's, which she takes notice of. "Chet, what are you doing?" she asks with a baffled look. "My shirt is drying, move yours somewhere else."
"Who cares, it will dry anyways." Chet waves it off.
"Not with yours on it. There is plenty of space, just move yours." Nichelle says again. Chet lets out a long groan of annoyance before getting up. While removing his shirt from Nichelle's, he accidentally knocks the clip off the line, causing the shirt to fall down.
"Oops."
"Oh my god." Nichelle grits her teeth before walking over and hanging her shirt again. "And use a clip for your shirt, don't just throw it on the line."
"Does it matter that much?" Chet questions.
"It's not a big deal, but it shouldn't be that hard to hang clothes. Did no one teach you how?" Nichelle asks in an annoyed tone. "You don't just throw things on the line without properly hanging them."
"Okay, I get it!" Chet looks irritated as he hangs up his shirt and walks up to his bag.
"She's right, you know." Raj states. "It will dry easier if-"
"Of course you'd side against me." Chet scoffs.
"AH AH AH AH AH!" Raj yells awkwardly in response.
Chet rolls his eyes before digging into his bag. After a few moments, he gasps. "Uh, Raj?"
"What?"
"I think I lost Wayne's hat!" Chet looks worried as he doesn't see it anywhere.
"Wait, what?!" Raj gasps in shock. "I trusted you with that thing!"
"I must've dropped it somewhere nearby, I'll find it!" Chet says worriedly as he begins looking around.
Confessional: Nichelle
"I've had some minor interactions with Chet since we've merged, and I find him annoying and immature each time. It's a wonder he's gotten as far as he has."

"I didn't mean to lose Wayne's hat! Not that I'd destroy an item that belongs to Raj, but Wayne isn't a Yellow Team member, so he especially doesn't deserve that. Mary's bracelet is still there at least, which is good. I don't want her dead sister's item to be lost."

Raj is holding up Wayne's hat. "I will pretend that I found it on the ground soon and use that as an excuse to why I don't want Chet holding on to my personal item by tricking him into thinking that he lost it and shouldn't be holding it! It's a cool idea I think!" Raj looks proud before a more thoughtful look spreads on his face. "Maybe I should've used this critical thinking for school, then I wouldn't get so many Ds and Fs!"

We see Mary and Staci, who have overheard that conversation. "Why did Chet have Wayne's hat?" Staci asks.
"I don't know, and I assume it doesn't matter too much. I'm sure they'll find it soon enough." Mary responds. Staci shrugs this off as Mary looks intently. "Chet isn't as hostile to Yellow Team members, but he's still overly untrusting of Raj despite the therapy. It's not like Raj is a threat… like, at all, so I don't understand it."
"Because not everyone's mind set is to be a game bot no life like you, haha!" Staci laughs. "He's more emotional than my great great great great aunt Wanda who set the record for the most periods a woman has had in a single day."
"He'd be a dream to go against in a jury vote." Mary comments. "What do you think the jury will even vote on anyways?"
"Nothing, it should just go away without a mention like in season 1!" Staci responds.
"What was up with that? They talked about a jury, then it was a challenge finale." Mary looks confused at Chris' terrible communication about how the end of Island worked. "But oh well. About our throwaway votes, Nichelle seemed fine with it, so we have no enemies. I still want to know what was going on. What were Chet and MK actually doing?"
"Oh, MK planned for Chet to tell Tammy that Shawn leaked their alliance to split them up." Staci informs. "It's not that deep, haha!"
Mary has a thoughtful look at this.
Confessional: Mary
"Regarding Chet, he has improved in the sense that he won't make obviously bad moves over a grudge, so that's good even if he's still petty. As for MK… I'm not going to lie, I'm worried about her. Lightning is a physical threat I want gone down the road for sure, but MK might be close to my level of intelligence. Staci telling me that she was the mastermind behind a brilliant move like that only further serves this worry. I want unintelligent players around like Staci, Chet, Raj, Tammy, Sammy, and Lightning, it makes it easier to maintain control."

We see Lightning talking with Tammy. "I need your help!"
"With?" Tammy puts a hand on her hip.
"We need to find this idol!" Lightning says while handing her the clue. "I've been searching in rocky areas, but I'm coming up shorter than that purple haired weirdo who was on this season!"
"Max? I- nevermind, not important! When did you find this?" Tammy asks with a smile.
"I got it on the cruise reward." Lightning answers.
"This must've been why everyone got a loved one." Tammy notes. "Thanks for sharing this with me!"
"You're my closest ally now that Cody is gone, you're all I have." Lightning shrugs in response. "Now help me find this thing!"
Tammy begins following the clue, but she decides to continue the conversation. "How much do you prioritize me compared to the Water Team?"
"I literally just said you're my closest ally, pay attention!" Lightning replies.
"Right." Tammy laughs. "Sorry, I'm just worrying again."
"About being betrayed?"
"Yes, I-"
"Girl, I'm going to be blunt with you." Lightning cuts her off right away, not seeming too pleased with Tammy's worries. "You are way too paranoid and worry about what others think way too much."
"Huh? I know I've been paranoid, but what do you mean about the other part?" Tammy questions.
"You're constantly taking game moves personally because you're still hung up about the lesbians. Who cares if people don't respect you or view you as an equal? You have the same strength that Cody did, you could just fly under the radar and be underestimated while they have that opinion. But no, you're caring way too much about respect." Lightning rants, causing Tammy to look surprised. "The only respect I look for is from my family and close friends, not some losers from reality TV. If they don't like me, I don't care. I'll just try to get them eliminated."
Tammy's surprised looks hasn't worn off, though she looks to be considering Lightning's words. "You really think so?"
"Duh, that's why Lightning said it!" Lightning flexes. "You aren't half bad, but you'd be great if you got out of your own way."
Tammy sighs. "It's not like I have high self esteem, especially since the Blue Team. That's why I take things personally. It was fine in phase 2 when no one seemed to really be using me and I made some cool friends, but ever since the Earth Team, it's been a whirlwind." Tammy recalls. "I want to be perfect and go from 'just a LARPer' to a top tier player who has a great body, but I haven't been that."
"You can't be perfect, unless you're the Lightning!" Lightning kisses his bicep, never missing the chance to be egotistical. "But meet with me after the show."
"Huh? Why?"
"If you're so worried about your body, I'm a pro at keeping a great physique. I can get you a healthy dieting and exercise plan… most of you need that, come to think of it." Lightning says, shading how unathletic a lot of the post merge cast is.
"Wow… thanks for that!" Tammy smiles.
"And as for the game itself, everyone is left out of moves or being manipulated by someone. That's literally the game, so either try to get revenge, or go under the radar. Just stop being so paranoid and quick to be annoyed when you think someone used you." Lightning says.

