53. Episode 47: Go Go Go Kart

Episode 47! We are back.

RockTheSillyGoose- You ate with your Scott and Lightning praise. Glad you liked Josee ending Staci, it was probably one of her better episodes this season. Either that or the try not to cry episode.

Lacueva- Chet hating Mary is literally you. Glad you liked the Josee and Lightning rivalry this episode, it carried the challenge until the last scene.

Dunsparce- Josee thought it'd be her too, luckily she planned ahead. Mary got the immunity but blew up her social game even more lol.

DorlaFlorla- Dark may have been hyperbole on my part, but there was an earlier draft where Tammy plays her idol on Lightning (here instead of f11) and the same 4null-3-2 vote still happens. Here though, Lightning doesn't motivate her and Josee never apologizes, making it a worse ending for her. Even worse, people like Staci would openly comment on finding her idoling herself out to be funny and she'd be notably sad on the way out to set up a future arc. I didn't do this for reasons.

spader13- omg you ate harder than millie did with those pizzas on this essay, so here is a long reply. About the chapters loading, it's been an unfortunate glitch that I imagine has stopped multiple reviewers, some people have stopped reviewing since the glitching began. Fair on Staci. Correct on Josee. She has made those connections, but she still shoots herself in the foot by being Josee constantly. You catching the Sarah reference! When I heard about Sarah doing the item thing, I was so here for it and needed to do my own version. I always thought the Geniuses had potential fsr, I'm glad to give one of them a good role. I'm glad I didn't go the "haha sky is so dumb for believing my sister is dead!" route with her lol. Tbf on the Lightning ooc strategy point, 70% of the cast in this story is out of character because the strategy is a way bigger focus lol. I know it's jarring that TD characters use Survivor terms, but I'm too much of a nerd I fear. I doubt anyone expected much out of Chet. 9 people in this season have been in Operation: TYTO I believe! Nichelle not trying on the rewards lessens her chance to have her iconic challenge moments, sucks for her. I was worried Raj not going for the immunity would seem odd, glad it doesn't. He would help Wayne for sure. I think you're referring to the background characters line about him and Staci, iirc I put that there since he and Staci were supposed to speak, but I realized they didn't really fit in. Instead of removing the confessional about a full group meeting, I just put the line there out of laziness. I would give more credit to Josee than Sammy for that move as she was just told what to do, but I get what you mean. We'll see if your prediction for her win comes true!

Recap

"Last time on Total Drama Ultimate… Chet was predictably very angry at Mary for orchestrating the MK vote, causing him to rage at her. The former Water Team members again got into a shouting match at each other, because this team is the definition of good TV! The Fire Girls, Sammy, and Raj all talked at separate points to spread information about Mary. Josee won the reward and took Sammy, where the girls bonded. Meanwhile at camp, Nichelle spread the word to everyone else about Mary being the reason Cody got kicked off, sparking an angry reaction from Lightning in particular. Mary confessed to Tammy that she was behind the chart incident, though Tammy managed to keep her cool. In the immunity challenge, Lightning and Josee got into a brawl that distracted them from winning. Speaking of distractions, Mary distracted Raj when she threatened to burn Wayne's hat if he didn't give her immunity. This cost him enough time for Mary to swoop in and take immunity, though it came at the cost of many bridges as hatred for her is at an all time high. Lightning and Tammy tried to idol out Josee, but she knew to put votes onto Tammy, sending her home in a 4null-3-2 blindside. 8 are left, 1 will be automatically eliminated, and one will be voted out. Who will be voted out on this episode of Total Drama Ultimate?"

Intro

Cut to jury house

We see Tammy frowning as the five jurors are sitting around. "Another person idoled out in this merge… I'm glad Lightning is safe though." Cody smiles.

"We were supposed to work together to eliminate Josee, but I guess she saw it coming. She and Lightning had this major fight during the challenge." Tammy explains, causing everyone to look intrigued.

"That sounds interesting!" Shawn laughs. "What did they do?"

"I'll talk more about it later." Tammy says. "I'm exhausted after today, I want to sleep."

Tammy… goes to sleep. Top 10 shocking moments in TDU history, I know. This leaves the first four members of the jury alone. "Not gonna lie, it is super fun to watch the eliminations as a jury member. I didn't know what I was expecting, but an idol play and 3-2 vote was not it." Shawn says.

"True. In the old seasons, we would just see who was eliminated when they walked in. This is more fun." Cody agrees.

"I wouldn't know, I haven't lost until a few days ago." Shawn brags.

"The pre jurors experience it in the lame way." Millie notes.

"Sucks to be them!" MK laughs, though the laugh is short lived. "I wish Julia was here though, no offense, but Shawn and Millie, you are mid compared to her."

"Mid?" Millie questions. "I think the proper term is mediocre."

MK rolls her eyes in response. "Whatever, I just miss seeing her. Anyways, two people will be joining us soon. Who do you think is losing the automatic elimination?"

"Staci." Shawn, Millie, and Cody answer right away.

"Has Staci done anything physically impressive throughout this whole season? Not to sound like Lightning, but it's true that she is the weakest of those remaining." Millie states.

"You're not wrong. Mary and Chet also seem out of shape compared to everyone else." Cody notes.

"Josee, Lightning, and Nichelle should be locks to be safe for the first part of the round, though I think one of them will get eliminated for being a huge threat." Shawn guesses.

"Meh, sounds about right. I'm just glad Chet got no votes last time." MK states. MK looks at the clock. "It's past midnight. Is it weird that I'm not tired?"

"We shouldn't have stayed up so late playing video games last night, we slept in too late." Millie shakes her head.

"I could stay up for a while… again. My sleep schedule is going to be a mess!" Cody exclaims.

"Actually… that's a good thing. Today is a special day, might as well get the celebration started." MK shrugs, causing Cody to raise an eyebrow.

"What do you mean?"

Shawn, Millie, and MK exchange a glance as Millie walks over to a cabinet. She looks at the pantry before opening it. "Why is so much of the food gone?"

"It is?" Shawn questions. He looks and sees that the pantry has a lot of missing food. "That's weird…"

"I- I'm sure it's nothing!" Cody says hastily. "But what is the special day?"

Millie takes a big chocolate cake out of the cabinet and places it on the table. "Cody, it's April 1st." MK states. Cody's jaw drops.

"Wait, it's my birthday! We've been out here so long that I lost track of time!" Cody gasps.

"I remembered you ranting on our server about how your parents never remembered your birthday. I got Shawn to help me decorate this for you." MK shrugs.

"I worked at a bakery." Shawn repeats his tale from Pahkitew Island.

"That's so nice of you guys to do, thank you so much!" Cody smiles. "I'm shocked that you of all people would do this MK!"

"Eh, there isn't much to do." MK responds. Cody takes the covering off the cake, though he is confused at the sight.

"Why is one piece missing?" Cody asks.

"I did a taste test." Millie elaborates.

"Oh. Whatever, it's still cake!" Cody says before devouring it with his bare hands as the other three watch.

Day 91

Cut to merge camp

The final eight are not in a celebratory mood compared to the jury, as they walk back into their miserable camp. Raj takes Nichelle to the side right away. "Why didn't you tell me that you were putting votes onto Tammy?" Raj asks, causing Nichelle to raise an eyebrow.

"Wait, did Josee not tell you?"

"No."

Nichelle facepalms. "She told me about the idol thing after we talked about voting Lightning. We switched our votes to Tammy, and she said she would handle the rest, I thought she would say something to you."

"She didn't though." Raj states. "That caught me off guard."

"I'm sorry about that, if I had known, I would've included you." Nichelle assures.

"Thanks… I guess." Raj gives a weak smile in response. Nichelle turns to walk away, but she trips on the floor.

"Ow!"

Confessional: Nichelle

"Am I a genius or what? I pretended to fall over so I seem like a klutz, now he will think I'm less strategic after being involved in voting for Tammy!" Nichelle seems proud of herself. However, once again, she is lying. "Josee not telling Raj is dumb, and I need to figure out why."

Confessional: Raj

"It's nice that Nichellle would've said something, but if Josee and Sammy don't include me, does that really matter?" Raj has a look of contemplation. "She's closer to Josee than she is to me. Oh well, Mary going next comes first. I want her to lose this automatic elimination so badly… a snow owl will always defeat a tapir witch!"

Conf end

We see Lightning, Chet, and Sammy talking. As with every post elimination chat with the former Water Team, this goes about as well as you would expect. "What was the point of forming that deal with me just to vote me out two hours later?" Lightning questions angrily.