"I was done, I was not about to put up with working with someone who can't be relied on, that's how you don't win the Super Bowl." Lightning shakes his head. "And she did help me win a challenge and used her idol on me, helping her out is the least I can do in return."

"I'm actually glad he was blunt with me there… because he's 100% right. Being underestimated would have let me glide to the end, but I put myself on the radar too much. Just look at Staci, no one has thrown her name out because no one views her as a threat. I could've been that same person in everyone else's eyes, but now I'm probably in the spotlight. My best move was being that innocent little lamb who tricked Julia, after all. I should've just voted Scott out without hesitation then played that role on the Earth Team or something while making connections with Lightning and Shawn in the background." Tammy reflects on her past decision making. "It's too late to change the past, the best route is playing the best game I can from here on out."

As the duo are at their idol destination, Lightning and Tammy begin searching in an area of rocks. "I've never seen this place before!" Lightning gasps.
"I see it every day, I don't know what you've been doing." Tammy replies. Moments later, Lightning pulls out the merge idol.
"Sha-BAM, we got it!" Lightning exclaims. Lightning and Tammy high five.
"Hey guys!" a voice yells. Lightning quickly puts the idol in his pocket as Josee walks up to the duo. "Tammy, I want to have a quick word with you, is that okay?"
"Uh… sure." Tammy says. Lightning takes this as his cue to make his exit, leaving the two women. "What do you want?"
"To apologize." Josee says, causing Tammy to gasp.
"Who are you and what have you done with the real Josee?"
"Hush, I apologized to Raj and Tyler too. It's about the try not to cry challenge if you couldn't tell. I was just trying to win since the Green Team only had five members left at that point. I took things too far, but I just didn't want to lose anymore! I didn't really care for any of the people I was insulting enough for it to actually mean anything, but I'm sorry for making you cry." Josee apologizes.
"Oh, wow… uh, thanks for apologizing. I accept it!"

"She's still a clear target."

"I hope she didn't see the idol…"

"Before I apologized to Tammy, I saw Lightning's idol. If he wasn't the player to beat before, he sure is now! Where is my idol, I should've found one by now!"

Raj and Nichelle are fishing at the lake, having joined together after the clothes drying incident. However, they do not have fishing poles. So...
"Are you sure you can catch a fish with your bare hands?" Nichelle asks with an eyebrow raise.
"Of course I can!" Raj responds while his hands are hovering over the water. "You just have to wait for a big one to swim up to shore."
"Okay... if you say so."
Nichelle and Raj are silent for a while as they wait for a fish to swim by.
"Shh, I see one!" Raj whispers.
"I wasn't even talking-"
"SHHHHH!"
Raj follows the fish with his eyes. He watches it slowly swim up to him. Once it's in reaching distance, Raj crashes his hands into the water and grabs the fish.
"I got it, I got it!" Raj cheers. "Here, catch!"
"CATCH!?" Nichelle exclaims in shock.
Raj throws the fish at Nichelle, and instead of catching it, she backs away. The fish falls into the water and swims off.
"I told you to catch it!"
"Sorry!"
Confessional: Nichelle
"I'm really good at this 'lowering my threat level' thing! I intentionally dodged the fish to make Raj believe I suck at hunting, not because I was scared of it."
Nichelle is lying again.

"Where'd you learn to catch a fish with your bare hands anyway?" Nichelle asks.
"I used to spend a lot of summers at my cousin Naveen's lake house back in the day, and fishing was one of our favorite pastimes! We weren't exactly the most careful with the rods, so they all broke. And instead of buying new ones, we started using our hands instead!" Raj explains.
"Sounds nice." Nichelle sighs. "I haven't had a free summer in years, I'm always so busy with filming."
"Don't you enjoy filming movies though?"
"I do, but there are times where I wish I could do other things for once." Nichelle shrugs.
"Like what? I'd like to get to know more about you!" Raj smiles earnestly.
Nichelle plays with one of the beads in her hair as she thinks of a response, though her face is showing strain as she thinks. "I actually don't know. My whole life, my only ambition has been acting, that's why I begged Hollywood- I mean, they begged me to come back! I barely have other hobbies, interests, or anything. Is that sad?"
"Only if you think it's sad. I'm happy playing hockey full-time, so if you're happy acting full-time, then what's the issue?"
"Hm, I guess there isn't one. Thanks Raj, I needed to hear that." Nichelle gives Raj a side hug.
"You're welcome! Now, let's try to catch another fish. And this time, please try to catch it." Raj requests.
"Next time, don't throw the damn fish and bring it to shore yourself!" Nichelle retorts. Raj laughs and gives her a thumbs up, causing Nichelle to smile.
Cut to reward challenge
We cut to a room with ten bows on a wall, where the final 10 all walk in. "Welcome final 10 to your reward challenge, this should be a quick one! You will be randomly selected and put into pairs, where you will be tied together by the waist. Both of you will have a bow and some arrows, and you will try to shoot all of the targets with your duo's assigned color. The first team to knock out all five targets will win a reward. You will be taken to an open field where you could watch a movie together under the stars!"
"It's not your terrible badminton movie again, is it?" Mary questions.
"No, but that movie is not terrible!" Chris angrily responds.
"It is actually, I fell asleep on that reward." Sammy corrects, causing Chris to glare at her.
"Anywho… you will draw rocks, and we can get started!"