"To try and prevent a possible idol play?" Chet taps his foot.

"Well, both of you can't act. I hope neither of you like doing it, because you suck more than the prostitute relative Staci keeps mentioning!" Lightning leers. Sammy decides to just walk away before the argument can get more heated.

Confessional: Sammy

"We are just going to end up repeating the same points over and over again, it's better to just stay out of the drama… but ouch, deep cut on the acting comment!"

"Whatever, you got lucky I was distracted by the whole Mary situation. I would've been a better actor than Nichelle could ever dream of being if I was focused." Chet says with the confidence of an Oscar award winner, causing Lightning to laugh in the face.

"You aren't better than anyone at anything, hush." Lightning puts his hand in Chet's face. Chet swats it away.

"Get that nasty thing away from me! But we also made a deal before the MK boot. Guess how that went." Chet narrows his eyes.

"You deserved it, I don't!"

"That makes no sense."

"It does. I'm the only reason the Water Team did so well, most of the challenge wins were solely because of me, because I am that sha-good! Then the instant I get you all here, I become a big target! That just ain't right." Lightning complains, causing Chet to scoff.

"You aren't entitled to make it to the end of the game just because you helped us in the team challenges. That was then, and this is now. You aren't a teammate anymore, you are competition." Chet says, causing Lightning to look annoyed.

Confessional: Chet

"How did that idiot not only win, but make the final 8 of this season?" Chet questions. "Between him and Mary, my target list is- wait, Mary! I need to talk to Staci about what she said before the elimination!"

Confessional: Lightning

"No one has loyalty to me anymore! My best option is to just win every contest left."

We see Nichelle walking up to Josee. "I heard that you didn't tell Raj about voting for Tammy. Why would you not include him?" Nichelle questions.

"We only needed a third vote, and I got a third vote. Simple as that." Josee states. Nichelle shakes her head in slight frustration, but doesn't say anything.

Confessional: Josee

"I'm just ready to focus on that automatic elimination. If I come in first, I'm in the final six. That is a major deal."

Conf end

"This is bad, Staci." Mary states to… you guessed it, Staci! "No one talked to me about the vote, and then Tammy went home. I don't even know why people were targeting her."

"No one talked to you because you're a vile person Mary, haha!" Staci laughs.

"That isn't helpful." Mary looks annoyed.

"Haha, it wasn't supposed to be helpful!" Staci replies. "Did you know my great great great great great uncle Sami invented explosives?"

"No." Mary deadpans.

"He used those to blow up local cities, he was quirky! I have blowing things up in my DNA! Want to know what I plan on blowing up?" Staci questions.

"What?" Mary looks like she doesn't care.

"The last remnants of your game!"

"Wait, what-"

On cue, everyone remaining somehow finishes their side conversations at the same time and enters the camp, how convenient. "Guys, I have something to say about Mary's dead sister!" Staci announces, causing everyone to look at her while Mary raises an eyebrow.

"I don't think making an announcement on my dead relative is a kind thing to do, especially after-"

"Haha, she is about as dead as I am!" Staci says. Everyone looks confused.

"Girl, what are you saying?" Nichelle inquires.

"I overheard Mary and her real sister talking about how Mary lied about having a dead sister to keep Sky under her control since Sky has a dead sister for real, then she blindsided her!" Staci announces, causing everyone to gasp.

"Wh- what? How did you…" Mary stumbles over her words.

"Mary, why would you do that?" Nichelle asks.

"Sky told us about her dead sister back on the Pink Team, that makes sense that she would lie about having one to bond with her." Sammy notes with a glare in Mary's direction.

"And you used that sister to bond with us?" Raj puts his hands on his hips. "Not only that, but then you stole items we talked to you about during that conversation!"

"Oh- ok? Why are you guys making this such a big deal? Literally every single person here has lied at one point or another, there is no need to act morally superior." Mary looks annoyed.

"We didn't lie about dead family members!" Chet replies angrily.

"Like I said, imagine needing to use dead people to help you win." Josee scoffs.

"She isn't really dead, Josee." Sammy reminds her.

"Oh, right."

"Even the Lightning thinks that's fucked up, and I wanted to bite Cameron's head off just for taking my immunity!" Lightning adds. Mary walks away as the comments keep pouring in, not wanting to hear any more of the anger from her castmates.

Confessional: Mary

"I- I don't understand what's going on! Why are they acting like I was being some awful person?!" Mary takes a deep breath. "And I cannot believe Staci would betray me like that! I am the only reason she has made it this far, she is a complete waste of a casting slot and would've been voted out way earlier for having nothing going for her if it wasn't for me. She is going to pay."

Confessional: Nichelle

"That was… a big blow up. I already knew that she was shady as hell for the hat thing, but this just solidifies it! She is probably the most strategic person who isn't me, I consider her a bit of a rival in that sense. I never had to go that low for my schemes though."

Confessional: Sammy

"I don't like Sky, I find her annoying for the Dave stuff. But using her dead sister to manipulate her is wrong, she looks up to her sisters! Not that I can relate, but still!"

Confessional: Staci

"Haha, that was funny! Thank you, Sami!"

We see Chet walking up to Staci. "Uh… thanks for saying something about that."

"When I found out she was still lying about the fake sister, I had to say something!" Staci replies.

Confessional: Chet

"You have redeemed yourself, Staci! Operation: Kill Mary is in full motion though, she sucks!"

Conf end

"Oh, and Raj, I'll be honest! Remember how she told you that Noah idoled Bowie out of the game?" Staci asks. Raj nods nervously, having a good feeling that whatever Staci is about to say will upset him. "We actually voted him out that night. It was his fault for trying to betray Mary first, but still, haha!"

Raj stomps his foot. "Urgh! If only Bowie didn't tell her about the Noah thing, then I wouldn't have believed her saying that they were friends!"

"Oh, and he cried on his way out! It was so awkward, haha!" Staci laughs.

"Why are you adding that detail?!" Raj asks, not liking what he heard.

"Because it's fun!"

Confessional: Raj

"I know Staci said that Bowie tried to betray her first… but I'm a very biased party here, I don't care! She took out Bowie and threatened to burn Wayne's hat, eliminating her would be like avenging them!" Raj says with determination. "It makes me more annoyed about everything she was saying about how close she was with Bowie and would insult Noah for doing the same thing she was doing. She's going down!"

Raj puts on Wayne's hat. "Not letting this get stolen behind my back again. Time to win this thing!" he jumps up to emphasize his point, but he ends up hitting his head on the confessional roof. "Ow… now I know how Tyler felt!"

Raj still looks annoyed as more conversation continues. Nichelle pipes up. "I think this should be an official call to action against Mary, the rest of us should go against her!" she says.

"I am down for that!" Chet agrees right away. Chet and Nichelle high five, though Nichelle grimaces right away. Chet catches this. "What?"

"Sorry, your hand is just very sweaty." she apologizes for the reaction. Chet rubs his sweaty hand onto her arm, causing her to shriek. "What was that for?"

"To get you used to the sweat!"

"That's disgusting!"

"Enough!" Sammy interjects. "But I'm all for joining this call to action cause."

"This sounds important, count me in!" Lightning agrees.

"We will kill her!" Chet says with glee. Everyone gives him a concerned look, obviously not wanting to go that far.

"We aren't murdering her, idiot. She isn't a police cadet." Josee rolls her eyes.

"I am not an idiot." Chet replies.

Confessional: Josee

"I beg to differ..."

Conf end

Confessional: Chet

"Nichelle is annoying, getting mad at my sweat." Chet rolls his eyes. "Between that and the hay and clothes incident, she's been getting under my skin."

We cut to a shot of the sun rising, then we see Sammy and Josee talking. "I'm shocked that Staci exposed Mary, she just seemed like a lapdog to me." Josee says, this conversational talking point still be a big one hours later. "Good thing she said that, it will put a bigger target on Mary's back."

Sammy shrugs. "I feel like some of the others will think she's some great person for saying this, but I disagree. She has known this for a few rounds and didn't say anything about it until now, she has to be playing a game here. I just don't know what it's for."

"It doesn't really matter, she's not a threat." Josee brushes it off.

"Fair, I guess. Would it be worth taking her a few more rounds?"

"Duh." Josee replies. "Except I doubt she will even make it past the automatic elimination tomorrow, so we probably won't have to worry about that."

"Probably true." Sammy chuckles. "Though I don't want you to get too cocky. You fought with Lightning during the challenge last time. I'm worried that if you do it again, you will lose too much time."

Josee sighs. "I didn't take your advice, I know. Playing under the radar is so hard for me to do, I've become a big target so many times because I can't get out of my own way. But we're so close to having the majority that it might not matter. Thanks for being concerned though, I guess. We need to focus on winning though."

"True." Sammy nods in determination. "So close to the end though… it's amazing!"

"I know, right?" Nichelle agrees as she joins the conversation. "Being a pre merge boot feels like the distant past at this point."

"Exactly!"

"I played every day of the race, I can't relate." Josee brags.

"Ok." Nichelle and Sammy deadpans in unison.

"I know Mary is a prime target, but can we consider voting Lightning out too?" Josee requests, causing Nichelle to laugh.

"Wow, I wonder why you would want him out!" she continues to laugh. "For real though, that fight was insane."

"He grabbed my foot first! And he needed to be knocked down a peg." Josee replies. "Him winning the family visit annoyed me, and those two immunities didn't help."

"I didn't care about winning the family visit at all." Sammy says.

"Steve was an icon, do not diss him." Nichelle jokes.

"Okay, he was actually not bad in that challenge. I feel bad for attacking him now!"

"You attacked him?!"

"Uh, no! I was kidding! Really." Sammy hastily assures, though Nichelle and Josee share an uneasy glance.

"Right, but of course you wouldn't care about winning, you didn't know that guy. There were stakes for my mom and I to win, but Lightning got that picture perfect moment and not me." Josee repeats her gripe that she mentioned the previous challenge.

"Oh, so it's about jealousy." Nichelle comments.

"That's fair though, Nichelle. Your mom was probably perfect, so you wouldn't understand." Sammy comments.

'Excuse me? She didn't believe me when-" Nichelle took a deep breath to calm her clear annoyance. "Nevermind. Lightning is a good target, but Chet and Raj hate Mary a lot. I feel like they'd want her out."

Confessional: Nichelle

"I'm a little worried about a potential blindside to Josee because of her feud with Lightning. If it's Mary's time to go, that's the best chance the boys will fall in line… you know, if she survives the auto. She isn't exactly that strong."

Confessional: Josee

"You know what I just thought of that would be really funny? Lightning losing the automatic elimination after how he keeps saying he's the best in the challenges."

We cut to Mary sitting alone to the shock of no one. But say it with me- she isn't alone for long- as Raj walks in with an angry expression. Mary looks up. "Greetings, Rajesh-"

"Fuck you!"

"Oh." There is a moment of awkward silence before Mary speaks up again. "I assume you are still displeased about the hat? It has been a day, and like I said, it wasn't personal. Can we leave this incident in the past? I apologize for it."

"Did you really think I would just forgive you in a day?" Raj questions.

"You forgave Bowie, MK, and Julia quickly your last time playing, why can't you show me the same grace?" Mary asks.

"I shouldn't have, and this isn't about them, Mary. This is about you." Raj replies.

Mary pinches her nose. "I've been saying that it isn't personal, Raj. I don't understand what you're not getting."

"Stealing someone's item and threatening to burn it is personal, and so is faking a dead sister to manipulate us! What are you talking about?!" Raj is confused at Mary's mindset.

"It's a game. Like I said, you lied before in this game, so I don't get your attitude." Mary responds.

"I wasn't doing things at your level!" Raj seems exasperated.

"Maybe that's why Noah manipulated you so easily. And I only made up the dead sister because Sky could've flipped on me, I needed us to stay close." Mary explains.

Raj facepalms. "What was your excuse for bringing the lie back with Chet and I?"

"To bond with you." Mary shrugs.

"Couldn't you have just bonded with me by… talking about regular stuff like a normal person?"

"I'm afraid our conversational talking points do not mesh to a satisfying extent, that's why the fabrication of an expired individual was imperative." Mary states.

"Huh?" Raj doesn't understand Mary's robot speech. He shakes his head. "Whatever, I won't let your NPC talk distract me! Staci also told the truth that you two voted Bowie out."

Mary grunts in annoyance. "Staci, that nuisance…" she mutters. "I assume you're going to get on my case about voting out Bowie too? I'll have you know that he was targeting me first, Noah would've gone home otherwise."

"While I'm not happy Bowie left, I don't dislike you personally for it, because that is actually playing the game normally. Making up dead relatives and burning items crosses the line to me into making it personal." Raj states.

"I disagree, they're one and the same. All are just game moves made to win, you're being over the top about this. The hat is fine anyways, and even if I did burn it, you could've just bought a new one." Mary scoffs, which only annoys Raj further. "I was hoping that you would move on once you heard my side of the story, but I guess you don't want to."

"I can't just forget about it…"

"I just hope you aren't out for revenge, Raj. To be frank, your attitude right now is tiring me out." Mary deadpans.

"So… what if I want revenge?" Raj puts his hands on his hips.

"Raj, to be frank-"

"Why are you frank twice?!"

Mary facepalms. "To be blunt, I'm not very threatened by you. I took out big players like Sky and Gwen. Major people have come for me like Scott and Courtney, and I managed to send them home without much issue. Even your beloved Bowie tried to target me, and he got sent out the door. If all of those people couldn't take me out, what makes you think you can?" she questions. This causes Raj to frown, but she isn't done yet. "And even if you vote me out, you wouldn't have many winning options left. I'm clearly not very well liked, and I'm not the biggest physical threat. You can't beat the Fire Girls or Lightning, I'm one of your best bets, so going for revenge would be unwise."

Confessional: Mary

"I may have gotten snappier than I should've, but everyone disliking me is getting annoying. I have no ill will towards any of them as humans, yet they treat me like the devil over simple gameplay. Thankfully, I remembered what Raj said when we talked about Noah. He is very insecure about himself, so that's a good angle to target. It's better to erode his thoughts of going to the end with any of the Fire Girls or Lightning." Mary states. "But I wasn't wrong in general about those three being threats, specifically Nichelle. She has the physical traits and is more well liked on the jury. I also wasn't wrong about being a good choice to take to the end. People are clearly angry at me for dumb reasons, I doubt I'll get a ton of jury votes. My best bet is trying to eliminate all of those people."

Confessional: Raj

"Does she have some good points about Bowie? If he couldn't eliminate her… wait, no! I won't let her get into my head, that's her plan!" Raj has a shaky voice while trying to sound confident. He sighs moments later. "I shouldn't hyper focus on her though if there are other options, she does have a point on there being a lot of threats. I still want her gone ASAP though."

Day 92

Cut to challenge

We cut to the final 8 all walking into the challenge area outside of a cave. "This is familiar." Chet comments. "Do you just love using caves for automatic eliminations?"

"This is only the first part, don't think too much about it." Chris waives it off. "Before I begin, Mary, I will need to take that necklace back."

Mary walks over and allows Chris to take it off. Everyone gives her an intent look, happy to see that immunity is not with her anymore. "Immunity is back up for grabs! As you all know, the last person to finish this challenge is going home, so do your best. Just like last time, if anyone wants to use an immunity idol, they will be automatically taken to the finish line. The first person done will win immunity and a spot in the final 6. You will go around to parts of the island and collect numbers from each area by completing challenges. You will get a map to your next location too. At a certain point, all the numbers you get will lead you to a safe. Use those numbers to crack the code, where you will get instructions and the parts to build a go kart. You will use that go kart to get to the finish line, where the last person to finish is up for elimination. Are we clear?"

"Yes!" everyone says in unison.

"Your first challenge is in the cave. There are 15 sticky notes with letters. Write down any letters you find on a dry erase board that I will supply you. Once you find those 15 numbers, you will solve a word scramble at a station. If you get it right, the box at your station will unlock with a map to your next location, as well as numbers for the safe combination. Is everyone ready?" Chris asks.

"I have to pee!" Lightning answers.

"Why didn't you go before the challenge?!" Chris glares.

…

We get a cut to when Lightning is done using the bathroom and everyone is supplied with their items. "Alright, no more time to waste! Begin!" Chris urges everyone to go, and they all oblige, running into the cave. "Oops, I forgot to mention I blocked off some areas and there are more traps this time! Silly me!"

…

We see everyone running in, duh. Everyone begins splitting up and looking around. Sammy sees an N. "Josee, come here!" she says. She points to the N, and the duo write the letter down.

Confessional: Sammy

"I need to make sure certain people stay in, so I'm going to share information here so we can get a head start."