We see the pairs. Mary and Josee are tied together by a red rope, Nichelle and Sammy are tied together by a green rope, Staci and Lightning are tied together by a blue rope, Tammy and MK are tied together by a purple rope, and Chet and Raj are tied together by a yellow rope. Chet notices this. "Is this a joke?"
"Nope! This challenge starts… now!" Chris announces. Everyone's targets are spread out, which will force them to move around.
"Get closer, we are winning this reward!" Josee drags Mary along to a target. She shoots it and cheers.
"Staci, just do nothing but follow where I go." Lightning tells her.
"Okay, I didn't feel like doing this anyways, haha!" Staci laughs in response as Lightning hits a target of his own.
"Do you know how to shoot?" MK asks Tammy.
"Not that well." Tammy replies.
"We're going to win this thing." MK says without an ounce of genuineness. As she complains, Raj manages to shoot one for he and Chet.
"Good job!" Chet compliments. Nichelle misses a shot by a good margin.
"Dang it!" Nichelle yells.
"Don't worry, I got this." Sammy replies. She shoots a bullseye.
"How did you do that?" Nichelle asks in shock.
"Got lucky I guess, Come on, let's move!" Sammy says before the duo shuffle to their next target. We see quick cuts of every duo except for Tammy and MK making good progress. Lightning/Staci and Josee/Mary have hit three targets, while Sammy/Nichelle and Chet/Raj are trailing behind. A red and blue target are close to each other, causing both of those duos to make their way to the same area at the same time.
"Move, let us get this first!" Josee shouts at Lightning.
"No sha-way!" Lightning replies. "I'm winning another reward!"
Josee nudges Lightning, causing him and Staci to nearly fall over. Lightning nudges her in response, causing her and Mary to actually fall down. "You did not just do that!"
"I did! Now we're going to score again-" Lightning gets cut off by Josee dragging herself and Mary up, and bumping into Lightning, causing him to drop his bow.
"Jinkies, stop the fighting!" Mary begs, but a scuffle causes both duos to fall down. This time though, Staci, Josee, and Lightning all fall onto Mary, crushing her with their combined weight. The ropes tying them together have broken at this point. Before they can get back up, Chris has an announcement.
"Sammy and Nichelle have won the reward!" Chris yells, causing Lightning and Josee to look shocked to see Sammy shouting in joy while Nichelle smiles, though she looks a little cautious. Chet and Raj were in second.
"We almost did it, let's look on the bright side." Raj smiles.
"I guess." Chet shrugs, not seeming too bothered. Tammy and MK can't help but laugh at how badly they did.
"Nichelle and Sammy, you are going away for the day. Have fun on your movie reward!" Chris says. Lightning and Josee both throw a tantrum and destroy the set of the challenge in anger at losing.

"Rewards are awesome and all, but it's like I said before… I don't want to win rewards, it will just increase my threat level. I was trying to not win that, but Sammy pulled it out for us anyway. She's got game, I must admit…"

We see the challenge losers walking back into camp. Lightning and Josee are giving unhappy glares to one another, while Mary looks to be in pain from the pile of humanity crushing her. "I'm going to the bathroom." Tammy announces before walking off. Lightning and Josee storm off too, clearly unhappy about the challenge.
MK turns to Raj, Staci, Mary, and Chet. "Lightning could've won that challenge if you all didn't get tangled up."
"He keeps doing well." Chet adds.
"I wonder if he's too strong." MK says out loud.
"I wish he and Josee's competitiveness didn't crush me." Mary wheezes.
"Haha, sorry! That was funny though." Staci laughs. As they're all focused on that, Raj pulls out Wayne's hat and throws it on the ground.
"Wait, there it is!" Raj exclaims before pointing to the hat.
"Phew, I didn't lose it forever!" Chet says with relief. Raj picks it up and smiles.
"I'm glad it's here, but since you can't keep track of it, it's probably best that I hold onto it." Raj states before putting it on. Chet nods.
"I guess that's fair… sorry about nearly losing it." Chet looks guilty.

"The plan worked! I just had to gatekeep gaslight girlboss him." Raj has a regretful look as he says the latter sentence. "Okay, so maybe I overheard one too many conversations between Emma and Bowie… I will never say that phrase again!"

Raj walks off and Mary goes elsewhere to lie down, leaving Chet and Staci. "We should cook something." Chet looks at the campfire.
"Did you know my 2nd greatest grandpa Seth invented campfires! Before him, Adam and Eve couldn't cook their food, nor could they stay warm!" Staci tells.
"How do you even know that?" Chet questions.
"I know everything that has, is, and will happen in the universe, haha!"
"That's a lie!" Chet accuses.
"No, it's not! Ask me anything about you, and I'll know the answer." Staci confidently crosses her arms.
"What score did I get on the ACT?"
"You never took the ACT, silly! You opted out of it because you believe academics are a waste of time."
"WRONG! I got a thirty-one! You thought you clocked me, didn't you?" Chet replies with a smug look on his face.
"Okay, fine, I don't know everything…" Staci admits. "But I do know that there's a spider on your head."
"Pfft! You really think I'm gonna fall for that?" Chet laughs.
Staci smiles evilly. "Don't say I didn't warn you."
A few seconds later, Chet feels a sharp pain on his scalp.
"OW!" Chet yells. He feels the top of his head and a large wolf spider crawls onto his hand. He vigorously shakes it off, and the spider lands on Staci's face.
"AAAAAAHHHH! None of my ancestors invented spiders, because they suck!" Staci cries while trying to get the spider off of her face. Chet is laughing hysterically as this goes down. "Do something!"
"Alright, watch this!" Chet says before punching Staci in the face, killing the spider.
"Ouch! That hurt." Staci rubs her arm.
"At least the spider is dead!" Chet smiles.
"Good! If I had to choose anything to go extinct, it would be spiders." Staci agrees. The duo high five at the dead spiders.
Cut to reward
"Oh, this is great! We can choose what movies we want to watch!" Sammy cheers as she and Nichelle look at a shelf full of movies.
"What do we want to watch? Chris' badminton movie?" Nichelle says as a joke, causing both women to burst out laughing.
"I'd rather have a Floating Salmon reunion." Sammy chuckles. "What about But I'm A Cheerleader?"
"I was never a big fan of that one." Nichelle says.
"I haven't actually watched it, I was just interested based on the title." Sammy shrugs. "But you're the movie expert, I'll take your word for it."
"What's your favorite movie?" Nichelle asks as she grabs a bag of popcorn.
"I've watched some movies like we discussed, but usually I would be left at home by my parents so they could take Amy to the theatre. Especially when I was bald, they didn't want me out in public!" Sammy replies casually.
"That sucks." Nichelle frowns, though the word bald triggers a memory. "Did you know there was this weird edit of me going bald in my second season?"
"Baldchelle was iconic." Sammy refers to the fake leak with a smile.
"It was not." Nichelle shakes her head.
"Ooh, let's watch 'The Babysitter', that could be fun." Sammy finds another movie.
"No!" Nichelle shouts, causing Sammy to look surprised.
"But you're on the cover, why wouldn't you want to watch your own film?" Sammy raises an eyebrow.
"I had bad experiences on set there." Nichelle looks a bit shaken up. "Let's just watch But I'm A Cheerleader, better than The Babysitter."
"Alright." Sammy nods, putting the movie in. As it gets set up, they move towards a game orientated conversation. "Shawn going last night sucked, especially since Lightning is still here."
"I know, right? He's such a jackass." Nichelle agrees. "I wish we took him out over Millie in hindsight."
"He has his moments of being good, but he's so annoying. He would not shut up about how weak Millie was back on the Water Team, it got old so quick." Sammy shakes her head.
"I'm going to do some more hunting… not with fish." Nichelle says. Sammy is confused as to why, but she doesn't comment. "It's not going to be the same without Shawn, he taught me everything I know."
"I'm surprised you picked it up so fast, he would always praise how good you were at it before he knew I hated you." Sammy states.
"He said good things about you before he knew I hated you too!" Nichelle exclaims.
Sammy taps her chin in thought as the movie starts. "You know, I actually started bonding with Tammy and Leshawna when you went hunting with Axel and Shawn. If I had gone with you guys, our problems wouldn't have even started." she says.
"That's true, but I don't regret hunting with Axel. She wasn't a bad ally before she got twist screwed." Nichelle comments.
"That was Harold and Tammy, not me!" Sammy raises her arms up in defense.
"I wasn't incriminating you." Nichelle replies. "I can't believe this will all be over in under two weeks."
"I know, it's been so long. We've come so far." Sammy looks around at the island she's called home for months. "I wonder which of the ten of us is going to win."
"Me, duh." Nichelle says with a smirk.
"Not if I have anything to say about it! I carried you in this challenge, let's be honest." Sammy responds.
"I know, I flopped." Nichelle laughs as they turn their focus to the movie.

"I've been thinking of Shawn's last wish for us to stay unified, it was nice to win that reward and get along. Also, Nichelle is wrong, that movie was good!"

Cut to Immunity Challenge
We cut to the same maze from episode 15. The final 10 all walk in. "Welcome to your immunity challenge. Before we begin, Sammy, I will need that necklace back." Chris says. Sammy walks up to him and allows Chris to take the necklace off. "Alright, here's your challenge-"
"That is literally the same maze you used before." MK points out.
"That maze has fond memories!" Raj smiles.
"This maze is where we cut that TRAITOR Devin!" Chet has an evil smile growing.
"What did Devin do? He's so inoffensive." Sammy asks.
"I think 99% of the viewers forgot he was even on this season." Josee shades.
"Enough talking, let me explain. You have to find ten crystals in this maze, then make your way out. Very simple as usual. The first person to make it out with their crystals wins immunity and a spot in the final 9. Single digits is a big deal, folks!" Chris finishes explaining in a booming voice.
"We know it's a big deal." MK deadpans, not too enthused with Chris' theatrics.
"Not that you'll be around to see it, I could say '91st person voted out of Total Drama Ultimate and the 4th member of our jury… MK' tonight." Chris shades.
"Erm… no?" MK replies.
"Can we just get started? I want to win immunity already!" Lightning is impatient.
"Okay, go!" Chris says quickly. Everyone hesitates for a moment, not expecting the challenge to start that suddenly, but they go off after a few seconds. Everyone begins to split up, because this isn't a group project obviously. Josee and MK both see crystals, but Josee outruns MK, which is about as shocking as Spud going in episode 2.
Josee waives to the camera with a smile as she takes her first crystal. MK groans. "If only I had any athletic talent." she says as she lags behind.

"Got one!" Nichelle cheers.
Chet runs in right after. "Thank you for yelling, your voice told me where to go!" he laughs. Nichelle trips him, causing him to faceplant in the dirt.
"Thank you for being annoying, your voice made me want to knock you over!" Nichelle laughs before she runs off. Before she can get too far though, she accidentally crashes into Mary, causing Mary's glasses to fall off.
"My glasses! I can't see without my glasses!" Mary panics, searching all over the ground for them. As Nichelle and Chet both get up, Chet tries to get revenge on Nichelle, but Nichelle doges his shove and shoves him down onto Mary by accident.
"Oopsies." Nichelle grimaces before running off.

"I'm going to watch her flop that obstacle course from her first season on repeat when this is all said and done."

Elsewhere, we see Lightning with multiple crystals. "I'm first, that's what I'm talking about!"
"Why are people narrating out loud? Just do the challenge!" Sammy shades as she grabs a crystal of her own.
"Oh… she's right." Lightning realizes as he begins to focus more.