We see Mary running down a path as she finds a Y. "Did you know that my great great great great great great great aunt Lori invented the letters Y and Z? Before her, X was the final letter of the alphabet! Isn't that neat?" Staci questions as she walks in.

"Why are you casually talking to me?" Mary asks. "Didn't you expose the dead sister thing yesterday?"

"Yes, it was funny to see everyone hate you, haha!" Staci laughs. They suddenly hear a loud noise, that being the sound of a small boulder rolling. Staci grabs Mary and uses her as a shield, though it isn't that helpful as both get hit. "Ow! Darn great great great uncle Tommy, if only you didn't invent boulders!"

Mary leers at Staci. "Why did you do that?"

"I needed to protect myself." Staci replies. As they hear another boulder incoming, Mary gets up and trips Staci as revenge before running out of the path.

We see Lightning and Raj looking at the letter M together. "Which one is that? Lightning isn't good at reading!" Lightning asks.

"Neither am I, but I think that's M!" Raj writes it down on his dry erase board.

"Stupid letters challenge, who cares about these academic things?"

"I know, right? Sports are way more fun!"

"True! With all we have in common, you really shouldn't have voted for me!" Lightning states, causing a bit of awkwardness.

"Uh, sorry about that." Raj apologizes. "It was the consensus, and we haven't talked since Cody left."

"I have no social game since he left…"

Elsewhere, we see Sammy and Josee continuing to work again. "I think we're doing well! We should group up with Nichelle and tell her our letters." Sammy states.

"Actually, I'll go down that path and find more numbers while you talk to Nichelle." Josee chooses a different option.

"Smart, cover more ground! Let's go!"

Chet is frowning while looking around the cave. Staci walks up to him. "Haha, hi Chet! I have one number!"

"I have way more than that." Chet comments with a proud look.

"You should tell me some, haha!"

"Uh… that would increase my chances of losing this, no can do." Chet says with an apologetic look.

"Oh."

"That sucks, I'm probably doing the worst of everyone!"

"Being in a cave during an automatic elimination is making me think about what MK and I did to Kitty back at the final 18. After everything that's happened with the Yellow Team members, it makes me reflect. Especially since there is someone around who is even worse than they are."

Later on, we see Chet and Nichelle run into each other. "Watch where you're going!" Chet yells.

"Sorry, I was looking at my board." Nichelle has a sassy tone, not happy with the collision. Chet gets up and walks off. Nichelle sees Raj across their area. Before she can go to greet him, Sammy walks up to her.

"Nichelle, Josee and I found some letters! Want to know them?" Sammy asks.

"Duh." Nichelle has a hesitant smile. Once Sammy shares some letters and walks off, Nichelle's jaw drops as she notices Raj seeing this interaction. She quickly runs up to him. "Uh, Sammy wanted me to share these with you!"

"Thanks!" Raj smiles.

"Has she literally learned nothing? Why would she not go up to Raj too? She's making the pecking order obvious, I shouldn't have had to do damage control."

We see cuts of people getting their numbers, while some people get hit by boulders on paths. Mary exits an area with her last letter. This is a spot many people have missed, so a group of Lightning, Raj, Chet, and Nichelle all enter at once. Mary looks at an angled rock with curiosity.

"The area of the cave that contained my last letter had a narrow entrance. The entrance is connected to one of the paths. Those boulders that come through the paths are big. If I can divert a boulder to the side using simple physics, I can block all of those people in to guarantee my safety, and they'd have no way of knowing it was me. They would think it is a part of the challenge design. This would increase my chances of ranking first as well, so I can smoothly make the final six."

We see Mary dragging the rock into place. When a new boulder comes down the path, it hits the rock and begins slowly moving to the side as Mary calculated. She runs off as Lightning and Chet are exiting, They scream and dodge the boulder. Nichelle sees it from the inside and jumps out of the entrance just in time not to be blocked in. Raj isn't so lucky, and the boulder traps him. "Oh no!" he panics as three escapees look surprised.

"I don't think we can move that." Nichelle grimaces.

"Not that we'd want to!" Lightning says before running off, happy to gain more of a lead. Mary grimaces hearing his voice despite their long distance.

"It would've been ideal if he got trapped and lost… dang it." she mutters under her breath, wanting him or Nichelle to be slowed down.

"When Nichelle gets here, we will have our last letter, then we could solve the puzzle!" Sammy says before she and Josee high five.

"Working with Sammy today was very productive. Why couldn't I have her on my phase 1 team over useless people like Sam? We could've won more challenges with her!"

We cut to Nichelle, Josee, Sammy, Mary, Lightning, and Chet with all of their letters written down, and they are all doing the word scramble. "Lightning doesn't understand how to do any of this!" Lightning complains, causing Josee to laugh. He turns to her. "Do you think something is funny?"

"I-"

"She doesn't!" Sammy puts a hand over Josee's mouth before she can speak. As Lightning goes to focus again, Sammy leans over and whispers. "Do not engage with him and give him more reasons to vote for you instead of going along with the call to action against Mary, do I make myself clear?"

Josee groans. "Fine. He better not instigate again though, or I won't hold back."

Sammy smiles in response as Mary announces she's done, getting the phrase 'Give Me My Numbers'. "I love brain teasers, they're quite fun-"

"Shut up!" Chet cuts her off with a loud yell.

"You shut up, we're trying to focus." Nichelle replies. Chet concedes that she's right here, and he focuses as Mary takes out her map and the first two numbers, 1 and 2. She studies it for a moment before running off.

"Where are Raj and Staci?" Sammy asks.

"Raj got trapped by a boulder, and Staci is…" We see a shot of Staci slowly running around, struggling to get all the numbers she needs. "Staci. So, she isn't doing very well." Nichelle finishes. Sammy leans over to Nichelle.

"That's a problem, what if Raj can't get out in time?" Sammy worries.

"I want to help, but that boulder is too big for me to push." Nichelle frowns. "I think he can find a way, especially since his competition is Staci of all people."

Sammy smiles. "No way she wins, good thinking!"

"Done!" Josee yells with "Give Me My Numbers' successfully inputted into her station.

"Oh, so you won't get on her case about yelling?" Chet questions Nichelle. Nichelle doesn't have a response as Lightning runs over to Josee's station.

"Wow, I got it!" he says. Josee screams in annoyance, as she was about to run out when she saw this.

"How is that fair?!" Josee asks. "Get the hell away from my station!"

"Nope!" Lightning replies, causing Josee to scream.

"You won't beat me, you little mouse!"

"I am not a mouse!"

"You sure sound like one!" Josee yells before running off.

"She did not just say that! You're going down, girl!" Lightning yells before following her, leaving Chet, Sammy, and Nichelle at the station.

"She had one job…" Sammy facepalms.

"It's kind of iconic to watch, but they're ruining the call to action against Mary." Nichelle frowns.

"We can't have that! Mary needs to go down!" Chet punches his scramble. He looks at Josee's station. "Actually, why didn't I think of doing that earlier? This challenge is so flawed!"

Chet, Nichelle, and Sammy all copy the answer and make their exit. When they're gone, we see Staci smiling. "Just two more left, this shouldn't be so hard!"

"She should've destroyed her answer board if she didn't want anyone to copy it. Her failures are not my problems."

"I don't want him anywhere near immunity! When he basically cheated, I was not going to stand for it."

We see Raj, who is alone and trapped by a boulder. "What's that spell Tammy used to say Leonard would use to break rocks? Uh… rocks, rocks, fall apart, I hate buying eggs at Walmart!" He recites a spell. The rocks do nothing, causing Raj to gasp. "Leonard is a fraud!"

He takes a deep breath. "I don't blame anyone for not trying to move the boulder, but this sucks. Uh, maybe I can break it with my fists!" Raj punches the rock and instantly clutches his hand in pain. "Owie! Why did punching a hard rock hurt?!"

There is a moment of silence. "Oh, right." he realizes.

We see Mary nearly at the beach area used in the final 12 reward challenge. Before she can make it, Lightning and Josee outpace her, causing Mary to look surprised. "Darn, you guys are quick!"

"I'm not just quick, I'm in the lead!" Josee says proudly.

"Not for long!" Lightning laughs as he manages to get into the water at the same time as her.

"Did they even read the instructions?" Mary asks herself as she reads the clue to retrieve a chest from the water. "Oh, simple enough."

We see Staci with all of her letters, finally getting finished. "Haha, time to take a page from my great great great aunt Liana and go beast mode to finish this quickly!" Before she can move on, a bat looks like it wants to attack her. "Haha, go away! You are the ugliest looking bat I've ever seen, even Taylor could get more people to love her than you!"

The bat flies away, crying.

We cut to Josee and Lightning in the water. Mary is further away from them as Nichelle and Sammy make their way to the beach. "No one has moved past this stage yet, we're good." Sammy smiles.

"We were good to begin with, but I like the extra insurance." Nichelle grins as the duo get in the water too. As they enter, Chet- who is a slower runner- joins everyone else.

"It's time to Chet this joint up!" Chet yells before running. He trips on his way and rolls into the water, but he makes it!

Sammy swims towards a chest, but an eel comes out of nowhere and shocks her, causing her to go up to the surface. "Why are there eels here?"

"It's Chris McLean. There is a 99.99999% chance he will make a challenge more deadly at any time." Mary responds even though that isn't particularly true this season. After she says this, Josee and Lightning both surface with treasure chests at the same time. "Josee, are you really going to take Lightning coming up faster than you?"

"He did not come up faster than me!" Josee retorts. Lightning splashes water onto her before swimming off, and Josee quickly follows. Nichelle watches this go on in intrigue.

"Smart…" Nichelle mutters to herself.

"Stuff like this is why I consider her my biggest strategic opponent. She knows exactly where to poke to find holes… I hope to keep that door shut for her though."

"I clearly won't get first, so hopefully causing drama with them could be beneficial when things come down to a vote."

Chet and Sammy are both about to grab chests, but a shark swims up to them. "Why is there a shark here?" Sammy somehow is able to talk underwater. "Go for Chet, not me!"

"Hey!"

The shark doesn't oblige, and it begins to swim after Sammy. Chet smiles and grabs the chest, just as Mary and Nichelle find one too. This is the most detailed challenge description of all time. Sammy turns around and kicks the shark in the face right as Staci arrives. She manages to grab a chest and get up, causing Staci to frown.

Lightning and Josee are reading their clues while running to the third challenge. "Use the wings at the challenge to jump off a platform to fly and grab a sheet of your last two numbers from one of the poles. Sounds easy." Josee says confidently.

"The last numbers are probably 5 and 6." Lightning rolls his eyes as he is looking at the numbers from challenge #2: 3 and 4.

"Chris is so lazy and stupid."

"I'm glad Josee's mom doesn't love her."

We see Nichelle and Mary running a little bit behind Chet. "Lightning or Josee is probably getting immunity at this point… again." Nichelle comments.

"I'm surprised you haven't won immunity yet." Mary says.

"Same." Nichelle fakes a sad look. "At least I got one reward… that I needed a partner to win, but still!"

"My immunity win was a must, even if it made people irrationally angry. I have no idols and my name was on the line because of you leaking that I helped you with the Cody boot." Mary states, causing Nichelle to nod.

"Are you mad at me for it?" Nichelle raises an eyebrow.

"Not on a personal level, but from a gameplay perspective, it is quite the frustrating situation considering I did nothing but help you. I would've been content for a deep run with you." Mary lies. "I feel like you should all be taking cues from me on a lack of personal grudges from game moves."

Nichelle rolls her eyes. "Yes, our lies are exactly the same. If you actually committed to helping me though, I wouldn't have said anything. And as you always say, it's just strategy. Anyways, I got to speed up." she says before quickening her pace to get ahead of both Mary and Chet.

"Is she using a speed hack? How is she outrunning me?!" Chet wonders.

"There are so many people I have no care to work with at this point, it's difficult to say who I want gone the most!"

Raj is walking around worriedly, as he is still trapped in the cave. "I really hope Staci is still doing terribly…" he says to himself as he runs towards the boulder to try and push it away, causing him to just run into it and fall down. It moved very slightly though, but it rolled back to where it was the instant Raj hit the ground. "So it is possible to move…"

"This was so frustrating, falling behind because of a bad challenge design sucks! Chris really needs to retire!"

We see Josee and Lightning each grab their wings at the same time. "This will be child's play!" Lightning says confidently. He goes to jump off the platform, but Josee trips him, causing him to plummet.

"Sammy is going to be so disappointed."

Josee is laughing as Lightning looks up at her. "You are pure evil!"

"I am not evil, I am just willing to do whatever it takes to win a challenge. Hasta luego!" Josee says before jumping off and failing to use her wings properly, causing her to crash too. "What is this?!"

Lightning points and laughs at her, causing Josee to grind her teeth.

We cut to a shark looking like it wants to bite Staci. Staci doesn't look scared. "Haha, you are so funny! No way you want to come over here and eat me with teeth like that, do you?" Staci asks the shark. The shark pauses and looks confused. "Seriously, my great uncle Kel invented toothpaste for a reason, use it! If Chet saw those yellow teeth, he would've wanted to eliminate you for those things being a part of yellow team propaganda!"

The shark looks angry and opens its mouth again, but Staci isn't done there. "Is that one tooth in the back rotting? Haha, I would go find a harpoon to get hit by if I were you, you're disgusting!" she tells the shark. The shark swims off crying, and Staci gets her treasure chest.

We see that Nichelle has joined Lightning and Josee, while Mary, Chet, and Sammy are almost there. Josee jumps and again is struggling with the wings, so she falls to the ground. "This is so stupid!" she complains.

"Just get the hang of it, it's meant to be difficult." Sammy says as she arrives. Lightning and Nichelle both jump at the same time and are going for the same sheet of paper. Both grab the pole at the same time.

"Let go!" Nichelle yells.

"You let go first!" Lightning shouts in response.

"Guys, be careful, there are rocks under you." Sammy points out. The duo don't listen, and they tumble hard on the ground as one of them grabs the paper. All of Lightning's weight falls onto his left knee, while Nichelle lands hard on her ribs on a rock. Mary, Chet, Josee, and Sammy cringe at the impact. Sammy runs over to Nichelle. "Nichelle, are you okay?"

"What is Lightning, chopped liver?" Lightning asks as he holds his knee. "But I'll be fine- ow!"

Lightning gets up and hops on one foot, as he can't put weight on the other one. Lightning is holding his sheet of paper with the numbers 5 and 6. Chet gasps at Lightning struggling to walk. "This feels like a Rock reference!"

"Who?" Josee questions.

"He was on our season, the Rockers, remember?"

"No." Josee deadpans. "But Nichelle, seriously, are you okay?"

"Screw all of you!" Lightning says as he hops away to the last station. Nichelle is just struggling to take deep breaths.

"I'll be fine." She slowly gets up while clutching her ribs. "I'll just try again… ugh, I wish Lightning wasn't going for the same one!"

We get back to focusing on the challenge, as Mary, Chet, and Josee all make attempts to get a sheet of paper. Josee finally manages to do it, and Sammy is able to do it on her first try. "Flying is so much fun, I'm jealous of Cody and Tyler using these!" Sammy smiles. Chet and Mary flop.

Nichelle spreads her arms to fly, but she instantly clutches her side. "Fuck…"

"This is what happens when you don't like the sweat of Chet!" Chet unhelpfully says. Nichelle doesn't respond as she guts through the pain to get a paper of her own. Josee, Sammy, and Nichelle all leave in that order as Chet and Mary are now alone. "Ew, it's you."

"Silence is golden." Mary responds.

"Whatever, I'm going to show you how it's done!" Chet says confidently before making another jump. He directs himself into a pole and falls down. Mary goes right after and is successful, causing Chet to throw a tantrum on the ground.

We cut to Raj pushing the boulder with all of his strength while singing a Lady Gaga song for some reason.

We cut to Lightning, who hobbles over to the safe and inputs th code. Top tier work by Chris McLean. He takes out the parts to build a go kart. Josee shows up a little bit later, and she also inputs the code. Both Lightning and Josee are building as fast as they can, but you can tell both are not prioritizing the structure of these go karts since they're rushing so much. "I'm going to make it first, even on one leg!" Lightning says.

"No way Jose!" Josee replies. Lightning quickly puts a little bit of fuel in his go kart, wanting to beat Josee and get that immunity. Josee sees this and gasps as Lightning hobbles into the kart. She also only puts a little bit in so she can catch up as quickly as possible.

Confessional: Josee

"Like I said, this immunity is important! If Lightning is cutting corners to finish faster, so will I!"

We see Nichelle and Sammy together, as Sammy is watching over Nichelle. "Are you sure you're okay?" she asks.

"I messed something up probably, but I have to keep moving! I ain't getting automatically eliminated!" Nichelle replies. "Focus on yourself, stop making our friendship obvious."