We see MK running. As she does so, she accidentally steps on Mary, causing her to gasp. "Mary, what are you doing on the ground?"
"I got knocked out and haven't gotten back up… ow." Mary holds her back.
"Oh, ok." MK doesn't care as she grabs a crystal and continues to make progress.
"I'M STUCK!" a voice booms from the middle of the maze, that being Raj. We cut to him not making any progress, being stuck in the dead ends. "I am so bad at mazes!"
Since challenges always get skimmed over in this season, we see a quick cut of people grabbing crystals. It comes down to Josee and Lightning both running for their last one when they have nine left. Both grab their last crystal at the same time and make a rush for the exit.
"You aren't winning this time!" Josee says with confidence.
"Oh please, when do I not win?"
"You didn't win the last immunity challenge."
"Fuck you."
"Hey!"
The duo runs as fast as they can, but one person exits the maze one second faster, that being…

"Lightning wins immunity for the second time! He is in the final nine, congratulations!" Chris says, causing Lightning to cheer as Josee stomps her foot in anger.
"Are you kidding me? Check the photo finish, I clearly won that!" Josee yells.
"Josee, calm down! Just because you got second place, silver, not first, no gold, doesn't mean you have to be salty." Chris says with a grin designed to annoy Josee.
"Shut up!" Josee says, taking deep breaths to prevent a meltdown.
"Before you destroy the maze, I have to give Lightning this necklace." Chris says, putting in on him. "You cannot be voted out tonight. As for everyone else, one of you is going home tonight. Decide who that is and I'll see you later, head back to camp."

"There goes my plan…" MK sighs. "Oh well, time for Plan B."

"Josee was this close to beating me in the challenge, she has to go." Lightning seems adamant.
"I wouldn't mind it despite her apology." Tammy replies.
"She apologized? For what?"

"She's probably faking, she came up to me with this truce for the strong players protecting each other. I know she wasn't genuine, she's trying to make it further. Let's take her out, then I can run the table in challenges while protecting you from elimination." Lightning plots.
"Wait wait wait. I'm all for writing her name down, but we should explore our options. You're probably still mad about the reward." Tammy says, trying to be clearer minded than she has been since phase 3. "MK and Chet did find out about our alliance, but MK in particular is a threat."
"She's a weak physical threat though who I think is on my side, I'm not concerned about her the way I am about Josee." Lightning responds.
"Fair enough." Tammy nods.

"I'm trying to take what Lightning said to heart. He did clue me in on his idol and helped me out, so letting him take out his biggest enemy makes sense. I know he's wanted her gone for ages. I don't like MK, but I don't want to risk doing something stupid. If I hear MK's name become a bigger priority to the others though, I'm jumping on it."

"I ain't stupid." Lightning says. No one agrees, but we love the confidence. "I know MK and Chet aren't 100% on my side at all, but there is at least a chance of it. There is no chance Josee actually wants to work with me, so sha bye bye!"

We see Chet, MK, Staci, Mary, Raj, and Sammy all gathered. "It's between Josee and Tammy, right?" Sammy asks. "Josee has been performing better than Nichelle in challenges, while I think the Fire Girls are going to target Tammy."
"Or you." MK states. "I don't think they exactly like you, you probably only voted with Nichelle because of Shawn. That reward with her must've been torture, huh?"
"It was fine, I feel safe." Sammy smiles. The others raise eyebrows at this. "I could go either way with this vote."
"Josee is the bigger threat in challenges, so I feel like we should go for her." MK says. "We don't want her and Lightning to dominate everything, that would be so annoying."
"Yeah, I could win all the challenges when they're gone!" Staci agrees. No one cares.

"Since Lightning winning immunity unfortunately happened, getting Josee out is the next best step. Tammy isn't as threatening as her, and I would personally want her around so I can apologize." MK admits with an awkward tone. She clears her throat. "Nichelle would be my preferred pick of the Fire Girls to leave, but we need to make Lightning happy again, so he thinks we're on his side for next time. It's all about planning ahead."

"I think the others are leaning towards getting rid of you." Sammy tells Josee, who growls in response.
"Are you kidding me?! I voted with them last time, and this is how I will get repaid?" Josee throws her arms in the air.
"Who are you guys targeting? The others are speculating that it's Tammy." Sammy questions.
"We haven't decided yet… we don't exactly have many options." Nichelle frowns.
"I think you could make a pitch about Tammy going cutting Lightning off at the knees or something. I'd be willing to vote with you guys." Sammy offers.
"Either Tammy, Chet, or MK sounds ideal to me." Nichelle says. "MK would actually be at the top of my list, she would've been gone if it were up to me at the final 12."
"Was it not up to you? You were the one with the idol." Sammy says.
"We can get Staci and Mary on board, and I know they will vote with us for Tammy or MK." Josee says with a smirk, ignoring Sammy's question. Nichelle smirks back, this duo clearly having ideas.
"She was in a discussion without Tammy first, so try throwing her name out first." Sammy advises.

"The idol thing really can come into play! I'll fill Sammy in about how things really went down when the time is right."

"That Shawn vote was really for nothing?! I hope they die of flesh eating diseases!" Josee gives a shout out to Blaineley's final words of the season.

"Duh. She may have voted for Shawn, but she's still a problem." Chet replies.
"Good, we're on the same page!" Tammy smiles at gathering votes.

"We need to talk to more people." Tammy cuts MK off, causing Lightning and Tammy to make their exits.