Sammy nods. "I just want to make sure no one gets hurt…"

"Thank you for that." Nichelle smiles. "But you gotta focus on yourself, go for that immunity!"

Sammy runs faster with determination, making it to the safe before Nichelle. She inputs her code and gets to work.

Chet is holding his last piece of paper. "This was stupider than Lorenzo being the 6th boot, I hate flying!" Chet complains. As he goes to run out, Staci runs in. "You're so far behind."

"I'm not as far behind as Raj is at least, he's still in the cave from what I know, haha!" Staci laughs.

"Wow… that is very lucky." Chet looks shocked. "You can be absolutely horrible at every challenge and be safe because someone else got stuck."

"Yeah, you would know! You weren't very good at the race yet lasted 14 episodes!"

"Hey- yeah, that's fair." Chet laughs. "Good luck!"

Staci looks ready to tackle the wings challenge as we cut away.

We see Raj finally managing to push the boulder out of the way, but he collapses to the ground in exhaustion. "I'm more tired than the time I got stuck on this old lady's roof for a week." Raj gasps for air on the floor. He raises his voice. "Is anyone else here?"

Silence.

"Ugh, I'm in last place! What if everyone else is finished?!" he worries.

We see Lightning and Josee driving their go karts. "I'm in the lead! Final 6, here I come!" Lightning cheers.

"Not for long!" Josee replies. Before any more trash talk can be said, both of their karts slow down. The duo look horrified. "What is going on?"

Their karts come to a stop. Lightning hits the petal multiple times. "Come on kart, get moving!"

Sammy drives by, having built her go kart. She slows down once she sees them not making any progress. "Why have you guys stopped?" she questions.

"I have no idea!" Lightning replies.

"Did you guys completely fill it with fuel?" Sammy questions.

"Uh, we may have rushed that part…" Josee admits awkwardly.

Sammy facepalms. "You two are dumb. I'll go get that immunity." she says before driving off. Josee and Lightning both shout in frustration as Nichelle passes them too. Lightning gets out and begins pushing his kart, and Josee follows suit. Josee is going quicker, as Lightning's knee is making it hard for him to push at full strength.

"I'm so stupid for rushing that fuel part! Now the Lightning can go home!"

We see Staci wrapping up part 3 with a smile. "Haha, now I'm close to the end… I'm sad there are no animals to roast this time!"

We see Mary finishing up her go kart. "Splendid."

As she gets in and drives off, Chet mocks her 'splendid' in a whiny tone.

We see Chris at the finish line. "Oh, I see some people!" he grins as Sammy drives in. "Sammy, you are the first one to complete this challenge, meaning you have won immunity and a spot in the final 6!"

Sammy gets out of her kart and begins screaming at the top of her lungs in excitement. "Yes yes yes!"

She isn't the only person here for long, as Nichelle drives in. "I'm here, I'm here!"

"And you've placed second. You are still eligible to be voted out tonight, but at least you're in the final 7. Fun fact, all of us predicted you would go home because you said there was no way you'd lose." Chris tells her.

"I wasn't lying- ow!" Nichelle clutches her side.

"Oh, you and Lightning will need to be checked by Chef once this challenge wraps up. If Lightning is safe, anyways. If not, we will let the jury house take care of him." Chris says. Nichelle sits down as Sammy looks concerned.

Staci begins building her go kart, but she realizes that Chet is already gone.

We see Mary passing Lightning and Josee with confusion. "What are they doing?" she asks out loud. "Meh, increases my placement."

"Ugh, we're going to be last because of you! If you didn't speedrun putting your fuel in, I wouldn't have done it too!" Josee complains.

"Oh hell no, that is not my fault!" Lightning replies, groaning as he sees Josee getting further and further away from him. "Stupid leg! It better not be a bad injury!"

We see Mary cross the finish line. "I'm third, I assume?" she asks.

"Nope, you're fourth. Raj got third." Chris points to the hockey bro, causing Mary to look confused.

"How? I thought he was way behind?" Mary asks.

"I escaped the cave and used my idol since I was so far behind." Raj replies.

"You had an idol?" Mary looks surprised.

"Mhm." Raj nods.

"I really didn't want to use it now of all times, but it was my only choice! It would've been so handy to have it at the final 6 or 5…"

"Where did he even get that? I wouldn't have expected that out of him… interesting."

We see Chet passing Lightning and Josee as the duo get closer and closer to the finish line. "Ugh! Now only Raj and Staci are behind us!" Josee complains. "I refuse to lose a challenge to Staci of all people!"

"And Chet takes 5th!" Chris announces.

"Stepbrother, stepbrother, I'm a stepbrother!" Chet sings, causing everyone around him to cringe. He notices Raj. "Oh wow, didn't expect to see you!"

"Hi!" he waves.

"Anyways, it's down to Josee, Lightning, and Staci to see who is going home! I see Lightning and Josee in the distance, but they are pushing instead of driving!" Chris says. Everyone looks on in anticipation.

"Uh… I see Raj at the finish line. That means only Staci is behind us!" Josee exclaims. "You might be done."

"I am not done, I am too legit to quit!" Lightning says before quickening his pace. This only lasts for a few seconds, as Lightning falls to the ground in pain. "Stupid leg, just work!"

Josee decides to say nothing as she pushes on. The duo are close to the finish line and hear another go kart in the distance- that being Staci. Both of them panic and quicken their pace, Lightning cussing every few seconds as he does so from his knee hurting.

"They're all almost here! And the loser is…"

"Josee takes 6th, and Lightning takes 7th! Staci, you are the last one to cross the finish line, meaning that you are the 93rd person eliminated from Total Drama Ultimate and the 6th member of our jury. Thanks for playing." Chris announces. No one looks shocked to see the savage chatterbox go, but the close race had everyone worried.

"Aw man, but I was doing so good!" Staci frowns.

"Was she though?" Sammy whispers to Josee, causing both to laugh.

"Any final words before you go, Staci?"

"Hm… my cousin Leilani wants you all to visit her muffin shop in New York! It's called Leilani's muffin shop!" Staci advertises. "And good luck to most of you! Bye!"

With that, Staci walks off as Chris turns to the remaining seven. "As for the rest of you, one of you is going home tonight, except for Sammy, who has immunity. Josee, Sammy, Raj, Chet, and Mary, head back to camp. Lightning and Nichelle, go visit Chef at the infirmary for a check up." Chris says. Lightning- who has been on the ground holding his knee since crossing the finish line- is happy with this.

"While I'm stunned at what Josee did, I won my second immunity challenge, and third one overall! That's so cool, I honestly never thought I was talented enough for one post merge win, let alone three!"

"I feel bad about Staci going, she redeemed herself today! As for the challenge, we all focus so much on Josee and Lightning as the challenge threats, but Sammy has won just as much as they have. I better keep my eye on her for the future… for tonight though, I know who I want gone!"

"Stupid injuries…" Nichelle sighs. "I'm glad Lightning has been neutered as a threat at least, so Mary can go tonight. I know she isn't happy with me."

"I'd say good riddance to Staci, but she's someone I could beat in challenges, so this might be bad. Not having immunity tonight is quite the unsettling situation, but there is one big elephant in the room that makes me feel like I could get through without using my idol. But that would require people to not be emotional players, and after the past few days, I'm a tad unsure on if that's possible."

"This is great! We can finally get rid of…" Raj's big smile drops as you can see the gears turning in his head. "I… I might not actually be able to get rid of Mary tonight…"

We see Sammy and Josee talking. "You scared me to death there in the challenge!" Sammy exclaims while shaking Josee. "You rushed so much that you nearly lost to Staci of all people!"

Josee scoffs. "How could you even possibly think I would lose to Staci? I could have every bone in my body broken, and Staci would never outperform me in a challenge. Who do you think I am, Alejandro?"

We cut to the Loser's Lounge, where Alejandro is talking with Heather and Axel. "Heather, you don't think it was embarrassing for me to lose to Staci in the water balloon challenge, do you?!" Alejandro says with desperation dripping from his tone.

"No, of course I don't! You were caught off guard." Heather assures while putting a hand on his shoulder. Alejandro takes a sigh of relief and gives thanks before walking off to get some water. The instant he's gone, Heather turns to Axel. "I would've drowned myself if I lost to Staci, that's the worst thing he's done since we got together."

"I would've broken up with him if I were you." Axel shakes her head.

"Whatever. Anyways, let's talk about the vote. I think it should be easy. Once Nichelle and Lightning are back, we can include them in taking out Mary." Sammy states.

"Can't we target Lightning? Mary is a bitch and all…" Josee's fall faces. "Rich of me to be saying that, I know. But Lightning might be my bigger problem. I could actually see him working with Mary to try and get rid of me. And he is a big challenge threat."

"He's literally getting medical attention as we speak. I think his threat level has gone down. If he isn't physically capable, what does he bring to the table? He certainly won't out think us." Sammy responds, causing Josee's eye to twitch in annoyance.

"I guess you're right… Raj and Nichelle are with us, and Chet hates Mary, so this should be easy, I guess." Josee says. "Let's lock in the others against Mary."

"Yup. I can't wait to avenge Dave, Gwen, Zoey, Jasmine, and Cody!" Sammy grins.

Elsewhere, we see Lightning and Nichelle in the medical tent. "Ow, don't touch me!" Nichelle grunts as Chef is checking her side.

"Maybe you shouldn't have gotten hurt then, you sissy!" Chef fires back, causing Nichelle to roll her eyes.

"Can you actually be quiet? Lightning and I getting injured is literally the only reason your irrelevant ass is getting screen time for the first time in 10000 episodes." Nichelle shades. Chef has no response for that, as she clocked him. Nichelle grunts in pain while Lightning is sitting elsewhere. He is sobbing into his hands.

"Lightning can't be injured! What will I do if I can't play sports?" he cries loudly, causing Chef to look annoyed.

"Stop crying! This is why you should have more than one passion, that's why both of you have no life outside of your jobs." Chef shades. Nichelle and Lightning have no response for that, as he clocked them. Nichelle decides to try and start a talk about strategy.

"We should make this simple, everyone hates Mary. Would you be on board with eliminating her?" Nichelle asks. Lightning looks up with an offended expression.

"I'm hurting right now, and you want to talk about the vote! I could never play football again, I'm going through a sha-crisis!" Lightning says before beginning to cry again. Nichelle gives him a sympathetic look.

"I reacted the same way you did when I was canceled by Hollywood, potentially losing your dream sucks." Nichelle frowns.

"What did you do?"

"I got back by begging of course!" Nichelle replies.

Lightning looks confused. "I thought you said they called you back!"

Nichelle looks at the camera in horror. "Crap! But that doesn't matter, I'm sure your knee will be fine, and you will play again!" Nichelle assures. A moment later, her face turns sour. "I am about to pee my pants, I have to go!"

Chef turns to Lightning once Nichelle makes her exit and begins checking Lightning's knee. "How bad is it?! Torn ACL?" Lightning fears. Chef begins laughing a moment later.

"Boy, calm down! It's just swollen!"

"Oh." Lightning stops crying right away. "So, I'll be fine?"

"Mhm. The swelling will go down within a few days."

Lightning nods before a devious smirk comes up on his face.

"I'm no brainiac genius, but I just came up with my best idea yet! I can pretend my injury is worse than it is, then they won't want me out!"

"I managed to talk to Lightning, and he did say he would vote for Mary. I hope his beef with Josee doesn't get in the way of that."

We see Raj picking some berries. He gets joined by Mary. "Greetings."

Raj turns around to give a weak wave. "Hi."

"I'm cognizant of the fact of your disinclination to execute a tactical maneuver to discontinue another individual's experience here with me, but I think we should compute something in unison." Mary states, causing Raj to give her a confused look.

"I have no idea what you just said."

"We should vote together, you have a bigger problem than your dislike of me." Mary says, causing Raj to knowingly sigh.

"I know what you're about to say…"

"Then it must obviously be correct. Nichelle and Josee have been allies from the beginning, and they have Sammy in their pocket. She went on individual rewards with both of them and was helping them in the first part of the challenge." Mary explains.

"I know." Raj rolls his eyes.

"Good. Then you should also know that we will need to join forces with Chet and Lightning. The four of us are all individuals who don't like each other, while the girls are all a tight trio that can run the game if they go further." Mary continues.

"Yeah, you're right…" Raj frowns, not liking the numbers forcing a potential team up with Mary. "Would Chet even want to vote with us though?"

"That's the issue, he's not the most rational thinker left." Mary mirrors Raj's frown. "But here is what we are going to do. I want to target Nich-"

"Um… I'll stop you right there." Raj raises his hand to cut her off. "You aren't going to tell me what to do here. If you want to survive, you're going to do what I tell you to. If you don't, I'll just vote you out."

Mary's eye twitches in frustration before she takes a deep breath. "Fine. Which one of them would you like to target?"

"Josee."

"That threatening tactic is way more fun when you aren't the victim of it, wow! I've become friends with Nichelle, and I don't trust Josee as much. Especially since she didn't try to give me any letters back there."

"That was quite embarrassing, having Raj of all people boss me around and having to take it. But if I want to make it to the next round with my idol intact, I have to listen to him. I want Nichelle out, she is a smart girl, but Raj wants Josee… sadly, I can't control this one without major risk of going home. I hate not controlling the votes." Mary takes a second before sighing. "Hey, at least it's not Staci doing this to me."

We cut to later in the day, where everyone is quietly hanging out in the shelter. Nichelle and Lightning are back from the infirmary, and everyone looks on in concern as Lightning hobbles in. "Oh crap, your knee got fucked up." Sammy says.

"It did, but the Lightning will never quit. Sha-bam!" Lightning flexes while Mary looks skeptical.

"What about you, Nichelle? Are you okay?" Josee questions with concern.

"My ribs are killing me, but it's not enough to take me out of the game." Nichelle replies while holding them.

"That's good, we don't want to see anyone get eliminated due to injury." Sammy smiles.

"I would cheer if Mary got injured."

"See, aren't I great? Final 3, here I come!"

"Lightning, we need to talk." Mary whispers to Lightning to come with her. Lightning hobbles and joins Mary, causing Nichelle to look with concern. She walks up to Raj.

"Can we talk?" she asks. Raj gives a thumbs up, and both duos are gone. This leaves Sammy, Josee, and Chet.

"Mary." is the one word Josee needs to say to make Chet smile.

"Yes! I'm glad you want to vote for her!" Chet agrees. "You didn't even need to confirm it with me though, obviously I was going to do it. The call to action against Mary is a thing, remember?"

"Of course I remember, but it's always good to check." Josee states.

"And I can't forget how she keeps voting for my friends, we need her out!"

"Yes, that's the worst thing she did." Josee sarcastically responds, though Sammy doesn't get the hint.

"I'm just so excited!" Chet says before getting up and dabbing, causing Josee and Sammy to cringe.

"I urge you to never do that again." Josee says. Chet ignores her to do some Fortnite dances. Josee and Sammy walk away, not wanting to see any more of it.

"That's embarrassing, but at least he shares my enthusiasm for this!"

We cut to Nichelle and Raj. "You've been saying you needed Mary out for days, you're on board with this, right?" Nichelle asks.

"Everyone seems to be." Raj replies.

"Good… I'm so glad we're going far together. It has been nice actually getting to know you this season, it would suck if we didn't make it to the end together." Nichelle states with a smile. Raj hides a look of guilt to return the smile.

"Yeah, I know… we've been working together to bury Mary- ha, that rhymed!" Raj laughs. Nichelle does not.

"I'm trying to pull a 'besties omg' card to ensure nothing happens, you never know what Mary is up to."

"That really makes me not want to betray her… I hate hurting my friend's feelings, especially to keep Mary after everything." Raj sighs. "Would Nichelle consider me a good enough friend to keep me in the final four over Sammy and Josee though? I burned my idol in this challenge, and I can't even just try for a tiebreaker next time. An injured Nichelle is still on the same level as Chet and would crush Lightning with a bad knee, which would put me in 4th. And even then, Nichelle wouldn't be who I'd want to vote for of the three in that spot anyways!" his upset look doesn't disappear. "This all comes down to Chet anyways, I'll let him make the choice."

We see Mary and Lightning. "Salutations-"

"Stop with that nerd shit, just tell me what you need to say." Lightning interrupts her.

"Jinkies!"

"Velma is ugly."

"I didn't ask. Anyways, it's about the vote. I know my reputation is unfavorable, but I want to target a certain woman you dislike-"

"Josee?" Lightning cuts her off with hope in his eyes.

"Precisely."

"Huh?"

"...that means yes."

Lightning cheers at the top of his lungs. "I don't like you, but I guess I can wait a round to vote you out! I hate Josee more, that girl is all types of wrong." Lightning has venom in his voice even mentioning his rival's name.