We cut to Nichelle, Josee, and Raj. "Raj, we've been getting along pretty well recently. It would mean a lot if you vote with us." Nichelle says, the Fire Girls having encountered Raj before the duo could find Mary.
"What are you thinking?" Raj asks in response.
"Tammy or MK if that's possible. Even Chet would be good." Josee replies.
"More people are leaning against Tammy than MK, but I would rather it be MK." Raj states. "We had a nice talk on the cruise, but there is still not a good history between us."
"Ugh, I know! MK is such a bitch. Her face is so round, I could calculate the ratio of the circumference relative to the diameter of it, and the answer would be pi. Mary Kate's her name? She should pick one or the other, because I'm not tryna say "okay" whenever I mention her name. Her nose is so wide, I could write a grocery list on it." Nichelle begins ranting, causing Josee and Raj to exchange awkward looks.
"We worked together last round Raj, let's do it again." Josee moves the conversation back on topic. "Even if you consider me a threat, I don't cheat!"
"What about all those times during the race?" Raj crosses his arms.
"...well I broke the habit this time! I went to cheating rehab and came out okay!"
"Fair enough!" Raj exclaims.
"And about Tammy, if we eliminate her, then Lightning loses a number and has no options. Either her or MK going is a good move." Josee states. Before any more conversation continues, Mary walks up to the trio.
"Greetings, Josee, Nichelle, and Rajesh."
"Why are you using my full name-"
"It is time that we must discuss which camper makes their exit in due time." Mary states.
"You are voting with Nichelle this time, right?" Josee leers.
"Of course, because I want MK gone." Mary says, causing Raj to raise an eyebrow.
"Oh, I am so in!" Nichelle smiles. "I'm surprised you are going for MK. She's Chet's #1, and you helped him win the touchy subjects reward."
"She's a threat, what can I say? Chet and I aren't the tightest duo by any means, so there is no need to worry about that." Mary waives it off. "If you two are willing to vote MK, then I am too."
"We already said we're in." Josee smiles. After a handshake, the Fire Girls walk off, leaving Raj and Mary alone.
"Were you lying to them?" Raj asks.
"No. I think MK is the right play." Mary states.
"I was talking to the Fire Girls and wanted MK out, but isn't Chet going to be mad at you for being the main voice behind MK going? We had that deal after all." Raj replies.
Mary shrugs. "We said we wouldn't vote each other off, MK was not involved. And I have a plan… we pin this vote on someone like Lightning and Tammy or the Fire Girls. He will have a vendetta against them afterwards." Mary states.
"That sounds smart." Raj taps his foot.
"Indeed, this method of pinning people against each other is someone my dear friend Bowie loved doing." Mary says, causing Raj to give a blank stare to the camera.
"That sounds like a very complex plan." Raj notes after a moment of silence.
"Like I said when we merged, don't think about it too hard. Just follow my lead here, be the alternate captain to this plan if that makes sense." Mary states. Raj smiles at the terminology.
"Okay! I can help you lie tomorrow."
"Many thanks. I have others to talk to, see ya later!" Mary says before running off, where Raj's smile fades the moment she's gone.

"There has been a mini group forming of myself, Staci, MK, Chet, and Raj. However, I know this wouldn't work long term with MK around. She is smart enough to not stick around me for too long, she would convince Chet to make a move like what happened to Sugar. I told Raj this, but we are going to put the blame on someone else and make it seem like we had to vote for MK out of necessity. Then he will be against them, and firmly into Staci and I's corner as another pawn vote I can use. Then once the Lightning vs Fire Girls rivalry sorts itself out, the endgame will just be me, my pawns, and mediocrity like Sammy as the last opposition." Mary rants her idea before giving a satisfied sigh. "Look at you, Mary, your foresight is working nicely. Not to get overconfident, but I feel like they should just cancel the season and just give me the money now. It's not like Raj or Staci will ruin this for me."

Raj puts on a pair of fake glasses and pushes them up his face before mocking Mary's voice. "I'm Bowie's friend! Did you know I'm Bowie's friend? I am friends with Bowie, isn't that neat Raj?" Raj mocks her before taking them off and snapping the glasses. "I wanted MK out anyways, but she didn't even really ask me before she started executing the plan. She just assumed I'd be okay with it and that I would just follow her lead and not think about it too hard." Raj quotes, remember the head patting from the merge.
"I know I'm not the smartest sometimes, but I don't want to be treated like an idiot. I know she was Bowie's friend, but she's also Noah 2.0. I've been playing along for a while now, and she finally gave me the ammo to strike. I just need to find someone to work with tomorrow to get something going. It's time to really prove myself, I can make up for Bowie being disappointed at what I did back in phase 1!"

"If people are wanting MK, maybe that's a smart option. She was the backup if we weren't voting for Josee!" Tammy says.
"Josee needs to go, that thing is wretched!" Lightning pushes back.
"But Mary getting MK eliminated is better, it provides some drama in this group that doesn't just revolve around you and Josee." Tammy smiles, happy that her initial suggestion is looking likely. Lightning looks confused.
"Explain."

"Voting for MK could be the catalyst to getting rid of her, Mary, and Josee all back to back to back."

"So, MK? Alright." Sammy gives a thumbs up for Mary.

"The Water Team being terrible at being united as usual." Sammy laughs. "Once Cody left, the loyalty was broken. Mary targeting MK is great, as that means the Fire Girls can stay."

We see Mary wrapping up explaining her plan to Staci. "Uh…" Staci draws out.
"What's wrong? If the two of us and Raj are all adamant on the same people being the reason that MK is gone, then Chet will be with us 100% to the end of the game. You're friends now, isn't that something you want?" Mary asks. "He can be the new Izzy!"
Staci frowns. "I don't want to do that to Chet, I don't think there is a good reason to eliminate MK now anyways. We never excluded Izzy from our plans like this."
"Don't worry." Mary says. "He won't know, so it's okay. Lightning and Josee will continue to have the clash of the egomaniacs, so we will be good."
"I just don't think you're making a smart move. I don't want to betray Chet in general, but doing it right now is risky." Staci worries.
"I get your concerns, but if everyone sticks to the plan, we have a number on our side for the rest of the game. We will be unstoppable without MK, she could sniff us out just like that." Mary snaps her finger.