"Indeed. She said that Chet could probably lift more than you do!" Mary adds on, causing Lightning to gasp in offense.

"She did not just compare me to that lazy failure!" Lightning complains. He picks up a random tree while hopping on one leg to prove his strength. "But who else would vote for her? I don't want to be the only one voting for Josee if you go home!"

"Raj and Chet are the other options, since Sammy and Nichelle are working with her. We can pull off a 4-3." Mary explains.

"You expect Chet to work with a yellow team member and us?! Girl, did you get a concussion in that challenge that no one noticed? I can take you to the infirmary." Lightning says, nearly beginning to drag Mary, though she puts a stop to this.

"I know it's a longshot, but a ragtag group working together is the best move for all of our games. Literally none of us are friends with any of the others, but that's good in this case." Mary assures.

"I doubt it works, but we'll see." Lightning seems skeptical.

"The call to action against Mary can wait. Like I said, Pinocchio nerd can go at any time, my infant cousin is stronger than her." Lightning shades. "Once Josee is gone, I can easily win the final immunity!"

"Lightning's acting on this alleged leg injury is suspect, but I don't care for now. Admittedly, I'm not confident in what Chet is going to do on this vote. Maybe playing the idol would be a safe choice…"

Chet is Fortnite dancing alone. "Uhhhhh…." Raj draws out the word as he walks in, Chet's dancing is making everyone cringe today. Chet dabs again before looking up.

"Hi." he says. "This should be an easy 6-1! I hope that when she's gone, the boat of losers sinks, and she has to swim all the way to the jury house, except no one will let her in because she is horrible. Then she will get frostbite after being left outside, and she will be in the hospital for the rest of the game. She won't be able to cast a jury vote, causing her to cry for the rest of her sad, pathetic life."

Raj looks stunned at this rant.

"I think he has a pain fetish against people he hates, it's scary!"

"I'm joking… yeah, that's it!" Chet laughs.

"Right. I joked about sending one of my teammates to the hospital, then it actually happened when I accidentally broke his nose! It was so odd…" Raj trails off awkwardly as Chet laughs harder.

"Lorenzo reference!" Chet says, reminding everyone that Dakota injured him back in episode 2- as let's be honest, you didn't remember that. "Anyways, what are you talking to me for?"

"Uh… what would you think about… not voting for Mary." Raj whispers the last four words. Chet gasps in shock.

"Wh- what are you suggesting?!" Chet collapses to the ground in overdramatic fashion. "I might die from this!"

"Well… there is a trio." Raj says, his voice not getting much louder. Chet takes a moment to think before groaning for 35.47 seconds.

"Ughhhhhh, I know what you're talking about now. It's about the Fire Girls and Sammy, isn't it?" Chet asks. Raj nods, causing Chet to groan again. "This is so dumb! I want Mary out NOW! NOW NOW NOW!"

Chet begins jumping up and down in anger. Raj falls down as the island begins to shake. "Everyone, please stop moving!" Chris yells from the loudspeaker. Chet hears this and stops jumping, and the shaking stops.

"Oops. But Mary is a horrible person, she nearly burned your friend's hat and lied about having a dead sister to manipulate people! Do you really think it's worth it to wait? When I want revenge, I want it fast." Chet punches a fist into his palm.

"Do you think it's worth letting the tightest alliance stay in?" Raj questions. Chet has a conflicted look.

"It's my choice on who goes home, woohoo! Common Chet W… but the problem is, both options are bad. I either get rid of Mary and have to face a strong trio in a tiebreaker, or I keep Mary and have to keep looking at her hellspawn of a face."

Cut to campfire ceremony

We see the final seven all sitting on logs. "Jury, come on in!" Chris announces. Millie, Cody, Shawn, MK, and Tammy walk in. They analyze who's left in the game, and they see that Staci isn't there. "Staci was eliminated at the automatic elimination, and she is waiting at the boat of losers to see who is about to get voted out."

"Not a shock…" Shawn whispers.

"Anyways, it's time to see who is going home next! Get voting and we will see who is going home!" Chris gestures.

We get a quick cut of everyone voting before cutting back to the campfire.

"If anyone has a hidden immunity idol and you want to play it, now would be the time to do so…"

"Alright. Once the votes are read, the decision is final. The person with the most votes will have to leave the campfire immediately. I'll read the votes."

Mary doesn't react, having expected this.

Josee rolls her eyes.

Mary nods.

"4th vote… Josee. That's 2 votes Mary, 2 votes Josee."

Josee glares at Lightning, who smirks in response.

"5th vote… Mary. That's 3 votes Mary, 2 votes Josee."

Nichelle takes a deep breath, worried about the last two votes.

"6th vote… Josee. That's 3 votes Mary, 3 votes Josee, 1 vote left…"

Nichelle frowns, Josee looks angry, Mary looks slightly confident, and Sammy looks confused. Raj and Nichelle exchange a glance as Chris pulls out the final vote from the urn.

"94th person voted out of Total Drama Ultimate and the 7th member of our jury…"

Sammy gasps as Josee screams in anger. "Sha-bye bye, haha!" Lightning laughs. Josee stands up.

"Chet, Raj, you stupid traitors! Especially you, Raj!" Josee shouts while pointing at him. "How was I out here for 92 days without even making the podium?! Was it because I became friends with Sammy?!"

Sammy looks sad to hear that.

"I'm sorry, Josee." Raj apologizes. "I just-"

"DIE DIE DIE!" Josee screams. She picks up the log she was sitting on and throws it wildly, nearly hitting the jury members. She throws around a lot of things on the set, causing Chris to groan.

"I was worried this could happen." Chris comments. "Chef!"

Chef comes out of nowhere and shoots Josee with the tranquilizer gun previously used on Scary Girl. Josee gets hit and knocked out. Lightning smiles at the sight, while Nichelle gives a disappointed look at Raj.

Confessional: Nichelle

"I know exactly why he did it, but that doesn't mean I'm not upset about it. Now Sammy and I are in a worse position, and I didn't even do anything wrong! It was their fault for doing things to isolate him. I won't let this slide."

"I feel terrible for lying to Nichelle, but voting for Mary would've guaranteed me fourth place. We can take her out next time though, really!"

Lightning is screaming at the top of his lungs in excitement. "Josee is gone, hell yeah! I feel good about the future now. With my fake injury and my biggest opp gone, this could be my season, again! No wonder All Stars was so bad, it didn't have nearly enough of me!"

"Mary survived again, she took out another one of my friends! She can't keep getting away with this!" Sammy sighs. "I am going to confront her about this as soon as we get back to camp!"

"This was a splendid vote. I didn't get Nichelle out like I was hoping for, but I didn't have to use the idol. I'm getting closer and closer to the end, and now Raj and Chet should have drama with Nichelle and Sammy. Hopefully I can find a way to squeeze through to the end despite my reputation being worse than Jay and Spud's performance on this season."

"Why didn't I vote for Mary? This whole situation reminded me of that dual tribal back when Sierra went home. MK and Dwayne wanted for us to flip so we could have the majority over Brick, Jo, and Courtney, but we didn't do it because of my anti Yellow Team agenda. That cost me Dwayne, he could've still been around if I didn't do that! I hate Mary, I hate her so much… but it's like everyone keeps telling me… I can't let my grudges determine my fate. Letting a trio go into a group of six would be so stupid, that's why MK and I took out Sugar after all. Even if I had to work with people I hate… I know that's the smarter move if I want to make it to the finale."

We cut to Chris alone at the campfire. "Staci and Josee are gone, but we have six players left in contention! With five episodes left, who will get cut next? Find out next time on Total Drama Ultimate!"

And that's a wrap! This took days longer than I hoped for, sorry for being slow.

Staci- Not a shock to many people. She was support. Her last episode where she didn't have the least confessionals was episode 37, ten episodes ago. Savage rants were iconic though, so RIP

Josee- RIP to the Ice Dancing icon! She probably made it further than most people expected, and she climbed up to 7th in the last draft of the elimination order. I liked her as a negative person who wasn't the main villain, but was a vote magnet with 30 total against her. Her rivalry post merge with Lightning was fun. Too bad she befriended Sammy! Her big flaw is what Dawn tried to warn her about in episode 26- she couldn't fully break her bad habits in the game, and she would constantly put herself in a needless spotlight with the Lightning feud. That combined with being in a tight trio at final 7 spelled her doom, as the others aren't tight and needed to break up the tightest group in the game.