"Staci has been a loyal number for weeks now, but she doesn't know what she's talking about. If we lie correctly, Chet would 100% take our word over the Fire Girls or Lightning."

"I'm not with it… but I don't want to blow up her spot! What do I do, betraying Chet would be sadder than my cousin Patricia was when her son killed himself on her birthday so every year, she would cry on her birthday knowing that's when her son died!"

We see a meeting with Nichelle, Josee, Sammy, and Raj, the latter two strategizing together for the first time. "Mary has been pushing for MK, have you guys heard?" Sammy asks.
"Yup, she told us." Josee replies before turning to Raj. "When we left, it was just the two of you. Did she say 'I was lying, that was the decoy plan' or something?"
"No, she was serious." Raj responds.
"Wait, I just realized. We could turn the votes on Mary if we really wanted to, cause an 8-2 with leaving out Staci." Sammy notes. "I'm fine with voting for MK, but I do not trust Mary at all."
"Why would you say that in front of him?" Josee questions her while gesturing to Raj.
"No, it's fine!" Raj assures. "Taking her out is tempting, but should it be now?"
"No." Josee and Nichelle say in unison.
"You owe each other sodas!" Raj replies with a laugh.
"I do not drink those diabetes inducing horrors." Josee says in disgust. "But we should let MK go home. She's a threat with many tricks up her sleeve, and when Chet finds out Mary was behind it, he will be so mad that they will have tons of drama, which should get us through to the next round."
"What she said." Nichelle points at Josee.
"I had a similar idea, that's why I didn't flat out say we should do it." Raj laughs.
"Great thinking guys." Sammy smiles.

"My motives run even deeper than that. I want a war between Chet and Mary to become a smokescreen to blindside Lightning with the idol at final 9. If I can win that next immunity and have their war become a big deal, we can take him out when he thinks the votes are between those two."

As the four go to separate, Raj grabs Nichelle's arm. "So… when I mentioned feeling alone about the Earth Team, it mostly had to do with Mary. I couldn't trust her or Staci." Raj tells her, causing Nichelle to nod.
"That makes sense. I have a bit of tea to spill on her, we can poison the well on her game tomorrow." Nichelle says with a wink.
"Alright, I'll tell you more tomorrow too." Raj says before the duo fist bump.

"I think Nichelle is that person I've been waiting for!"

"Things are looking up, and to think I needed an idol because nine people were against me a few rounds ago! Raj is nice. I think I prefer Sammy a bit more currently in the sense that she's probably with us more than Raj is, but he's still great to have around. I trust him a good amount, and I'm looking forward to tomorrow!"

We see Chet and MK walking up to Staci. "Staci, you won't believe the dead baby rat we saw!" Chet says with enthusiasm as the duo greets her.
"Haha, I killed it!" Staci laughs.
"Great. Now let's talk about the game." MK turns the dead baby rat into a more productive conversation. "We've locked in on Josee, right? Just checking."
Staci's face drops. "Um…"
MK and Chet look worried. "What?" MK asks.
"Your name has been thrown around." Staci admits.
"Is the majority against me, or is it just the Fire Girls and Tammy or something?" MK taps her fingers together.
"Probably just that, but I wanted you to know!" Staci says before walking off.
Confessional: Staci
"I don't really care for Mary as a person- if me insulting her nose constantly wasn't making that clear- but she was the first person to actually want to work with me and not be forced out of necessity like Trent and Justin. I want to kind of warn Chet, but I don't want to throw Mary under the bus fully either…"

"Uh, that's worrying. We need to talk to some other people just to be sure." MK says.
"Let's split up!"

We see MK and Sammy gathered. "Hi." MK awkwardly waves. "Am I a target?"
"Not that I know of." Sammy shrugs in response.
"You sure?"
"Yes. Why are you getting paranoid all of a sudden?" Sammy questions.
"I just heard that I could be getting votes." MK rubs her arm.
"Huh? I didn't know that." Sammy fakes confusion.
"So, you're saying I have nothing to worry about?"
"Of course." Sammy replies, though MK looks skeptical.

We see Chet walking up to Raj, who is drinking water from the lake. "Raj!" Chet shouts, causing Raj to scream in shock and fall in. Raj comes up moments later.
"Chet, you scared me!"
"Good!"
"Why is that good-"
"We need to talk." Chet cuts him off. Raj gets out of the water.
"About?"
"The weather."
"It's pretty good right now compared to-"
"I wasn't being serious, it was obviously about the vote!" Chet says with worry in his tone that Raj picks up on. "I heard that MK is getting votes from Staci. She said it wasn't a majority though, but I just want to make sure by checking with the rest of you that Josee is still going home."
"..."
Confessional: Raj
"I could lie, but then he will be super mad at me again. I'm on thin ice as a Yellow Team member, and the last time I was on thin ice, I nearly froze to death when I fell through!" Raj shivers. "There isn't much time left until the vote, so I can just be honest."

"MK is going home." Raj says, causing Chet to gasp.
"What happened? Did you plan this?! If so, you are done!" Chet punches a fist into his hand.
"That's about as scary as Ripper's stuttering." Raj comments, clearly unimpressed with Chet's attempt to be threatening.
"Hey! Just answer the question."
"I didn't plan this, it was Mary." Raj states.
"Excuse me?! I thought we had that deal!" Chet shouts in anger.
"Her logic is that we had the deal, not MK." Raj replies.
"Still, going after my #1?! How dare she!" Chet yells. He takes a deep breath. "Can you vote for her?"
"I'm sorry, but I'm probably voting for MK. That's what the majority wants to do, and I doubt you can get enough votes in time to save her." Raj shakes his head apologetically.
"Just watch!" Chet yells before running off.

"He didn't take it out on me… that's good!"

We see Chet running up to MK. "MK, you're gone! Mary is targeting you!"
"Bruh!" MK gets out. "Why is she targeting me? I wasn't going to stab her in the back yet, I would've waited a few rounds!"
"I don't know, but we have to do something! We need to scramble some votes last second, talk to anyone you see!"
We get a quick cut of Chet and MK talking to people like the Fire Girls and Lightning before they're forced to stop, because it is time for the elimination.

"Mary needs to die- okay, a bit too far." Chet shakes his head. "Staci must've known this was happening yet chose to be vague about it, I thought we were becoming friends!"

We see Millie, Cody, and Shawn sitting on the jury bench with the final ten all seated on their logs in the middle of the campfire.
"Welcome Final 10! It's always nice to see your less than lovely faces, because I get to see the despair when someone realizes their ten million dollar dream has come to an end! Let's find out who it's going to be this time, get voting!"
Cut to Voting
"MK, I respect how smart you are. Unfortunately for you, that's why you have to go." Mary holds her vote for MK.
"We had one of the Fire Girls on a silver platter and you threw it away. Even if this doesn't matter, casting this as a fuck you feels so good." MK votes for Mary.
"You made a deal with me then instantly are the reason my #1 is a target, especially after our spa trip? Screw you!" Chet votes for Mary.
We see a quick cut of everyone else voting before we cut back to the campfire.
Voting Over
"If anyone has a hidden immunity idol and would like to play it, now would be the time to do so." Chris says.

"Alright. Once the votes are read, the decision is final. The person with the votes most will be asked to leave the campfire ceremony immediately. I'll read the votes."
"1st vote… MK."
MK crosses her arms.
"2nd vote… MK."
MK huffs in annoyance while glaring at Mary, who doesn't notice.
"3rd vote… Mary."
Mary does a double take.
"4th vote… Mary. 2 votes MK, 2 votes Mary."
Mary looks at Chet, who is glaring at her. This causes her to tense up.
"5th vote… MK."
…
"6th vote… MK. 4 votes MK, 2 votes Mary."
Mary looks a little more relaxed while MK frowns.
"7th vote… MK. That's 5 votes for MK, 2 votes for Mary."
MK and Chet exchange a sad glance.
"91st person voted out of Total Drama Ultimate and the 4th member of our jury… MK. That's 6, it's time for you to go."
…
"Ugh, after all the hard work I put in!" MK stands up with a frustrated look. Cody has a sad look from the jury bench, while Millie and Shawn look shocked at the vote output.
"You're lucky that I didn't flat out disqualify you after what you did to Layla, just be happy that you made the jury at all." Chris states.
"You should've studied Sierra's irony law, you were gone the moment you said you wouldn't be the 4th jury member." Lightning shakes his head.
MK scoffs. "Whatever. Mary, I know this was your fault. No clue what you were thinking with that one."
"Exactly." Chet leers. Mary shakes her head, but doesn't give a verbal response. "And it's nice to know the loyalty of some people."
Chet turns his angry looks towards Lightning and Sammy, though both do not seem to care at the call out. "That loyalty is as dead as that girl's grandpa you keep mentioning, and you know it." Sammy shrugs in response.
MK looks at Tammy. "As for you, I'm sorry about what Julia and I said. We weren't trying to make you scared of eating, and we may have gone too far." MK apologizes. Tammy looks surprised, but she doesn't acknowledge the apology. MK turns to Chet. "Do you want to walk me out?"
"No!" Chet says. MK gives him a blank stare. "I'm just kidding, of course!"
We cut to Chet and MK near the boat of losers. "Welp, you're the last founding father of Operation: TYTO left… I didn't expect that."
"Hey!"
"But for real, thanks for being the only person not to vote for me." MK thanks. "Please don't just easily go next, make sure to get your revenge. Weirdly enough, it was fun playing with you. So good luck."
With that, MK gets on the boat of losers.

"They knew I orchestrated it, which ruined the entire point of getting rid of MK to begin with, damn." Mary facepalms. "Now Chet is going to turn his revenge orientated mind to me. He's surely going to target Raj first though between the two of us, right? Even though our deal didn't involve MK, Raj also helped vote her off, and he's a Yellow Team member." Mary doesn't sound convinced by her own words.

"I'm surprised that MK apologized. It wasn't a great one or anything, but it had to be genuine because she would have no reason to lie now that she's out. I appreciate that, even if I don't know if I can forgive her."

Staci is frowning. "I think this was stupider than Kelly for not getting an abortion, if only she listened and targeted Tammy or Josee."

"I'm annoyed at Staci for going through with this after we began bonding, she should've talked Mary out of it instead of being vague when we talked. I'm glad Raj told me the full truth of what was happening- careful Chet, don't give too much credit to him!" Chet pauses before looking at the camera. "Mary, you do not get to end an Operation: TYTO member like that without consequence! You are going down!"

"We have made it to the single digit phase of the game!" Chris says, now alone at the campfire. "With only nine remaining, seven more episodes, and the bad blood brewing, things are surely going to be heated next time. Want to tune in and see that drama? Well, you can next time on Total Drama Ultimate!"
And episode 45 is done! I hope people enjoyed it so I don't get yelled at again LOL. I can't believe it's almost been a year since I started, final 9 is awesome.
MK- Another iconic TDU duo has been split up. Cody/Lightning, Shawn/Nichelle, now MK/Chet! Fun fact, and I doubt this will shock anyone: MK was planned as a finalist in two versions of the elimination order I made once phase three began. She got removed though (duh). Her boot was growing to be obvious with her lack of story content as of late. She came up with the plan last episode then called it a day for the episode lol. But all in all, she was one of my favorite characters of the story! Her duo with Julia and having them be a relationship was nice, as well as her role in the Operation: TYTO family with how she bounced off of Dwayne and Chet. Her random friendship with Cody was fun to write too. Writing her schemes such as coming up with the strategy of putting together the blue team, the sweeper moment, the fake idol, the camerawoman scheme, etc made her dynamic and always good for a clever strategic moment. At least for her, the person who executed her elimination didn't go unnoticed, and it is sure to cause drama next episode.
